My ear lobe piercings had stretched down over the many years so I had a plastic surgeon surgically close the entire piercings, then after totally healed I contacted John. We set a date and he re- pierced my ears! The piercing room was very sanitary and John was very detailed explaining the process and asking if I had any questions. Hes the best!

John was super professional and did awesome in detailing everything he was doing, as well as with informing me with after care for the piercings; such a down to earth person to meet! Made sure I was relaxed and well, before and after the piercings. A couple more piercings to come for me and he’s exactly who I’ll be heading to!

John was amazing from the first email to the end of the piercing. We traveled out of state and we choose John and his business because he responded right away to my email. He answered all my questions and sent me all the forms and information I would need to bring to the appointment so my daughter could receive the piercing without any hiccup in the process. John then took us back and talked to us like we knew each other for years. His voice and mannerisms were so gentle and kind. Tiger Lotus came highly recommended by a friend and I went to have a handwriting tattoo done on my forearm. I worked with Brenda, and she did an incredible job and is so sweet. I had some old scarring in the area and had sent her photos beforehand; she assured me it wouldnt be a problem and was extra patient when working over them. The tattoo is perfect and Im so happy with it. I had an aftercare question the next morning and sent her an email and we had a quick exchange right away with her answering my questions as well as giving me several just in case options. While I was in the parlor the vibe was so fun. Felicia was working with somebody and we all just hung and chatted. I also talked plugs with John and ended up buying a pair of gorgeous glass ones. Would recommend Tiger Lotus 100% and will definitely be back!

Cleanest shop in town. They do great work and are very friendly and professional. I hope to be tattooed by Felicia, and John has done my nostril piercing and helped me with stretching my ear lobes. I highly recommend.

John is not JUST a Piercer, hes got talent, a skill set that only comes w/years of experience & training. Hes the only piercer Ill EVER go to even though now, I live in the Cape. Felicia gave me a charm bracelet tattoo that I love, love, LOVE! The first visit was a little light, but all I had to do was let her know I needed to come back in to tweak it. She got me back in within a couple of days, listened to what I wanted, and gave me exactly that. I am already planning another small tattoo. Ever since I found this place in 2016 for a particular tattoo request, Ive been going to them for both my tattoos and piercings. Im honestly surprised I havent reviewed them yet, but they deserve all the stars. The staff is always friendly and they remember me despite not seeing me very often. Felicia and John are both incredibly nice and amazing at what they do. I once had an issue with unexpected, excessive swelling on a helix piercing I got done and John fit me into his schedule the next day to address it, which allowed the piercing to start healing properly with no more issues. I cant say enough nice things about this place; they are all amazing people.

Was able to get in for two ear piercings today and wow I’m impressed! Not only was the shop super clean and pristine, the staff was so accommodating and kind. They make you feel super comfortable and calm down any kind of nerves you may have. My piercer Johnny was awesome. He helped give his professional opinion on the placement of my piercings and I couldn’t be happier. Again, I’m so impressed and happy with my experience and I can’t wait to come back in for more!

Felicia has done both of my flower tattoos. She does such an amazing job calming nerves and her staff is wonderful. I have never had luck with piercings but with John having done my nostril piercing, it was successful! John had a huge selection of high quality jewelry to choose from. Could not have imagined a better experience for my 6 year old daughters ear piercings. The shop is clean, staff is warm and inviting, and nice artsy cozy decor. John pierced myself and my roommate last week, and he couldn’t have been more friendly. The jewelry at the shop is beautiful, and John did a great job of explaining his sterilization process and explaining the piercing process. My roommate ended up not loving where she decided to get one of her piercings placed, and John was quickly able to re-pierce her ear after she decided where she wanted it re-done. Everyone in the shop is so friendly and it’s very clean. If you’re thinking about getting a piercing, we would highly recommend visiting John at Tiger lotus.

I came into Tiger Lotus after getting referrals from friends when my nostril got infected. He was very professional and knowledgeable when telling me what were the causes and what I could do to get rid rid of it. I waited a few weeks until my nostril was healed, then he repierced it. It has been perfect ever since. I am so happy he was able to help me. I would not go anywhere else!! John is not only very knowledgeable, but he’s personable also. I have yet to get a tattoo from Felicia, but her work is awesome. They are both great people. If you need a tattoo and/or piercing professionally done, 10/10 would recommend Tiger Lotus to anyone!!

John did my first piercing aside from the traditional ear lobe piercing. No matter how many times I got to get pierced I am so excited from just how much he enjoys and how much knowledge he has regarding piercings, jewelry, and or ionizing.Felicia has the most gentle touch and creates works of art. I love how she can come up with designs from my ideas that are going in ten different directions.Both are great people with even greater talent. They worked with me in my skin issues and any difficulties I had, they were able to come up with suggestions or find solutions from fellow piercerers and artist. Was searching for a place in the area that would do genital piercings, went yesterday to get two female genital piercings (VCH & Christina) and John was extremely professional, kind, sociable, explained everything very well, and made the scary process of getting your genitals pierced, two at once at that, very easy and as painless as possible. Gave great follow up care instructions & Ill definitely be returning here to be pierced by him.

