Ive had two tattoos done at Dogfather and I love them! Marcelo recently made a beautiful hummingbird with a touch of Aztec decor. I love the artistic suggestions Marcelo provided and I am glad I went with his ideas. I felt comfortable and relaxed during the session. I plan to get more tattoos at Dogfather.

Went in for five piercings and I am super happy with the result! Josh did an amazing job explaining the best option and providing his professional input. The staff was super friendly and Josh made the whole process so much easier. He answered all my questions and provided a detailed explanation for aftercare. Highly recommend this salon for anyone who wishes to get their piercing done!

I went for removing an annoying piercing I did ( not from here). Josh was so insightful and very very knowledgeable. He helped me through the process and i was out in 15. Decent $ considering its California. Extremely cool place and vibe

This is my first time getting a tattoo here and I’m so glad I found them. They are really friendly and make you feel warm when you walk into that door. I had a tattoo concept which could not be copied from anywhere and Memo( my tattoo artist) not only was interested to sketch it for me but he took all my inputs and suggestions and executed it so brilliantly. I love his work and absolutely would recommend him. Overall my experience was 10/10, rating on friendliness, comfort, quality and fair pricing!

I’m a local Niles girl. My nasal piercing closed up from the inside. So I booked an appt at Dogfather’s. What an amazing experience. I thought it was gonna be a simple thing. Josh is The Man! Soooo I’m a doctor and work as a traveling contract organ and tissue specialist- in layman terms I work in healthcare. When Josh explained and performed the “simple” nose tapering - I was like man you sound like you work in healthcare. He explained the sterile process so precisely and like the expert he is - it was brilliant and those were the words that came out my mouth after it was complete. Afterwards he explained what to expect and what to do as he handed me the saline spray bottle. I will be recommending all my fellow Bangladeshi, Indian, Pakistani, East Asian etc friends n fam to Josh for his services at Dogfather. I missed my nose ring … thanks Josh and Dogfather staff for a great experience. Got me some Boba with my daughter and my reunited nose piercing afterwards to seal the deal!

A friend of mine had recommended Dogfather Tattoo. I had booked with Marcelo and he was the greatest. He made my tattoo experience the BEST ever!!!! I had him do a rising Phoenix on the inside of my right wrist drawn in black ink but when it was all done he had suggested some shading within. It looked amazing! Marcelo kept me laughing the entire time. He is so awesome.. Im booking again after the holidays to have him draw a hummingbird incorporated into a current tattoo I have on my left shoulder blade. I highly recommend Dogfather Tattoo Company and Marcelo!

If talent could be measured by words then all the artists of the world would be walking with tags. Nonetheless, our artist was Memo but this place is loaded with nice and best artists you would see walking on earth. We wanted a custom tattoo, and we sent the image and we wanted handful of modifications in it. The blueprint that memo came up with when we reached for our appointment, was close but we wanted some last minutes changes. Well, what can I say, Memo stayed beyond closing and got all 3 of us done. Their pricing given the quality, is absolutely worth it. I am from Seattle, I wish to get more inked from here if possible. If you are thinking of tattoo or piercing, atleast try a consultation with them, you wont be disappointed. Love, peace and God bless everyone!

I had my first tattoo done by Nick at Dogfather Tattoo. The experience was great! Nick and I communicated prior to the day of to make sure the design was exactly what I wanted. On the day, he was very reassuring, accommodating and kind, given it was my first time. It all went very smoothly, and Nick did a fantastic job! Very happy with my tattoo :)

It was my first time to the shop. I came in to say hi to a friend who works there, I was greeted warmly by the staff. I wasnt planning to get touch-ups or a piercing, but Im glad I did and had a marvelous, welcoming experience. Marcelo was able to take me quickly for a touch up, he did a killer job! Angel was the sweetest & a professional. I had her switch my nose stud to titanium material because of a piercing bump I got (pierced from a different place). She has a steady hand and is very gentle, it didn’t hurt or bleed. She gave the best advice to treat the bump which is only saline spray. It’s been 2 days since I visited, and the bump disappeared. Thank you Angel, you’ll see me soon for another piercing I plan to get :-)

I just had an industrial piercing done at Dogfather in Fremont. I am so impressed with the quality and care they give to their customers my piercer was Angel Rodriguez and she was amazing. She took all the time she had to make sure that my piercing would be perfect. Dont do it! Waaaaay too expensive. I got a few tiny tats on my fingers and it was $250!! That is so messed up.

