The girl who pierced my ears was amazing! Sadie was very kind and understanding and helped me through my anxiety. She did very well and I’m so happy with my new piercings!

Sadie was absolutely fantastic and made the experience as seamless as possible, she did a wonderful job explaining proper care and recovery time and was overall very helpful and a great person to have your ears pierced by.

Chosen by my daughter for her 13th birthday, shes decided to get a 2nd helix piercing. They have also pierced her ears twice as well as her nose. Staff is all very nice & educate customers before and after procedure. Yes ideally a piercing salon is the more proper way to go with a piercing. However her fear of needles brings us here as it is quite a simple piercing.The staff sanitized prior to piercing & were hygienic through the entire process. I remember being 18 and having my helix dine in the exact same place. Though some things have changed, the professionalism has not.

Our 7-year old decided she wanted her ears pierced. She was nervous but excited! We definitely thought there was a strong possibility she wouldn’t go through with it…but the employees at Banter Piercing Pagoda were so good with her! They explained every step and it was very clear they had worked with children MANY times before! When I called ahead they encouraged me to bring my daughter when there were two employees so they could pierce both ears simultaneously. My daughter cried for a moment but was so proud of herself! Thank you for your kindness and patience! Very pleased with our visit!

I had my ears pierced here and what a wonderful experience. The assistant manager (I can’t remember her name right now) was so informative and kind. She answered all my questions and also made me feel relaxed. If I had anymore space on my ears and wanted to get more piercings I would definitely absolutely go here. Definitely a five star business.

I went to the mall with a few close, friends and family looking for a nose ring that was gold because I wanted to experiment with gold pieces because I usually wear silver pieces. I was also browsing at the earrings at that time and they look so pretty. She help me pick out an entire set up for my ear in gold to match with my nose ring, which looked so beautiful. Not only did she help me with a payment plan she also explained the purities of the different golds and their strengths. My mother and I ended up leaving with a Cartilage piercing. and if you’re wondering, I felt no pain at all when she pierced me. And this is coming from somebody who absolutely fears needles.Ashley’s customer service is absolutely outstanding ,You are definitely in good hands with her and mother and I would will be returning in the future for more pieces.

Got my nose pierced a week ago. The piercing experience was great! The sales associate was very thorough in explaining the process and not rushing! However, today my nose ring fell out and I realized that they did not pierce my nose with the type of ring I had asked for. They had recommended an L shape because it was less likely to fall out so that is what I requested. However, they ended up piercing me with a bone style. A little disappointed that I didn’t get the one we paid for. Just hoping that it doesn’t fall out again!

My Daughter and I got both of our ears pierced. Cost 250 or so. When our earrings was both around 60-70 each. So over priced.

They DOUBLE charged for my granddaughters ear piercings..my wife returned a necklace charm that would cover the cost of the piercings,but they needed my debit card to do the transaction.because the charm was paid for with my debit..so they pierced her ears for the returned charm,PLUS they charged my Debit card $90.10 and didn’t know it til next day & now the Scammers won’t reimburse me my $90.10 which is in fact proven to have been deducted from my account..will turn them into BBB..ignorant IDIOTS

The worker charged us the wrong amount 3 times. Over $100 extra the first time. Also MULTIPLE hidden fees that were not explained to us, just tacked on. We got the one removed but were unaware of the other THREE and got charged an extra $25. Really disappointed. Will never buy from them again.

Got my nose pierced yesterday and they didn’t even put it the whole way through, then I did everything they told me to do- even used the bandaids and it still fell out. Woke up this morning and nose piercing gone. I don’t know what to do.
