Felt spontaneous today and decided to get new piercings. Piercing Pagoda is a reliable place to go for affordable piercings. There were many 14K gold options, which are good for just leaving them in (to sleep/shower…)Liz, who did the piercing, was friendly and patient! And we made sure the piercing was exactly where I wanted to be. It was not painful and I highly recommend!

Wow Kevin has such Excellent customer service if I could would have gotten a piercing every day. Keep up the great work . Five stars not enough..

Getting my niece ears pierced for the first time was absolutely safe and clean, sanitizing and all precautions were taken to ensure safety of the child. Got my first piercing in my front left lobe from here. While the placement and jewelry I chose was nothing too crazy (still very nice though), I have to thank and give much gratitude to Alexis who helped me with the process. Today, we went to Banter in QCM for the first time to pierce baby Skys ear. Kevin was incredibly patient with us and made Skys first experience a warm and wonderful one. He explained how to care for her piercing, he is very knowledgeable and was very gentle with her from start to finish. The customer service was exceptional, and he even took a picture with the baby. Came here for peircings in the left and right ears. They use a gun and not needle method. I got infection in both ears even with the spray they give you. I wouldn’t recommend. 60$ to the garbage.

I have been a loyal customer for over 15 years. So for my nieces baptism gift, I knew I wanted something special, so of course I had to come here. I was greeted by Nina. Kevin was Amazing at piercing my 3 month old baby’s ear. It was a great environment they made us feel welcomed.

I’m usually not a person to give bad reviews, but this deserved it. I’ve never been so unamused at the show the assistant manager at this location was trying to put on. I got to the booth and knew what I was looking for (because I used to work for the company and I always brought the same type of earrings). The guy finishes with his customer and apologizes because he needed a sip of water after I asked him where the gold square earrings were at this booth, he points me immediately to the diamond case as he drinks his water. As I’m looking, I realize I wasn’t specific to CZ, he then yells out loud screaming in the middle of the mall, to put on whatever show and even the girl working with him was confused, you’re doing too much. After a bit I clarified what I wanted and he points me to the correct case, I walk over and as he’s standing over the wrong case he’s like “wait wait wait, we can talk over here”, uh no I know what I’m getting. He finally comes over I tell him what I need 6mm and 7mm, real simple, he’s too busy trying to upsell me on everything else, he doesn’t even care to ask YG (yellow gold) or WG (white gold) I tell him I’ll take the extended service on the 6mm being that I always wear that size, I want to try the 7mm and if they weren’t really me I wouldn’t wear it much. After getting an attitude he puts everything in the tablet, adding the ESV to the 7mm also, hands me the tablet and says “since I worked here I know how to use it” I told him I quit before the tablets came out but I can read and you can take off the extra esv. I paid and leave, as I drive home I checked my e-receipt and see WG on it, I’m allergic to nickel and can only wear WG for a short period of time before my ear gets irritated. I had to return the following morning to switch them out, the girls the next day were so much more pleasurable to deal with and solved the issue for me with no issues. I made sure his employee number was not getting credit for this sale. I have a lot of choice words for him if he were to EVER again deal with me in any way. Also his friends seem to be the only business he can get, he needs better training and to learn some humility and to grow up, I’m a pretty chill customer but this was too much from start to finish.

Good customer service, but my nose piercing never healed correctly. :( Sharron has a lot of knowledge but the jewelry she pierced me with was too tight for my nose. My nose cartilage is thick, more than 6 months and it hasn’t healed yet. And it wasn’t cheap to get my nose pierced I paid $123. I pierced my right side of my nose at a different place for $90 and had no complications.
