One of the best tattoo and piercing places I’ve been to in the area! Pricing is good, finding an artist to fit your style is easy here, and receive effective communication with all of them (in person/social media)! The tattoo artists are super talented and Janet (piercer) is very skilled, understanding, and amazing in her craft as well. I’m always leaving wanting to come back for more soon

I want to start off by saying this review would be 5 stars if I had received a better quality tattoo by one of the artists at this establishment.Lets start with the good: Ziq is so kind and fun to get a tattoo from. Frequently checks in, makes sure I was feeling comfortable, and both of the touch ups he has done for me; i came in with a subpar piece and he made them look beautiful again. I highly, HIGHLY recommend his work. His instagram @inkbyziq has so many pictures of amazing tattoos he has done, from text to fine line, to mandalas, to landscapes. He is incredibly talented and incredibly kind.Onto the not so good... I got a new tattoo about 2-3 months ago by Breeze. When I walked in and showed him the reference picture, he said Oh this is a piece of cake. My friends and all my clients know me as the guy to go to for fine line work. He filled me with a lot of confidence and I was sure it would turn out how I wanted.Unfortunately this wasnt the case. Several lines blew out terribly, the linework itself is very disappointing in a few areas, and there are a couple parts that do not look anything like my reference image. Ive included the reference image and Breezes rendition below. You can see the lips are incredibly thickened and the line on the bottom is blown out on the left on both the lips and the chin, the snake heads in front of the blindfold are barely discernible, you cant really see their teeth at all. The nose is COMPLETELY different from my reference image. I believe he used a 5RL for it when it so clearly should have been a 3RL because of the detail.The most disappointing part is he charged me $200 for this, a greatly subpar piece about 2.25x2 inches in size. With the tip it was closer to $230. Im not the kind of person that wont tip, ever, but honestly, I do regret tipping him for this.I will say, he was very kind to me and made me feel comfortable, but overall I was overcharged and the results were incredibly disappointing. I will probably just end up having to laser this off and get it redone. I definitely feel like I wasted $230 in this case.TL;DR- Ziq is amazing and he will be honest about what he can do and deliver great results when he can, and Breeze is not the guy to go to for fine line work. I have seen his cartoon color tattoos and they look great, but his fine line work is not worth your money unless he decides to halve his price. Even then, though... Probably still not worth it.

Yesterday I got two dermals on my neck by Janet. She is very pleasant, professional and knowledgeable. She takes the time to make sure the placement is where you want it. I have gone to her in the past for collar bone and face dermals that Ive gotten. They all come out looking amazing each time! Highly recommend 😊 She is the best piercer that I have experienced. I drive an hour and 15 min one way to get here and it is well worth the drive! Thank you Janet!

Been going here for almost 2yrs now. Breeze has done a great job on both my arm sleeves so far. Have much more to be done too. Highly recommend going here. Very reasonable pricing and very friendly staff.

Today i got my tongue pierced and got a dermal piercing, i have never had such a good time while getting pierced. Janet was my piercer and she did an amazing job. The vibes of this place is unlike any other piercing shop i’ve ever gone to. I wish i could give a 10 star rating.

Janet was amazing. This was my second piercing and was hesitant because my first piercing did not go too well with piercing and pagoda. But she was very professional, quick and funny too. Will never go back to piercing and pagoda, this place earned themselves a loyal client.

I have been going to Janet as my piercer for over a year now. Words cannot begin to describe just how phenomenal she is. Every time I have gone to her, or seen someone else go to her, she is warm, welcoming, and inviting. She’s incredibly knowledgeable about her craft, and takes the time to work through any questions and concerns with her client. Her space, while of course always being kept to the highest standard of cleanliness, is also decorated so amazingly, showing the time she puts into every aspect of her job. I was on the hunt for a walk in tattoo and bloodlines took walk-ins! The ladies at the front counter were super sweet and made me feel less awkward for being there alone. @tainted_cherub greeted me and asked me what I was looking for. He nailed it perfectly. He was so chill and easy to talk to. Even though it was a quick and tiny tattoo, its a very important tattoo to me. So it was nice to have such a great experience getting it done. I was pierced by Janet and she did an absolutely lovely job, and was super kind and kept things light hearted all the way through. Even helping to adjust placement given my eyebrow shape. The price was also incredibly reasonable!!

