I booked their phone consultation to get information about laser and facial procedures and pricing. The lady was very sweet until the end when I said I will put some thoughts and decide what I want to do. Gosh!! her tone changed, and she said you dont have to book consultation if you are not ready to pay. She said dont call us for just getting information as everything is readily available. Well, I just laughed. In a service industry like theirs they are hiring pathetic consultants who are just making them loose their customers. But thank you for showing that you JUST care about money.

Every staff member I have met is knowledgeable in the products, procedures as well as pre-procedure and post procedure best practices. I love how the woman in charge, Boss Lady frequents the waiting area. I’m sure she does that to assure clients are handled with the utmost care.

Great place for personal care! I saw Cindy and shes awesome: smart and thorough! Kat was especially friendly and efficient (as the front desk staff and clinicians have always been). Definitely the go-to for me-time 🥰

I had recently called Fremont laser-away to book an appointment for my lips and spooked with Mateo. Nurse Cindy is amazing. It’s my first time having the RF Microneedling facial and was super nervous it would be too painful, but it wasn’t! She’s very knowledgeable about the procedure and made sure my skin was properly prepped. Crystal helped me with the numbing, and gave some tips and tricks to help the numbing be even more effective.10/10 would recommend!

I like the services provided by LaserAwayHowever I am only annoyed with their rescheduling system and feel like they are in need of extreme training especially rescheduling appointments for areas more than one. Twice I have had problem where I had scheduled a service for 2 areas and someone calls me up a day ahead and requests to reschedule another time, wherein, they reschedule for just one area, forget about the other and then I have to come to their clinic only to know that they haven’t rescheduled services for both area. This is very ridiculous. And on top of that requesting to schedule another area doesn’t work, because they have too many patients! I mean how pathetic you can be to not even apologize? People change their whole working schedule and plans and drive in traffic for 40+ mins to come to your please to know you haven’t done ur simple job of rescheduling the whole appointment correct!

I signed up for the full body (forehead to toes) package for Laser Hair Removal and recently had my first upper & lower body sessions. I have worked with Brandi & Misa so far. This was been a stellar experience and heres why:I connected with Brandi when I was exploring laser hair removal. She helped me explore the current offers based on my needs and made recommendations. There was a patch where my current Derms suggestion to keep my laser hair removal in-house to him and laser away deals were confusing me. Brandi never made me feel pressured to sign up but was always available to answer questions in detail. We went back & forth a bit and she kept the door open. We also upgraded my package and it was a breeze.Then, post sign up, she helped me schedule (and reschedule) 3 sessions for many months to come. I feel like she is the only person I need to talk to for all my questions.Very professional yet friendly. Knowledgeable and kind.------My laser tech is Misa at Fremont. She is a wish come true for me. My pain tolerance is less than that of a 2 yrs. old and she knew exactly what this needs:- She walked me through procedure detail and made space for my questions at the beginning & end of the sessions.- She went through the pre & post procedure care in detail and highlighted the must dos more than once- Misa was checking-in with me regarding the pain level every time she moved to a new area on my body and changed settings accordingly.- But this part makes her better than anyone else I have ever worked with : She timed new topics of conversation every time we were about to hit a slightly prickly part of the body :D to take my mind off the pain. I noticed her do this so many times that I pointed this out to her and she laughed, knowingly. This distraction technique is spectacular for people who are scared because they are anticipating pain.- She helped me remove the white marker lines from my back with aloe & ointment.- Excellent bedside manners and very polite.Laser away, You are lucky to have Brandi and Misa. I hope you reward them well. They deserve all the appreciation & recognition.Edit: add Stephanie and Crystal to the list of absolute BEST techs EVER! I walk away feeling like I was on a friend’s date over coffee instead of getting laser.You did a great job hiring amazing people LaserAway

My brother has been trying to get a refund for over a month. They overcharged him and continued to charge him after he cancelled his account. Its nearly $4,000 that hes owed back & the company is intentionally set up to prevent customer service from fully accessing his account information or giving him any details on his refund. Do not use this company unless you have no other option.

The nursing staff is so attentive and I can tell their policies are very important regarding patient safety and care. Especially when it comes to esthetics, can never be too careful!

I am currently on my 7th session of laser hair removal for my underarms and Brazilian and I am seeing amazing results. I can go weeks without shaving and the little hair that does grow back is hardly even noticeable. As the sessions go by the process gets a little bit more painful so I was nervous to go in today. I expressed that to my nurse, Stephanie, who helped me so much! She offered me some ice that made it feel like my first session all over again! I hardly felt anything. We chatted during my session and it was over before I knew it. Thank you Stephanie for listening to me and making my 7th session the best one yet!

