This place is fantastic. I love all the different offerings for health and wellness. I’m currently doing PHYSIQ 360 and starting to see results. I take weekly vitamin shots. I intend to use the wellness spa and the sauna. It’s just a great place to feel good about yourself. Also try the energy and sleep sprays. I swear by them.

I need to brag about the Staff at Kalon! From their smiles and welcome as I come in for an appointment, to being treated as a family friend, the ladies really do care about you! My husband and I have visited several times for a hot/cold package, which includes two sauna sessions with two cryo or cold plunge sessions. We usually get a vitamin shot also. It’s a great way to spend some time relaxing. We both feel great after. I have also used the infrared pod and had a facial. The staff is friendly and professional, and I always look forward to returning!

I recently had my lip fillers done at Kalon Health and I am over the moon with the results. Chelsea did an amazing job and I couldnt be happier with how my lips turned out. When I first went to Kalon Health I had no idea what I was doing or what I wanted. After tlaking to the ladies there, I decided to get blood work done. It was the most comprehensive blood work Ive ever had done and answered so many questions about thing that felt off for me. Jackie took the timeto explain all the results.5 months later, Im down 20 pounds, off some meds, and feel soooo much better. I highly recommend going in and getting the blood work to see what your body is doing.

We only had a few appointments. I had high hopes for this place! Jackie showed me where to give my husband his shot, and that was great! We quit because when it was time for my husband to get his weekly prescription T shot, Jackie told us once a week he needs a shot. Simple enough! Except for two months in a row our scripts were not ready after our appointment. After the first appointment, no prescriptions had been called in, and I had to keep calling and wait. The second month, I called and spoke to a lady while I was at the pharmacy and told her my husbands stuff hadn’t been called in again and it was his day for his shot. The pharmacist assured me it was no big deal and they would call. The pharmacist was told by office staff that there was no one in the office that day that could write a prescription. The next day the office mgr wanted to discuss it. She was nice enough to tell me that it doesn’t matter how many days are in the month, their program only includes 4 doses. And before the second prescription was sent in, she wanted to make sure we didn’t owe their office any money! She made sure to tell me that by law they couldn’t keep my husband on the same day weekly because by law they can only write four doses a month. But her suggestion before we hung up was to “pick a day for his shots and stick to it”, and “to call the office and get on the prescription list for the week”, and made sure to note that “if we ever have an unpaid balance, they won’t refill anything”! We had never had a balance! We only had a few appointments and paid in full! Even bought supplements there and extra shots! I shouldn’t have to call EVERYTIME we need prescriptions. If it’s part of the “program” and we just had an appointment where there is still a need for the meds, why the run around? The pharmacy told me that I’m not the only one having issues and that if the prescription was called in, that by law 4 doses designed to inject once a week is a 28 day cycle and that it wouldn’t have been a big deal to give my husband his meds if they had a script! Just petty and ridiculous, and in my opinion not how you treat clients or customers you want to return.

Kalon has been a Godsent to my physical and mental health. Jackie and her team take the time to evaluate each individual result on tests and go step by step with plans for a better you!

This review is only from my OWN personal experience and I cant speak for anyone else. With that said I was a new client within the last month and called inquiring about their lip fillers. I called and spoke with a Savanna and was advised that I could purchase a full syringe of filler and use in 1/2 increments. They said they could keep it up to a year because I mentioned I would like to come back in a few months to receive the remaining filler. I thought this was wonderful considering I like the more natural appearing lip. Also keep in mind I drove an hour to come to this center because of this. We all know there are lots of other places to recieve this treatment. I went and had the first injection done (less than 1/2 syringe) and the service was great Chelsea truly took her time and it was an art for her. I was happy with my results. It was also confirmed with her that I could come back within a year to get the remaining syringe. A follow-up appointment was made a couple weeks later to only discuss results and take photos which I canceled because my schedule didnt work out. Well come to find out they threw out the rest of the syringe because it was against policy or health code. Which is fine I understand those things happen, but that was not the policy that was communicated to me. So now Im being informed by Jacklyn the owner that they can only provide $100 credit towards (which doesnt cover half of what I paid which would be $275 back to me) other services which is absolutely absurd and poor customer service and management. THIS WAS NOT MY FAULT. The correct policy was obviously not communicated to the staff because there was more than one individual that confirmed with me that they would keep it up to a year. I DONT RECOMMEND Kalon services from the stand point that the owner cant take responsibility for her lack of proper training and staff communication and instead places blame on the customer. Its not difficult to realize the staff wasnt properly informed and to just refund the portion of the other half or allow me to come back in to receive the other 1/2 treatment. The owner only wanted to instead offer a $100 credit for their mistake. I did use my $100 credit because I felt robbed and obviously took what refund I could. The CEO lacks accountability in this situation.Response 6/1: if you had read my post thoroughly or the many emails I sent, you would have truly looked into the situation and held your staff accountable for their mistake. I understand thats the poilcy, but I was advised quite the opposite. Ill point out that this post is only spoken on my behalf. I paid $550 and didnt even use a full half. How is $100 fair thats really bad girl math on your end. $275 would be fair but its very CLEAR you cant hold accountability for your mistakes. That to in which I received product with the $100 credit that was more than owed to me and now I no longer have space for this back and forth. Its very tiring. I know I spoke nothing but the truth and am walking away with a good conscience. Best wishes.

