Body Revolution Tattoos & Body Piercings

I got my ear lobes pierced here about 6 weeks ago and was told to just use the “sea salt cleansing spray” they sold me twice a day. everything was fine until recently when i noticed my one ear lobe seemed to be infected. i called and talked to someone and the guy told me i should have also been using antibacterial soap all along because the spray they sold me isn’t a cleanser? i was never informed of this at the time of my piercing whatsoever. yes, maybe i could have looked this up somehow but i would expect to be able to trust the professionals doing my piercing to inform me of proper aftercare.

I got my rook pierced twice by Sergio and he did it wrong both times. He used the wrong jewelry and didn’t pierce it right at all causing it to fall out twice and break skin. I would love to get money back or at least have one person pierce it right.

I took my daughter to get her nose done and and I got mine done at the same time. I had stopped in at a few other shops in the area and this was by far the friendliest of the ones I went to. I dont know the piercers name but he was so nice and efficient. The stop was immaculate. I will definitely be going back for any other work or if I decide to punch more holes in my body.

I came in for a septum and eyebrow piercing and Keith was fantastic! I was nervous but he was very informative and explained every detail of the process. Both piercings went so quick and i experienced no pain at all! Will be returning. Thanks, Keith! ❤️

Sergio did a fantastic job on a small detailed tattoo! He is quite skilled at shading and additional details! Wasnt put off by working on a mature lady and senior skin😉. Highly recommend him.

Ask for your piercers name first and do not go to Keith. My piercings were uneven and the ball wasn’t tightened all the way so the one piercing that was placed in a good spot fell out so now I just wasted $65. I have gone to body revolution multiple times and had multiple artists such as Sergio and Tyler who have done wonderful work with my piercings.

Keith was nice got a piercing done. Only thing I didn’t appreciate was some comments he made toward me. It was a little unprofessional. Still a good experience and happy with the piercing.

Be careful who pierces you. Didn’t ask the guys name but he was a short dude, huge gauges heavily tattooed with a snake tat on his face. Got my Tragus done and he used a curved peircing. I didn’t even look at what he was using since he’s supposed to be the professional. I knew right away your supposed to use straight bars for healing but thought hey maybe it’ll heal I don’t have much knowledge on Tragus piercings. Nope 2 days later and it’s infected, I have 7 piercings and did what he told me exactly. Went to the shop again and one of the girls there told me to take it out, wait 2 weeks and told me the days she works so that she can re pierce me. She said she uses straight bars but some others there don’t. It’s sad that there is some good piercers here and some bad because I got my eyebrow pierced there and it was perfectly fine that’s why I came back. They should all have the same knowledge and training I think it’s a bit unprofessional that I have to get re pierced because one of their piercers doesn’t know what he’s doing.

I’ve been to this place many times, and always recommend them to friends and family for piercings, i’ve gotten all of mine here for like 8 years now. recently, a friend of mine went here to get his eyebrow pierced. i’m not usually a reviewer but i do feel people need to know these things, especially if they’re looking to get a piercing here. if you do go in, avoid being pierced by keith if possible, honestly just leave and go back another day, try to see sergio. SERGIO IS AMAZING. in the beginning of keith piercing my friend, he was okay but he was really shaky and seemed intimidated by doing a brow piercing. the spot for the piercing was MARKED fine, but upon piercing, he had completely missed the mark, piercing off to the side of my friends eyebrow and even below it, keith was off the mark by at least half an inch. this was a dreadful experience for my friend, and keith needs to undergo some more professional training before he should be allowed to perform these literal body modifications on people. having to adjust the mark is understandable, getting it in the right spot and to the clients liking may take time, but completely missing it upon piercing is simply appalling and there’s no excuse for it. moving on from the piercing itself, throughout the healing process, the piercing rejected, which isn’t keith’s fault aside from the placement. however, when my friend went in to the shop today explaining what happened and was talked to be keith, he denied this even happening and showed no sincerity in his apology for messing up the piercing. while he’s denying it and not even really apologizing or owning up to his mistakes, you can clearly see in a video that he was shaky, intimidated, and that the mark is in a completely different place than what the piercing was. if you’re looking to get pierced here, i hope you’ve taken the time to read this review and decided not to be pierced by keith. and to the shop itself, keith should undergo more training on the customer service side of things, along with the piercing side of things. this service was not what was expected coming to you guys, as we’ve never had this dreadful of an experience in the past. moral of the story, DO NOT get pierced by keith, GET PIERCED BY SERGIO!!

