You cant choose a better place! I have gotten 3 tattoos here with George. He truly takes the idea and is able to make it come to life! The pricing is amazing, the quality of the work is spectacular! I have many health issues and have never had a bad reaction to any equipment/ink/jewelry from here. The jewelry is high quality and has never bothered my sensitive ears. The staff here are so fun and really make you feel comfortable and welcome. I drive 8 hours just to come here, it is 1000% worth it!

Several years back I got a piercing in my ear for migraines. The place was very clean! I was treated with respect and kindness and was very impressed. Recently, I had to have neck surgery and the hospital made me take the piercing out. This was the first time the piercing had been out since having it done. After the surgery we were unable to get the piercing back in. We went back in and again we found the place spotless. The owner helped me again and was so kind and understanding! I tell everyone to go there! Thanks again!

My boyfriend and i went in sometime last week to get his labret pierced (only went here because sacred alchemy was closed), and they gave him WAY too small of a bar. did not accommodate swelling, when we went back to get it looked at by the person who did his piercing, no one answered the door despite it saying they were open. the flat back of his labret piercing was literally embedding into his skin, even tho they told us they gave us the right sized bar, and upon taking it out to switch it to a longer bar ourselves, it was a standard sized bar instead of one that accommodated swelling.

I originally was planning to go get pierced at Sacred Alchemy, but due to unfortunate circumstances they were closed. I went to Spiders Web and regretted it pretty quickly. Staff was not friendly at all nor were they educational in regards to aftercare. I was confused when they had me pick a curved barbell earring with both ends required to be tightened. I got my tragus pierced. Nobody has the patience nor the Barbie doll hands it takes to make sure it’s tightened. I asked the guy piercing me about that and he said to just keep up on the tightening and it shouldn’t fall out (this could have been a good opportunity to educate on how to tighten the back barbell) Well, shocker it did and it fell down the drain so I went to Sacred Alchemy to see if they could help me out and they could not have been nicer and more informative and educational. They took care of me and I truly appreciated that. The complete opposite of what Spider Web did. I felt like dollar signs to them.

I lost the upper part of my belly button piercing and the staff was really nice and gave me a new one for free! Really nice service!

I have had several piercings here, so have several of my friends. Every single person i know has had a botched piercing done by them. They don’t consider anatomy or healing they just stab a hole in you. They have messed up so many of mine and so many of my friends, please don’t go here! they also won’t refund no matter how badly they screwed it up, so you will literally just be wasting your money.

Take your business somewhere else. The lady at the desk was very rude. She had very negative energy. There is a reason why people PAY to get there piercings done by a profesional other wise people would do their piercings them selfs.

I’ve always had a good experience here they’ve priced my nose twice and belly button once did amazing all times. Just wish I knew if I could get my baby’s ears pierced here. It’d be between 4-5 months

Don’t really know why there are so many great reviews..this was my very first and only experience with the shop. Saw a review where someone said they waited forever in the lobby and no one came to the front to help them. I said, well that’s probably because of the day or something and I went to give them a chance. Nope. Waited 40 mins with 3 other groups coming in behind me for piercings as well. Lobby was FULL and no one came to the front to help anyone, even though you could hear them talking in the back room plus they have cameras. Even tried calling the shop. At the least come tell us your schedule. I don’t know why shops like this have people working that act arrogantly as if the customer doesn’t matter. Customer service is not their specialty for sure. I ended up walking out and went to a different shop that greeted me, got me in, and did an excellent job in every area.

Don’t go here to get pieced. If you want a good experience and a well done piercing, go anywhere else.

I love going to Spiders Web. George was really cool and what he designed for me was better than I could ever imagine. Definitely going back for more tattoos. I also highly recommend Leon for piercings.

Spiders web is the only tattoo shop I will go to. Aaron is an amazing artist and patient. He made me feel comfortable and blow my mind with the design he drew for my cover up. Leon is an amazing piercer. A few years ago I decided to pierce my own nose and messed it up. I called him to see if he could fix it and he got me right it and did everything he could to make it better and trust me he did an amazing job. The atmosphere in the shop is welcoming and friendly. They care about their clients wants and needs. They make sure you are happy about their work before you walk out.

I went to get my nose pierced by Leon. He was very patient when I couldn’t make up my mind on the placement of the nose ring. It was really quick and it was a great price! Had quite a bit of swelling a couple days later that was causing an indent on my nose and I went in and they helped take care of it for me. Great place!Went in for another piercing on my ear. Same thing, Leon was very patient and everything always goes so well! Of course a little sore but heals up pretty quick!Went in a third time!! Never disappoints! Got second piercings in both ears. And super patient when trying to figure out exactly where I want to put it!!Seriously, for any piercing. Go HERE! Pics for all piercings done here.

