Ben has been working on my tattoos for close to 16 years now and I have always had a great experience with him

I feel bad saying this because Scott is a really nice guy, but the work he does is really bad. I gave him multiple hours, multiple sessions, for a small black tattoo. The line work was very shaky, it was blown out like wild, and even after two goes at it he couldnt fully saturate the black parts. Wicked blotchy. He offered a third free touch up and I declined because I didnt want to hurt his feelings. I took it to Great Spirits on Federal St. and their apprentice fixed it in an hour. It looks great now. Fully saturated, crisp lines.I keep seeing his work on Facebook and it all has the same glaring flaws as my tattoo did. Im only posting this because I want Scott to work on improving and warn potential customers in the meantime. Ask for Ben if you go here.

Got my first tattoo there last night and i love it, the guy who did my tattoo was awesome. made me laugh and was honest about any questions i had,.one of the other artist in the shop gave my husband tattoo and it it was so nice. my husband really loved it. the line work was amazing. this is one of the best places for tattoos in our town. great customer service. worked well and over all just great to be around a place like this

My tattoo does not look like what it was supposed to even when they used a stencil and had the printed picture of it right next to my arm while tattooing. Missing pieces shaky lines and you can see where he accidentally made a line when he lifted his hand. So bad that I have to get it covered up as soon as it is healed. Don’t waste your time and don’t be fooled by the reviews. Also spent two hours there when I was told the actual tattoo would only take 20 minutes.The first picture is what I was supposed to get and the second is what I am left with, even with a stencil.

Pygmalions Tattoo is awesome. Ive lived in this town of Greenfield the majority of my life and they have been here in this spot for 11 years and prior to this spot for years right next door. Instead of just saying some stuff about the shop I decided to go up and say hello to them and I was greeted with the warm welcome and even though Im the last guy in the world that would get a tattoo I did not feel uncomfortable in fact it was very very chill atmosphere. These guys really know what youre doing and everything was very clean and professional I was quite impressed their facility. They have a cool little Lounge area where people can hang out sales have a little jacket for people to hang outside.

Great place! Ben did several tattoos on my arm and hand. Professional and The atmosphere is so chilled! Scott is a cool guy too!!

I got my first tattoo here, and I plan on going to this place until I get my last. Wonderful people, professional artists, and a comfortable atmosphere. The first time I walked in I got great advice and because of it Im much happier of the end result.Go here. Get awesome art. Laugh with the artists, and leave with something you can be proud of for a lifetime, or until you get your arm cut off. Either way.

My husband got a tattoo from Scott and we had a great experience. He was super nice and took extra time to plan out what my husband wanted. It turned out to be just what he wanted and we love it.

I got my piercings done there when the did them and the people there are awesome peeps and theyre very good at what they do there...

Well, I won’t be using this place. I called and asked a question about if they did piercings and the guy said no and didn’t finish hanging up the phone and started cursing about how ppl are always calling about piercings. Sheesh it was an honest mistake. Now you lost potential business because of your lack of professionalism.

I left a negative review under an alias a while back and I cant remove it because I dont know that email its attached to. It came out of a place of anger and the person who caused the discrepancy no longer works there so I feel the need to change my review to five stars based off the fact of how great ben is.

Pygmalions Tattoo is hands down one of the best places for professional, one of a kind cover ups and exquisite body artwork. I have had the pleasure of having my cover up work done by a very talented lady named Drae there. Her freehand talent is jaw dropping.The experienced personable, and knowledgeable staff there, offer many different styles of tattooing to suit your tastes. I picked Drae Because not only is her work gorgeous, her lines are clean and straight, the composition eye catching, and her knowledge and choices of color really makes her work stand out and pop. I have a full sleeve she has been working on for almost a year now. I am absolutely thrilled by the beauty and uniqueness I get to wear on my skin every day! WORTH EVERY DIME. Just got my second tattoo done by the amazing Ben at Pygmalions. He is so gentle and has been so fun to work with. Hes my guy now and I recommend him to anyone and everyone!

I would personally steer clear, but thats just my own honest opinion and not slander or me trying to harass them. Business is business and my expectations were not met for certain reasons which I will not accuse anyone of. Just my own honest two cents and not an attempt at defamation.

They are super friendly and amazing artists. I personally have worked with Scott and he is phenomenal.

My friend has had several tattoos done there, they do wonderful work and the tattoos are fantastic!! Well worth the money spent!!

Wish i could have gotten a tattoo here. Hours posted online say 12-8. Went at 5pm last Tuesday no one was there. So i took my money else where.

I had a wonderful first tattoo. Very kind and relaxed environment.