I had the best experience with the manager here named Janet! She did my nipple piercing and I was really nervous and anxious and when I tell you she was so patient and kind, she was more than that. Ive been working here from out of town and have been needing some tat touch up work done. This establishment was suggested to me and they DID NOT disappoint. Janet gave me a rook piercing and did an absolutely wonderful job. Her station was emaculate and you could tell she takes pride in her work. I also got some work done on an old foot tattoo that has been long over due for a touch up. Zeke was kind enough to squeeze me in last minute. He did an EXCELLENT job and I will most definitely be returning before I finish my travel contract. If you are looking for a reputable and professional environment to get some work done then give this place a call. You will not be disappointed!!!

They did a really good job with the piercing and the woman who did mine (idk her name but she had black hair) was really nice and she explained everything to me really well. And it was a really good price too. The only thing that bugged me was the front desk lady (i’m not sure her name either but i think she had brown hair) she was rolling her eyes at me and giving me a really bad attitude when i came in for a walk-in appointment even though i called an hour before to make sure it was okay to do a walk-in. I just thought it was really rude and it bummed me out cause i was really excited going in. But yeah other than that it was really good i LOVED the black hair woman piercer!!

The lady who was doing my piercing was so polite, we talked and were done within 6 minutes at most. She was very kind and friendly. I will definitely be going back for my other piercings!

Had my ears pierced here. They are professional and fast. She lined my piercings up really well and in consideration of future work. Definitely will come back for other piercings. The prices are very fair too. The receptionist was thorough in answering any questions and concerns.

Got my Medusa re-pierced here last Tuesday and was super nervous to get it redone because the first time it had been done wrong and off centered. Corrine (if I’m spelling her name right) was my piercer and was super professional and sweet and did it exactly how I wanted it the first time! I would definitely go back to get more piercings from her because she made the experience very lovely. 10/10 recommend getting pierced by her!

Me and my fiance went there with a design for matching claddagh tattoos. We had bloodlines tattoo artist draw out the design we showed him they looked good and exactly what we wanted. When putting the stencils on he kept redoing them until he got all the parts mixed and matched and needles to say are tattoos do not match there backwards and crooked. If your smart go somewhere else for a tattoo. We are now looking for someone to do a cover up over this mess are the price of wrecking balm to get rid of these very personal tattoos. We got them March 10th 2024 I am posting this March 11th 2024

I have gotten 4 of my tattoos done from Breeze. I will continue to go to him. He makes you feel very comfortable and calm before and during your tattoo for my more painful tattoos he took his time and made sure that I was OK the whole time the girls at the front desk are so welcoming and kind. This place is absolutely amazing, for all of my tattoos, I have felt calm and peaceful and welcomed. Right now he’s working on a piece for me for my grandfather and he sat down with me and talked about what I wanted and I cannot wait to see what he comes up with. I got my septum pierced on a whim today, it’s not my first piercing and definitely the best experience I’ve had by far. I was a walk in and they took me into the back within 5 minutes, for the piercing and jewelry it only costed me $63 dollars. I unfortunately forgot the name of the woman who did my piercing for me, but she was extremely professional and kind. She explained her whole process as she was doing it, and ensured I knew what to expect, as well as her asking knowledgeable questions about if I am someone who gets light headed or nauseous, which can absolutely make your whole experience better if you’re someone who does. This was the smoothest, most painless piercing I have EVER had done, and the most personable experience I’ve ever had. I was a little unsure about it being a shop in a mall, but after going I definitely recommend them and will be back

I LOVE LOVE LOVE this place. Breeze will be doing all of my tattoos from now on, wow, what an incredible artist. Janet and Corinne are the best piercers. Janet did my nose and Corinne and I blasted through both industrials and both traguses in just under a half hour (through scar tissue as these had been pierced years before). Always very clean, courteous and thorough. I literally needed Janet to replace a whole tragus earring and i wasn’t charged for that. HIGHLY RECOMMEND. I love all of the work they have done thus far and I am excited for more in the future!