I had a very comfortable and relaxing session with my nurse, Joy. She was very informative about the laser process. I learn something new every time I go in.She was very assuring that I would only have mild pain. Honestly, it was a very smooth no pain experience and I haven’t gone for almost two months.Joy was also considerate about my preferences. She’s pretty awesome! I highly recommend LaserAway. I’ve been treating few areas for hair removal at their Fremont location and I am happy with the results. LaserAway has a great, professional staff and they provide excellent customer service. Big shout out to Marissa, who is always nice, polite, supportive and helped me selecting the package that worked for me. As far as nurses, my favorite is Sonia, she is very sweet and gave me some recommendations on how to improve my results. They also had few nurses come from their Mountain View location and they’ve been awesome as well.

Every time I walk in to LaserAway Fremont. I am always greeted and feel welcome when I come in for my treatment. Marissa always keeps me up to date with promotion deals and other treatment area they offer. My nurse Crystal does a great job treating my areas thoroughly and explaining my post care. She was helpful with giving me an assessment on my skincare concerns.

Ive done multiple treatments here and it has always been a great experience. Ive been seen by different nurses each time, Sonia most recently, and all of them have been professional, thoughtful and friendly. The front staff has been accommodating of all my scheduling needs. Second appointment today and it’s all going very smoothly. Laura (my nurse for today) was amazing! I expressed that I might have sensitive skin, so she tested it on a small portion of my skin and told me to rate the pain. The pain was almost 0 (scale of 1-10)!After just one appointment I am seeing that hair isn’t growing as fast as it did earlier!Wish I could’ve done this earlier!

Really great customer service. The people at the front desk were very friendly, and my nurse listened to my concerns about where Im not seeing as much hair loss as the rest. She was extremely thorough with those areas and adjusted the strength of the laser accordingly. The only reason why I give it a 4 stars is because Im not seeing the results I was expecting eventhough I am in their most successful bracket with my white skin and dark brown hair. Before coming in today, I had completed 6 sessions out of the 8, and am still having high density hair growth in most areas. The hairs grow back much slower but they still grow back in high density per area. Im getting my legs, upper lip, Brazilian, and under arms done so I have plenty of references to compare.

This was my second session and it was great. I feel this nurse today helped me in ALL areas. As opposed to my nurse from my first session. No shade. The areas I shave daily, have a little sting when the laser is being done, but I feel I’m getting used to it as the sessions go on. I’ve already seen a difference and i’n loving every minute of it. I can’t wait to finish all of my sessions and enjoy being comfortable in my own skin. Thank you LASERAWAY!!!!

A quote from customer service Mandi Holmes- you pay for TREATMENT NOT RESULTS. That was truly the case for me. I spent 4 grand to have hair grow back longer on MY FACE and only small patches were gone on my face. The manager Marissa sounded promissing and refused to help me after finding no results after my 9th treatment. The reduced the intensity as I was unable to tolerate the higher intensity. Instead of helping me they asked me to purchase another treatment for 50% off??

I got Clear and Brilliant done for the first time and I was very skeptical about the process, but the nurse Crystal explained everything very nicely and I was clear on what to expect from the service. The reception girl Barisa was also knowledgeable and helped me with numbing and all. Over all I highly recommend this place and their staff.

This is my third session with Laser away and the experience is amazing. I feel so good. My hair growth is also less.Crystal is always good and take good care while doing Laser.

Service is great. Nurses are experienced and professional. Very clean facility. Have been on 4 appointments till now.However the wait times suck. From the past two appointments I have to wait atleast 30 mins before the appointment actually starts. Though I always arrive on or before time.