This place is fantastic! Took my eleven year old here to have her ears pierced. They were patient and helpful. When we had problems after the piercing one of the amazing employees even let us come in after hours so that she could help us get the earring back in. They are knowledgeable, helpful, and professional. Highly recommend!

I brought a drawing in to Charles and told him what I wanted. He brought it to life in a way I didnt even expect was possible. He was social and fun to be around. He earned my trust as a tattoo artist, 100%. I dont want anyone else to tattoo me ever again lol

Not really happy with the tattoo, Ive had several other shops ask if they wanted me to have them fix it. Ive gotten several full color beautiful tattoos for the same price. Its faded an insane amount I got it June 2021. One side isnt even detailed. I think this artist has potential but not to charge 100$ for something so simple and then not even detail it fully Ive been so unhappy to have this on me and plan to get it fixed at another shop.

I had a great experience here. I got a piercing, and the staff were very professional. Everything was explained to me before anything was done, and all my questions were answered. It was a fun atmosphere. Im definitely going back.

I got my first tattoo about a year ago by George and he did a phenomenal job! Everybody who I interacted with that day was very welcoming and professional. Overall, it was a great experience and I plan on going back!

The lady who pierced me was super fun and sweet. Since getting pierced I have gone in to get the ball of my ring put in again because it fell out and I’ve gone in for advice on an irritation bump. Both times they were patient and gave me advice. So far no luck with the irritation bump but that’s not their fault. Would definitely recommend.

Got a double helix done by Leon. I love it! He was fast. Id definitely go again to get more piercings or even my next tattoo here.

My niece got her ears pierced here, and then I took a friends little baby yesterday. They are clean and very good with the littles. I recommend this place to everybody if they’re getting a piercing.

Ive gotten multiple piercings and at least 2 tattoos done here. The tattoos were done by George and he is amazing at his work. He helped me polish my design ideas and they came out stunning. One of them even required some wood grain detail and he did it free hand, no stencil. It looks immaculate. No complaints. Everyone here is so helpful and friendly.

Im really disappointed in myself for not grabbing her name, but my piercer was amazing!! I got a daith, my 4th lobe, and a forward helix. She was very speedy and efficient, I showed her pictures of the placements I wanted and told her I like to breathe in and out before the needle and she was totally on top of all of it. Would definitely come back :))

Jess and Alyssa were amazing! I was so nervous for my piercings but they calmed me right down and were super friendly and made it a great experience! 10/10 would recommend!

Got my nose pierced on a Saturday night. It was very busy the piercer was very fast yet very precise! Went back a month later to get my daughters ears repierced and the lady piecer, same lady, precise once again, she made my kiddos even on both sides. Very accurate she is!

I went in for a Septum Piercing, was assured the piercer could do it, from herself, after seeing my septum... with that being said the final product was wicked crooked. I had a few people look at it and it was definitely placement, but also exacerbated by my septum being kind of deviated. This part I am fine with, septums are really hard piercings and thats okay. What frustrated me was that I called the piercer, and she said I could come in on Tuesday for her to look at it and see if she would be willing to repierce it in a few weeks for free since it was poorly done. When I went in she did not have a customer in the room with her, but she talked to me through the front desk staff, and was not willing to come out and face her mistake. I heard her clear as day, say she is sure my anatomy makes it to where I cannot get a good septum piercing, and that she is a great piercer. I went four weeks later elsewhere and got a perfect septum piercing. I think it was unprofessional to state it was my body and not her lack of skill/ practice in this situation and that she wasnt willing to even see me face to face to say it. She had asked me (though the other person still) to come in another day when her manager was in, to see if he thought my anatomy would permit the piercing, but she had already told me over the phone this day would work to come in and it annoyed me she would talk herself up and not even have the confidence to discuss the situation to my face. Accountability is huge to me and I would be willing to let her practice a million times on me if she was willing to have that professionalism. Otherwise Spidersweb is great at many piercings, clean environment, and quick appointments/ walk in availability. But I would suggest other places for harder piercings and a second opinion if you are told a poor piercing is your bodies fault and not the piercers fault.

Ever since I first stumbled into the Spiders Web I have felt nothing but good about it. Everyone there is genuine and very professional, I will always highly recommend this place for anyone with their tattoo and piercing needs. Thank you for the great experience. I look forward to many many more!

