Ive been seeing Amber for laser hair services for about 2 years now. She is the absolute best! She makes you feel more like a friend than a client. One time I got my appt date mixed up and showed up on a day she wasnt working. She happened to come in and had no problem quickly doing my service! Ive been so happy with my results and now only go in every once in a while for maintenance before summer or a vacation. I would 100% recommend Amber to anybody!

I’ve been to Senza Skin twice so far for tattoo removal in Idaho Falls. Amber is not only fun to work with, but she also talks to you during the process so it’s less painful. Her staff is professional and friendly. The environment is very relaxed and the services are more affordable than other providers in the Idaho Falls area. If I ever want to venture into getting Botox in Idaho Falls or other services like laser hair removal or facials, I’ll definitely be returning for those as well! 😁

If I could rate this negative starts I would. I wanted to share my experience with laser tattoo removal here at Senza Skin Spa. Initially, I was drawn to them due to their competitive pricing despite encountering rudeness from the owner prior to my first appointment. During my first session, the owners demeanor seemed to improve perhaps due to the presence of my husband. However, during subsequent appointments my experience deteriorated. At the second session, I was unexpectedly asked to undergo laser treatment without any numbing which was quite painful and was not adequately communicated beforehand. She did not care if I was in pain or not. Furthermore, at my third appointment the owner failed to show up without any notice, leaving me stranded. When I inquired about rescheduling, I was met with unprofessional behavior and told to seek services elsewhere. Despite initially being assured of a partial refund, which was later retracted, I found it unsatisfactory given the inconvenience and lack of professionalism I endured throughout the process. While I ultimately received a refund through my bank dispute process, I felt compelled to share my experience here to caution others. If you are considering laser tattoo removal and have reservations about service quality, I encourage you to explore other options even if they may come at a higher cost. It is essential to prioritize both the outcome of the procedure and the professionalism of the provider. Thank you for considering my feedback.

I have been in the aesthetics industry for over a decade and I would not trust my skin/ body with anyone but Amber. I have had many different services with her and have always been satisfied. She is knowledgeable, licensed, efficient and very detail oriented. She has an amazing bed side manner and always makes you feel welcome.She is the only one I would trust with my skin as well as my kids. If you are going anywhere else you are doing yourself a big injustice. I would give more than 5 stars if possible- she is simply amazing!!!! I know of several facilities that hire people that are not qualified.. do your homework before you waste your hard earned money and leave feeling unsatisfied.

My first experience with Amber was on 7/14/22. The communication prior to my appointment was great! I arrived to a clean, relaxing and beautiful decorative spa. Amber was very patient and explained to me what to expect and how recovery would go. I had the RF microneedling. She was accepting of the few seconds I needed for a break during the procedure. She was encouraging throughout, telling me I was doing great and we were almost done. Amber is an absolute pleasure to be around! Amber is AMAZING!!! Ive been seeing her for 8 years now and she is the Best! She does perfect lashes and is super fast. Also ANYTHING skin. For laser hair removal with great permanent results. But more than being professional and good at what she does she is honest, hardworking, and really goes the extra mile for all of her clients. P.S. If there are any negative reviews they are probably cranky by nature and having a bad day. Maybe they just need a hug.

I had two small skin tags on my eye lids, that were really taking a toll on my self esteem and confidence levels. When I went in for removal Amber noticed a total of about 8 of them, she gently zapped them right off! There was some scabbing for about 5 days, but I fully recovered and my confidence level increased 200%! Also seemed to have tightened my eye lids too👍.I would highly recommend her.

So I used Senza Spa for laser hair removal. I worked with Amber and she was amazing. She is so fast and efficient, that doing my bikini area and armpits only took 10 minutes. Shes fun to talk to, and she was really easy to schedule with. Shes awesome! I highly recommend her and her spa.

I have been to Amber at Senza for at least 5 years. She does excellent lashes and I really trust my skin to get. She is very knowledgeable and professional. I have tried almost every one of her treatments. My favorite are the microneedling and the ultherapy.

I recently had my first microneedling procedure with Amber and she did a fabulous job!! No pain and I am over the moon excited to see my skin gently flaking off and baby soft tight skin under it!! Only slight redness and very little irritation!! Best treatment ever for tightening and lifting the skin. I will be back for my subsequent treatments to get the full effect! Highly recommended! We won a voucher for this “company” that did not have an expiration date. When it came that we had time in our lives to use this voucher the owner claimed that the voucher was invalid and they had given the opportunity to someone else. Then they were incredibly rude when we simply asked for an explanation. DO NOT TRUST THESE PEOPLE. They don’t care about people or integrity.

Researching for aesthetics in the Idaho Falls area and I have been truly impressed by the knowledge and fair pricing that has been hard to find. My very friend was going to a lash technician here, her lashes were phenomenal and very well done, flawless every time. My friend and another one of this technicians clients had some very intense drama. After all of this I noticed a very distinct difference in how her lashes were turning out, they nearly diminished in quality. With about four natural lashes to a single lash and even multiple lashes clumped into the glue of multiple extensions, seems very painful and looks it with the glue clumps poking and puffing her eyelids. Very unprofessional.