I just got my belly button pierced today. The lady at the front desk was very nice. My piercer talked me through the whole process and made sure I was comfortable the whole time. The process took less than 5 minutes and I love my piercing!

Went in as a walk-in for both ear lobes pierced. Welcoming atmosphere. The lady that did them ( cant remember her name sorry) did an amazing job. Pleasantly surprised! My friend and I went here on a whim as it seems our normal piercer is no longer available. I was a bit nervous to go to a piercer whom i dont know and I was uneasy that it was in the mall. But they were fantastic! Both the piercer and person at the front desk were so nice! I’ve gotten 7 piercings with Janet(snakebites, angel fangs, two nose studs, septum) and I have never been to a better piercer. Very clean and organized workspace, positive staff, and Janet is amazing not only at her profession, but also at making you feel comfortable and safe.

Me and my friends decided we were all going to get piercings before we left for college next month. I only have my ears pierced but Ive always wanted my nose pierced. I was sooo nervous to get it done like to the point where I was shaking and sweating before I even walked in. I told Janet, the girl who pierced my nose, how nervous I was and how I dont do good with things like this. I was so shocked at how patient and experienced she was with people like me. I really thought I was going to have to tell her to not show me blood or how to handle me if I passed out but she was just so welcoming and calm with me. You can tell she loves what she does and has a lot of experience with the public. I will definitely be going back and recommending her to all my friends.

I originally was going to go with a different place to get my nose pierced but I completely did not like their vibe so I called bloodlines and literally as soon as they picked up the phone I knew that’s where I wanted to go, the service was really great priced and the woman who did my piercing made me feel completely comfortable, 10 out of 10 would definitely go there for another piercing!!! Highly recommend Artists InkbyZiq and Breeze. They’ve always treated me right and always had a great vision for the tattoos I’ve gotten there. I tend to spontaneously get new tattoos and walk ins are always welcome! If they can’t get you in the same day, they’ll set an appt with you and you won’t be disappointed!Also if you go for any piercings, Blackwidow Piercings within Bloodlines treated me so well and knew what they were doing.Everyone from the piercers, tattoo artists and even the check in receptionists overall have great energy, are really sweet and love to help people with their visions and get the job done. Clean and friendly atmosphere. The staff were all professional. My first ever nose piercing!! Janet, who did my piercing was amazing, she explained the process step by step and gave me time to ask questions and made sure I understood everything. I would definitely go back there for other services.

Horribly unprofessional. Management and owner himself are trash. Desk girl actually overcharged me by $200 and they’ve covered it up, demanding I pay them! The artist I had had me sitting for 20+ minutes while he went to a complete stranger who was selling rugs and chatted about that in the middle of my appointment. I’d rather pay more and go elsewhere. Wouldn’t even go to the CT location. My works not even fully filled in. Faded incredibly in less than 4 months. I know! It does naturally, but not to a certain extent. Just go elsewhere. Avoid the stress, avoid the headache, avoid the robbery!!

I was pierced by Janet the piercer and she was awesome. She did my Medusa piercing and she fixed the placement of my labret piercing (done by someone else) so that the piercings lined up correctly. Went here to get a Daith piercing about two weeks ago. Got charged like 90 dollars. Also went to get a second opinion after developing a pocket at my piercing site,winds up they used the entirely wrong piece(used an externally threaded when a captive should have been used)

I can say as I enter it wasn’t the best welcoming feeling but there was an immediate turn over. The service provided by the tattoo artist ziq was by far the best experience I ever had he was very kind and professional and over all gentle. I was so scared as it was my first time getting a tattoo by him but I can say I’ll go back a thousand times over!!!! Over all it was an amazing experience and I recommend this tattoo/piercing parlor 💯! If you are looking for a good tattoo artist ziq is the guy!!!