Cheapest piercings in Idaho Falls and Pocatello area, but every time I go the piercers are very quiet and quick, which is fine, Ive had no issue w my piercings. They do a great job, but the quietness makes me more nervous than I would be than if they explained everything theyre doing as theyre doing it. Other than that, I best prices in the area, great jewelry, and havent had any issues!

We love spiders web! My 3yr old wanted nothing more than to get her ears peirced for her 3rd birthday and they got us in super fast and had her ears done within minutes she barely even had time to notice and was so excited after! They are so nice and professional we wouldnt trust anyone else with our peirceing needs and cant wait until me and my husband get our tattoos from them!

I went here in December of 2011 for an outer forearm tattoo. I met with Rayce and he drew about 8 or 9 different styles and we decided on a mix of a few. Ended up being my best tattoo so far and for those of you who know anything about the tattoo world, Ive been to Billy Eastons shop back in Richmond, Va and tattooed by Scott Calcaderra. Rayce is the best tattoo artist in town hands down. Solid line work, even shading, extreme attention to detail in his tattoos, and very cooperative and laid back. The picture in the gray shirt is from June 2022.

When we have been here they have been very impolite and we recently came in and the wait was so long just to even look at jewelry it was over 25 minutes and still nobody came out to help us and there was at least 5 people in the waiting room too so we left. I understand y’all do tattoos too but you can stop what you’re doing to come help us for a minute especially when you guys have one of those door systems that lets you know someone has walked in.

I usually don’t write reviews but I just have to. I got my septum done here and it is healing amazing and not bothering me at all. Every time I’ve gotten a piercing from anywhere else it’s gotten infected even though I’m following after care I’m just here to say this dude that pierced me knew what he was doing and he was so professional and I’m just so happy that my piercing is doing amazing!

I just got a tattoo about 2 weeks ago by Cezar and it was amazing!!! I am obsessed with it! I also got my bellybutton pierced here a while ago and I had no issues with it and it still looks great! Totally recommend!!

I came here about 1.5 years ago for a septum piercing. I wasn’t going to post a bad review but over the past year and a half I’ve heard from over 7 different people that they had a negative experience as well, so I’m just here to help anyone out so they don’t get their face ruined.First of all, the absolute worst customer service I’ve ever experienced. They were very unfriendly, I get that it’s a tattoo/piercing shop, but making people feel comfortable is still a high priority for any business, except theirs. The man at the front desk acted very bothered that I had even come in, was very standoffish and just gave off a feeling that he didn’t want me there. And that was the feeling I got from everyone.After the paperwork, they sent me into the piercer, Leon. The whole interaction took less than 5 minutes. He didn’t even greet me. Just had me sit down and made sure the septum was the piercing we were doing. He stuck the clamps in, and immediately stuck the needle through, stuck the piercing through, and it was done. He didn’t adjust the the clamps, just stuck them where they “felt” good and pierced me. No aftercare instructions whatsoever.I had the septum piercing for about 3 weeks before I finally had to have it taken out. It was so crooked that the swelling made the piercing push into the side of my nostril and caused a friction sore. It also bled every single day, every time I tried to clean it, anytime it even got barely touched. I asked a different piercer from a different shop how to keep it clean because the energy from spiders Webb made me not ever want to come in contact with those people again.Through the one nostril, the piercing was in the right place, but it came out of my cartilage on the other side. It hurt so bad and was so crooked. I understand deviated septum’s are a thing and that I could potentially have one, but that’s literally your piercers job to find out if you do or not and he didn’t.He just stuck the clamp in and stuck the needle through in less than 45 seconds.I didn’t even call them to ask for a refund because every single person in there was so rude that I would rather have wasted 45$ than got it back by talking to them.I now have horrible scar tissue in my septum and I actually can’t ever get it pierced again because of how badly it ruined my nose inside.If you need any piercings, do not go to spiders Webb.

Absolutely would not recommend. I see nothing but meth heads running around in here, and the place is filthy. Ive already called the citys health inspector in IF so they can see for themselves. I dont need a lame response from Leon either.

I love this place! I have brought my daughters here to get their ears pierced, Ive had multiple piercings done and just this last weekend my husband and I went in and both got a tattoo from George. It is always a good experience when we go. They are professional and the service is phenomenal!

My two friends and I all got our second lobes done together. Leon was great and asked each of us if we liked the placement before he proceeded. The lady up front was on her second day, but she was doing her best with how busy it was.I also got my industrial done there and it is perfect.I followed all recommended cleaning instructions and they all healed great.

