Eric was amazing!!!!! My daughter had her ears pierced at 8. Had a very bad experience so within 3 to 4 months, they closed up and she has been petrified ever since. We just went today and this 14-year-old now tried her luck with it again. Although petrified, Eric was fantastic! They came out awesome she said it was totally pain-free, and looks amazing. I was serviced by Janelle and she was very professional. She fixed the placement of my holes, which no one has been able to for the past 4 years. I am very satisfied with the service and the results.

It was our childs first piercing. Before selecting the first studs she checked the size of the earlobe to recommend which earings would work for our child. Before they were going to pierce her ears, they did ask us to check if we agreed with the position of the markings. We noticed it was slightly off on one side, so they redid it and it was perfect. They are very patient and understand. They decided to do both ears at the same time. It worked well. They gave us a spraying solution for morning and night and directed us to rotate the stud earings. After one week of healing, we did have to use soapy water to clean the back area of the ears. They were swollen and red. The stud was not rotating as well. But after those few days we had no more issues and the solution was sufficient. We just went to our 1st end of the month appointment and everything looks good. We were told to just spray the solution once a day and that by the end of this coming month our child can wear gold earings. Janelle is very good with kids. She even gets the quiet ones to smile.

I choose broadway over Whitman any day. Broadway are much more nicer and take their time with you. They helped me with my piercing but weren’t friendly , had a lot of attitude , I wouldn’t come back here !

Yes I agree with the negative reviews. Not once went twice their to get ear pierced for both my daughters. Spend $90 each time with insurance thinking that they would have nice customer service. But I am surprised how rude the ladies over there are. If I call even for a simple question they are just so rude and just don’t appreciate the customers. I was thinking may be it’s me but when I saw other reviews I was assured that they are very rude.

Went to get my friend’s ear pierced. Piercer gave her crooked piercings. When she called store, they were very rude and laughed at her. Do not come to this location
