**Review for Banter by Piercing Pagoda - BUYER BEWARE**I recently ordered a 14k gold piece of jewelry from Banter by Piercing Pagoda, hoping for a quality item given the steep price. Unfortunately, my experience has been nothing short of disappointing. The first piece I received tarnished quickly, and the gem snapped off within a short period of time. When I contacted customer service, I was met with inconsiderate and unhelpful representatives who seemed to have little knowledge of their own products. Instead of offering a straightforward resolution, I was forced to mail back the damaged piece and reorder another one.Hoping the first piece was just a fluke, I decided to give them another chance. The shipping was fast, which I appreciated, but the new piece arrived damaged as well. The shipping bag was intact, so its clear that the jewelry was defective before it was even shipped.To add insult to injury, the gold is not solid as described, and the company was unwilling to exchange the item for something of better quality.I strongly advise against purchasing from this company. The products are not as described, and the customer service is lacking. Save yourself the trouble and look elsewhere for quality jewelry.