I came here to get my 2 month old ear’s pierced & 11 year old daughters 2nd holes. The piercer did an amazing job she was very calm and patient! She did admit to me that it was her first time doing a baby so young but that didn’t stop her, she was awesome and did a fantastic job! Holes are in the perfect places and healed correctly. I highly recommend!

I had called to ask some questions prior to arriving at the shop, and Sammy was kind and responsive on the phone. The shop itself was very clean and there was no wait, despite the shop taking walk-in clients (though there was a substantial wait list for tattoos , which isn’t a bad sign at all).The piercing itself was quick and relatively painless, and she did an excellent job of saying exactly what she was doing while she was doing it. She was very knowledgeable and professional, and the aftercare instructions were very clear. I was honestly a bit nervous about a tattoo/piercing shop being in a mall, but I should not have been at all. From start to finish, it was an all-around fantastic experience, and I will be going there again for another piercing and possibly a tattoo as well.

I absolutely loved my experience. I walked in and talked with the girls at the front about getting my nose peirced and they were so supportive. I went back and Janet did an amazing job. She was so patient with me and took her time to make sure it was in the right spot. It didnt hurt at all, she truly did amazing and I went back for my friend to get hers.

Really enjoyed my experiences here except for the fact that the piercer used the wrong jewelry for mouth piercings resulting in them constantly falling out and getting consistently irritated. Besides that, wonderful service and wonderful people!

Definitely go here. The prices are reasonable and the piercer was so amazing. I came to get my lobes repierced and it was so effortless. Plus you dont need any appointments for piercings which is just a blessing, no deposit fee or scheduling. You just walk in. Very professional, everything was sterile and clean and all the workers are so friendly. If youre thinking about coming here just do it, you will not regret it.

I have been looking for a Tattoo Artist to cover up the empty space on my forearm and It was so hard due to people overpricing or not being available. I went here on a walk-in basis and tbh was a bit nervous at first to just let anyone tattoo my skin. But when i say i was IMPRESSED by the tattoo artist, i mean IMPRESSED. He made sure to get every little detail as well as shading. He also made sure to take his time so he didn’t hurt or irritate my skin. Did a GREAT job. Did exactly what I wanted at a reasonable price! The environment was super clean and friendly. Will most definitely be returning!

Wednesday, March 30, 2022 I was at the Holyoke Mall with some friends. As we walked by the place my friend mentioned that this place was very affordable. Spontaneously, I went up to the front and asked how much for an industrial piercing. With piercing, jewelry, tax, and 20% tip it was less than $100. I went in, got my industrial pierced, advised on care for the new piercing, and paid in less than 10 minutes. It was great.

Great experience! Breeze is a dope tattooist and really focuses on his craft! A1 service and communication. I will definitely be scheduling another session!

Janet has done all my piercings and they’ve all come out perfect quick and painless no matter where the spot is I’ll only trust her with them!

Absolutely HORRIBLE. Someone I know went for a septum piercing. It came out completely crooked, and the piercer completely missed the sweet spot and pierced through cartilage. They use low grade bad jewelry. If you care about your body DONT GO HERE. The septum piercing in wrong on both angles. Edit: The response from the owner is completely unprofessional. Extremely ride and combative. A good piercer should look at a deviated septum and know how to work around it to make it come out straight, or explain that it may come out crooked due to the deviation. Misinformation, as jewelry can still be low grade even if it is surgical steel. The response is absolutely horrendous, offensive, and shameful to come from a business owner. To assume I know nothing is really gross. Considering I am more knowledgeable and certified than you think leaving this review because I am concerned.

My two friends and I went in for walk-in tattoos this weekend and everything was very efficient and professional. We were put on the waiting list and within the hour we were getting our tattoos done. I definitely recommend getting there early for a walk-in. The tattoos were from reference photos and came out amazing! Will be coming back soon!