I personally would absolutely not recommend this place for piercings. I have no opinion on the tattoos, but the piercings, no. I waited an entire year for a piece of jewelry, just to call and be told the piercer forgot about it. You also have to make an appointment just to pick up the jewelry. The piercer is odd, as I’ve heard from other women that he acts rather interestingly towards us. So come here at your own discretion.

Felicia is a true artist and has given beautiful watercolor/script tattoos when other artists didnt even have it in their portfolio. John pierced my husband and mines septum, they are the best at what they do. They have a very clean shop, they took their time with us not just to do a good job but explain what and why they are doing it, and they are great people in general. Do not go anywhere else, we wont.

I love Tiger Lotus! I have two tattoos (a small piece and a larger one on my thigh) and both are exceptional quality. I was able to come in for free touch-ups for both of them. Worked with Brenda to get an infinity heart tattoo. I wanted it on my wrist in a fine line so it could be low key since I work in business. Went to Tiger Lotus today while on vacation. The store was incredibly professional and a great tattoo shop with cool art and amazing people. My Tattoo artist was Brenda who did an amazing piece on my arm. I wished I lived in Ft. Myers to have her continue my pieces but my time is up. 10/10 shop, if you wanna meet a new artist come here! I got piercings from John and, while initially being extremely nervous at the idea, the environment was very relaxed and informative. I would have regretted going anywhere else and Im thrilled my piercer had a ton of experience. I will definitely be continuing to come here for any other piercings or tattoos.

Felicia has done numerous tattoos on my arm, all sea life related. The shop is clean, they don’t cancel on you, and the work she does is fantastic. Her prices are really good as well. The detail she does is amazing, and I always have people asking who did my tattoos because of that.

Ive gotten 3 tattoos from 3 different artists and tattoo shops. Ive only done my initial consultation with Felicia, but I am smitten! She made me feel important, she listened to what I wanted, was flexible, professional, encouraging and just plain friendly. The shop is super clean, and while somewhat barren has the tattoo shop vibe you would expect. So far, Im a huge fan of this place and already have plans to get 2 more tattoos than originally planned.

The piercer, John, was extremely helpful to me during a piercing emergency by letting me basically walk in on short notice for a not-simple jewellery replacement(recent jewellery change done elsewhere was not working out ). Friendly, knowledgeable, and (very important for the location of my piercing) gentle. 100% recommend. I will be returning !

Got my rook and tragus pierced here a couple weeks ago. As my first cartilage piercings, I was worried about how they would heal. Glad to say the healing process has been a breeze! It was fun chatting with John as everything was being sanitized and prepped. Will definitely be coming back again 👍👍

I tasked Felicia with creating a tattoo that incorporated my sisters tattoo while still being a design that fit my personal style. I sent her a few photos to give her an idea of what I was looking for. When I arrived she had a general idea but told me she was waiting for me to get there before we decided on a final design. This tattoo is exactly what I wanted. You can tell they are all about quality which is the most important thing when making a permanent change to your body. I have had many tattoos from several different artists and the healing process has gone from ointment every day to dont do anything to saran wrap for two days. Felicia put a clear bandage over my tattoo and told me to keep it on for 5 days and I thought she was nuts but, as it turns out, this one healed more quickly and with less irritation than any of my others! I am so happy with it! Felicia and John (I think thats his name) were pleasant the entire time I bothered them- even past closing time. I will definitely go back for my next tattoo/piercing!

This was my 2nd tattoo by Felicia. She is awesome and worked with me via email for several weeks prior to my visit. This was a cover of piece and she offered her suggestions on what would work for me. She was patient, professional, and honest about every step of the way. In the end she worked out this lovely coverup abstract and watercolor piece that I completely love! The shop is very clean, warm and inviting. Everyone at the shop made the visit comfortable and un-intimidating. Although I’m not one for piercings, their piercer John is extremely friendly and knowledgeable in his craft. I was able to be seen despite being such short notice and John saved my swollen and irritated helix piercing. He was professional and very knowledgeable, informing me of correct steps to take in after care as well as more information about different types of earrings and materials to choose. He was able to switch my shorter earring out for a longer, more suitable one and was guiding me through the process.

Felicia tattooed some birds on me a few months ago, she helped me design everything... and she had a great hand, her art work is wonderful, the ink she used put all my other color tattoos to shame. Everything healed perfect, and she doesnt charge an arm and a leg for her exceptional quality. I live her work, I recommend her to everyone. No complaints.

