I think Sarah and Nathaniel are so great. I can tell when someone has gotten a tattoo from them because they both have such a distinct style. I am so happy I found this place 🥰

Excellent tattoo and piercing shop, with great customer service and fantastic artists. Sarah is such an incredibly talented artist. Shes such a sweet and friendly person too. Shes done two of my tattoos, with very different styles and coloring. I cant wait for her to do the next one!

Drove 2 hours for an appointment only to be told the artist cant make it in for another hour, 30 mins after they were already supposed to be open. Being a good artist doesnt make up for being unprofessional and overall bad at business.

Heather is AMAZING!!! Shes done three brand new tattoos and one cover up/upgrade for me. She is a talented and skilled tattoo artist, she has a great touch and my tattoos look amazing (some years old).The shop is clean and professional. Heather recently did matching tattoos for myself and my daughter on her 16th Birthday. She was VERY professional. She finished in no time, made my daughter feel very welcome and is always a delight to be around. For those who have given her one star reviews, please remember that if you want work done you should go down and chat. These artists all have lives outside of work and they do their very best to take care of all their clients, often times outside of business hours. Thank you Heather for the wonderful, one of a kind experience that my daughter and I will share forever. Your work is fantastic and I wouldnt have chosen anyone else to complete the work.

Heather did an amazing job! She was more than accommodating and got everything PERFECT! She was great to visit with and I cannot wait to so the other half of my sleeve! She is well worth any wait she might have on her books.

I am an overly controlling person with little trust— Sparrows & Arrows blew away all my expectations. Ive used several different tattoo facilities in Great Falls and this is the only one I will use going forward. This place is immaculately clean. Heather is extremely down to earth, it’s like you can feel how good her soul is..... but her talent is the cherry on top. I anticipated wanting several edits to a design I requested and she NAILED all my requests and style the first try as if she’s known me forever. I ADORE my tattoos by her and thoroughly enjoyed her company.

Heather is so caring and gave me so much support while getting my tattoo. She did such great coloring. At first she was pretty booked out but once she got an opening she was sure to let me know as soon as it happened

I feel Jed is one of the best tattoo artists in the state! He has always done the most beautiful work on me, and I recommend him to anyone looking for a uniquely designed custom piece at a reasonable price. He is always professional and the shop is comfortable and sanitary.

I recently got a fairly large tattoo finished by Jed after 3 sessions, each time was super chill and he worked with my ideas and put his own spin on it as well which clicked and was exactly what I wanted! Very clean lines and shading, great conversation, fairly priced, sanitary, and very talented. Im definitely going back to finish up the lower half of my arm asap! Thanks again dude. Highly recommend for anyone whether it be your first or your 10th tattoo!

My wife and I have received a few tattoos from this shop. Very clean and friendly environment. Our main artist we see is Sarah and she does amazing work. Work out of this shop is always great, been happy everytime. Always look forward to my next piece when I visit.

Remember this is something you will have forever, so choose your artist wisely and if you have to wait you are better off doing that. All the artists at Sparrows and Arrows have years of experience and some have studied under a legend in Great Falls. You can not go wrong with any of these artists!

Crystal is amazing!! She did a beautiful tattoo for me and I absolutely love it, she made fantastic choices to help me out considering I went in with only a basic idea of wanting Winnie the pooh and no idea what else to do with it

Nikki is my favorite here! She has done my industrial and anti-tragus and they have turned out amazing. She is so sweet and understanding about any questions or where you want your peircing.

The shop, personnel, and all equipment utilized are sterile to the fullest. I have had two pieces completed within the past two weeks by Crystal and have no complaints what so ever. In all actuality, these two pieces are the first I had out if three to heal correctly with very minimal scabbing.

Jed, Crystal and Sarah are hands down the best tattoo artists in town. Not only will their work blow your mind, but their shop is amazing, clean and professional.

They are appointment only so I called their number and there was no voicemail. Reached out through Facebook messenger and finally got a response telling me to text one of the artists. After another five days to wait for a response I decided to go elsewhere as they seemed to be too busy to respond. I cant speak to their work or shop but I was unimpressed with their response times. I know its summer and people have lives, but it just seemed like I was getting passed on from one person to another

Tried booking many tattoos with Heather and each time an agreement was made shed say she gave the booking to someone else. Or some other excuse. It gets ridiculous after months of trying. If i were to go here again it would be to go with Sarah.

Best shop in town. Had multiple pieces done by Jed. Very creative with idea and does clean work with color or just black with shading!!! Youll be very please.

Changing my review from 1 star to 3 stars as Sarah the owner is super nice and was very professional when I reached out to her about my experience with Heather, unfortunately I had to reschedule with a different shop due to Heather not communicating and showing lack of interest in my business so I recommend anyone in this shop except heather due to my experience with her.
