I had an appointment with Mike for my septum piercing and he was so informative! He didnt mind the many questions I had. He didnt rush me, was patient and overall very kind. He has 20 plus years of experience and is very knowledgeable. Thank you again for my awesome piercing, Im very happy with it!! :) I also referred my sister later on to get some helix piercings and since she was wanting a possible industrial piercing Mike graciously took the time to explain and show us she didnt have the anatomy for an industrial instead of just doing it and charging us. Very impressed with Mike. And with word of mouth my sister also referred a friend who got a second earlobe piercing and was happy with his work too. Thanks for being awesome Mike!

1st Conch Piercings- Maggie (Magnolia) did an amazing job with my conch piercings. A very sweet human being who made me laugh and distracted me just enough to not feel the quick pinch of both piercings! Thank you again, I absolutely love them! I strongly recommend Maggie, she made me feel comfortable, knows what shes doing and is well informed on the proper care for piercings. Ill be seeing her once more in 6 months for the changing to a smaller piercing on both sides. Looking forward to it!

Mike is an amazing piercer. Hes two degrees of separation (apprentice to master) between my original piercer and Mike. I had let some piercings close. Mike was able to repierce and stretch all of them quickly and easily. He was pleasant. Theres a lot of geeky things to enjoy in the booths. Jewelry is great. Piercings are AWESOME! Will definitely be back! I really recommend this place. Cannot say enough about the service and the skill.

Went here for a nostril piercing a few days ago, made an appointment with Mike for 3:30. Arrived at 3:15ish, did paperwork, got pierced and paid, was out the door by 3:25. Great experience, Mike was super chill.

Easily the best piercing experience i have ever had! Mike was who did my naval piercing and was incredibly gentle and calming and provided me with a cool rag and fruit snacks since i get a little anxious and my experience was basically painless! He did the entire process in under 3 minutes. The lady at the front was super sweet and welcoming and fun to talk to. Overall recommend coming here

Had a fantastic experience here getting a second set of earlobe piercings for my daughter recently. Mike was wonderful and made absolutely certain she was happy and that the results were perfect. She was a bit lightheaded after her piercing and he even walked with us to the car to make sure she got there safely. This is my third time coming here over many years and we’ve been very happy and well taken care of every time. Highly recommend.

Maggie the apprentice made me and my 4 friends feel so comfortable and welcome! She answered all of our questions and was happy to do so! We were pierced by Mike and it was the best piercing experience I’ve ever had. He was so delightful and funny and overall a really cool guy. I highly recommend them! I had a piercing done by Mike and it was the best experience hands down. Very clean and inviting environment! The piercing turned out perfect and his customer service was incredible! Mike was truly amazing, he pierced my nose beautifully. i was super nervous and tense but he talked me through the process and made it so quick and easy. I got lightheaded afterwards and he got me a cold towel for my forehead and water. he also made sure i was feeling 100% before i left the shop. i felt so cared for here and will come back for all my piercing needs :) thank you so much mike!!

I went to destination ink to get my eyebrow pierced, after putting it off for a long time due to bad experiences with nipple and helix piercings at another business. I was a little anxious at first because of the experiences I had elsewhere, but I was pleasantly surprised by the service I received at destination ink.The staff was very knowledgeable and inviting. They answered all my questions. I was pierced by the apprentice, Magnolie. She was very thorough and talked me through the whole process during, which I really appreciated. I felt at ease getting my piercing done by the apprentice even with my past experiences elsewhere, because she was very confident and made sure I felt relaxed and prepared. Mike also let me hold his hand because Im a baby, and he had no problem doing so to help me out.If I decide to get anymore piercings I will be definitely be coming back here.

What a lovely shop! My 13 year old daughter wanted her ears pierced, and needle piercing is far safer and better than a piercing gun. After researching and gathering recommendations, I made an appointment for her at Destination Ink, and Im so glad I did. Everyone we encountered at every turn was kind, professional, and willing to answer any questions. The shop is scrupulously clean, the piercings were done with meticulous care and attention to detail, and the piercing technicians put her at ease by talking her through each step. I cant recommend Destination Ink highly enough.

