Just want to say really fast, come stop by and check out the artists at firefly. My artist was Russell, he’s awesome. here’s some of his stuff, and Mike is amazing also, he’s capable of all styles and does great clean work. Everyone down at this shop is so friendly and really cares about what they’re working on and WHO they’re working on. Definitely get what you pay for here..

Mike & Joey are the best. My experience at firefly was beyond what I expected. My tattoo is exactly what I wanted and Mike worked with me to make it perfect. I love the work and how they made me feel. I be back for more ink guys. Thank you so much for your expertise. Don’t forget to get your piercings there too, I did my lopes again perfectionism!

Love my tattoo. Got a 2 line scripture and symbol on my chest from the owner. He gave great conversation and had a steady hand. Had a nice cute assistant, background music and atmosphere. Made me feel real comfortable. Highly recommend.

All the staff were very friendly and they answered all of my questions without hesitation. I got a tattoo and it looks great! The tattoo artist explained to me what he was doing and why. Overall they are great. I highly recommend. I will definitely be getting more tattoos there in the future.

Truly professional and kind, always clean, and great company. My husband and I have both gotten tattoos from here and I had my nipples pierced here both by Mike and he was very professional about the process and did a great job. Piercings came out even, tattoos came out lovely, and offered to touch them up for us whenever since they were rather small. 10/10 I completely recommend and will return.

Mike did exactly what I asked, and went above and beyond to make me feel welcome and satisfied with my tattoo. I got 2 tattoos done here. One on my forearm and one on the back of my shoulder. It didn’t hurt at all, Mike was so friendly and nice and answered questions and just helped me calm my nerves. I recommend this tattoo artist to anyone and everyone. I’m hoping to go in for a piercing soon!

I allowed my 17 yr old daughter get a tattoo (her father passed several months before hand and she wanted his finger print)Mike was amazing. He helped us in the right direction and managed to scale the piece up enough to use the actual print from the hospital. He was straight forward with her about where he would NOT put it. If it couldnt be hidden it wasnt an option because it would immediately narrow her employment options.She just recently got another from him. Its beautiful, again, he offered guidance in her options.The shop is clean and professional. The other fella that works there is really cool also. Both are easy to talk with and are knowledgeable.His prices are beyond reasonable, and his art work does NOT look second rate or cheap.We will continue to use Firefly and I will recommend anyone who is looking to go and talk with them.

Very simply stated, I live in Oklahoma and drive over 1,000 miles so Mike can tattoo me! I’m very particular when it comes to the entire tattoo process from the cleanliness of the shop, the manners of the employees and the professionalism of my artist along with his skills and this place hits every one of my requirements on the mark!! How awesome is this place??? Awesome enough for me to travel 18hrs to get there!!

I havent had a tattoo done in over 6 years. I was a little nervous. Mike was absolutely delightful! He is extremely polite and professional and does amazing work! I couldnt be happier with my experience and the outcome of my tattoo. He talked to me during the process and kept me calm as could be. Not to mention staying 4 hours late to finish my fiances piece. His wife is incredible as well. Hes definitely getting all of my business. I highly recommend going to Freedom Ink.

My son and I went in for tattoos last night and Mike was GREAT! He drew my tattoos exactly as I wanted and he took his time with each one as if we were his VIP clients as I watched him treat each client the same. We will definitely be back because my son has definitely caught the tattoo addiction!

I haven’t been in yet , but I just called and the person on other line was super nice and helpful . I’ve been looking at and calling tattoo shops around me for a few months now and this place definitely was the most helpful!my 3 teenagers and I have been planning on getting our dream tattoos/piercings for a long timeI’ll post again once we visit I just have a good feeling about this place !

Magik Mike did tats for both my hubby and myself over 18 years ago and he did an amazing job on both. He truly is an artist and a good person in general. My hubby still gets compliments on his tat all these years later with no touch ups, Mike did my tongue ring for me and I trust him so much that I took both my daughters to him for their first piercings, and now my daughter has the biggest crush on him lol. She refuses to let anyone else pierce or tattoo her.

Took my daughter to Mike a year ago to get her bellybutton pierced. The shop is super clean and Mike was very thorough. Her piercing turned out great! We went back yesterday and she and I both got helix piercings. Mike literally measured my ears to make the piercings even :) I highly recommend Firefly Tattoo!

Mike was great. He offered sound advice on where my husband and I should put our matching tattoos and was able to fit us both into his busy schedule. I’ve always felt so comfortable when I come to Firefly Tattoo. It’s local, and Mike and John are very easy going people. They have become good friends to me. I have never seen Mike give me, or any of my buddies anything but a beautiful tattoo. They won’t let you down, and you’ll always leave happy.

