Jimmy was super easygoing and did an amazing job on my first tattoo. Now Im addicted and will be going back for more. The atmosphere is pretty cool and laid back. All around a good experience for a good price. Ill be going back.

If I could give 10 stars I would! The experience alone is going to turn me into a repeat customer. Will did an amazing job and made me feel so comfortable.

I have gone to Jimmy for 5 of my 6 tattoos and all I can say is WOW. This man is amazing. He takes his time and gives you his professional opinion on how things will look and turn out. I recieve compliments daily on my tattoos and I always immediately tell people they need to go see this man! I cant wait until I can come in and get another piece of artwork. Thank you so much Jimmy. Haley was the artist who did a tattoo for me and two friends. Haley was very friendly and pleasant. Haley didnt act as if she was getting annoyed with the many questions I had for her. On the day of our appointment, she was ready for all 3 of us when we walked in. I must say we had a lot of fun. We laughed and talked with Haley our entire appointment. I highly recommend Haley for any of your tattoo needs.

Paid a $60 deposit there to have more detail on some wings on forearms. Had to cancel (2 months prior) wasnt feeling well. Went in and spoke to a guy with a gray beard. It had been awhile since I gave them a deposit so he asked what I was there for. Said I had an appointment and went over the details AGAIN. He told me his fee and went and sat in the chair. He did an absolutely horrible job!!!! There is absolutely NO FIXING THEM. I THOUGHT I was dealing with the other gray bearded guy in there. I only spoke to him once for 20 minutes when I gave them the deposit. Months later, this happens.So fast forward to now. I went in to get a tattoo done by the original guy I had an appointment with. I was told at their booth at Riley Days that they would honor the $60 deposit. He wanted another $40 deposit saying the $60 deposit was gone. I know it didnt go to the guy who worked on my tattoos. Told him I wasnt paying another $40, so just keep the $60 I already paid. I was informed they had a video to prove what actually happened.I am anxiously waiting to see this video, so post it in response to this review.Bottom line.......Go elsewhere!!!!!Post the video, then!You were NEVER involved in any of the conversations at the shop. Im not sure how you would know anything but what you were told!UPDATE......Out of boredom, I looked at your response.NEVER did I once say I wasnt happy with my original tattoo, nor did I say I wanted a cover-up. Yes, I did call and reschedule. Just so happens you had 2 artists with a gray goatee. I did think that I was seeing the guy I originally spoke with. I paid him what he quoted me. The deposit wasnt part of his payment. You did fire the guy over the butcher job he did on m6 tattoos. When 8 asked you for the $60 deposit back for work, I never received you declined. Must be bad when your business cant afford the $60 refund. You did ask me to take down my review because it was hurting your business. Review will stand!I see you never posted the video you said you had.I do have people say to me, Nice wings. I respond by Look closer. When they do, they say OMG what artist cant even color inside the lines??? I am quick to say it was done in your shop. Although there may be a few tats coming from your shop that are ok. I would never recommend Tattoos in Time to anyone!Unfortunately there is no fix to what was done in your shop.The way you handled this was just bad business. Period!Anyone reading this, Id be glad to send before and after photos.

Went in to start a piece a few weeks ago with Amy, felt a little milked in time paying by the hour, I have hours of work already so I know the just of how much should be done and quality. Scheduled to come back and was supposed to be finished in two hours, I am again scheduled to come back again but will definitely pass this time, although still knocked a few off hourly rate was debating on getting finished by another shop. My mistake went back to get it finished and I was not booked! There should have been my sign I still come back because she started it she needs to finish right well big mistake I now have whats supposed to be the remaining of my lions hair on the back of my arm looking like some who knows what a nike symbol maybe cause it doesnt look like hair. See in pictures. Maybe she just isnt black and grey specialty which is cool just let the customer know ahead of time maybe? That would have been nice instead of just trying what she could and taking my money, the shop is not very professional not consistant. I will say it is clean but will keep in mind that it is VERY newly opened! I could also tell that the artist doing my work was on things imparing her judgement while tattooing as well, not very respectful. Too each there own opinion I was not happy with my experience. Got a pretty good idea as to why she has traveled from shop, to shop, to shop.

I got my nose pierced here by Taylor and she did an amazing job. She made me feel comfortable and it was quick and painless!Amy did a cover-up on my wrist and she did amazing!!!!! I showed her what I wanted and I told her she could make it bigger or smaller whatever she needed to do to cover up what was already on my wrist. She did an outstanding job!!! I mean it looks amazing! I am very happy with this tattoo and I will definitely be going here for my future tattoo and piercing needs and referring my friends as well! The atmosphere of the shop is unlike the other ones that I’ve been to. Very welcoming and clean! You won’t be disappointed if you get your tattoos or piercings done here!

First large tattoo experience and Haley was amazing. Super patient, allowed repositioning of the stencil multiple times, was very clear about the whole process!!! Would 100% reccomend! Will be back

I got my first tattoo from Amy. She was very nice and professional. She made me feel very at ease. She made sure the design and its size was exactly what I wanted. The end result was A+. If I ever get another one I will see her again for sure!