I had a good experience here. The girl at the front desk was very helpful and patient. The piercing went well and was over pretty quick. I did, however, feel a bit rushed when I was in the chair. Place seemed clean and professional otherwise.

I will forever recommend Ezequil. He is LIGHT handed , experienced, and most of all professional. His work area is clean. I am posting on behalf of my sister, Valari per her request. We were warmly greeted by staff when we arrived, and asked what services we were interested in. Everyone was super polite and personal. They took Valaris info and told us they were let us know when they were ready to pierce her earlobes.Valari was escorted to a private area, by Janet, the professional piercer and after a discussion about her preferences, her ears were swabbed and piercing was done. She was asked if she had further questions and returned to the front to pay. Valari purchased a bottle of saline, but therew was no pressure to buy anyrhing. Again, everyone was friendly and sincerely likeable as wwll as professional. We will not hesitate to return should we wish to have additional services in the future. A very pleasant experience!!

Breeze was the best!!! Didnt take long and did an amazing job!! It was a mothers day gift and he did the work on me and my kids with no problem! Price was right too!! He definitely got me addicted all over again! Im sure Ill be back!

My best friend and I went to the Holyoke Mall and didn’t know this place was there but the staff were super friendly, chill and over all safe place. They answered all of our questions without any problems. The piercer was super good and nice and talks you through everything and makes sure you are okay and know how to take care of it. If I am out in the area definitely will stop in again

I came here with my daughter to get her belly piercing done. It was ridiculously expensive. Almost $70 when other shops do it for $40. They also dont have any jewelry options. Ill stick to Paper City in holyoke. Stephen is awesome.

I got a tattoo at a different place that came out really badly and had gotten a tattoo with Breeze at Bloodlines before so I went back to get a coverup with him. Breeze absolutely killed it and I could not have asked for better. Below is the original and Breeze’s coverup. He and every other employee here is so kind and supportive, the whole experience is 10/10 and I would recommend this place to anyone.

Breeze was a gentle giant. I was scared and nervous but he told me “I’ll be very gentle, my hand isn’t heavy like other artists”. He was right!!!! He did an amazing job.

Leaving this review for the customer service of Janet. I had an issue with my piercing (not done by her) and she resolved it without a fight or giving me a hard time.

My daughter and my sons girlfriend both came and got a septum piercing today and the girls at the front were great and so nice!! The piercings went perfectly and they were so welcoming and helpful!

When i went to the store to get my ear pierced ( I got the industrial pierced), yes the business seemed a bit understaffed but it was quite sanitary and clean, when I was sat down, they cleaned my ear then got straight to the piercing. It was very quick, clean and easy.

The experience was stellar. Bryce touched up my cherry blossom tattoo that I wanted to give more life. I trusted him to to come up with something with the colors I wanted and rest assured he executed. Will be visiting again for sure

I got a tattoo done behind my ear not the color i wanted on the first place I hate doing this but I’ve been texting the guy who did my tattoo because it’s faded u can barely read what it says he reads my messages and doesn’t respond me and that’s very poor and unprofessional if u offer a retouch why slack and ignore the costumer ? I walked in and the receptionist was very entitled and rude. Lied to me and when I made a confused face she mocked me. This interaction ruined my day. Please do not waste your time coming here as you will not have a pleasant experience.

Went for a noise pierce didnt even show me the tools that she was going to used just went straight to it then I start bleeding a lot wich is normal but then don’t stop take me out real quick not letting me wait for a lil until stop the didnt even get me a towel I had to ask her for it and still bleeding badly over all wouldn’t recommend for anybody to go there

I visited Bloodlines Tattoo and Piercing on Sunday, 9/22. Janet pierced my helix. She was so welcoming and made me feel very comfortable. She went over breathing with me, I tend to get a little nervous when getting piercings. Janet also gave me plenty of notice before she went in to pierce my helix. She was so patient with me and informed me of each step before moving forward. I would highly recommend Janet to anyone, but especially those who are getting their first piercing.