Save yourself the money and pain and go somewhere else for your navel piercing!! came in on sunday to get my navel pierced and was pierced by keith. my friend also got an ear piercing and was wanting to get a new industrial bar. when he was showing them to her he pulled out the tongue rings. when he realized he said “sorry im fried”. that should have been my sign to leave but i gave him the benefit of the doubt. someone who is doing body modifications should not be under any kind of influence, regardless of experience. i was pierced with an externally threaded bar that was WAY too short ( described to me as feeding a cheese grader through the piercing channel by the lady who removed it for me) and wasn’t even pierced in my belly button. it basically a surface piercing. I ended up going to a different shop because i was concerned with the swelling. i was told to immediately take it out as it was starting to reject. incredibly disappointing and frustrating and i hope this will prevent someone else from having to go through the same thing.

We took our daughter here to get her ears pierced. Then they closed up so we brought her back.She loves having pierced ears but is a very anxious kid with a low pain tolerance.Sergio was there both times and was excellent with her. Patient and helpful with a ton of good strategies for keeping her mind off of it.She freaked out a bit the second time, and we almost left but his chill demeanor helped her go through with it.I would go back again. Great staff.

Came in to get my septum pierced again left with a crooked off center septum piercing, probably from the lack of clamps or double checking, or any communication…..don’t come unless u wanna get your shit botched!

I came here and I was all confident. But when I saw the needle I got a little scared and started crying. But my piercer, nick, answered all my questions and helped me calm down. Great people, awesome customer service! I had my nose and ear lobe pierced during my visit. My only gripe is if you have a surgical steel allergy or just are sensitive too nickel, I recommend providing your own piercing for them to sterilize and pierce you with as the jewelry they use is very low quality and will most likely cause irritation or in my case, my earlobe got infected 1 month in with proper aftercare. You shouldnt use surgical steel to freshly pierce and minimum titanium. Give the place a shot though!

Horrible attitude from staff, understandably asked for court documents when i was with a parent for nose piercing, but gave snarky remarks and comments when i stated we didn’t know we needed them. Do not recommend.

I took my daughter to get her nose pierced, it was a good experience. The piercer made us both feel comfortable and he was nice, but Im terrible with names and I cant find the card, so Im not sure who we had, lol. It healed well and she loves it. Its cute. Ive since sent my niece and her friend there for ear piercings, my daughters friend for her nose, and my friend went for both sides of her nose.. theyre all happy customers 😁

I came to body revolution for my first dermal piercing and Sheyenne had done it and I almost felt nothing at all it was completely painless and it was almost like it didn’t happen and they healed up real nicely I even had a consultation for a tattoo and she drew me up a tattoo and I loved it just waiting to save up the money to get it. I loved Sheyenne’s welcoming hand it was my first dermals ever and she made it such a pleasant experience 10/10 would recommend Sheyenne for a first time anything she will get it done for you and done right the first time 🙂🙂🙂

Drema did such a great job on both of my cartilage piercings. She made me super comfortable was so incredibly sweet. She continuously made sure I was comfortable and “ready” and she was hella neat, sanitary and caring. Definitely ask for Drema @ Elyria Body Revolution

My partner and our two teens and I all went for nose/septum piercings.bThey were great at distancing, requiring masks, and cleaning and disinfecting. Sterilized and one use tools and needles. Explained health department guidelines, and made us feel very comfortable.

Tyler has done my 2 most recent tattoos.After the first one I knew I had found someone I could trust completely to do the memorial tattoo I had been waiting years to get.Theyre both beautiful and have healed flawlessly.I will absolutely be back!

I dont recommend this place. The piercer was not knowledgeable about basic anatomy of the area being pierced. Should have been my first and only red flag to not get the piercing. Piercing ended up being slanted and was blamed on swelling. No piercing cleaner was offered or recommended after being done. Had to ask for it. Ended up taking it out a few days later. Also got a small tattoo with my best friend. Tattoo artist were both nice and helped design a small tattoo and fit us in. They were both fairly new artist and I feel this information should have been made available prior to receiving tattoo. Not everyone wants to be someones learning experience. I did not mind, just wish the info was given prior to tattoo. Im sorry but I dont recommend this place.

Had my second set of ear piercing. Ray explained everything he was going to do and was very good. I was very comfortable and will go back again. Place is very clean.Update : third ear piercings did not go as well. Although the female piercer was nice, informative. My lobe was repierced and I could see the back of it hanging down my earlobe. She pierced downward instead of straight. Ive gone to a different establishment to fix several mistakes, and no longer will I recommend or go there again.

