My husband and I decided to get matching tattoos that were very significant to us in honor of a baby that we lost. Desiree knew it was an emotional, almost therapeutic session for us. From the design to the actual execution, Desiree was perfect. She gave us exactly what we wanted and more. If I get another tattoo it will be with Desiree, but I will definitely be back for her other services. I cannot recommend Beauty In the Ink enough.

Desiree is the best ! She is very welcoming with her bright personality and studio. I got 3 tiny tattoos and I love them, the line work is amazing and clean.She also offers other services which is really neat ! I recently got a fine line tattoo. My experience was exceptionally well. Desiree was not only friendly and kind, she made me feel really comfortable. She was very light with the pin, causing limited pain as she designed my beautiful butterfly.The atmosphere was really nice, her space is toptier, very clean making it an even more enjoyable experience.. I’d been wanting to get eyebrow enhancements for a long time, but I was worried about how they would turn out. Too big? Too bold? After seeing Desiree’s work, I decided to take a chance.I am so glad I did! She did an excellent job, exactly what I wanted! She made me feel so comfortable. I have been wanting to get my eyebrows microbladed for a long time. I finally booked with Desiree, and had my appointment a couple weeks ago. She did an ammaaazzzinggg Job!! I recently went in for permanent jewelry. Desiree was easily able to order a custom connector piece for me. It came in quickly and exactly what I was looking for. She also had several chain designs to choose from. I left very happy with my design and will be back to add more. The studio was spacious, clean and well organized. It would be a great place to take a couple friends for a girls day.

First off, Desiree’s studio was very clean and so cute! She had a great selection of chains, charms, and snacks. Desiree was very knowledgeable about the jewelry (what it was made out of, how it should fit, what tone(s) would look good, etc.). She always takes the time to make sure the jewelry is a good fit before securing it. There was a style of chain that I wanted that she didn’t have in rose gold, so she went out of the way to custom order it for me. I cannot recommend her enough!

Desiree is amazing! I have been to see her twice, once with my daughters, and once by myself, both times for permanent jewelry. The quality of the jewelry and Desiree’s professional, yet fun and personable energy exceeded my expectations. This appointment was for my eyebrows but I already had permanent jewelry done by this beauty! I have talked about getting my eyebrows done for 3 years but couldnt decide. When I was at an event and she was doing jewelry we chatted about it and we are both Nurses and she was so easy to talk to and super friendly, I kept thinking about it. Checked out her account, loved her work, and finally made the appointment!!! I love that she is in Indian Trail and not charlotte also. She made sure I was comfortable during the entire session and added numbing when it was needed. I couldnt be happier with it all. She explained the process in great detail about how it works and if I felt any pain to let her know. My eyebrows look great since they have healed a bit and I have a touch appointment scheduled soon. I have never had my eyebrows done professionally before so I wasn’t sure what to expect. But I just received an eyebrow shape and tint and am totally in love with how they look. Desiree took her time getting the shape and color exactly right and the color is a perfect match for my skin tone. It’s not too dark and not too light. I will for sure be back to get them microbladed next time!

I knew I wanted my eyebrows microbladed but I didn’t know how it was done or what shape I wanted, etc. Desiree took her time and explained everything in detail before we started and made the entire experience easy and painless! My eyebrows are slightly on the darker side now, which is expected but I’m SO excited to see how they look in a few days! She gave me everything I needed for cleaning and detailed care instructions.