Ive previously been here to get a helix piercing, and that experience was excellent as well. Everyone is super friendly, attentive, and patient, not pushy at all, which is very helpful when youre nervous about a piercing, where to place it, etc. This time I came back to get some new jewellery for that helix piercing and Josh was super helpful, thorough, and accommodating. Even though its super out of the way for me, Id continue coming back here because its worth the trustworthy experience.

Inquired about a piercing and Crystal was able to take me in the next day! The tattoo shop itself was very cool, clean. I loved the vibe in there. All the staff was super friendly too! I went here with my stepmom to get piercings. Her septum piercing turned out great, but my second helix did not.I developed an irritation bump shortly after that got infect even though none of my other 5 new piercing (including another helix) developed the same bump. I had two other piercers look at it, including an APP certified one, and both agreed that the angle was wrong (it was angled toward my head rather than straight through) and the shaft was too short for the swelling which resulted in the irritation bump.Im really sad that it didnt work out because I absolutely loved our piercer here, he was very friendly.

The owner of dogfather tattoo his name is Marcelo he has over 20 years experience and man does it show!He knows his craft very well and willing to take on any kind of challenge. He does fantastic work and stands behind it, when you get a tattoo from him after it heals if youre not happy with it he will do whatever he can to make it right for you.He is all about customer service. I got two piercings from Angel and she made me feel comfortable and i was in and out of there really fast. She did an awesome job. I was tattooed by Memo and he did a great job and gave me better than what i asked for and i will definitely be back!

I got tattood by Erica. This is my 7th tattoo and erica took my reference pic and really made it her own. The whole process from beginning to end was amazing! Im so happy with my new piece and Ill definitely be going back to her and already told a few people to use her, who are looking for some new ink! :)

The staff was friendly and welcoming, they have experienced artists there Im sure, but the guy who worked with me seemed annoyed with me every step of the way. I wish I could remember his name but I think he was an apprentice.I came in with a photo of an old tattoo of my dads (a simple cartoon character) to get it redone on myself. I said I understand parts were blurry, and some things would be up to interpretation but i tried my best to point out the things I specifically wanted.We had to rework his interpretation a couple times, and if i pointed out something I wanted different, he would refer to the picture and its blurriness. Again, I understand, but each time it seemed like he didnt want to hear what I had to say. I asked if he could make it a bit smaller and he argued about that too, I know details can be lost and it can be more difficult for the artist if its too small but I had to convince him that I didnt want it to take up half my arm.Finally, I wanted it to be in a certain spot on my forearm. He ignored what I said I wanted and when i asked if we could move it, we spent 10 mins going back and fourth on why he didnt want to. To reiterate, I UNDERSTAND that artists sometimes know better about placement and the shape of the body. But a small, simple cartoon character isnt something that needs to flow with the contours of my arm. When he finally agreed to even let me see what it would look like with the placement I wanted, he says just so you know, its gonna be a little more of an upcharge since its taking so long. That was it for me. I was patient with the guy, polite but im not gonna feel like I have to fight to get the tattoo I want. I hate to leave a bad review but that guy kinda ruined my experience there.

I got a double helix with Angel. Im 14 and it barely hurt at all! She was so sweet and helpful and I wasn’t nervous at all! She made me comfortable and had we some interesting conversations! If youre looking to get a piercing this is the place!Thanks so much Angel!

I spontaneously decided to get my septum pierced, so we checked out The Dogfather tattoo company. Everyone we spoke to was extremely nice and professional. The establishment was very well kept and clean. 5/5 on any scale you use lol. I will definitely be back!

Got some ink and i had made the appointment a month Im advance and the artist told me they would email me some ideas .. I even emailed them asking the day before my appointment about the ideas they had .. but never did got a thing in response .. then in got m to 1st of 4 sessions i needed for my tattoo and i good sick on m to 2an appointment and did not make it ( Do asked my boy is he wanted to take over appointment..So airoso wont be out of the money) I was told the artist works contact with need on when to R/S .. it has not been about 2 moths and no email or call to test .. Very disappointed 😞
