I’ve gotten 3 piercings from Becky, and she is great! She’s knowledgeable about aftercare, gives great advice, and made me feel comfortable. All my piercings have healed great and I can’t wait to get more. Thank You!

Bad customer service from one of the tattoo artists. We wanted to get a tattoo done but we had to submit a deposit. Cool, whatever, we messaged him WITHIN 24 HOURS! Asking if we could get a refund on the deposit. Like we were told. He took two weeks to respond saying since he didn’t respond within time it couldn’t be done. So, yeah guess no deposit then.

We came from out of town this past weekend and had an appointment with James, from walking in the door to finishing up the whole experience was amazing! James is wonderful, he did an amazing job on the tattoo my son wanted and all around just an easy person to talk to and makes you feel very comfortable. Recommend James ten times over ! I’m sure we’ll be back again. Thank you James!

If I could give 0 stars I would . Didn’t assist at all . Bought my own jewelry because they never have any and Becky proceeds to tell me it hasn’t been long enough? Girl go to hell I’ve had my dermal in for months actually since last year . Wouldn’t recommend to anybody

I could not get my nose ring out. When you call some shops in the area they are rude. I called and was able to walk-in and have my piercing removed. I felt comfortable and she provided me with info so that I would not lose my piercing. Excellent Service. I will definitely be back.

Great tatoo artist was able to get it done at an affordable price, was able to scheduale an appointment same day. Tatoo was 160$.

Ive gotten 3 of my tattoos here and they all have been superb. The staff is friendly and helpful. The latest tattoo I got was absolutely amazing and more than I expected. I was very happy with the work done.

My experience was great. I thought Noel, my tattoo artist would get frustrated with me but he did not and he kept me distracted while he was working. I thought he was providing me with my last tattoos, but I will be back for 2 more.

I received my first ear piercings here thanks to Becky. She was exceptionally pleasant and professional. She provided a thorough and clean service and ensured that I was happy with the process and results. I would definitely return to receive more piercings!

Got both sides of my nostril and my philtrum pierced today. I highly recommend this particular location as the piercer is the best Ive experienced. Shes very friendly with a positive attitude. She even measures your piercings and remarks them if needed before taking out the needle. Youre sure to have symmetrical piercings if you go here. The cost was approximately $55 per piercing. The jewelry is high quality. Ill definitely be back!

So my daughter and I quoted a few shops for a simple cute tat before deciding on Bugaboos. We found them to be WAY MORE affordable and reasonable than other places around. When walking in we saw the place was clean, well kept, quick to greet us and get us taken care of. We made an appointment w Em and she managed to fit us in the same day which was what we needed since my daughter will be going back to college soon. Em did a great job, we will definitely be back again. I havent gotten a tat in A LONG WHILE but Em put me at ease and was very quick, accurate, friendly, n so down to earth. Best tat yet! Definitely recommend

I just got my 3rd piercing fromBecky on Monday (my naval in the picture which was done on Monday). She is the best. Makes you feel so comfortable. Cannot wait to get another piercing. Zack did my first tattoo a few years ago and did an awesome job. Cannot wait for my next one on the 15th by Canaan. This place is highly recommended.

Becky has done my nipples and navel piercings, she is the best around. Very clean, polite and extremely helpful. Canaan did two of my tattoos which came out BEAUTIFUL! Hes beyond clean and helpful, made sure I was comfortable and sure with my stencils. I recommend this place 100% for your tattoo and piercing needs!

Let me start off by the saying the customer service was AWESOME!! From me calling on the phone then walking into the business. I took my daughter in today as a walk-in for her first tattoo. Donna was so professional, nice and did a REALLLLLY good job!! I will definitely be back to get some things done for me.

The piercer was amazing. I forgot her name but she was patient with me. I got my nose pierced and I was nervous. She put me at ease. She had two walk ins before my appointment and she got to me after my time. No big deal for me but she was apologetic and compensated me for my time. Highly recommend.

Great experience! Zach did a tattoo for myself and a friend. It was a great time. He was very thorough, super clean, informative and talented. Very happy with the work he did for us. Great price for not just the work, but for the treatment we were given. It was well worth it to have good artwork, a clean environment and an artist that cares about the work hes doing. Canaan took the time to clean everything in his station before my tattoo. He made sure I liked the position and style of the stencil before applying the ink. His conversation was light and pleasant. He checked in with me during the tattooing process to make sure I was okay. He even touched up my old tattoo and I absolutely love the outcome of both. I truly appreciate the seriousness these artists take in their work to not only ensure that their clients are comfortable but safe! I highly recommend and will absolutely be back!