I had 6 laser hair removal treatments in Utah before coming here. The laser was always set too high for me to hold still when lasering sensitive areas, even on the rare times she adjusted it. I left my 6th treatment with several burn marks (even after she turned the laser down) that are still healing a week later. She is not very methodical, so I have many missed patches, and I felt one of the machines that I used for half my treatments gave me zero hair loss. In fact, I felt the hair grew back faster and more after using that machine, although she consistently told me that was impossible. She did match the price the place in Utah charged, but I think I would have had better, less painful, results continuing to drive there.

I regret having to publicly criticize Amber, but my mothers experience with Amber crushed our confidence in this procedure. We experienced a huge lack in professionalism and even after reaching out to make Amber aware of why we’re feeling this way, she threw it back in our face with a response saying that we’ll get a refund for the remaining treatment, which we still haven’t received and it has been 5 months from the date of her response. We can’t help but feel incredibly disrespected in every aspect. My intention with this review is to enhance Ambers ethical principles so that nobody else has to experience this frustration.Below is the email I wrote her, if you’re interested. Her only response was, “I will send a check for her remaining laser session to the address you provided. Have a good day.”Amber,I had a conversation with my mother about her experience with your laser hair removal treatment. Based on our conversation and seeing your message thread, it seems to me that there was a lot of miscommunication and the lack/quality of communication led to a pessimistic view of one another’s intentions. I don’t believe that you intended for her experience to be so frustrating, which is why I’m reaching out to you; I want to communicate how your actions were interpreted negatively and get a chance to understand why things were handled this way.To begin with, scheduling the appointments seemed to go back and forth a few times because of unforeseen events on your end and likewise on Cecilia’s side. At one point Cecilia was inquiring about switching appointments and, without checking to see if that time worked with her, you went ahead and switched her appointment with some else’s time. When that time didn’t work out for Cecilia, your frustrated response implied blame on her because you had to switch them back. From then on, your communication felt disrespectful because you were coming across as if you were doing her a favor and that created a dynamic that seemed like she was asking you for unreasonable requests. That dynamic was so hostile because nobody was doing anyone favors; you were getting paid advertised rates and she was receiving services required to get the procedure done.On top of the hostile dynamic, the 5 of 6 treatments didn’t do anything to stunt the hair growth Cecilia is aspiring for and that is incredibly discouraging to her. It appears that she got her face literally burnt and spent a significant amount of money, for nothing. Money she’s more than willing to invest for an opportunity to never have to touch another razor again. At the beginning, if you failed to disclose that some people require additional treatment, you not only need to take responsibility for that but also provide your professional guidance that will make someone feel good about investing that much money.I want to clarify, we understand that your work is not guaranteed. As entrepreneurs ourselves, we’ve learned that expectations vary between person to person and it’s impossible to make everyone happy. Whether the procedure costs $700 or $3,000, because of additional treatment, doesn’t matter to Cecilia. The crucial element that you lacked is professionalism in your guidance. For example, if you take initiative to switch appointments and it doesn’t work out, you should not demonstrate any frustration to anyone because that’s part of your job.Again, I realize your intention wasn’t to frustrate anyone. You were trying to do your job and let emotion take over your professional side when things got complicated. I have faith that you’ll choose to make this right and I’m more than happy to chat with you about fair options, if you’d like.

Amber is a miracle worker! Not only is she good at what she does but she makes you feel beautiful. She is very accommodating and makes sure that you’re satisfied with your procedures.

Lashes fell out, every single one. She uses her own brand of glue, maybe thats why. I reached out to see if she could offer any compensation, and told me she doesnt do refunds and that shes done lashes for 10 years. She also charged me for a hybrid full set but got classic set. However, I sat for roughly 20 mins for my full set. She says shes fast... Place is super dirty.

WOW where to begin this place is just very unprofessional. First off when you walk into the store be prepared to be greeted by a huge dog that sheds everywhere..... then if you try to call and get ahold of anyone there GOOD LUCK cuz its not going to happen in a timely manner. Very rude for rescheduling and moving appointments and honestly idk if the treatments are done to fast or what but started to see progress now all the hair is growing back so honestly unless you want to deal with a unkind person that is just not fun to be around highly recommend GO SOMEWHERE ELSE.P.S. Be prepared for her to say well its not my fault.... Ive seen the other reviews. Own up to your mistakes and improve, thats how you properly run a business.

DO NOT GO TO AMBER! If I could give a negative star review I would. I was going to her for a brazilian laser hair removal session and she snarkily said God you have a low pain tolerance!. First off getting your privates zapped is really painful. Second I had been in pain already from a car accident and she knew I had so it wouldnt have taken a lot for me to be in a lot of pain. Third she shouldve kept her opinion to herself. No one wants to be spread eagle on a table getting zapped and being judged. Dont go to her!

I was getting my lashes done by amber for almost a year and just got them removed because I moved and imma take a lash break. Anyways, my natural eyelashes are still long and basically Undamaged. I’ve never had my eyelashes done by someone and not look like my eyes are bald when I remove them. Amber rocks