I went in mid November for a septum piercing. There was A bit of a wait but nothing unreasonable for the amount of customers. I was very pleased with the cleanliness and overall atmosphere. The piercing process was quite pleasant and relatively painless. With all of that being said the reasoning behind my 2 stars was the piercing is way too low. It’s low to the point where I will be needing to get it redone completely. It’s a shame, they did everything right except the placement of the piercing.Edit: I received a septum, it was way too low and noticeably crooked. I can’t believe they let me walk out like that

I recently went here and I’m conflicted on my review so why I’m giving a in between star, because I went and got a tattoo done by George over a month ago and it was good he was friendly and made sure I was comfortable. So amazing experience there, but I went with my sister when she got some piercings done and the guy that did them seemed like he was bored. I tried to ask questions or say little things to not just be in awkward silence but he just looked irritated. So I personally don’t think I’ll go there to get any piercings. Just seemed unfriendly those times.

I love spiders web I have gotten 2 piercings from them personally and have had great experience both times me and my husband also took our little one to get her ears pierced and they where absolutely amazing with her did both ears at once and made sure everyone involved was comfortable and aware of the process my mom has gotten 2 tattoos and even though she is needle shy and screams like shes dieing they where great and treated us like family I would 100% go back for peircing or tattoos and recommend our friends and family to aswell

This was my first time getting a tattoo at the spiders web and I can honestly say they are amazing!! Jamie was my artist and he was so talented, friendly and professional. I got the first session of a full chest piece and I was so nervous to feel exposed while getting it done. He quickly made me feel comfortable and at ease! Talking with him felt like talking to an old friend ive known for years! Very light handed! Im on day 4 of healing and its just a little tender. Much better then any of my other tattoos. I highly recommend booking an appointment! The shop was very clean, the bathroom was nice and clean and the staff are awesome!

I have been using Spiders Webb for 10 years now and wouldnt trust anyone else! Ive had my bellybutton pierced, tongue, nose twice septum and all were perfect. If I struggle with my nose hoop Leon is always thereto make sure Im taken care of. My tattoo was done by Jaime 5 years ago free hand if a very special thing my dad gave me and its still looks clean and amazing 5 years later! I love this place and I love how comfortable everyone makes you feel from the front desk, to the artist to the owner himself!

Had my tattoo done in August and George was phenomenal! Had the Revenant playing the whole time! Definitely recommend him for any beginners!!

DO NOT GO HERE! I got my conch pierced and they put the wrong earring in. They put a curved bar in which is a huge NOOOO! They also pierced my moms cartilage and pierced between the soft and hard part and made it super infected and she ended up having to take it out. Go somewhere else if you want a proper piercing. They did have good customer service though and a clean and sanitize workplace.

I only give Spiders Web one star because thats the lowest rating I can give them. I recommend not getting any kind of ink or piercings done here. I got my industrial pierced here and I regret it. Leon, their piercer, told me to just twist the industrial bar around in the shower and thats the only aftercare I was given. My industrial became so infected that it rejected and I had to take it out. DO NOT risk getting an infection by getting a piercing or tattoo here. Another time I went in to get a piercing switched out and was told to put lemon juice on the piercing to clean it. There are other shops in Idaho Falls and surrounding area that will do a way better job. I recommend Sacred Alchemy to get piercings and Thompson Tattoo to get ink. Dont waste your time or money in this negative cesspool!

Very professional staff and very helpful. My daughter has had her daith pierced and her tregis (not sure the spelling) and the awesome lady that helped us and did the piercing is highly recommended!! My daughter doesnt trust anyone else but her to do her piercings. I wish I knew her name ( Ill get it next time we are in there) she is Awesome!!!

Kyle has done a few of my piercings now and is AMAZING. I have a botched belly button ring (it’s been taken out now) and he gave me tips on how to help it heal and close correctly, and then offered to redo it properly, and with care. My nose piercing is perfectly square on my face, and my nipples are even with each other. He really takes the time to say what he’s doing, and then does a super thorough walk through on cleaning, jewelry changes and after care. This shop itself is very clean, and the ENTIRE staff is kind as always keeping the atmosphere light! The work done here is more than worth the 2 hour drive!

This place rocks. Staff is professional and easy to talk with. They are quick too! They got me right in and my piercing done on the spot! Clean place as well. The only reason I give four stars is because of location and parking.