Amazing work, friendly atmospher and a clean environment! My son (17yrs) recieved his first tattoo from the artist, Canaan. His work and details in the tattoo were amazing and beyond and his people skills were great. He explained the whole process and made my son feel completely comfortable. My son absolutely loves his tattoo. We will definitely be coming back to Canaan.

I contacted the shop for a quick price check on a few piercings that I was thinking about getting. I was surprised at the quick response. I read the reviews on Google, Facebook, and the shops website. I checked the photos and read up on the artists. I felt comfortable. I was glad to find out no appointment was needed for piercings. Anyway after much debating with myself, I decided to go for it. I walked in and he shop was small and cozy. It was very clean, and I felt welcomed. I really loved thirst there were private booths. Becky was amazing. I was a little worried about getting my nipples pierced because Ive read they hurt a lot. This was my first body piercing of my choice. I have had my ears pierced since I was a baby. I was really relaxed talking about things to get my mind off what was about to happen. On a scale on 1-10, Ill have to say my left nipple was a 1. It barely hurt. From experience I feel like it is my more sensitive nipple. The right one gave me a little more fussing and hurt around a 3. Becky was so fast that there really wasnt much time to fuss about anything. I also wanted to get a right industrial. I was advised that they would hurt less and really they hurt a little more, but nothing that would want me to stop getting piercings. I will say that my industrial was like a 4 on the top and a 4.5 on the bottom. I think the whole process was less the 30 minutes. A day after my piercings are a little sore, but not awful. I feel very happy with the care Becky gave. She told me to call her if I had any questions or concerns even though Im from Alabama (and a trucker). I strongly recommend Bugaboo Tattoo to anyone for piercings.

I have gotten my nose pierced and two tattoos from here and I cant say enough great things about Bugaboo. The staff is incredible and they do incredible work. Everything is very reasonably priced and I am already planning my next tattoo. HIGHLY recommend everyone to take their business here!

February 10, 2020 my daughter and I got our very first tattoos. Can we say pleased? No, we were FREAKIN pleased!! Our artist was Zach and he is absolutely the best. Great customer service! Calmed our nerves completely since we were ‘virgins’ lol. Listened to what we wanted and enhanced the design from there. Nothing but compliments on his work. Wanted to go back after that but the pandemic stopped everything. Will be calling soon to make our next appointment with Zach.

Becky was very professional and made the process so much more easier. She was very informative about the process of getting a piercing. She was also ready and willing to answer any question that I had. I will definitely refer her to anyone in need of a piercing.

Canaan was fantastic. A true professional. He worked with me to make sure my stencil was exactly what I wanted, offering advice of what he thought looked best as well. He worked quickly and very cleanly also while keeping a conversation to keep me distracted from the pain. His art is incredible and Id urge anybody to consider him when deciding to get their first or tenth tattoo!

This is a AMAZING tattoo shop, everyone is very respectful and they tell you everything straight forward. I also received a tattoo from there tattoo Artist Zach and he is the best hands downs!!!!!! He is very gentle and he makes sure you are comfortable and that you are pleased. I TOTALLY RECOMMEND HIM to doing your tattoos!

Gotten a couple tattoos from here, all good quality. I’ve had an appointment for months that keeps getting rescheduled the day before I’m supposed to go in. This has happened more than once. I get that life happens but for a cancellation the day before and notification in the evening not very professional way to conduct business.

Becky is very professional and takes the time to thoroughly explain everything. I’ve gotten pierced by her several times and each time she impresses.

I just went today and got my naval pierced. I had a good experience. She was very friendly and the wait was completely reasonable. The piercing itself is well done, perfectly straight and reasonably priced.

Went to the shop and asked for a quote to fix my nautical star. Asked the lady for the quote at the front desk and she told me $100-$120 when the tattoo guy in the back came up to me he was like HOW DOES $170 SOUND. I said yeah sure whatever because tattoos dont come cheap. Sure enough we go into the back room and he says nope this is going to be a $250 tattoo after she already quoted me $100-120 pretty disappointed. After everything I just asked for a refund then went to tattoo lady and he quoted me $100 and he did an amazing job. Bugaboo did me bogus!

This review is long overdue got my belly button pierced the day after my senior prom 13 I was so scared but the lady i cant remember her name who pierced me did a great job I honestly didnt feel a thing and she gave great advice on caring for my piercing...wish I wouldve got my nose pierced here