Chelsea was very informative about the products used, the process from start to finish, and the post-treatment instructions; making sure no question was left unanswered. My very first experience with Kalon Health set the stage for my beauty expectations! The staff was very informative and involved in my customized visit. I immediately felt that I was in good hands! They educated me on the products they use and I am excited to continue on my beauty and health journey with them! Very welcoming atmosphere!

I love Kalon! Jackie and her team treat both me and my husband for a variety of things, from weight loss to hormone therapy, scar treatments, labs and vitamins. It’s convenient, quick, affordable, and all of our visits are five star experiences because of the friendly staff and atmosphere they’ve created. We can drop in or schedule appointments, and communicating with Jackie and the nursing staff is so painless you can even chat with them over text. I could not recommend this place more!

I recently got a Chrome Natura Peel and I don’t feel like some of the ladies knew how to explain the process and how to work with melanated skin tones. I did my research prior and some of the questions I had went unanswered or someone else had to figure out an explanation. Over all I enjoy some the services that Kalon offers I just won’t get another Natura Peel. It was harsh on my face and I was left with some marks and burned hairs. It was said to be crystallization when I asked about it but a week later my hairs in my face are still white. I think some of the nurses should be more educated on all skins types. Also be able to provide before and after pictures of all skin types and services.Photo 1 is before and the other two are after. You can see slight changes to my skin and you can see the marks the machine left.

Get a turbo shot once a week and it definitely helps with energy. Everyone here is really nice as well.

I had been having some flu like symptoms and decided to go get an IV drip at Kalon Health. Im glad I did. The natural defense IV felt great. The place was super clean and the insertion of the IV was nearly painless.Ill be back for sure!

I wanted desperately to love this place, as I have friends whom Love it! Unfortunately I didnt even get to receive the service I had booked for. Upon booking for the IV fusion (that I desperately feel as if I needed,) I was informed that I needed to go register on their site as a new patient and fill out the necessary forms. Great, got it! you will receive an email awesome, I understand. See you at the appointment.NO EMAIL EVER ARRIVED.I attempted to register without success. When I arrived to the schedule appointment, I explained to the front desk that I had not received an email and that I was unable to register to fill out the forms. 30+ mins later attempting ( they deleted the registration, re-created several times, incorrect information was input , what a headache)in the office to get registered without any form of resolve and no one could seem to figure out what the technical issue was. I asked is there a way to fill the forms out here? NOPE ALL DIGITAL!. ( Get a tablet that has the forms digitally available in office and then attach them to the patient file.)After all this the girl says, we are getting a new system, this one has been giving us trouble all day. ( After all this time, projecting incompetence back at me as if Im the issue. My email is the issue. My phone is the issue.)Sometimes you just have to do it old school....I asked is there a fee I need to pay for canceling this appointment today. They looked confused.Nobody wants to stand around, holding up progress when you have no other system in place for this type of situation for new patients. I paid no fee, but boy was I kinda let down. They did offer to reschedule for another day,.My schedule is limited and I felt like poo today! But hey, maybe God worked in his mysterious way. I was able to find a place that offered walk-in IV fusion right here in E-TOWN and no need for an appointment.

Do not recommend this company!! I purchased a package back in the summer around $165.00. I have requested a refund Ms. Hess, the owner refuses to refund money. Due to surgery and health issues can not use the package. I have ask for gift certificates. Instead they charge for visit that was never made so can charge a no show charge. (Not the first time) Really bad business. Taking to my attorney this week. Sad to give a business such a bad business policy. I have owned a business. I would never treat a customer so dishonest. Sad people feel so desperate they have to be so dishonest over $165.00. Do not recommend

I loved walking in, it is so peaceful and very well decorated. The ladies at the front desk were very friendly and made me feel welcome. I decided to treat myself to an early Mothers Day facial and Yamilet was great! She asked questions to make sure she could give me the best service and also made me feel very comfortable. She explained what she was doing at each step and we talked about what I was expecting for my final results. I will definitely come back, especially after reading about all the other services they provide!