I had never had a tattoo before & was very nervous about it up until i walked into the shop. Jimmy was very nice and made sure the design i wanted was exact. I asked a few questions and he answered them honestly. when it was time for me to get my tattoo he explained what was going to happen & about how long it was going to take & it eased my nerves. i would definitely recommend going to this place, it is very clean & everyone is very nice& professional.

Jimmy Helton is the only person I let tattoo me, his price range is VERY Reasonable and really hooks you up with the best work you could possibly find for the Best price in Indy. They make you feel welcomed into the shop as if you are family. Real laid back and mellow and they love to do great artwork. Definitely worth coming and seeing Jimmy, Amy, and Taylor! You wont want to go anywhere else after you find these great people!

Got my first tattoo here a couple weeks ago! The place was clean and welcoming. Prices are fair as well! Amy was my artist and she walked me through everything! I absolutely love my tattoo! She did an incredible job! Can’t wait to go back and see her for another one!

Amy did a great job! We all got anchors for my little sister who is in the Navy. She was so accommodating and nice. Her work is great in the small tattoos. Lines are clean and she was helpful in selection. Her aftercare is awesome too! Highly recommended, thank you!

She is down to earth, has a lot of experience, makes sure it’s exactly what you want, very fair in price and the facility is extremely clean! I highly recommend her! You won’t be disappointed!

If you would like to be treated with respect and dignity I would suggest other locations. I had heard such great things about this place and the artist I was scheduled to work with. When I showed up for my appointment though things went south very quickly as I was belittled and denied service. As a single mom I travel with my daughter everywhere I go. I showed up to my consultation with my daughter and was never told that she could not be at my appointment. As I have many other tattoos that she has sat with me for, I showed up to my appointment with her in toe.I was then informed that “I can’t change the law, she can’t be here.”When I requested my deposit back due to the artist himself cancelling due to a legality he threw a fit and kept telling me “we normally don’t do that” and “I’ll have to call my owner”. He then continued to belittle me and pulled money out of his own wallet.When I politely said “I’m sorry I didn’t know my daughter couldn’t be here.” (Seeing as there is a sign that states “Minors under 18 must have adult supervision” and the fact that my daughters ears were pieced at a tattoo parlor. His response was to laugh at me and tell me “yeah, bringing your child into a tattoo parlor is like bringing them into a bar”Needless to say I would not suggest this parlor. I asked for the law where it states what he was saying and received no answer. They had no problem taking my money and cancelling my appointment. I also contacted a lawyer to ask for said law (due to curiosity) to which I was told none exist stating that minors are unable to be present at the time of an adult being tattooed, they themselves are unable to be tattooed.Regardless of it being a law or not, more respect could have been shown when canceling the appointment.

Convenient location and great atmosphere. Jimmy is the man! I literally just left the shop for my second tattoo with him in the last 2 weeks. Friendly, professional, and CLEAN. They keep this place spotless. It may be a bit on the pricier side, but worth it then fold. If youre looking for a tattoo artist, book now.

My home away from home. 😍 Beautiful shop! Love the new and polished and very clean surroundings. Jimmy is a brilliant and extremely talented artist. Love him to pieces. Great to work with. Very friendly and all around likeable guy. Never felt pressured to do something I didn’t want to do or didn’t necessarily like. Jimmy works with you until you are 100% satisfied. Your happiness is his main goal. Everything is fairly priced and well worth it!!! I’ve NEVER been disappointed. Walked in today for my appointment with Jimmy and came out feeling on top! I am terrified of needles and I had a messed up tattoo on my back that was for my grandma that had passed. I was so embarrassed of it but Jimmy was really light handed and did an amazing cover up for me! I am so proud of this tattoo now! Can’t wait to go back and get more!!

I have only had ear piercings done in my past and they were done poorly with a gun and the healing process was awful and i was always in pain so i’ve been scared to come get my nose done. Taylar did my piercing and she did an amazing job. My piercing was absolutely painless and i couldn’t thank her more for making me feel comfortable and relaxed and talked me through the whole thing. Rude female answered the phone acting like it bothered her to answer my simple question about their services. She cut me off mid sentence and barely let me ask any other questions. No class, just crass. They lost my business and several others who witnessed her rude behavior. I will continue to spread the word not to bother with Tattoos in Time, when they don’t want to make the time for their customers.

I had a 30 year tattoo on my chest that I wanted to cover up. Had a consultation. Went through ideas and what was best for me. I love my new tattoo. Its perfect!. Loved the whole experience.

Takes about a month to get in but that’s because they’re the only good tattoo artist in Greenfield so they’re booked up!! Never disappointed they always exceed my expectations. Easy five stars.

The lady with blonde hair & glasses was very rude, treated a customer poorly and was out right rude. An old couple came in wanted to get a tattoo quote and she was very rude to them. Did not appreciate the poor customer service from her. 0/10 don’t recommend. Thanks