She then asked how my sessions had been, and if I had any questions. I talked to her about how many treatments I had left, and what a maintenance plan consisted of. My experience at Laseraway was incredibly disappointing, painful, and frustrating. After my initial treatment session, I suffered a severe reaction that led to painful burning, extensive swelling, and the emergence of large, unsightly bumps on my face within a few hours.The nurse saw me the following day, offering me a brief respite with anti-allergic medication and topical ointments. However, instead of improvement, my swelling and bumps intensified, leaving me looking almost alien-like for nearly a week. It took about two weeks for the swelling to subside into small blackheads, and even after two months, some areas of my face still bear these stubborn reminders.My attempts to reach out to Laseraway for information about my options were met with silence for weeks. Nearly a month later, I finally managed to contact someone, and they begrudgingly agreed to issue a refund. While I was initially grateful, I soon found myself inundated with calls and messages from their credit card company.I inquired about the refunds status after another 15 days, only to be informed that the refund had commenced and would take an additional two weeks. However, to my shock, the credit card company revealed that Laseraway had only refunded a portion of the amount and had also charged me double the amount quoted for the initial session - the same treatment that had caused me permanent blackheads, excruciating pain, and discomfort for two agonizing weeks, with hair regrowth.What irked me the most was that Laseraway had never communicated any intention to deduct any amount during our previous interactions. When I confronted them about this discrepancy in a phone call, their response was not only unfriendly but downright rude. They steadfastly refused to accept any responsibility for their actions or the pain I had endured.Ideally, Laseraway should have conducted tests before initiating the procedure, instead of employing an excessively high-potency laser. For a mere 15 minutes of treatment, which resulted in an inordinate amount of pain, discomfort, likely permanent blemishes, and multiple sick days, they now demand an exorbitant fee of $500+.Its clear to me that Laseraway is more concerned with their bottom line than the well-being of their customers. They are merely a profit-driven business. STAY AWAY from Laseraway at all costs!

My review is only based on the front deskHad my appointment today and the front desk receptionist was RUDE!! I asked about my previous purchase I’m which was supposed to have two facials on file in which she said I only had one . I went on on asking for a copy of my records and she said I had to download their app. I politely asked if she could just print it and she said it’s $10 due to HIPPA. I was surprised since I’m the patient and I can’t even get my own records !! Huuu sounds fishy !!!!!!! I question the fee to get my records and she responded “ $10 is nothing to us “ wow laser away you really need to train ur staff. Like really ??? Who in a professional business answers that way.

So my wife finally convinced me to get rid of my mountain man body hair and she made me schedule an appt. As a joke I schedule her an appointment too. When we arrived we worked with Crystal who was amazing, professional, and not bad on the eyes.(my wife agrees she is very beautiful)We signed up for a package, sorry not sharing pictures of my before and after.

Having dealt with the parking hassle of the SF laser away locations I visited the Fremont location while visiting fam and I was pleasantly surprised. The staff was super friendly and I was in and out quickly! My nurse Kelly made sure I comfortable during the process and made the experience seamless. I’ve had better experiences at their Mountain View location. The lady at the front desk was exceptionally rude when I asked how many sittings I had left. All she had to do was look it up on her computer, which she did not know how to do in the first place. The lady next to her jumped in and was able to check my information. I had paid for 20 facial treatments but I’m deciding not to come back ever.I have not had great results even after a year of treatment. Laser hair remover from Costco has given me better results even when I don’t use it for months.Read through the reviews and seems like I am not the only one who’s had a bad experience at the Fremont location.

Love getting lasered at the Fremont location because the staff is so welcoming! Alondra and Marissa are so friendly and they make sure I’m getting my treatments on time. Payed for 10 sessions of their tattoo removal service. Small, 1 inch and thin tattoo made with black ink. 5 sessions in and my tattoo still looks exactly the same. No fading whatsoever.I had my treatments switched to another location. I was told by someone who works at the new location that Fremont usually sets their machines to the lowest setting possible to try and get you to keep paying for more sessions. Do not book with Fremont LaserAway, they scam. Try to avoid LaserAway in general.

My 5th laser hair removal treatment was done a couple of weeks ago. The nurse who treated me the first 4 times was AMAZING, however, she relocated to a new company which forced me to get treated by a different nurse.Upon my arrival I was told that I was going to be treated by a nurse in training. The nurse was very sweet and I was understanding that she had to perform hands-on training on me. What I was not okay with was the fact that the trainer (who was also in the room) was just sitting in the corner (on her phone the whole time) NOT monitoring the trainees work and the few times she would look up she would make a comment and dive right back into her phone.Again, Ive had 4 laser hair removal treatments before (underarms, brazilian & full legs) and not once have I asked my previous nurse to stop due to pain, I have high pain tolerance. This time around, my 5th treatment, I asked the nurse to stop 5+ times because it was literally burning my skin at this point. The trainee was sweet and doing her best, however, it is the lack of customer service/professionalism on the trainers part that I am not okay with. My right thigh is still incredibly sensitive to touch (unlike the first 4 times).I requested to speak to the director of this location and all I received was an email by Morgan asking for my contact information (which I responded to almost immediately) but never heard back from her even after I sent a follow up email thinking maybe my response had gotten lost...still nothing.