DONT COME HERE FOR PIERCINGS, i came here for my 15th birthday and got an L shaped nose piercing from a pericer named Sergio. They are sweet talkers and dont actually know what they’re talking about when it comes to piercings. I’d went home and washed it twice and instructed then covered it up with a circle band-aid as instructed by Sergio and wokeup with a hole in my nose and no piercing to be found. All i want to say is 2 weeks ago i went to a different piercer and got a nose piercing for 5$ more and i still have it in. If you want a temporary piercing and a waste of time and money then please come here. When it comes to piercings this is NOT THE SHOP TO GO TO!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Had an absolutely wonderful experience there as did my daughters. Shop is very clean and well managed and organized. Piercings took no time at all and all safety and hygiene protocol were done above and beyond. Mitchs attention do detail during the whole process was amazing. I would very highly recommend using them for any future piercing needs! I will definitely be a returning customer as will my daughters

If I could give zero stars I would I went for a septum piercing and eye brow paid and even gave a $20 tip was there almost a hour getting my nose poked at with a toothpick…finally I had enough and told the man never mind…no piercings please

Tyler tattood me a little over a mo that ago and he was amazing. Hygienic, comforting and just overall pleasant. The tattoo came out exactly as I wanted and healed PERFECT. I will definitely be back to him.

I waited a week to review to make sure I had no issues. Drema did my helix piercing and she was fantastic. She had a wonderful, positive and calm demeanor and I will absolutely be back in the future.

I was a walk-in and didnt have an appointment, but I got in and out with a new septum piercing! Sheyenne is the one who pierced me, and she did a fantastic job! She was very considerate and very calming, and the piercing was done so fast I barely felt it. She gave me all my aftercare information and was honestly the nicest piercer Ive ever had an experience with.

Sheyenne does a phenomenal job! Her bedside manner is Wonderful. Her presence is very calming & made getting my piercings done a breeze. She made sure to walk me through the aftercare of my piercings. She let me know step by step what she was doing. 10/10 recommend! Super cool and friendly. I was shocked at how affordable the piercings were. I will definitely be going back. I would 100% recommend y’all check them out BEFORE you go anywhere else. Thankfully the other two places I called weren’t able to do a piercing the same day. I went to the Elyria location and was seen immediately.

I went in to get my first piercing and was a little nervous because everyone said that they will hurt. The guy who pierced explained the whole process to me and eased my nerves down before he pierced them. The piercing process was not bad at all. Out of 10 on the pain scale it was a 0. Paul did a fantastic job and ill definitely be coming back to get any other piercings I want.

I just went there today for 2 different piercings. It HURT, for me, but the staff was *awesome*. The service was really great, 10/10 I will visit this place again for any future piercings. Great aftercare information as well, I definitely walked out of there more informed on my piercings. I cried like a baby but the guy doing my piercings was so cool about it, plus another talented worker showed me the cutest drawing of a baby animal. Really great employees!

Ive gone to Sheyenne multiple times and she is wonderful. She did my third lobe piercings as well as my daith. She is super clean, tidy, quick and professional. Not to mention a little ray of sunshine and super helpful. I definitely recommend her.

DONT COME HERE FOR ANY PEIRCINGS APART FROM EAR LOBE PEIRCINGS!!!Ive gone here for my peircings and just recently my helix is a living hell. They used a curved barbell which isnt recommended. I trusted the peircer since she said it would give me the option to put in a ring and a post. Now its swollen and when I tried calling them, they wont answer

Other than the wait in line (lots of people) the piercings themselves were done very well and very quick, no pain. Not expensive, high quality service. If you’re interested in this service, make sure you park behind the building! If you park in the Lenny’s parking lot, you can get towed.

The girl who did my piercing was very nice and awesome she did it so fast and gave some very good advice on how to care for it as well! And if I had any issues I could come back!! Definitely recommend and would go there again for another piercing!! And her name was Shey!!!

I have seen Shyenne Woodruff for all my piercings and wouldnt go anywhere else. She is very good at what she does and the prices are very reasonable. Super friendly too. The shop is always clean and looks nice. I would recommend to anyone.

Alix did my nose all 4 times I got it done (for reasons that are my fault) and she did great! I love the experience I have every time I go there! I got my seconds done by some guy there, I forgot his name, and he was amazing. They always make sure you’re calm and ready and make sure you know when the needle is going in so you know when to breathe. I’m going to get my cartilage done next week! Highly recommend this place!