I have had both my nose piercings done at this location. The shop is clean, quick and professional. Mike did my latest piercing he was very friendly and even moved the mark of the piercing a couple times to ensure it lined up well with my other side. I highly recommend going to this location if you’re looking at getting your piercings. They do also sell the needed saline solution to keep clean I recommend you buy the large so you don’t run out.

Definitely increased their costumer service. This second time I went was better, friendly, and they explained everything. Mike definitely knows how to make you feel comfortable, for me was a great experience I didn’t feel scared or pain. Really professional and clean area! Did my bellybutton and didn’t hurt! 100% recommended if it’s your first time and if you want to get some piercings.

Went to the shop today to get the other side of my high nostril pierced. Mike greeted me right away and had paperwork waiting and ready to go. His station was clean and orderly. I loved all the personal touches to his area. After cleaning my nose he marked for placement and checked with me to make sure I like it. Honestly he lined it up perfectly with the other side. The piercing itself was smooth and quick. He checked with me as we went which I really appreciate since needles make me a little nervous. He was also able to change my septum jewelry for me. I love the piercing! It looks so good. Mike was super professional, and personable. 10/10 would let him stab me with a needle again.

Kinda delayed but was in here a few weeks ago to get some new piercings (2). Was pierced by their apprentice Magnolia, she was wonderful, talked me through the process and her mentor (Mike) paid attention and assisted the whole time. Mike pierced my double nostrils back in November of 2022 and it came out perfectly even and healed up beautifully. :) my friend came with me to get an eyebrow piercing and their piercing healed great with no issues.I can trust this place for even and clean piercings that heal fast. :)

I had my navel done here a couple of days ago. I’m only 16 and have a HUGE fear of needles so I was super nervous, Mike was my piercer and he instantly made me feel comfortable, he knew I was nervous and was very patient with me. The piercing was so quick I didn’t even know it was done until my mom told me. The jewelry is beautiful and perfectly straight. Other than the split second that the needle went through my skin I’ve had absolutely no pain or even soreness it blows my mind! Mike is so talented at what he does! A couple minutes after my piercing I got super dizzy (which was absolutely not due to Mike or any pain, I think it was just my nerves wearing off rapidly, I’m still not sure why it happened) after I had walked out of the shop I had to stop and hold onto a street sign because I was feeling super faint. Mike noticed from inside the shop and quickly came out to help me. He got his arm under me and helped me back into the store with my mom, sat me on a comfy couch, and got me cold water and a towel for my head. He really cares about his customers! Thank you Mike!

Mike is amazing! However, anytime I’ve been back for services since he pierced my nose, I have been helped by an apprentice - unbeknownst to me. Three times an apprentice has changed my jewelry and all three times it was extremely painful and unpleasant. They don’t show the jewelry or verify it’s correct, they yank on the piercings. A healed piercing reverts back to bleeding, soreness, and overall irritation each time I come back. Wish they’d ask if an apprentice was ok. Last time, apprentice was bragging about getting to do appointment solo, struggled to remove jewelry, and Mike had to come assist and was easily able to remove - not to mention pain free compared to her yanking on my piercing over and over.

I had the pleasure of having my septum pierced by Mike. He was extremely professional and explained every single step of the process. It was a quick yet fun experience with everyone that I interacted with. I will definitely return for all of my families piercing needs.