My husband and I and our daughter went there for the very first time. Everybody was so friendly and funny they do amazing work thank you guys. We appreciate you and will definitely be back.

Mike is such an amazing artist! Been going to him for years, and will never go any where else. Clean, professional, and just a genuinely nice guy! Him and John are so down to earth and chill.

Wanted to like this place but unfortunately my poor Daughter had a horrible experience. Took her for a belly button piercing and they botched it. (Super crooked, bottom of piercing too close to the surface) We had no choice but to remove the piercing and allow it to heal, and they did offer to re-pierce it at no additional cost but of course now shes uncomfortable and wants to go somewhere else. Do you think I got a refund? NOPE. Because they used their materials... Well, you also screwed it up! Its $40 lost, it is what it is. Definitely wanted to leave a review and a warning to others so they dont have to experience the trauma (or the drama) that we went through.

Mike is a great laid back guy. Came in and told him what I wanted done for a tattoo. He freehanded it and then did the work. It came out amazing. Honestly best tattoo Ive got out of the several I have. He has my business in the future. Definitely recommend anyone looking to get tattoos or piercings to check him out.

After a lot of research I decided it was better to get my 7 year old ears pierced at a tattoo shop instead of the mall with a piercing gun. I have to admit I was a little concerned with taking her into a tattoo shop but it was nothing like I expected. WE had the BEST experience. Mike explained every step in detail. The procedure was sterile and professional. She didnt even flinch during the piercing. I was very impressed. I am so glad we had her ears done at Firefly Tattoo. No pain or tears. Great memory for her! Highly recommend this experience for anyone wanting a young childs ears pierced.

I got a nostril piercing from Mike.. he explained how it worked and it was simple and fast. When i got light headed after (Im pretty sensitive when it comes to pain) he had me lay down and relax for a bit and made sure I was alright before we left. Definitely recommend... Everyone was friendly 😊

Everyone there was really friendly and helpful. I got my first lip piercing there and they were professional and I didnt feel nervous at all after I met them. Mike did my piercing and he was really kind and did a great job.

I’ve tried contacting them 3 times usually takes them a couple days to respond. Called there no reply. Asked about their gumball prices and theme and they kinda just laughed at me and said it’s random I can’t have an idea of what I would be getting or even a style.

Very great atmosphere with top notch personalities both behind the front counter and in the artists chair. Mike absolutely NAILED my tattoo down to the last detail. Very impressed and will definitely be returning soon.🤙🏻

Very impersonal, wanted $150 for a shop minimum tattoo, claimed a 10 minute tattoo would be 40 minutes. Must’ve thought it was my first tattoo. Went right down the street to lance at black heart got the same tattoo I wanted for $75 and a better overall experience. Do yourself a favor and go right to black heart from the start.

Went to firefly tattoo last night , judt on a whim with my mom and husband. We all got really meaningful tattoos for my father who passed away in April from brain cancer . not only did all 3 of our tattoos came out PERFECT , John and Mike made my mom feel so comfortable. This was her first tattoo , never has been in a shop, never has heard a tattoo machine . and she was so comfortable that she was talking and laughing the entire time we were there . thank you both so much for not only being two awesome people but for making something that caused so much pain to us, and making somethinf absolutely beautiful out of it ❤

The guys in there were what i want when i walk into a shop. Laid back but professional. The guy who pierced my lips was perfect. very gentle with the clamps. anyone whos been pierced before knows what i mean, lol. Very chill experience.

LONG REVIEW! 5 STARS!! PLEASE READ ENTIRELY! Let me tell you what, it’s important to do your research THOROUGHLY before getting anything pierced or tattooed. 6 weeks ago I got my nose pierced at Avenging Tiger in Niles. While I thought the experience was complacent enough, I was wrong. Everything about my nose piercing was incorrect. Placement, the jewelry used, the allergic reaction to nickel I didn’t know I was having; EVERYTHING. It was so awful an unsightly bump that looked like a wart began to form filled with puss around the entire piercing. As if the skin was attached and growing around the stud. I called Mike at FireFly Tatttoo who was kind enough to open up for me on a Sunday -his day off!- to take care of me. He fixed me right up! Explained to me in such details, including medical details, of exactly why everything was happening with my previous piercing. He pierced me with the CORRECT piece of jewelry, in the CORRECT SPOT and was so thorough on special cleaning instructions. Not to mention, he even razored off my previous unsightly nose bump and drained that baby out pain free! It’s a day later and already everything is healing to its perfection. Mike and Johnny at FireFly Tattoo are a class act! I will faithfully only go to FireFly tattoo for any upcoming piercings and tattoos I want in the future. I couldn’t be more thankful for Mike and all his help. Thanks Mike!!!