I absolutely love this place. I got my dermal done back in November and Sheyenne was the teacher. The apprentice was amazing. During my visit I spoke with Sheyenne about my septum ring that I had gotten done elsewhere and she told me it was messed up and said to let it heal up and she would fix it. I went back and she went above and beyond to make sure I was satisfied. The atmosphere at this place is so inviting and caring. I will definitely be back for more piercings. If you want a piercing go see Sheyenne she is truly the best. You will love her. 💜

Check out this beauty of a piercing! Glori (Im sorry if I didnt spell right) was not only very professional, she was very informative on pros and cons of this particular piercing. of course the 1st day was a bit numbing with very little pain due to it being in the mouth! No pain after that, no uncomfortableness.. ate whatever after 3 days. This piercing I would say is better than the up and down- no food gets stuck on it and it doesnt hit your teeth like the up and down piercing does! Now a week later (sorry for the late review) and it looks and feels great! The staff (all of them) were so friendly and kind. Lol We walked in and immediately got helped. Then another chic came out of a room and asked if we were helped yet.. then another one. Seriously they all were so nice and helpful! Very professional as well. Weve came here for 8 piercings so far! I got my first ear piercings ever from here, and man did they do such a nice job! I had Alix do mine and she was so sweet the entire time, when i got nauseated from the pain she brought me some water and kept giving me cold paper towels to keep me comfortable and waited so patiently until i was ready for the next one. if shes available request Alix! She was amazing and I will definitely be coming back to have her do more in the future!

Got my Medusa pierced by Drema today at the Elyria location, she was quick, as painless as possible, knowledgeable, kind, and an overall excellent piercer. I’ll definitely be returning for any future piercings. I couldn’t recommend them and her more.

Sarah was absolutely amazing. Got a tattoo and piercing. Her work is super clean, she is super light handed, and is so talented. Did my nose super fast to where I could barley feel it. She was just so pleasant. Would definitely recommend her!!!

They made my ear piercings uneven not once but twice, after giving me such a hard time about fixing the 1st one. Just a heads up they have 2 piercers and if one messes up your piercing you have to go to the same one to fix it, regardless of how unconvent it is for you.

She explained everything before she got started (process, sanitation, etc.) and made me feel a little more relaxed (considering Im afraid of needles). She was so patient, understanding, and quick! Then she explained the aftercare and I was done! Will definitely return if I decide to get anymore piercings in the future.

Went last minute to get a tattoo and Sarah was happy to help. Explained to her what I wanted and where I wanted to and we agreed to a great price and I got the tattoo done. Sarah the tattoo artist and Sarah the piercer where both great they both made the process for me and my friend the best part of our day. Will be going back soon

Sheyenne stuff 3 helix piercings for me today, and had done a gauss tragus piecing a few weeks ago as well.She was wonderful again, and Im a big needle phobic person. She was so gentle and kind, thank you Sheyenne!The shop was really busy when I went in and there was a steady stream behind me. My son and I visited them on mothers Day to go in and experienced his first tattoo. They managed to screw up my symbol on my forearm its not centered scabby blotchy and missing ink I know I was having a problem because I forgot to eat but he was extremely heavy-handedabd and just basically tearing at my flesh holding it the whole time I got bruised. So thats why its literally crooked and you can see the tear marks in the ink with patches of missing Ink and scabs. Feel awful for my son!! He paid for it I AM STUCK!!! I got three piercings today and I was so happy with them, I payed $70 in total: $20 for my cartilage and belly button and $30 for my industrial. My piercer was Allie and she was so so helpful, she talked me through everything and made sure I was comfortable the entire time. 10/10 would recommend to anyone looking to get piercings!

My friend and I waited for a bit but once it was our turn, Alix apologized and thanked us for being so patient (I believe she was doing all the piercings and pierced 5 other girls before me). She told me my price, which was absolutely unbeatable, and we proceeded. I had got my nipples pierced previously at another local shop and after 2 years, I just was not happy with the way they healed. I made her aware of my concerns and Alix actually checked whether she would be able to pierce me or not before I paid. Alix made me feel very comfortable while still giving a sense of professionalism while she told me stories about her own piercings. Got my nose pierced, very clean and professional, opened the sterilized tools in front of me. Very steady hands pierced straight and very well placed. Answered all questions I had. Only reason I gave it a four is because they didnt hand out an after care sheet and went over that quite fast. Other then that it was great!

Dream did so good on my piercings! I walked in and told her what I wanted (lip piercing and nose) I do have thinner and smaller lips but she still was able to get it done for me and made it look good !