Went in to get an industrial piercing and they were great. In and out in a timely manner and the guy went through the process and heal time for everything. Love my new piercing. Highly recommend them for any piercing! Will definitely be coming back.

They do walk in piercings! I went with a friend for moral support and ended up getting my outer conch done. My piercer was straightforward and got it done while telling me about after care so it was all handled within 15-20 minutes.The only reason I didnt give 5 stars is because he used a hoop instead of a stud. Granted, in my ignorance, I asked for a hoop. I feel like as the professional he could have recommended the stud instead because its better.Like I said, impulse decision so I didnt do my research until after it was done so I take partial blame for that.But my ear is healing well and I like the look of it. Cant wait to change it to a smaller hoop!

I’ve gotten my septum, one nostril, and my belly button done here. It’s always quick and easy and they’ve all healed beautifully.

Hated the wait. But they were super responsible towards the fact that I was bringing in 16 year old for her first piecing and place seemed pretty clean. Once our turn it was in and out. Just verify age first get pierced, and made payment. Some days on the door it says cash only so I planned on it.

So far I’ve seen Jamie for two tattoos and Leon for 3 piercings, and have nothing but great things to say about both of them. I have a couple autoimmune diseases and I’m on chemotherapy to treat them, so healing is always a bit tricky for me. But Jamie has such a light hand my tattoos healed without a hitch! I had some swelling when I got my snake bite piercings (at no fault of Leon’s, it happens with piercings there) and Leon made me feel completely welcome to come back to swap out my piercings to prevent any complications. Alyssa at the front desk has been amazing every time I have come in with a warm greeting, and once she even climbed aboard my giant, full size van and moved it for me when I had an issue deploying my wheelchair lift and I was unable to get into my van! If that’s not the epitome of customer service, I don’t know what is! Everyone there is fantastic and they’re definitely my go-to shop! I won’t go anywhere else. 🖤

I’ve been going to this place for all of my piercing needs. leon has been the one to do all but two of my piercings that were done by another member of spiders web. each time it’s a great experience. they talk you through everything they are doing, and are able to discuss the correct procedures for keeping your piercing cleaned and maintained. it’s a small but very well managed shop that keeps its customers best interest in mind. i always recommend my friends and family here :)if there was a rating higher than five stars, they would definitely deserve it.

I went in over a year ago to get my ears re-pierced as my original holes had closed. I was very impressed with the piercer. Very sanitary and fast. I will be bringing daughters here to get their ears pierced when they are ready for it.

I absolutely love spider web. They welcome you in the shop with open arms and always has a smile on their faces. Leon and Jess are great at their jobs, they did wonderful on all my piercing. I got my tattoo from Jamie also and he did amazing. I dont ever plan on going to any where else in idaho falls to get any of my piercings or tattoos done. Spider web has and will always have a place in my heart, and I will continue to go to spider web.

We went here to get my 8 year old daughter ears pierced. They were nice but they werent very kid friendly. This may not be the norm. My daughter was scared and they didnt even talk to her, give her encouragement or do anything to help her fears. Not one person acknowledged her or even gave her eye contact. I would definitely recommend them to more adult customers. They seemed great for that.We ended up going to another tattoo\piercing studio and the person there was a lot more friendly and helped or daughter be excited instead of scared.

Would recommend not going here. i’ve gotten pierced 3 times and 2 were rejected because Kyle didn’t wash his hands before piercing me and he didn’t even use gloves. i followed proper aftercare so it was definitely the lack of hygiene on the piercers end that caused the rejections

While I dont have any tattoos yet, I have had all of my piercings done here. The guys are really fast, professional, patient, and make sure you get what you are looking for every time. I have been really happy with the work theyve done for me, and plan on bringing my sister in for her birthday, because I know shell get what she is looking for. Make sure you do some research about what you want beforehand, and bring your ID and payment method (cash/card) this helps them get you in and out as fast as possible.

Jess was awesome. Super chill, easy to work with. The prices were super reasonable. She didn’t try to oversell. Just gave me what I wanted, made me feel comfortable and safe. Everything was clean. GREAT experience!

Spiders web is a very clean place to get your tattoos and piercings done. the artists there are so nice and friendly its so relaxing and comfortable that it feels like your just sitting down chilling with some friends. there tattoo and piercing artists are amazing!!!! you will never regret getting your art work done there. its my #1/ only place I will ever go for my art work done!!!

