I have been a patient atThe Facial Center for a couple years and have never had a bad experience. The facility is clean and welcoming. The staff is very professional and experienced. I would highly recommend the Facial Center!

3-vector cheek and lower face PDO thread liftIve recently moved here from a larger urban area where I had already had two PDO thread lift procedures. I knew they arent at all the same as a deep-structure surgical facelift, which I have also had. So when I booked an appointment for the 3-vector PDO cheek and lower face treatment, I had modest expectations. Mainly, the lower part of my face was bothering me, and without expecting a dramatic change, I just wanted it to look better.I wasnt able to get full anesthesia and went with the twilight sedation (you can walk out and go home without assistance). I thought this would be a dreadful ordeal, but with the numbing shots I really hardly felt anything and the procedure was fast. I wound up being glad I went with this because anethesia really knocks you down and I just didnt need it.Despite the twilight sedation I heard the assistants all go Oooooohhh! when the threads were tightened.For around a week after the procedure my face had minor swelling, which tends to boost the result because swelling also tightens the skin, so I waited a bit to leave this review.Im very very pleased with the final result. Most people dont notice, but to me its very dramatic. Its far better than the earlier 2 PDO thread lifts I received in a larger city. Consequently, I cant recommend The Facial Center highly enough.The staff deserves extra mention. They were first class -- friendly, knowledgeable, approachable, and available throughout the process. Im very glad I came here for this treatment.

Yesterday I had my first appointment with The Facial Center. The staff were so warm and welcoming when I arrived. I had eyelash extensions by Katherine and absolutely love them. She took time prior to doing them to explain the whole process and make me comfortable with everything. If you are thinking of doing eyelashes you will not go wrong with her.

Absolutely LOVE my monthly treatments! Everyone is so kind and welcoming! I’ve been getting the micro needling with a light peel, my face has improved dramatically the last 3 months! My treat to myself in December will be the hydro facial! Everyone is AMAZING! Take some time to invest in yourself at the Facial Center!!!!!!

Bella was wonderful. Had the signature facial. So very relaxing and my skin was glowing. They do lots of other things as well. But I will be back!

I have been to the Facial Center several times now and absolutely love it!! I am obsessed with the HydraFacial, but most recently I received a lip flip from Stacie. I was super nervous since I have never had injectables before, but Stacie put me at ease and was finished within 10 minutes. I am loving my results so far and can not wait to visit again!

My first experience at the facial center was receiving Botox with Stacie. She was so nice, explained everything she was doing and going to do during my procedure and answered all of my questions concerning follow up care. My Botox didn’t hurt or bruise at all and looks great!! My second experience with the facial center in the Teays Valley office was with Samantha. She gave me a hydra facial and it was wonderful! She, also answered all my questions and explained everything she was doing! The facial and atmosphere was so relaxing! I will recommend The Facial Center to everyone who is looking for a pleasant experience and an experience with the best!

Got a lip flip and Botox in my forehead! First time getting this kind of stuff done. Stacie is great and so is all her staff. I was treated so well and they made sure to make sure I got exactly what I wanted some. I feel so great!

Ms Stover the Nurse Practitioner really took her time with the Testosterone injections. She and her assistant Elizabeth really went out of their way to make it an excellent experience. The pellets definitely work. Take it from a 62 year old man. They make a difference if you are experiencing low energy and low drive.

I’ve been going to The Facial Center for a few years but this was my first visit to the Teays Valley location. Highly recommend... very friendly and knowledgeable staff. I’m always satisfied with my results.

I tried to specify what I needed, but the Dr was too busy to listen. He basically walked in, injected my face and walked out. I tried to stop him to clarify things and he brushed me off. Now I have one eyebrow higher than the other and my 11 lines are still as potent as if nothing had been administered at all. I know that, thankfully, the effects should wear off. Meanwhile, Ill be walking around looking rather sarcastic and sinister with one eyebrow up and the other down. Waste of money and time.

From the moment I entered the door it was so peaceful and stress free. My procedure was explained thoroughly and I was so excited with the results!! The staff was caring and personable!!