Camille was great! She was very cautious about the area (a spot) that was burned from the previous treatment. Camille made the necessary accommodations to ensure that my treatment went well. She even offered an ice pack (since I have really sensitive skin). Thank you, Camille for such a great experience! Overall, I am seeing AMAZING results with the hair removal treatment. I am happy to see that most of the hair is gone and it just makes it so that I dont have to shave often! Really happy with my results! Thank you, LaserAway and staff!

Laura was great with the IPL treatment. She went over the spots 3 times. I’m already seeing a difference. The spots are fading more at each session.

Samantha was able to help me on my last appointment for hair laser removal. She was amazing!!! She got the work done fast and was very thorough with the process. As you would imagine getting lasered they would cover the entire area you paid for. Thats not always the case. With having thisexperience with Samantha I left excited a happy that every crevices was lasered! (Brazilian)

I highly suggest LaserAway! The Fremont staff is so friendly and accommodating! The facility is very high-end and is super clean. All the staff are knowledgeable of the procedures and pricing and they make you feel comfortable and informed. The staff is also great with privacy - and do a wonderful job keeping consults personal and private. A couple of other huge benefits are the amazing referral policy and the existing client deals! The pricing is very fair and there are many financing options available as well.

This place failed to keep my appointment 4 out of 5 times.I purchased 6 sessions of clear and brilliant laser with them and already finished 3 treatments. The first time I scheduled about 3 weeks ahead, but got a call from them 2 or 3 days before my scheduled time and told me they were double booked and have to reschedule me. They didnt provide any compensation to make up for the double book that time. The second time was the only time they didnt mess up my schedule. The third time I scheduled for 7:00pm and when I walked in at 7 they told me it shows in their system that my appointment was at 6:30 and they couldnt do the treatment that day, I had to reschedule. This time they compensated me with a free facial. I rescheduled my fourth treatment and also scheduled the facial they gave me. 4 weeks later I was told I had to reschedule my 4th treatment because they will shut down that day for a system maintenance. Again they didnt provide any compensation for this reschedule. When I walked in for my scheduled free facial at 7pm, they told me it shows in the system that my appointment was at 12pm. I never scheduled anything during work hour. They gave me another free facial this time to compensate for the rescheduling. I rescheduled the facial to today but this time I called them ahead to confirm based on their record of messing up my appointments. Without surprise, they told me it shows in the system that my appointment is tomorrow not today.I live within walking distance of their facility so it wasnt too much trouble for me to come in and out. I couldnt even imagine how much this could piss other customers off. Today over the phone I told the lady that this has happened to me 4 times and I really want to bring this to their attention. I dont think anyone at the reception desk actually took this issue seriously. I want to bring it to the owners attention that this isnt ok and I expect them to do some process change to their scheduling system.

It’s a ripped offBeen with them for 3 yrs and they tried to collect my money more than I paid for every time I get more treatments and normally I get 6 month treatments for $500 next 6 months they charged me double and I fixed it back to same price for 6 treatments . Then from last three months ago said I get same treatments for same price I paid but later I’m told that I paid for 3 months treatments for that same price. So now I’m on my last treatments.. I’m deaf and they are definitely the gold diggers.

I purchased a treatment that I never used and I’m trying to get a refund for more than 3 months now. They are ignoring my emails. Someone on the phone made promises to refund my money but it never happened.Update: next day after posting this review they called me and refunded the money. Im upgrading my review from 1 to 3 stars.

Their wait times are terrible need to wait for 40 to 45 mins for two sessions. Some of the nurses are rude and want to get the sessions to be done fast so they don’t pay attention in covering all the areas.

They ran my personal information several times with out any real reason for non financing. They then said I need a co signer and my credit score was low and I no that is not factual. They even left out the free gift bag the offer for the initial consultation. They very snobbish in a run down little shop. The price was ok though.

I’ve always had a good experience here and excellent customer service over the phone line. I have been coming here for a few years and will continue as long as their pricing stays competitive.

I am very upset I was five minutes late, I have waited for you more than 10 minutes or 15 outside and for five minutes they could not attend me !!! I come from Castro Valley and they tell me they cant for five minutes its not fair Ive waited for them outside for more than 15 minutes and nothing happens