Been here several times for the same piercing to be redone FOUR times. All of them have gone badly. Got both sides of my nose done and had to go somehwere else to fix it. Got my bellybutton done here too and after 4 years it still hasnt healed properly

I got my daith pierced on both sides here a couple months back. They did a fine job and they healed well. The staff wasn’t entirely personable and barely talked to me while I was there. The shop is also a little sketchy looking from the outside. Otherwise it seemed fairly clean. It’s a fine place if you’re just looking for something basic and to be in and out quickly.

My coworker is an apprentice here so I had her hook me up with her mentor for a tattoo and he did an amazing job! Charles Lee is an amazing tattoo artist with a old fashion talent for drawing and tattooing. His style is different from anyone that Ive visited here in town. 10/10, highly recommend!!

I got my first tattoo(s) by Charles Lee. He is very good at replicating handwriting and I highly recommend getting a tattoo from him. I was really stressed out, but he was very excellent with calming my nerves and being a good sport about the entire process. He is excellent with sizing, placement and making sure everything looks even. Great artist!I definitely cant wait to get my next tattoo from him!

The only tattoo artist Ive personally worked with here is Cesar. But everyone Ive met here seem like really good folks. Ive also had both of my daughters ears pierced here and they were extremely professional and great with them.

Yo, this place rocks. Leon and Kyle do a great job piercing you. Couldnt ask for better people to purposefully impale me. And I dont want to talk about Cesar because he is super fantastic and if more people know about him then the less time he has to tattoo me... And am selfish... This is the cleanest most inviting shop I have seen in Idaho or the surrounding states. You can see that making sure everything is sterile and best for the customers is number one. Leon is the only person I will go to for a piercing. He is knowledgeable, fast, comforting, and all around wonderful. He is the only one I know in the area that has actually learned from a piercing legend. You can see he takes his profession seriously and has the skill and experience to make sure you dont have to worry once you decide on what to get done. The tattoo artists are all great there! You can go to any of them and not worry about getting quality work. I would highly recommend this shop for anyone looking to get a piercing or tattoo. You dont have to worry about cleanliness or quality here.

Would give zero starts if possible Terrible customer service and bad piercers. Will never be going back. Wouldn’t refund me my money after giving me a way too small of a jewelry for my piercing and it’s getting sucked into my skin and they refuse to help me because it’s their day off. They care more about money not customer satisfaction. I’m literally crying because I’m gonna have to take it out after spending 100 dollars on them and jewelry. And no other places open have long enough bars.

I finally decided to get my first tattoos done. After looking around and doing some research, I decided to go to the Spiders Web and have Charles be my artist. Best decision ever. Charles did an outstanding job and my tattoos turned out better than I hoped. Because it was my first time, I was a little nervous, but he talked to me and my wife the whole time which helped put me at ease. Also, he likes cats, which was cool, because I like cats too. I cant wait to get more work done.

Mygrandmother was in the last few weeks of life, and I decided to get a cherries tattoo to match hers. Cedar squeezed me in and did an EXCELLENT JOB! my grandma was so proud of our cherries when I showed her! That was the last time I saw her and she sad thrilled. I get comments all the time about how amazing the color is. I definitely recommend!

Kyle pierced my ears and he was amazing. The pricing is super affordable and they are great at what they do!! The line was at the door when we got there and it was at the door when we left as well. They were super busy but kept at it!! Thanks spiders web for exceeding my expectations!!

Leon was so patient when I got my nose pierced. Answered all my questions and waited patiently while I calmed myself down (first piercing ever) I was given clear aftercare instructions and when I had a problem and went in, they were so nice and gave me the best advice they could. Still have my nose ring 2 years later and love it.

My sisters, cousins, aunts, and I all went to get our helix double pierced and every single one of them got infected. There was a huge blister on the back of each piercing and it was very painful. I also got my daith pierced and that one also got infected. We had to remove each earring (which was very painful because everything was swollen & infected) and it was a huge waste of $100! We all kept the piercings super clean and we took good care of them but I don’t think the tools were sterile. Would NOT recommend since we all got infections!

Great experience at Spiders Web! Just got back from taking my 17 year old and 10 year old to get their ears pierced and I was really impressed. Kyle was our piercer and did a great job by answering question and putting us at ease. The piercings turned out perfectly, and we had an excellent adventure!

I only get pierced here. I don’t think I’ll ever go anywhere else. I’ve never had an issue with the actual piercings at all. Always heal quickly etc.I would give 5 stars but I wish their jewelry wasn’t so cheap and limited. I’ve had my piercing less than a month and the ball keeps falling off. I bought new jewelry for another piercing and that ball keeps falling off as well. Also, the diamond fell out after only a week. Super disappointed.

