I had a great experience at White Rabbit! I’ve always had anxiety walking into tattoo shops due to a a bad experience during one of my first ever visits when I was younger. But the people at this shop were welcoming and friendly. Chris was really cool, and accommodating about a miscommunication since I booked online. (I hadn’t brought cash, only card. Note to self and word to the wise always ask if you should bring cash.)I got some garnish dots done at the tops of my nail beds on my left hand to mimic what was on my right a few years back. Also added an 8 point star to my left middle finger. Chris touched up the older stuff on my right hand and corrected a mistake leftover from another artist on my Eye of Ra that has been bothering me. At the end of my appointment I felt confident enough to schedule my next one. Thanks White Rabbit! 🖤 🤘🏻

Got Mother daughter tattoos. James was amazing. He walked us through everything and did great work. Everyone there is friendly and makes you feel welcomed. Will definitely be back for all my tattoo and piercing needs.

My daughter had her ears pierced here and was extremely nervous. Kota was AMAZING with her. Very kind, explained what all the tools were and what they were used for, explained step by step what he was doing. He did everything in his ability to make her feel comfortable and really turned what could have been a scary situation for her into a great one. Two very enthusiastic thumbs up.

I really wanted to leave a good review for this place, but I cant. I went in to get snakebite piercings. The experience itself was great, the people there are really friendly and make you feel comfortable... But... When I asked about swelling, I was told it would barely swell and to put ice chips in my mouth if it did, and it would be fine.By day 3, my lip was three times its normal size, and the jewelry was completely embedded in my lip. I bruised in multiple areas where the stud was so tight, and now I have a nice heart-shaped bruise on the front of my face where it got pulled so tight against my skin. I did my own research and found that its *standard practice* to put in larger bars when the piercing is new to account for the swelling, which was not done in my case.When I reached out, I was met with what felt like just a complete lack of accountability and concern. I understand that they were closed on Monday and Tuesdays, but I was in serious pain and having major issues with the work they had done. I finally did receive a time that they could meet me today, after I had already had it taken care of in Lexington, where the artist confirmed that it was standard practice to size up the bars and change them out later for lip piercings because they are notorious for large amounts of swelling.

Dakota was exceptional!! I 110% recommend anyone wanting a piercing done to make an appointment with him! Super professional, made my piercings an enjoyable experience. I had been debating on the piercings I got for quite a while and after reading reviews decided to bite the bullet and book an appointment. Without a doubt best decision I could’ve made. Will never get anything done elsewhere. Will definitely be back! My husband also spoke with James about a cover up and he was also very friendly and helpful. We’ve definitely found our tattoo/piercing location!!

The service was spectacular! The shop was clean and the staff were friendly and down to earth . I went to have my 15 year old’s ears pierced . The guy who did the piercing was very knowledgeable and explained things to my son .

I went here to get my first tattoo and I couldn’t have been happier with it, Chris is an absolute master of his craft, and made the tattoo look even better than the picture I sent in. They also charged me significantly less than tattoo Charlie’s did for the same tattoo. I will definitely be returning in the future.

I got my first tattoo here after I got my nose pierced here. I absolutely loved the staff and the vibe. I was tattooed my Chris, he was absolutely amazing and always made sure I was doing okay since this was my first tattoo and I was pretty nervous. Everything was super clean and they even had a cute axolotl to look at in the waiting area! I will definitely come again!

Went in for my appointment on Thursday and right off the bat I was welcomed and the environment felt very friendly. Was nervous for my nipple piercings at first but the two people that were working that I met helped out with that and I absolutely love my piercings so far, I would 10/10 go back for more whether it would be tattoos or more piercings!! HIGHLY recommend Dakota, he did an amazing job!

James has been my artist for the last almost 15 years. Since I met him I have never gone anywhere else. Hes the best around. I would absolutely recommend anyone looking to get a tattoo or piercing to check out White Rabbit Art & Tattoo. Youll not be disappointed. Also, Dakota is super knowledgeable about piercings and I even got my nose pierced on a whim because of him.

I went in today just to purchase some jewelry for my nose and belly button, Dakota was very helpful, and helped me find the perfect jewelry! He also was kind enough to tell me good places to get jewelry because I have very sensitive skin! I will definitely be scheduling a appointment very soon!! Extremely professional and supportive and patient. My only child and daughter got her first 4 tattoos in one sitting and they rocked it! They made her feel comfortable, special and the only one in the room! It was really outstanding and wonderful!! Look up James and Jestie!!

Dakota was awesome with my daughter getting her ears pierced for the first time. He was patient and kind and even put Star Wars themed music on because she loves Star Wars. Will recommend to all our friends and family.

Require covid vaccination or covid test before you can get a nose piercing. Higher price than others in town also and charge for your jewelry. To each their own as far as pros or cons. Im sure its a great establishment based on their reviews but I will not be finding out.

I had the best experience!! It was my 70th birthday gift from my son and daughter-in-law. The staff was wonderful!!! I have had no problems at all with my piercing!!

I brought my daughter here twice for 2 different piercings.(nose & naval) He did a great job and was very professional.

I went in to talk to the guy about an apprenticeship and the guy was much nicer than some of thw other shops that I have visited. Shop looked very clean and personable.

Went for tattoo. He changed my tattoo from what I wanted. His line work is awful. Looks shaky and squiggly. He told me to please not post a close up of it if I posted pics. Horrible horrible

I was going to get a tattoo & they banned me and my mom because we had a appointment and they changed my appointment twice and then I canceled because of a family emergency and got another appointment and they changed my Artist 3 is times so I said no thank you to the artist and the lady told me we couldn’t come back

I have called this place 2 or 3 times and have left a message and ask them to call me back and they never do.its seems like they are always closed,so when u call them and they say leave a message and they will call back is a joke they never do.
