While on vacation, my daughters nose ring came out and she panicked worrying it would close. This shop was so close to where we were staying, had the jewelry we needed, and the service was PHENOMENAL. I couldnt say better things about it, the shop was beautiful and so cool. The woman who helped us was AMAZING. I wish we lived closer because I would love to come back. Thank you!!

Love the atmosphere soon as I walked in. I was even greeted with wonderful hospitality. Yes I definitely recommend…my first time getting a nose piercing London(Monda) kept me calm and relaxed that I’d didn’t realize it was she was finished. She even made sure I had the right products for self cleaning.

London was absolutely incredible! She helped me safely and painlessly remove a stuck earring that has been a problem for me. She made me feel welcome, helped talk me through my worries, and cleaned her station from top to bottom after. Ill be coming here for all my piercings

London (Monda) is a gem! She did my daughters industrial piercing last year for her birthday and we went back for her belly button birthday piercing this year. In all honesty, she put me and my daughter at complete ease both times. She had my daughter, check the placement both before and after, and repeatedly told us that if we needed anything at all do not hesitate to call. My daughters boyfriend got queasy and London took care of him too! Love this place, love her, professional, caring and will definitely be back

I came here with a slight emergency during vacation. I had a nose ring that was stuck and I needed it removed. The owner was amazing!! She explained everything to me step by step, removed my hoop, and replaced it with a new one. I even got another ear piercing while I was there! The shop was clean and inviting and the owner was very hygienic and personable. I can’t speak enough about the owner! She had a great personality and was just all around wonderful! I will definitely be back again.

Cute personality but does absolutely NOT excuse the Cheap jewelry that wasn’t even inserted correctly and it fell out. It was also pierced crooked. Overpriced and low quality. Truly disappointing and heartbreaking, be cautious.

We were never asked to fill out any paperwork. We were there for over 2 hours and only one person was ahead of us for an ear piercing. We were asked the same questions more than 15 times. My daughters ear was pierced downwards. It was not a positive experience. I can provide even more details upon request.

Monda (hope I’m spelling it correctly) was INCREDIBLE. Very hygienic, professional, and her energy is out of this world. In the small time we were with her, she educated us about the history of Hilton Head, since her family has been here for generations. She’s so sweet, and is definitely the shop to go to for all of your piercing needs.

I would highly recommend this young lady! I had gotten a horizontal piercing above my eyebrow a few weeks before in Charleston and it fell out while I was sleeping. I was looking for someplace closer to put it back in. I found a place in Beaufort and when I got there, I was disappointed to find out that I couldnt bring my children in with me; then the guy told me I would have to let it close, then wait to get it re-pierced even though it had only been out a few days. Im glad that I decided to get another opinion here at Xtreme Body Piercing. She was able to painlessly get my piercing back in and its lasted since May until now and is still holding strong with no problems. She was even able to put in smaller jewelry, which is what I wanted from the beginning that my original piercer told me wouldnt be possible. I wish I had come here from the beginning! And she was so nice to my children too!

SOOOO difficult to find and then when you finally figure it out, you get there and on the door it says temporarily closed. Can’t give a true rating on quality of care and experience which is why I didn’t rate it super low but I feel like there needs to be a better way to communicate with your customers. A website or SOMETHING

Had a piercing emergency while on vacation. allowed walk ins immediately, and only charged $10. fantastically patient and delicate in a painful situation. good atmosphere, clean environment, good conversation and educational. 11/10!! :)

My husband and I were on vacation on Hilton Head Island, and I had been wanting to get my ears pierced for a while now, so I decided to go there. Monda was very nice and professional. She opened the needles and earrings right in front of me, and the place smelled clean too. She also helped me to keep calm and relaxed while the piercing took place. I will likely be going back to her for another piercing if were in the area again.

We showed up today to get my nose pierced and when we arrived around 1:30 there was nobody there despite online it saying the place was open. we called several times and waited for several minutes and nobody answered or came to the door. we also could hear voices and a dog inside so it was clear that we were being ignored.

London is wonderful and her shop is so cute. She was very knowledgeable and friendly. She did a wonderful job on the piercings. I highly recommend her for any piercings!

I took my granddaughter to get her cartilage pierced in both ears. Signage to get in was nil. We called and she told us to come inside and go to 2nd floor. Once we found her she was super friendly, efficient, quick but not rushed. She did a great job! My granddaughter is really excited.

The building is a bit outdated, the business kind of hard to find, but once you get past that, it’s so worth it. What a great experience. Monda pierced my ear a few months ago - in the same place I had it pierced years ago, but it’d gotten infected so I’d let it heal up. She was very personable and informative, and my piercing is doing GREAT almost 6 months later. She offered great tips for care and made the experience fun and unique.