Leon did my industrial and belly button about 2 years ago and just got my tongue done today, perfectly in the center, painless, easy and very sanitary. They also have a large variety of jewelry choices, no matter the piercing.

Ive had several tattoos and one piercing at Spiders Web and have been more than pleased in every occasion. Professional establishment - each and every time Ive been the place was spotlessly clean, including the restroom!Theyve used new, pre-packaged, medical-grade tools every time Ive been there. Obviously, theyre all current on their blood-born illness training and take such matters as infection prevention seriously. Never saw a single person, whether it be tattoo artists, piercing professionals, apprentices or any other staff handling anything in the studio without wearing (and appropriately changing) disposable gloves. I feel safe at this shop Every. Single. Time.The one piercing I had done was a Monroe. Initially I had gone in looking to get my cheeks pierced and the piercer took a close look at my anatomy and informed me that I wasnt a good candidate for that type of piercing, and explained why. So, I settled (and was pleased with) the Monroe. Thank God he wasnt the type of person who gives anyone any piercing they request, regardless of whether or not their physical makeup would tolerate what theyre asking for just to make money.On another note: The other staff working throughout the facility are friendly and welcoming, regardless of which artist Im personally patronizing. . Ive been to places where, if youre not there to see them in particular, they dont care to interact with you and you feel, basically, insignificant.Great shop. Great artists & piercers. Professional attention to detail on all levels.Plus, seriously, some of the coolest, most chill dudes youll EVER meet.Ill be a customer for life.Thanks, guys!

The Spiders Web was very clean, and well kept. The piercing area was sterile and all new equipment was used from steripacks. The artist was extremely skilled and the piercing (daith) didnt even hurt. Overall a very positive experience. I will absolutely send people there in the future and really appreciate the level of skill and knowledge. Great job yall!

This place is AWESOME! So clean, great pricing, talented piercers and tattoo artists. I have 14 piercings total, ALL were done here except my lobes. Kyle Berquist is awesome!! He’s quick but makes sure he does it right, clean, and talented! I can’t count how many times I wanted to switch bars to rings, or had the ball fall off a ring when I’m too rough cleaning them 😂 I shoot him a message to make sure he’s there, and he takes care of me! I had an idea in my mind how I wanted to place my piercings, I’m so happy with the results. 2 Shen men, 3 conch, 2 daith, 1 tragus, 3 forward helix, 1 belly button. Yes the daiths helped with my migraines immensely! Went from having one a week, to one every other month, and way less intense.Cesar Ponce has done all my tattoos. I have 3. He is so talented and so funny!! They were all super fast except my ribcage one. He knew I was in agonizing pain, so he took his time and gave me a ton of breaks, which I appreciated soooo much!! I about cried when it was over! He takes what I have in mind and comes up with a masterpiece! One of these days I wanna go in and say make it up, I trust you, tattoo whatever you want and surprise me 😆 I have one on each hip, and one ribcage.Photos of everything-This place rocks and I’d never go anywhere else. ❤️💀

Walked in to get my ears pierced. Reasonable wait for how busy it was. Everything was sterile and professionally done. They use a needle but wont punch for a gauge.

I can not begin to explain how overjoyed I am with the work Charles did on me and my spouse ! He took ideas from multiple pictures and made what we wanted even better than we could imagine and he did it so simply and understanding! I will definitely be back for more tattoos as soon as I can ! Piercing was easy and quick, however I asked for a white diamond and was given a blue diamond and now have to wear a blue diamond in my nose for 6 weeks before I can change out to white.

If it was possible to give this place a zero I would. We walked in and werent acknowledged or greeted by anyone. We waited for 45 minutes and finally Leon comes out said, hed help us in a minute then when the moment came helped the people behind us instead. We again waited and finally gave up. We did not get pierced today and I wouldnt recommend this place to anyone. The complete lack of respect and professionalism ruined this experience and we will be going somewhere else.

I got my nose pierced here. I waited 40 minutes, they have a limited selection of nose piercing jewelry, and the stud I picked broke and the stone fell out the day after. I went in and asked for a replacement stud, and the girl behind the counter said no problem, then made me pay for it anyway. So, go somewhere else, not here. Poor customer service and poor quality jewelry.

Luv the artist... I have 9 tattoos all which have been done by Nick, I can tolerate pain well but some areas where they said would hurt really didnt I can almost say all my tattoos have been very therapeutic. I have a couple of piercings as well which Ive had leeon do everytime cuz there is just something about the way he pierces that my piercings managed to not get infected. I dont like their body jewelry they almost just have standard sizes some of us have bigger noses or smaller eyebrow piercings and their plugs I dont like they almost dont venture out in trying to have new body jewelry.

