Sickside Tattoo Studio

Ive been to this shop several times now for piercings, either for myself or my family, and I wont go anywhere else now. They have the best customer service. They make you feel welcome and like they actually want your business, unlike other shops Ive been to. The piercer (Jacob, I think) does a great job, and the piercings have all turned out great and healed very well.

I just got my first tattoo at 52 and I love it! Jaxx and young lady at the front were amazing. I want nervous. It was quick and painless. If I decide to get another one I would definitely go back to Sickside and let Jaxx do it. Thank you Sickside!!!!

Went Friday night to get a tattoo. Jonathan did an amazing job 10/10 highly recommend. Also my friend got a piercing done by Jacob and he did a great job too. Will most definitely go back for any future tattoos or piercings.

Got a tattoo done here. They did not disappoint! I now have a piece that I am proud to carry with me forever. I highly recommend Christian, but all of the staff is friendly and skilled. I cant wait to go back for my next one!

I got piercings here and followed the care sheet that they gave me directly. well ended up having to go back to the place to ask the guy who pierced me why the piercings werent healing right. He asked me how I clean them and I told him what I did. Salt water soak and gauze pad. Then I would make sure to rinse off the salt water and dry with a gauze pad. He then began to tell me I was wrong and it wasnt what the care sheet told me to do. The guy was extremely rude with me and said it was my fault for the reason it wasnt healing right. But I have proof that the care sheet did say to clean it with a gauze pad etc. Which he told me was wrong. So I wouldnt recommend this place. It was my first piercing and I will not do it again here.

Ive gotten multiple tattoos from this establishment from two different artists and have been pleased with all of them! I definitely recommend all of the artists here, and the customer service is always amazing with a smile.

Got my tattoo done by Drew and was very happy with it. Also would like to add that the staff is very friendly.

Set up an appointment for a Wednesday for 1pm, got canceled due to weather. Thats fine. Got it rescheduled for the next Wednesday, assuming near the same time since I wasnt given a time for the rescheduled appointment. Appointment day comes and I call to confirm the appointment and they tell me oh come in around 7pm. Uhm okay nowhere near the time I asked for originally but its cool. They call me back to ask if I would like to reschedule for the next day, I tell them no, Wednesday is my only day off. Dude proceeds to list every other day of the week asking if i can come in. 🙄 No.Then he asks if I would be willing to have my tattoo worked on at 7pm then come in the next day(Thursday) to finish it up. Excuse me but you AS A TATTOO ARTIST SHOULD BE VERY WELL AWARE YOU CANNOT CONTINUE WORK ON A TATTOO THE VERY NEXT DAY. IT IS AN OPEN WOUND. 3 WEEKS MINIMUM BEFORE ANYTHING ELSE SHOULD BE TOUCHED ON THAT WORK. Waste of time. Artwork seems nice in some of their work Ill give them that, but organization, price, and customer service could be hella worked on.

My husband and I have both been tattooed here. We both got tattoos done by Drew, and I was tattooed by a previous artist there. The work is always great. Drew is an awesome artist. Everyone makes you feel comfortable and welcome. The place itself is ALWAYS clean and fun. We refuse to go anywhere else.Childish employees and their friends who are just as childish need to stop leaving false reviews.

Going to Sickside Tattoo Studio was the BEST experience I have ever had and I have a few tattoos already. The front office staff was very nice, personable, helpful, and friendly. My artist, Jack, is one of the best I have ever had ink a tattoo on me. It looks fabulous!!! This is the only place I will ever use again and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND it to my friends and family. This was the best tattoo experience I have ever had, and I have had some crappy ones too!! Want a great tattoo, this is the place to go!!!!!!

In town for a few weeks for work and decided to stop by and see about getting some work done. I got right in and out in a timely manner. Good service and nice work done at a very reasonable price. It was good enough work I ended up getting three pieces of work done all by the same lady. She does some pretty nice work. Would recommend

Sickside is nothing short of amazing. I have a lot of tattoos and none are as good as the ones I had done at Sickside. They are all reasonably priced and if you dont feel like you got what you paid for they will definitely do whatever they have to to make it right. These people are the most friendliest you will find. They completely treat you like family. When you walk in the door you feel like you are at home already. They inform you of everything they are going to do and why they are doing it that way. Everybody has there favorite artist, but Bruce is top notch. I recommend him to all of my friends, family, and co-workers! Not to mention the people that stop me and ask where I got my work done. I will always go to him from now on! But realistically, all the artists are great!! LOVE LOVE LOVE THIS PLACE

Wonderful staff, absolutely love the lady up front. I’ve received 2 tattoos by 2 different artists, both made me feel very comfortable and communicating was on point with them both.