Ive gone to Destination Ink on at least 4 separate occasions. My daughter got her nose pierced in 2020. I had two nose piercings that were done wonderfully, but closed while I had a long surgery.So....I came back and got another nose piercing with my son (pictured) and got a septum piercing. All from Mike.Hes fantastic. Hes literally the sweetest person ever. The website is easy to use for scheduling and they confirm appointments almost immediately.I love this shop so much that my BFF is making a 4 hour drive to get her piercings here.You wont be disappointed if you choose this shop. My wife, a friend, and myself got earlobe piercings from Mike Deich in January. This was my first and Mike was incredible at performing the job. In fact; Mike, if youre reading this, I apologize for writing my review late as I told you that I was going to write one ASAP as my form of gratitude.Mike was very gentle and made the experience easy, comfortable, and painless from the start. He walked us through the process and took his time to make sure that everything was perfect before he pierced our earlobes - for example, he repositioned the placing for my wife about 3/4 times. While he was servicing us, we all talked very casually and it made the whole experience a great one. He carefully explained the cleaning process to ensure that there were no infections after.In short, a great experience. Mike Deich is a professional and an awesome person! I would go to him to get other piercings in the future. And even my wife said that this was her best experience yet.

I originally had a nose piercing done by Mike about a year and a half ago, unfortunately I had to take it out for an extended period of time. I was ready to get it done again. The first and only call I made was to schedule an appointment with Mike! Such an awesome guy. Friendly and quick! It hurt a little more the second time around, dang that scar tissue. But he made me feel very comfortable and didnt even make me feel bad for wincing just a little bit 😬 I will highly recommend Mike to anyone I know thats looking for a piercing!

I got my septum pierced here Friday with Mike, and Stephanie his apprentice observing/assisting. They were both super nice and knowledgeable, and the shop was exceptionally clean and up to date on safety protocols. I saw Mike Deich to have my septum pierced on the 13th. I was in and out within 7 minutes without feeling like anything was rushed.I cant say that it hurt at any point. I was forgetting Id had in done on day one... until Id go to rub my nose.I get plenty of compliments on the piercing and Ive had people with their septums pierced compliment me specifically on how well positioned and straight it is.

Mike was awesome! He did my nose piercing and it went quickly, was straight forward and a super nice guy. I have to give props to Megan though because Mike was out on vacation, I called because I was concerned with my piercing popping out and she was incredibly helpful. I have had two really great experiences at Destination Ink. I called here following ordering a nose ring from another shop that just never came in. I needed a very small hoop which is hard to find. I called and spoke with Mike the piercer and he actually had the size I needed on hand and said I could come right in. He was so nice and easy to work with. I needed to have a taper push through too and he also made that really easy! While there I booked a tattoo with Christina. I’ve been to many tattoo and piercing shops and this place really is a great one. Very welcoming, clean, and the staff are very professional and talented. Christina did my tattoo and she did an incredible job. She’s a very talented artist. It was quick, she made it as painless as possible, and the end result I was so happy with. Turned out even better than I had expected. I’m really happy Christina did my tattoo. She’s so lovely and does such an awesome job. You won’t regret choosing Destination Ink as your parlor.

This by far is the best shop for all your needs. Nik has tattooed me for years. Best ever. Love his work. Mike has peirced my lip, ear and nose as well as my 4 month old daughters ears. They are gentle, the shop is very clean and they go above and beyond with health and safety measures . While Nik is so popular as an artist it can take some time to get scheduled he is sobworth the wait. And Mike well his ability to peirce without hardly any discomfort is beyond worth any delay in scheduling. Love this shop beyond words..

I am one who does a large amount of research on the artists prior to receiving their amazing work. I started out going here about 4 years ago when I got my nostril pierced by an apprentice of Mike. First off, he is truly an amazing teacher and Megan did a great job. I recently got my navel pierced. Destination Inks website is super user-friendly and putting a deposit down for an appt was super easy and secure. Fast forward, Mike did an awesome job going over all of my questions. From greeting to marking to piercing and aftercare he is purely amazing. We went over great placement and being pierced was super smooth. I then had an amazing consult about my ear which has some different shaped cartilage, he dotted exactly what I was going for; flow with the ear. After my appt the piercing site was starting to sink, he got me in super quick and got a disk on there for me. Later my body was rejecting the piercing and he took amazing care of me. Got me in super quick and got the piercing out. I really appreciate that he wrote down instructions and went over them super thorough. His apprentice is amazing as well! She got some ear lobe earrings put in for me and was great! Mike will for sure be my only piercer! Super awesome and knowledgeable guy! I highly recommend this shop and Mike for all your piercing needs. Also please yall and be respectful, appointments are required and for great reasons. The website is super great!