I did my first Vitamin Infusion last week because I had a $50 reward and thought I’d give it a try. I could definitely tell a difference in how I felt overall. Chelsea was great! She administered the IV, and was very attentive and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. I will be doing again for sure!

What a hidden gem right off the square in Elizabethtown. If you are driving into Elizabethtown from Hodgenville on the old road it’s right before you enter the square.I have known Jacky for years, and she truly cares about your individual experience and situation. She is on the cutting edge of better health, using alternative treatments, vitamins, minerals, aminos, etc to help you deal with your issues. Plus she is so knowledgeable and experienced, I totally trust her which says a lot.They also offer aesthetics care here and everyone is so friendly and helpful and I very highly recommend them!

Ive been so impressed with Jackies care. They take our insurance and she so much more than your average nurse.I have a low immune system and chronic fatigue due to MS. She has helped me with natural alternatives to manage my symptoms that dont conflict with my regular medicines (which she can also prescribe) its a one stop shop.Having a toddler i also appreciate their flexibility of scheduling/communication. Virtual visit and the ability to text the front desk.I actually had a pharmacist recommend her. I’m so glad I found her.

They all have been very helpful and were prompt in getting done what needed to be done. The staff and office was neat and clean. I’ve recently lost my current physician and they took me in as a client and have helped me gain back what I needed. They are not pushy in selling anything and have done everything they could to help with 100% success. Thank you.

Everyone was so friendly, we walked straight in because we had heard about it from a friend, they answered all of our questions and gave us the recommendation for what shot they thought suited our needs most! After I got the shot I really could tell an energy level difference the next day. it lasted about a week, but i’m out of town this week so I couldn’t go get one. I’ll be going back next week and getting another Vitamin injection as soon as I get back to etown!! 10/10 recommend. i’ll be a frequent flyer!

Jackie is my go to Nurse practitioner. I have worked with her and saw the way she treated our veterans and knew that there was no one else to take care of me & my family. She leaves no stone unturned and is open to questions, ideas & concerns. She wants to see the whole person well..physically & mentally so that the quality of life is high. Labs came back normal but something’s where on the low side of normal. They got me feeling better and new labs came back much improved. I also lost 31 lbs with their help and exercise. Couldn’t recommend more!!!

This place is a total rip off!! I started utilizing Kalon for immunity & vitamin shots last year. After several doses, on their recommendation, I had them draw blood & order bloodwork to check my levels. They told me they could bill my insurance for the lab work, which they did. Within the next month I received a bill from the lab & I paid it. I continued to go to Kalon for shots for the next several months until I received a bill from Kalon for $450+ with no explanation of the charges. When I called I was told that they had switched billing software & that it was “probably” for the visit when I got my bloodwork done &/ or follow up appointment. I have 2 issues with this 1. If they billed my insurance, I should owe nothing more than my usual copay. Even if i was charged a co-pay for each visit, the maximum I should owe would be $60. 2. Their website says they offer lab work with a follow-up appointment for $75 for individuals without insurance. So why was I changed $450+ for lab work & a follow-up appointment WITH INSURANCE?!?

Everyone is so friendly! As soon as you come through the door, you feel comfortable and welcomed. They explain their products and services so that you know exactly what you need. I highly recommend.

My labs show a Vitamin D deficiency even though I take a liquid supplement. I have some absorbtion issues but my Doctors office does not offer Vitamin D shots, so I made an appointment with Kalon and it was so quick, easy, efficient, and most of all effective!

Terrible service! I was seen here 2 months ago for an annual check up and was told to let them know if I needed refills called in- called them in November asking for a refill but they refused to refill the prescription unless I pay them $45 for a virtual visit. Jackie was rude and condescending when I spoke to her on the phone. Im refilling an allergy medicine Ive been on for 20 years... not a controlled substance, jeez! I also sent several coworkers over to her before I had this trouble, and they also had poor experiences. Ill definitely be going elsewhere in the future.

The staff are absolutely incredible. Super super friendly. I always go to get the triple immunity shot and it works wonders. I also recommend the immunity IVs.

Everyone has been very friendly so far. I havent lost any weight but as soon as I get my insurance to approve one, Ill be on my way to losing this weight to meet my goal by April 1st!

I received an appointment quickly. The staff was nice and answered all my questions. Love being able to get what I needed done close to home and without a lot of hassle.

I started in 2021 going to Kalon Health. I saw Jackie and we talked about my health and did bloodwork. After the results were back I found that just my multivitamins were not giving me the needed vitamins I needed. Since then Ive had more energy and have changed my eating habits and have lost weight as well.