I liked Chris, he pierced my ears twice and he had a steady hand. He told me what he was doing most of the time so there were no big surprises. However I think it was extremely poor customer service to not accept my coupon because it was not printed. It was not clear on the website it needed printed and I mean c’mon it’s 2019 most coupons are on phones now. They definitely could have accepted it and showed good customer service but it just seemed like a poor excuse to save twenty bucks. Also very poor earring selection but good pricing. However I will unfortunately not be returning here.

So unfortunately I went in today and got my vertical labret done, and I was unimpressed. The girl that did mine was yes very nice but did not peirce it correctly it I had to have her re adjust the ink and it still was crooked and as well no offense to her but her child was there and I feel its not super professional I understand not having a baby sitter but its not what Id like to come into. As well I feel 7 months is not a long time to be peircing and that was on me but I do not plan to come back for further peircings. If u have read this far I have also gotten my septum and both industrials and those were good.

Took my 8 year old to get her second ear piercing and they ended up piercing her completely crooked! It was awful! Not to mention, the needle grazed her cartilage causing excessive bleeding on the ride home. When I told them it was uneven, she said it was because her first hole wasnt even .. so I got her first hole repierced, and guess what... The second one is still horrible! My poor baby hates her ears! And hates having them redone! Im so mad I chose this place, I will never forgive myself!

Everyone there does a good job and super friendly. I got two tattoos from zack and wont go anywhere else. they also do great piercing my friend got his nips done and there and they did a wonderful job. all and all a great place and a good experience.

Had a 4p.m. appointment with one of the tattoo artists there (Sarah Bean) to get matching sister tattoos for 3 sisters. But after driving 25 minutes and calling the shop to let them know we would be a minute or two late - we found out the tattoo artist we made an appointment with hadnt even come into the shop today. Both the shop & the tattoo artist knew this... yet neither bothered to contact any one of us. Extremely unprofessional and rude.

Got two lobe piercings. Asked the guy, I think his name was Nate, if their jewelry would be okay as I have metal sensitivity. He assured me multiple time that it would. Both piercings rejected due to the cheap, bad quality jewelry, I had to take them both out and let them close up and now I have horrible and painful scarring on the back of my left ear and am out the money I put into it. Go somewhere that has actual high quality jewelry if you value your body and your money.

Extremely Unprofessional at the Elyria location. My wife was supposed to get a tattoo but I arranged it as a surprise for her birthday (had already discussed it for years). Made an appointment to bring her in about 3-4 weeks in advance. Had no exact design picked but knew the theme she wanted and the artist had both my phone number and email and was going to get back to me (so he said multiple times). Never any communications, plus he had asked for a deposit in case we decided to back out. I have several tattoos and was never asked for deposits in advance. Will be showing up in a few days to ask for the deposit back. Will never come to this company again!

Drove my daughter there as they told her to be there by 630 and they would do a tattoo. Get there at 530 and she goes in and they told her they couldn’t do it to come back tomorrow. So why have a sign you do walk ins and was told to come in when called before driving all the way there. Very rude and unprofessional. Don’t advertise you do walk ins or say to come in when called. Won’t recommend this place to anyone else. Another lady was turned down also who came in after.

I guess for my experience it was good. Alixx was the one who did my piercings. We were in a small private room where she did my piercings in under 2 minutes it felt. She made me feel comfortable and definitely had a precise system behind what she was doing. Ive watched piercers on YouTube take long which probably made the person sitting in the chair more uncomfortable from the pain settling in after the adrenaline rush fades. The location is in a good spot that gets a lot of traffic which is how I noticed it everyday when I drive to work. Theres a large sign on the side of the building that was advertising $20 piercings. The nipple piercings were a flat price around $37 I believe. Side notes/Advice: if youre planning to get this kinda piercing done and youre not a fast healer theyre going to take a long time to heal, it is not* a pain free process, your nipples will be very sensitive for a few weeks after its done, youll bleed for a few days so wear a junky bra, sleep with a bra/ sports bra the 1st 2 weeks if you sleep on your side to prevent smashing the rings, and lastly dont plan on including your nipples in intimacy for a long time because #1 youll slow down the healing process #2 youll risk infections #3 itll hurt. Soaking in sea salt distilled water for a few minutes helped the healing process (an aftercare treatment info card was given after the piercing process and she explained when I could change the rings out etc.). #LetsGuide

Alix did my tongue piercing. She cut my lower lip with the piercing needle and stopped halfway through my tongue backed the needle up then went all the way through. My tongue was infected within 24 hours. Ive had all of my 7 body piercings redone 3 times due to procedures I had to have done and they never hurt or got infected.