Got my septum and nose pierced almost 2 weeks ago. I have anxiety and it was pretty bad before getting pierced. Mike is awesome and made me feel better while I got to joke around.

This piercing shop came highly recommended to me! Ive heard nothing but good things as far as Mikes expertise and skill. That being said, I had immense difficulty with the interface used to book, and could not get ahold of a real person to try to reschedule or cancel my appointment.I could not figure out how to cancel an appointment within the booking website they use, as I saw that September looked completely booked out, and I had some unanticipated travel come up. I called their main line twice in the span of a couple of days, and I was met by a prerecording both times. I left a voice mail regarding my situation and did not receive any additional support. It wasnt until some digging that I found out I had to contact Mike himself to cancel, and Im now realizing I accidentally clicked on the wrong email in the Contact section of the website. Still, I got no reply to my asking about how far the books go out, as well as asking to cancel if I couldnt book a later appointment in September. $30 down the drain.I understand being busy, but my friend who canceled her appointment a couple of days after me got an almost immediate reply back. I just would have liked to see some more customer support. A fully online interface can be difficult to navigate.Clearly there was some user error on my end, but these things could have been nipped in the bud had I been able to talk to an actual person.

Today I had the pleasure of being pierced by Stephanie, Mikes apprentice. I had a Daith and a Helix done. Both Mike and Stephanie were very friendly and professional, and helped calm my nerves along the way. The process was quick and as painless as a couple of holes in the head can be. Far less painful than I had expected, particularly the Daith, since that one was new to me. Id be honored to be pierced by either of them again in the future. Thank you both so much!

I got a septum piercing from Mike in February. I fuss in my sleep, and on multiple occasions had the ball on one end come out. I even woke up with my piercing in my hand one night. Every time Mike put the ball back without charging me, and when I eventually lost the ball completely he gave me a locking ring free of charge. Just a great, friendly person with a great shop and I completely recommend d them. Going to get a tattoo from them soon.

Mike was really nice!! I got my second lobe piercings and my first helix, and my mom got her industrial repierced. he showed me the jewelry before-hand, told me everything he was doing and all that good stuff! he also actually paid attention to my pronoun pin (most people dont) which was a huge plus! when we had to reschedule he was super nice and flexible. he made the whole experience no where near as stressful nor painful as I thought it would be, will definitely be getting more piercings here in the future♡

I just had my first tattoo from Destination Ink last week. What an awesome experience! Ive been getting tattoos for over 15 years (Im in my 30s) and Destination is among the best experiences Ive ever had. I’ve been coming here for years now!! I love them!! All the staff is amazing and my body is covered in THE MOST BEAUTIFUL ART!!!! Piercing as well! I came in to get my septum done, I was honestly very very nervous but their amazing piercer was so gentle and quick that I barely felt a thing! Easiest heal I’ve ever had as well. Got my nose pierced here yesterday and Mike was so great! Hes got a super kind and chill demeanor. He also helped me change some cartilage jewelry. Very clean inside, and COVID precautions are still being taken which I appreciate!

