Took my 7 year old son last night to get his ears pierced and Jon was amazing to work with! He made it a comfortable and pain free experience for my son 👍🏻 the shop itself is very easy to find and is extremely clean and artsy inside which was really fun! Jon has also pierced my daughter’s nose earlier this summer and she was very pleased with her experience. I will be hitting up Jon for my next piercing and recommend anyone to him. Thanks Jon!!!

Alison and Jon are so nice and offer the best customer experience ever!I took our 12 year old daughter here to get her ear cartilage pierced. Alison and Jon were welcoming, funny and informative. Our daughter’s ear swelled more than anticipated and I was able to text them and get in to get her post lengthened at no charge. The next day, her ear got bumped and in sports and swelled again. I texted them and they told us just what to do and the swelling went down quickly. On top of that they are still going to check her in person to ensure all is good.

Ive wanted to get my nose pierced for years but was always afraid of the healing process (weve all seen crusty piercings) and felt inexperienced (no tats and the last piercing I got was my lobes in a Walmart at age 13). Got my nostril pierced a week ago and it looks and feels like Ive had it done for months. Jon and Ali both made me feel comfortable and were very knowledgeable and thorough. They helped with and kept me informed on every step in the process and explained the logic for everything: cleaning, the jewelry, the price, the placement, the upkeep during the healing process. And again: its healed beautifully!Truly didnt think Id describe getting my face jabbed as fun and comfortable but thats definitely the case here. Even though the plan was just one nostril piercing, Ive been catching myself plotting what Id like to get done next.

The staff here are super welcoming and they are very educated on what they do. I got my conch pierced and from the research I’ve done I expected it to be a painful healing process, but so far it has been great!! They also have a lot of cute jewelry options!

My forever favorite body piercers! Jon and Ali not only create a fun, chill, lovely space to go but also are hard working, kind and knowledgeable. Weve worked on many curations and I am blown away by their teamwork and creativity. They are amazing, especially when you are as picky as I am about my jewelry! Ali and Jon were super comforting during my 2 piercings today! I have been getting pierced by Jon and Ali for the past 3 years and they always are very knowledgeable about their craft!

Brought my daughter in for a septum piercing in January. Jon and Ali were very personable, friendly and knowledgeable. Put us both at ease for my daughters first piercing. Jon did the piercing and he was great. He stands by his work and made sure the piercing was just right. Post piercing we have had no problems. Highly recommend.

This is my go-to piercing shop. They never disappoint and I always get the best work done. They were very patient and understanding with my younger sibling when we brought them in for a septum, and they are always so helpful with piercing placements and anatomy.

My daughter who is 6 has been begging for her ears to be pierced for quite sometime. So i told her we could stop in and ask about it if she felt up to it. We had great luck and were able to get a consultation as a walk in! Though, i highly suggest making an appointment on there website.Its a bipartite appointment, with the first part being either or both Ali or Jon. Theyll walk your child n you through the whole process, show you all the instruments needed for the piercings and show them how the clamps work and feel, and also the sanitation process, etc. Jon and Ali took their time in answering any and all questions my daughter had and they didnt rush ya like a few places Ive been to. For the piercing part, the earliest youre able to come back is the next day, it gives your kid some time to really think about it. If your childs not ready, no worries!! you have up to 6 months to use the consultation. You have to bring two forms of ID for your child. They offer tandem piercing, which honestly is the only way to go if your child is younger or kinda nervous about the needles.What I loved about this shop aside from the friendly and easygoing artists was that there was ABSOLUTELY NO PRESSURE! (i know caps, but it got ur attention) They will not do any piercings without your childs consent. So if at any point they say Ive changed my mind or stop, they will respect your childs decision and not continue. I really liked how they both talked to my daughter, assured her everything would be fine and kept her for the most part focused on sharing ideas for painting her room. Before we knew it she had two very beautiful hot pink opal posts perfectly placed. 🥰All n all I am very VERY IMPRESSED with our whole experience! Moreover, without question I will be returning for jewelry (wide selection) and future piercings! I HIGHLY RECOMMEND this place and will refer all my friends! Thank you again Ali and Jon! I got my ears pierced for the first time here about a year ago. I was really nervous and Ali did everything to make me feel more comfortable. They are one of the only places in Central MN (maybe the only place??) accredited by the APP, which is why I chose them. I have gone back for all of my jewelry changes. I cant recommend them enough!

Ali and Jon did a tandem lobe piercing on my daughter. They were both fantastic. We couldnt have asked for any better! All questions we had were answered, they took their time and made sure the placement was perfect, and sterility was maintained throughout the procedure! The facilities are very clean, and they are both great with kids...they had my daughter laughing many times, and she soaked up their after care instructions. We will definitely be return customers. Thank you Ali and Jon for making my daughter and I feel at ease, and creating such a positive experience!!!!

I came in and got my eyebrow done today by Jon! Even tho i messed up as a client he still was very nice and welcoming and explained how they do things there for future piercings if i go there which was nice, he was very knowledgeable and friendly and funny! He is definitely a piercer i could see myself going to for future piercings!