I came here to buy a 10 gauge ring and ball. They had exactly what I was looking for and for CHEAP! They sold it to me for under $5 while other places wanted $15 for the same thing. They were very friendly and personable. I recommend coming here to purchase your piercing jewelry.

I got my daith pierced here and it was not a pleasant experience. The piercer twisted the needle all around and made it extremely painful and I passed out afterwards. He also did not discuss the procedure and breathing techniques before the piercing. Do not get pierced here

Customer service needs work. Younger guy that pierced me seemed very unhappy and seemed like he just wanted to get me in and out. Never told me what gauge he was piercing my nose with and anytime I said something he just looked at me with a blank stare. Probably won’t be coming back due to this being my second bad experience here.

New teenager looking girl is very rude. If theres a line out the door and someone just wants to buy a house ring she said that we all are going to have to wait in a very rude tone. This place had terrible customer service. I had a piercer who is not listed on their website and definitely doesnt know what hes doing. He screwed up a mid-cartilage piercing I got and it hurt so badly for a month. I finally took it out and got it re-pierced at a reputable place in Washington state. The guy who fixed it did a great job and it doesnt hurt at all. If youre thinking about going to the Spiders Web, DONT. Wait and go somewhere else where they actually know what theyre doing. They didnt even give me aftercare instructions and were super impatient with my questions. They have a very limited selection of jewelry and are just super rude.

Got there well before close and waited in line with no greeting or anything. after at least 45 minutes, the girl with blue hair came out and helped someone who arrived after us, without asking who in the long line got there first. after that she informed us that she was closing her books, even though it was over 30 minutes before they were supposed to close. she was very unfriendly and overall it was a very poor and unprofessional experience. especially since we drove almost 3 hours to get there.

As usual, Leon did a great job on my piercings & was very understanding, & patient while I explained that I hadnt maintained them properly so they needed to be redone. Great place to go! Leon agreed to go 14 instead of 16 because my right earlobe has a tendency to close up fast if I dont have studs in within a few days. This choice makes me feel more confident about maintaining them. Not a fan, I just wanted a small thin tattoo, this is what I requested and this is what I got. Tried contacting George to resolve the issue and get refund and I haven’t heard back. Blown out, thick stubby lines, etc. $80 tattoo turned to $600 really fast because now I’m getting it removed.

Worst experience ever!!! Don’t have young children get ears pierced here!!! They were unprofessional and caused my three year old needless suffering. She walked out with blood running down her neck from an incompetent unskilled female who misplaced the needle and my baby didn’t move at all.

According to the girl upfront you only have one tattoo artist. She turned my business away, because I didnt want to deal with Cesar anymore. She told me to look around other shops... Ive been in communication with Spiders Web tattoo since October 9th, and in contact with Cesar since the 12th. I simply wanted to come in and place my deposit and discuss the work I wanted done and schedule. Cesar tells me hell be out of the office for a week. Ok cool, see ya next week. I message him that week, hes still not back. Says hes recovering from surgery, but hell for sure be back in the shop Friday. Told the girl at the front desk, she said no one knows when hell be back, and was unaware of his surgery. I dont know what the truth is, nor do I care, I am literally trying to give you my money and this is how I was treated. I came to you because of the awesome, amazing talent I saw online and in the shop. And I left extremely disappointed.

I went in for the first time to get my 4 month old ears pierced. It was an okay experience. I just would have liked more details of what the piercing consisted of.

I had them do a few piercings before and they were great. Today I called in to ask a question about special I had seen online completely my fault I had seen it on a different page. The gentleman I was talking to was very rude that answered the phone. After that conversation I will no longer use spider web because of that.

When I called the shop, the gentelman was rude and told me no one could help me and to call back tomorrow. This is their mistake and now they are saying I have to pay the price. They have messed up on the placement of my daith as well as the placement of my cartilage pericing. My cartilage has been very infected more than once and all they tell me is to put lemon juice on the “bump” that appears. I found out that is the WORST thing to put on a piercing! Will NEVER be going back and will NEVER recommend anyone.

Got my tragus pierced 2 day later it fell out went in and the wouldnt help me...iam truly disappointed and probably wont go back...all I wanted was a different piercing that off set the one I just got but no its my responsibility which I was notmy fault it fell out ...wull not be back