I am so happy I went with my first pick for a tattoo artist, which is Christina. I just cant explain how much I love her work. As soon as I saw her portfolio, I knew then that I wanted her to be my artist for my first tattoo. And Im extremely happy that it is her! Her work is definitely in depth especially with the details, the simplicity and the beauty that comes with it, its just all so worth it. I feel like no matter how many times I say I love her work, just doesnt give enough justice to it. Its amazing how she can bring your ideas to life, she will also ask you what you want and how you want it, she will give you good suggestions or ideas for your tattoo. I had my eye brows tattoos done here, as did my mother. Mom needed color correction of old tattoos that faded badly, and really has no eyebrow hair left. Both hers and mine came out just exquisite! The emphasis is on a natural appearing, well shaped brow. I love that I can go without makeup and still have nice looking and tidy brows, or I can add some pencil for a more dramatic look. I cannot say enough how fantastic the experience was and how very pleased we both have been. I’ve been going to Destination Ink for all my body piercings and tattoos for almost 3 years now. I have never had a single problem with anyone in the shop, everyone is so nice and friendly. Any problems I’ve had with piercings down by them has been due to poor aftercare on my part. Mike and Megan break everything down for you on how to take care of your piercings no matter how many piercing you have. Any time I’ve needed help with jewelry they have both been more than willing to help. Both Mike and Megan are so good with nervous clients and handle people very well. Nik has done all 5 of my tattoos and I couldn’t imagine getting them done by anyone else. He’s the easiest person to talk to and one of the nicest people I know. Nik cares don’t much about every single client he has and respects them enough to give them professional advice about one of the biggest decisions they’re going to make. Everything he tells you is from the kindness of his heart and he won’t let you make a terrible tattoo decision that you’re going to have to cover up eventually anyways. Anytime someone asks me where to go get a piercing or a tattoo done I always tell them Destination Ink because i trust anyone that works their enough to send my friend to see them.

Gave me plenty of information.When I got my new peircings for my lip he told me if I had any questions or problems give them a call.He delivered. Ive seen Nik since before he opened this shop. His work is amazing, hes professional and very clean. He has the safety and comfortabilitiy of the client in mind. My adult children have even received tattoos from him. I refer all my friends and family to Nik. Mike who pierces is one in the same! Very kind and gentle. Super helpful! I went here to switch a piercing I got 2 1/2 years ago at a different piercing place, and found out it wasn’t fully healed after all that time (smh). Mike helped me switch to a new L shaped piercing, that was the right size so it would heal. He also explained to me how to help it heal properly and get rid of the little bump that had been there since I got it pierced. He was super helpful, and I’ll be coming back for any other piercings I get!

I have gotten many tattoos and piercing here! Nik is absolutely amazing. His art work is incredible. He has done 8/9 of my tattoos and I probably will not go to anyone else for any of my future tattoos. He is very patient when it comes to you creating your vision for you tattoo. He will tell you honestly if the tattoo placement or design isn’t going to work and will work with you to create your tattoo in a better way, unlike some artist who just tattoo anything. Mike and Megan are amazing piercers. They alway make sure you feel comfortable in the space and will make sure you are happy with your piercings. Overall the shop is great. They are all amazing to be around.

I got three helix piercings from here. To no fault of their own two of the studs fell out due to my own curled hair pulling on them. They, both times, gave me new studs and tightened them. Theyre clean, professional, and very friendly. Highly recommended.

Had a nose peircing removed that I had done at another shop. Friendly staff, quick and easy! Called first and was told they take walk ins for a certain time. If youre a walk in, Id call ahead of time to make sure you can get in.

Ive been getting tattoos from Nik at this shop for about 5 years now and Ive never been able to drudge up a single complaint. I love the employees here; Im generally greeted at the door (unless everyone is really busy) and Ive even had them ask me my music preference a couple times just to put on something Id enjoy while Im getting tatted. This is a shop that has some real love for their customers and likes to see them happy and comfortable, thats something I can truly appreciate in a business.

Christina did such an amazing job with my eyebrows. I still cannot believe how beautiful they look! Not only was Christins flexible and willing to work around my schedule she was also very sensitive with the whole process and really took the time to listen to what I wanted. I have had many tattoos done by Christina, love her work. Just got my 15 yr old daughters cartilage pierced by Megan. She is awesome as well. I will always go there for my tattoo and piercing needs!