I have been pierced by both Jon and Ali (a combined total of 4 piercings). Both of them are fabulous with their clients. They are respectful, yet fun and professional at the same time. They have also helped me with jewelry changes, downsizing and even help on multiple occasions with irritated piercings due to me not being diligent with my aftercare (whoops).I cant wait for my newest piercings to heal so I can go back for another 😊

Between the 4 people in our family, we have gotten 11 piercings done by Jon or Ali. We brought our youngest daughter (8 years old) there today. It was another excellent experience. Jon & Ali always create a fun experience and quality work. They have always taken the time to get to know us, and always address any questions/concerns we have. I will continue to recommend them to anyone who is looking for a new piercing.

The best experience I could have imagined for getting a piercing! It was very clean and sterile. I made 2 appts one for me and one for my friends daughter. We went in to get our 2nds done. But I left with my 2nds and a daith piercing. My friend last minute decided to get her cartilage done. And we are already talking about getting our 3rds. Jon was super knowledgeable and very straight forward. He kept us laughing which kept us very relaxed. Cant wait to get my next piercing!!!

I found Jon and Ali when I was looking for a reputable shop to get my daughter’s ears pierced. Since then, we’ve gone to Jon and Ali 4 or 5 times. They are always great at answering every question or concern, make awesome recommendations on jewelry and placement, and they are quick and clean. They also always create a fun, welcoming environment when we’re there. They will always be my first recommendation and first choice for piercings!

I had the best experience. I previously had two piercings done 5 years ago that closed up. Jon was able to open and expand them almost pain free. I also got a new third piercing and that was virtually pain free as well! Both Jon and Ali were so friendly, made me feel at ease, and created an awesome atmosphere. I’m super happy with how my piercings turned out. I highly recommend!

Need a trustworthy and quality place to get a piercing? Look no further. This place is awesome! Jon was absolutely fantastic. From the moment I walked in customer service was spot on, super professional, very informative, explained everything the whole way through, and cleanliness/ sterilization is 100 out of 10. Ive never had a piercer make me feel more comfortable and really listen to what I want. (I got my Helix pierced but didnt want it up in the normal cartilage spot and we found my perfect placement together) Absolutely will be back in the future!

Jon was great to work with. My daughters first lobe piercings closed. Or so I thought. Jon opened them up and expanded them with no pain. Then he made rose gold hoops for her. She is thrilled and so happy that her holes were still “open”. We will be back to get some personalized earrings.

Got my nose pierced over a year ago with Ali & just had a hoop put in by her as well! She is absolutely wonderful! So kind & friendly. I will always go back, such a clean & happy environment!!!

I havent been pierced in YEARS and recently felt the urge! Jon pierced my septum with help from his lovely apprentice Ali! They were both so welcoming and kind. Not going to lie...I was nervous, but as soon as we started chatting, all the nerves went away and they explained everything thoroughly. I loved the jewelry selection and was beyond excited to find such an amazing place in my own back yard!

Had a great experience! Jon was amazing. He is very informative and you can tell that he knows what he’s talking about. Ali, was super sweet and also very helpful. Definitely would go back. I drove from white bear lake on a friends recommendation, and I’d definitely drive the 45 minutes again.

I appreciated the advice on where to best place my new lil stud for my ear anatomy. Very careful about the cleaning process. And Ali made sure I understood the cleaning guidelines. I usually dont leave reviews but Jon and Ali were awesome so they deserve it. My 8 year old got his ears pierced today and they made it such a comfortable, fun experience for him and Ive never seen him so excited! Hes even talking about being a piercer one day now. 10/10 absolutely recommend them!!

Make an appointment with Justin. Hes done 5 of my 7 piercings, and he does great work! He is very patient. He gives you all the time you need to pick out jewelry, ask questions, and to recover after the procedure. He explains the whole process as he performs each step, so you can understand what is happening. His personality and professionalism gives off a good vibe. Plus the shop has plentiful unique and beautiful jewelry options.

I have visited multiple piercers in my adult life and this studio is by far the BEST! I was having trouble with a nose piercing a year ago and Jon and Ali evaluated the piercing and realized there was an obstruction in my nose causing the constant irritation. They removed the piercing and repierced my nose in a different spot. I never had an issue once they pierced me!Their thoughtful evaluation, piercing and aftercare enabled me to reach my goal.A year later Justin helped change my stud to a seamless ring.Jon, Ali and Justin are truly the best at their trade!

Did a quick search on google to find a local tattoo shop that had body jewelry for sale. When I walked in the customer in front of us was already being yelled at for not having an appointment to buy jewelry. I did not see anything on their website, facebook, or a sign on their door about making an appointment just to buy jewelry. I was taken aback by how rudely the customer in front of us, and myself, were spoken to. Hopefully this was on off-day and this is not how their paying customers are treated on the norm.

Jon is incredible! I have been seeing him for all my piercing needs for years! He is the only one I trust to be honest about placements, healing times, and overall esthetics of my piercings! They got the best quality jewelry around and I recommend Jon to everyone I talk too!!