Went here with my girlfriend after impulsively wanting tattoos. As soon as we walked in Colby was already trying to help bring our tattoo ideas to life, he did an AMAZING job and his artwork is awesome. Highly recommend and will definitely be back every time i need a new tattoo!!

Got a couple of great tattoos... One in memory of my dad and the other fixing a messed up tat gotten years ago...I highly recommend them. Theres a bunch of new comments with bad reviews.. all coming within a few hours of each other... These are friends of a girl that was fired from the shop and trying to get even. Any bad reviews that were posted in the last 25 hours are false and slanderous.

Great place. Drew is awesome he corrected my boyfriend piercing when illusion ink artist misaligned it and did a terrible job. Drew ensure you will have quality titium jewelry, correct information and make you feel at home. Dont waste your time going anywhere else.

I had absolutely no issue with them. They were really nice when I got my tattoo done for my grandfather. Stephanie did an amazing job!! I didnt even have an appointment and she was able to do my tattoo no issue! This is the only shop I will ever go to for my tattoos!!

I went here to get a piercing done. A Medusa, specifically. The guy who pierced it, pierced it crooked as hell. I decided I wanted to go on and take it out because it irritates me with how crooked it is.the back side comes out the top of my lip. Well, now I cannot take it out. The ball will not budge. I am in tears how painful it is trying to remove this piercing. I will not go back here. I should have went to my usual spot, but I was being impulsive. Never again. Worst piercing experience I’ve ever had.

Ive been going to Sickside for over a year now. The staff and the service they provide is nothing short of incredible. The artists are professionals and give you exactly what you want, beautiful artwork that you can proudly wear on your body. I guarantee you wont be disappointed. The cleanliness of the shop is remarkable. If you even remotely consider getting a tattoo, come to Sickside, where youll be treated like family instead of just another customer.

I had tattoo covered, I love my new piece. I followed the instructions I was given and it healed really well. The colors are all still there and the old tattoo is hardly visible. The shop was clean, the staff was friendly and Katie is bad to the bone!

Probably the worst piercing experience Ive ever endured in my life. Not only did they not pierce me correctly, he pierced too close to the surface where it could easily be ripped out. Also the entire time he brutally bashed sacred art, and my tattoo artist. He was salty, rude, and quiet frankly he is a poor excuse for a piercer. If you are looking for quality do not go to sick side especially considering sacred art is 4 doors down and far better with the simplicity of customer service.

I dont have a problem with them as people, but going off of the only tattoo Ive gotten from them, I would HIGHLY advise not to! Its hard to really see the end product until its too late, and it will be there the REST OF YOUR LIFE. Adrian did a PITIFUL job, at best on what shouldve been a REALLY easy job. VERY disappointed.

Got a dermal piercing a few days ago and it was a cool experience. Drew was very informative, and one of the best piercers Ive had in quite some time. However Jaxx (Jack), the tattoo artist, made My experience at the shop very unsettling. After deciding to get the dermal, I was asked by Drew which size and color jewelry I wanted. I asked if I could view the selection, and with no hesitation he allowed me to do so. In the midst of drew showing me the selection of dermal jewelry in the back, Jaxx randomly starts yelling viciously from the front desk He hasnt paid for it! He needs to pay! Keep in mind, the process/procedure hadnt started yet, and the receptionist was well aware of what was going on, so there was no obvious reason for him to think or say otherwise. Thankfully, Drew was very diplomatic and diffused the situation very quickly. Following the incident, Jaxx didnt even bother to render an apology for his rude and aggressive outburst. I know It may come as a shock to him, but for the record, Ive never received service from any establishment without paying for it, and I am takin aback by his assumptions. This was such an embarrassing experience and completely unnecessary to say the least. The tone of his voice was very disrespectful and needs to be addressed.