I have gone here a few times and have always had trouble with jewelry. This last time was the final straw. I asked if the jewelry would be too big for the area my piercing is in and was assured it would be fine. Well 2 days later and the area is completely swollen and irritated. Besides that come to find out the jewelry isnt titanium it is coated which could have also contributed to the irritation. The people who work there are so nice but after 3 attempts where I have paid for jewelry and services and then had to go somewhere else for it to be fixed I can no longer afford let alone support.

I am new to the area, and out of all the places I researched, I kept coming back to this one. And Im glad I did! I wanted a simple nose stud, and they were so nice and awesome with the whole process! I was quite please with their COVID response process too! They had a special COVID sheet for me to fill out, I had my temperature taken before entering the building, and I had to wash my hands for 20 seconds (or more) before sitting down. He cleaned everything he touched before and after, he wore both a mask and face shield while doing the piercing, and was very sweet about everything. Their shop was very clean, well organized, and it didnt feel like some hole in the wall shady tattoo shop. I will DEFIANTLY be coming back in the future for more piercings, and some tattoos! 10/10!

Love it! Did my internship in high school with Mike, and hes done most of my piercings I have now. (Other than my gauges and secondaries.) I even ended up getting a cartilage piercing on a whim from somewhere else and the capture ball came off, I went in to see Mike and within 5 minutes I had a brand new ring and capture ball. It was quick, easy and painless. I have 8 tattoos and Nik has done all of them! I love the colors he uses and the style he has with every tattoo. My skin is also very sensitive and (I probably shouldnt be getting tattoos) my skin reacts to the ink in the form of goop and bumpy itchiness and Nik has always been there when I had questions about it, and always helped as much as he could. Love this place and will always go back!

Ive been working on a cover up piece with nik over the last couple years (its taken so long because of pregnancy and breast feeding). Not only am I over the moon about my tattoos and piercing but the overall expierence has been amazing in their shop. Super clean, no clutter, relaxing environment and professional artists.Ive also been pierced by mike, and he has up sized my gauges as well. I have never felt more at ease and comfortable with a needle coming at my face. Mike and nik are great at explaining how to care for your new addition and how the healing process goes.I always recommend destination ink to family and friends and keep a couple business cards in my purse just in case.

Steve tried to help my daughter 13 with a piercing. However we didnt realize her military i.d was expired. But due to the rules and regulations he had to decline our scheduled appointment. I want to really take the time and thank him and the company for following the rules properly and putting the process and doing the right thing ahead of making a $ especially in these hard times. This really shows how much they truly care for all their staff current and future customers.Way to take care of business even if its just following the rules. Great peace of mind. We are coming back once her appointment on May 31st happens. Lol got to love Covid times.

Seems the owner is more about money then customer satisfaction...I was excited to get my nose pierced. Mike was very nice however the location of my piercing was too far back towards the cheek. When I asked if he could move it up he interrpreted up the nose toward the forhead when I meant up towards the point of the nose. A few hours later the piercing was irritated and uncomfortable the inside part was to high up on the nose. I stopped in at another piercing place the same day and had them check because something did not feel right. I returned to destination ink the next day with their nose stud in tote explained to Mike the situation and expressed that he was very nice and I think there was just a miscommunication, he agreeed as well, I had my nose re pierced at the other place and I asked if instead of receiving a full refund a partial refund would be granted. He spoke with the owner, Nik, who said no. I should have said something before I left or come back to have it repierced by them. If we dont have effective communication the first time I am uncomfortable with having the same person repierce my face, worried it may not turn out again. I was taken aback that there was no compromise, who likes getting the same piercing multiple times?

Horrible customer service. I called to make sure they were still doing piercings and all I was told was to be there before 6:30. I made sure I showed up before 6:30, the piercer than told me since it was 2 minutes to 6:30 he would do it. Doesn’t make sense because that’s when he takes his last piercing! All he was doing was talking a messing around. Rude rude rude. I wouldn’t want to get pierced by someone that treats customers that way.