I have been getting pierced by John for many years and have brought many of my friends to him as well. I trust his experience, knowledge and opinion when getting a piercing. I have even gone to John to fix a piercing I received at another shop, which was infected and irritated by the poor quality jewelry that was used. John cleaned it up and switched out my jewelry for something of better quality that fit correctly and didnt cause a reaction with my sensitive skin. I’ve been going to tiger lotus for 2 years now and over the course of 2 years i’ve gotten 3 piercings from Johnny and 2 tattoos from Felicia (a 3rd coming soon). I couldn’t be happier with the the whole environment and vibe they have at their lovely little tattoo and piercing shop. Johnny and Felicia are 2 of the nicest most genuine people i have met. I wouldn’t go anywhere else for their services.

3/3/21: Aside from one or two very sweets girls who greeted my friend and I, the rest of the staff was unprofessional. From the paperwork being a bit extra but bearable, the dude who was going to do our piercings (with the gages and the black sleeve ) really needs some professionalism... really don’t know anyone who would speak to new clients the way we were spoken to with such disgusting attitude and raised voices. I HIGHLY “UN-RECOMMEND” this place. There are other places with better service, prices, and nicer attitudes towards people who are nervous for trying to mod themselves. Left there feeling very uncomfortable....

John is knowledgeable & super-patient. He can walk you through what your anatomy can support, as well as what will look attractive. Hes very conscientious with safety precautions, as well as how youre feeling. I swear my 9th piercing (first with him) hurt not at ALL. John is so friggin knowledgeable, & his apprentice Rain is equally as comforting (and Im sure well be as talented). If youre looking for a piercing, stop looking.If youre looking for a tattoo, I cannot speak from firsthand experience. HOWEVER, Ive seen their IG page, & their work makes me want another. Went to Felicia for a lip tattoo over a year ago, she was the only one in Fort Myers that would do it for a reasonable price, over a year later it still looks as good as it did on the first day! Literally no fading. I’m so happy with the results, everybody always says they fall out immediately and to not get them but I have a feeling this one will last me a while, planning my next visit soon.

I took my little sister to John for her septum piercing a while back. I had never been met with such enthusiasm and kindness. He has an incredibly calming aura, and I highly reccomend him for your first (2nd, or 16th) piercing. I went to tiger lotus after the Halloween shop/piercing tattoo shop on route 41 messed up my conch piercing. Well to say the least I should have just went to lotus. I developed a huge painful bump on my piercing after calling Halloween after 4 months they said it was a keloid bump and to put aspren powder on it for a week. After doing that for almost a month it only got worse. I went to go see John Robberson at lotus and he immediately took one look not only did he diagnose the proper problem he pierced my left side conch at a great price. Turned out the other place on 41 not only pierced it crooked, they used cheap non quality metal that infected my ear. He told me to take it out, did my other side, and i have never had a problem since. I WILL NEVER GO ANYWHERE ELSE only tiger lotus tattoo and piercing. Thanks John! Your the best!!!

My 8 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced. I wanted to make sure a professional piercer did it. Someone who was trained in aseptic technique and had enough experience to get them right the first time. As a RN ive seen too many kids with infected piercings. I’ve also seen kids with piercings placements that were uneven or just looked wrong.I did my homework as I wanted someone who was a certified industry professional.John Robberson at Tiger Lotus was one of the very few certified professional piercers in the Southwest Florida area where I live.We drove over an hour to get to him. When we arrived at the shop he greeted us and talk TO my daughter vs about my daughter to me. He helped her pick out jewelry that was appropriate for her age and ears, and just as important, that was something she really liked and thought was cool.He was extremely thorough in his explanation of what would happen and when. He even took the time to show her how he could change the color of the titanium metal in her earring and made it applicable to her age with comments on how the color combo looked like a mermaid scale etc.She was nervous about the pain (as any 8 year old girl would be) and he was reassuring, but didn’t lie to her and tell her it wouldn’t hurt as I’ve seen others do.After he pierced the right ear, she looked at, liked it, and then realized she had to do it again for the left. She freaked out just a little and started saying she didn’t want to do it. And no no no. John talked to her, and even told her she could stop because he wouldn’t force her to do it. He was able to talk her down from the ledge and get her left ear pierced by being reassuring and calm, while staying honest with her and respectful of her wishes.After all was said and done, we left totally happy with her newly pierced ears and with the PROFESSIONAL PIERCER, John Robberson, who pierced them. Thanks again John! (Ps. She’s no longer even “a little bit mad” at you and is happily retelling all of her friends about you and her experience. Lol.

Every time I go to this shop is a great experience. I dont live in Florida anymore, but whenever I visit I make sure to stop by to get a new piece. Felicia is a great artist and is great at making sure youre comfortable. I highly recommend this shop!

I stopped in there while visiting Ft. Myers because I had an issue with my seam ring from a previous piercing. John was able to fix it for me, and he was so professional, and it was such a relief to get my jewelry fixed so that I didnt lose my jewel! Thank you!!

Ananda did an amazing job...my Best friend and I called a different shop and they were booked and they suggested we call Tiger Lotus...we are very glad we did. This was my first tattoo and I was prepared for a lot of pain...I have to say that there was very little pain...Ananda has a gentle touch...I was very pleased with her sanitation and her care for us... thanks bunches Ananda will see you again soon!