Just got my tattoo from Drew today I drove 2 and a half hrs to het it done he was a great dude super chill nice was patient with what I wanted done and did it for me would definitely recommend him to anyone I will definitely be back for more and the lady working at the desk was nice as well showed me a few different things helped pick out some things she was great to thank you again I will be back

Just got my Industrial piercing! Drew was great and for a piercing that is suppose to be bad it felt like nothing. Very nice and friendly, not to mention that it was the best price I had found. Very clean and will definitely go again!

Jaxx is the man, he took what was a terrible tattoo and experience from flipside Ink where the owner Q was drunk and totally unprofessionally ruined my daughters tattoo.LUCKILY, we came to SickSide and Jack knew right what to do and made the original planned tattoo even better than it even would have been.They are second to none when it comes to cleanliness, professionalism, and just being down to earth and GREAT artist period!The atmosphere at SickSide is so laid back and welcoming, there are no egos to be stroked, they all allow their work to speak for them and it certainly does!I have gotten 3 tattoos in 3 weeks in this area and by far, THIS IS THE SPOT!!!

Make an appt to get ink but this place has great and friendly staff. I had seen bad reviews but everyone there is wonderful. Ive gotten 3 piercings and a cover up done here. Ill deff keep going back and recommending.

Sick side is the only shop I will be going to for the rest of my days! These people are family and even though a tattoo may hurt for some they are goofy and caring people. Go check them out!

Went for daith peircing for migraines today. What an amazing crew!!!!! Drew did mine and he is a sweetheart!!The people are soooo nice and really care about their customers. The shop itself was immaculate. I drove from memphis and will definitely go back. Really puts memphis shops to shame. I highly recommend to anyone!!

I paid artist Stefanie Noel $140 plus a $30 tip up front for services on May 12th, 2015. We completed the first session which was just the outline, and she was to schedule a follow up appointment to finish my tattoo within 2 weeks. The first time I tried to schedule my appointment, the business was closed due to failure to obtain their business license. I asked them to contact me when they re-opened to schedule the appointment, no one did.After appearing in person, the next scheduled appointment was for 5:30 PM on 6/8/2015. I contacted Sick Side and informed them I was leaving work and was stuck in traffic and would be a few minutes late to which I was told there would be no issue. I arrived at 5:45 and was informed that I was too late to start and they would need to reschedule again. I rescheduled my appointment again for 6/15/15 at 1PM.Upon arriving on June 15th, 2015, there was a sign on the door that stated due to a death of an employee, we are closed. I never received a phone call telling me my appointment was cancelled nor did I receive a phone call attempting to reschedule the appointment.On Monday June 22, 2015, I showed up to Sick Side to ask for a refund. I was greeted with rudeness from both Stefani and the secretary who insisted that because she wrote my phone number down on a piece of paper, that was evidence she had attempted to reach me. I informed her that I had no missed calls from this number and again asked politely for a refund since it didnt appear that I would be receiving the services I paid for.I was then verbally assaulted and threatened by Stefani and 3 other employees in the parking lot, that I took as a sign I should leave before things escalated into violence. I am now being threatened with lawsuits for slander by her for posting my opinions and viewpoints about the situation online as well as being harassed by her co-workers.

This is the only place Ive gotten any of my tatts, jacks the only one that ever put tarts on me, I was going through a lot at the time I got my tattoos!!! ,my mom was dieing of cancer, Jack helped me more than I could ever explain, putting exactly what I wanted, dream catchers was my biggest thing, Jack came up with some awesome ones, I hope to see Selena jack soon ❤

This guy likes to double charge credit cards for tattoos that arent complete. And then ghost and evade before skipping out on the whole thing all together. But not before saying sorry, youre s.o.l.

Artist where sloppy and Unprofessional. Customer Service was Rude and Disrespectful. They Treated you like Trash soon as you walked in The Door I wouldnt waste my money there most definitely wouldnt get a tattoo there if it was free.

I’ve had nothing but amazing experiences with this shop and the owner Jack, the work I’ve had done here is amazing and I’ll continue to refer my friends in MS to this shop as well as get my work done here while I’m in town. I’m really glad to see that they’re getting rid of the unprofessional employees that were driving business away, can’t wait to see what the future has in store for this amazing business.
