Terrible customer service. I needed to exchange a piece of jewelry that I ordered online and it came damaged. The customer support said I had to exchange in person at a store. So I drove to the closest one which was 45 min to this location. They said they couldn’t help and I had to do it online. They wouldn’t even offer any other suggestions. I’m pretty sure they just wanted to close down for the evening and I was “too much work” for them.

This place is amazing great Customer service.i took my son her and I had a wonderful time here this place is really the best FIVE STARS 🌟

Horrible customer service. I went in at 7:45 to purchase a anklet I knew what I wanted already, the mall suppose to close 8pm the lady already had everything put up didn’t even bother to Apologize or anything went back next morning another lady told me I couldn’t purchase it for the online price I saw it, at I had to place my order online then came back again same day to pick it up. I live all the way in stl. from now on I’m going to stop coming here horrible place doesn’t Deserve your money.

For my 5 year Olds birthday she really wanted her ears pierced. We decided to try this place and Mikaela was amazing. She told my daughter exactly what she was doing and walked her through the process. There were no tears and she left so happy! Thank you Mikaela!

Both of my girls have had their ears pierced here. Great experience both times. Nice selection of piercing earrings, and they give a pretty steep discount on additional pairs purchased at time of piercing. Earrings are very good quality with screw on or comfort backs. Highly recommend!

We had an awful experience trying to pierce our 4 year olds ears. We were explaining how were having to repierce her ears, because the earrings keep falling out. We were a little sticker shocked at the price of temporary piercing earrings! While we were trying to decide, the manager interjected and rudely suggested we just go to a tattoo parlor instead.

I got my ears pierced with my little sister. The staff were really nice and you can tell they know what theyre talking about. WAY better than Claires. Come to Piercing Pagoda instead! They gave really good advice. They were able to pierce both my ears at the same time. Highly recommend for ALL ages.

I shopped at the piercing pagoda in fairview for the first time with my daughter this week. I’ve had my ears pierced at a piercing pagoda in the 80s when I was baby in Chicago.. Well at my visit with this store I decided on a whim to get second holes done..Let me tell you the sweet young woman who took care of me this week was amazing, very knowledgeable and so kind.. One of the Best experiences I had at a retail shop. Sure felt good to go somewhere where I felt tied to. Thanks again young lady wish I remembered her name. Date of visit 4/7/2021.