Brought my daughter in to get her ears re-peirced Saturday. I chose this place mainly due to the great Google reviews and the distance from our place however I was NOT impressed. My daughter is 9 and asked to bring a friend for moral support as she has general anxiety disorder. When we walked in there was no one to greet us. I waited a few minutes before ringing the bell because I was sure someone heard 3 people walk in. Not one person said anything till I rang the bell and then there was snickering and laughing. When the guy came out to greet us he was somewhat friendly till he seemed offended that I had not gone to the facebook page or read a small sign on the door stating no one under 13 that is not getting work done can come in and we were quickly dismissed. My daughter was even put off by his demeanour and said there was no way shed go back there of we took her friend home and returned to do her ears which I had offered her. Thankfully we ended up going to Adorn Body Art and had the BEST experience!!!! The lady up front was great, they had NO problem with my daughter bringing a friend for sorry and the gentleman that did my daughters ears was WONDERFUL!!!! It was totally worth the extra miles to get there!!!

The people there are very nice and friendly I was nervous and the female apprentice held my hand as I got my piercings done 10/10 great experience and people they know what they are doing believe me I am on my 12th piercing!

I went in for a navel and a industrial piercing. Navel everything went well, Industrial… it doesn’t look right it’s too close to the edge of my cartilage and hurts too much… I was going to remove my industrial jewelry and couldn’t even unscrew the jewelry, It is really screwed on in there. Piercer is very rude. Didn’t even greet or anything. I hate this place so much. The vibes. The jewelry. I don’t recommend this pathetic place

I have been getting tattoos from nik for years and piercings done by mike for yrs they are both super nice and professional. Never had an issue. If I have a question to ask they have never been bothered when I message them later asking something I forgot to ask at the appointment.

Lost my plug and couldn’t find any replacements. Tried to come get new ones which would literally take less than 2 minutes (I’m not picky) and was told I had to make an appointment even though the person who was supposed to be there for their appointment was late. Hate that the shop I got all my piercings done at will no longer be the one I go to. This is the 3rd times I’ve had a bad experience at this shop but 3 strikes and you’re out.

Not a great experience. Not good customer service- very bland experience. Made an error on the online appointment form. I apologized for my error in filling out the form but the guy had to make me feel like an idiot about it. Good customer service you dont do that. Didnt get to pick out our piercing jewelry. Best service I have ever had in a tattoo shop. Nik and mike are both awesome. I felt relaxed and at ease while being tattooed and the conversations are the best. Wouldn’t go anywhere else.

I wanted to take a moment to respond to second drawer downs review. We have a sign posted on the door (Id include pictures if I could) that says we dont allow children in the shop. As for the chemicals we use all most every shop uses madicide as a cleaner because it is tuberculocidal cleaner which is what is required by the state. The warnings on the label warn its hazardous to inhale one of the reasons we wear face masks when spraying. One of our tattoo artists had just sprayed down his station (the one closest the the lobby) before beginning to work on a very large tattoo. We dont allow children in partially because of the chemicals and partially because it can be distracting to our artists who are trying to work. Im not saying your particular child was being disruptive but our shop is an adult environment we play music that isnt appropriate for children we have clients using language that may not be appropriate for children. For these reasons we do not allow children, I apologize if you felt I was being rude, it was not my intention.

Arrived at appointment and would not accept vaccination card on phone went home to grab the paper only to arrive 1 minute late and he refused to do the piecing. Wanted us to reschedule and woman that was there mock us for complaining about being turned away. Very unprofessional of her and will not be back! Worst experience ever! Stay away from this place. Give your money to those who care about their customers.

I went in to get my nose pierced and not only did the piercer pierced it to high after I said it was to high I got a infection even when I cleaned 2 times a day properly I do not recommend this place just wait for an appointment to open up somewhere else
