Miss Laser - Laser Hair Removal, Tattoo Removal & Body Contouring

Personally, looking for a laser hair removal for me was hard because of the lack of people doing it and photos of guys getting their face done. I contacted miss laser and they gladly gave me a consultation explaining the process of getting facial hair removed. I don’t like having much facial hair and shaving the hair was not cutting it anymore since the hairs started to grow thick. I came , it stung a bit and honestly after the first session I told myself to be patient. But after the second session my facial hairs started to fall off I was quite shocked. I’m glad to say after several sessions my facial is nearly gone. I’m very pleased.

Miss Laser is a 10/10 for me.As A female with darker skin tone and PCOS I was told laser would not work for me. I had went to 2 other spots that didn’t really help so I lost hope. The absolute best customer service I have ever experienced in Queens. Laser removal is scary and definitely does not tickle. What an amazingly easy, quick, and painless experience i had today at Miss Laser on northern blvd ! The technician was so sweet and explained everything i needed to know before the procedure. First and foremost, I loved Naomi. She was so kind and helpful and took her time to explain to me to procedure, and the machine that they would be using on me. It smells great from the moment you stepped through the door. Front desk was very kind. I also greatly enjoyed the fact the the machine they use to laser is geared for all skin colors which is hard to find. Pricing is affordable and you’re in and out within 30 mins. Definitely will book other sessions when I return from my vacation.

Jennifer was such a delight. From the moment I walked in, she was very sweet and kept a smile on her face the entire time. This is one of the best hair removal places in NYC. I have been going to Miss Laser for a few years and visit once a year for touch ups. I have done various areas of my body and have always felt like their service and technicians are top notch. I recently visit MissLaser with my wife to have 2 tattoos and a small scratched out tattoo on my left side of my chest. It was an amazing experience with Dayana! She was exceptional and had phenomenal customer service. She took her time and explained the entire process, post aftercare instructions, answered all of our questions and informed us of anticipated number of sessions. These tattoos were over 10years old and Dayana explained how older tattoos and shading varies number of sessions needed. The procedure went very quick and was over in 5 mins. The thing that my wife and I both appreciated was Dayana giving me the option to do a little at a time (stop & go) or just go straight through with the laser. I opt to have her not stop and just keep going to get it over with. There was some discomfort but the air machine helped with that. This is honestly one of the best decisions ive made. i used to have very dark underarms and after multiple sessions of laser the discoloration and bumps are gone. the upper lip +chin hair has always been thick since im brown but consistently doing them for 1 year now and must say the hair follicles are thinner and barely notice them. 10/10 recommend!!!

They work with your schedule and call and text ahead of your schedule to confirm. Nothing to complain about! They have been nothing but great.

I recommend Dayana! She is lovely and caring. When I got there for my Consultation she explained everything in detail and we did the demonstration session which I was nervous for since it was the first time I had ever done it but she explained and showed me all the tools and procedures. I learned I’m a sensitive person since consulting with friends and family who had gone through the process I discovered it’s painful for me more than other people has experienced, but Dayana knows and understands that and she is very patient and careful ensuring the sessions are both: fast but pain-free. Ive been going to Miss Laser I want to say like 2 years. I just wish I discovered them so much sooner. I used to wax but the ingrown hairs and dark coloring were ridiculous. I was referred by a friend but very hesitant. Glad I finally made the move. I bought a package to start, which is very necessary plus you save money and now I just go session by session since I only need touch ups every 6 mon- 1 year. Each session is so fast it barely takes from my day. I get under arms and Brazilian and Im smooth to the touch.. when the hair actually grows in, its so thin. After the first session your hair literally wipes away and I remember noticing a change instantly. And for reference Im a Latina with thick, dark hair. I swear by Miss Laser, they really changed my confidence!

Sooo I had the best experience while being nervous. I was contacted on IG and I immediately was like is this another scam 🙄. So I gave my job number and a different name lol. Last time I gave my number for something my page was hacked 💀. Anyways I get a call to confirm the appointment so now I’m like okay this maybe real 🤔lol. Then I said what if I get there and I get snatched up and thrown in a van🫣sooo I bought my mace just in case 🤷🏽‍♀️#dontjudgeme. I saw Alyssa for the under arm laser treatment. She was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. I appreciate that she took the time to go over information on hair laser removal, and how it not only removes 85% of hair growth but also helps lighten your skin in that area with the removal of dead skin cells and in-gown hairs.As for the space, it was very clean and comfortable, whether you were waiting in the lounge area or in the service room.While pain is individual, I would say the procedure on a scale of 1-10, is a 1.Definitely recommend Miss Laser for your hair removal needs!

Came in for Laser Tattoo removal.I check with them on the quote via IG first then made the appointment by calling.Staff were very nice and thoroughly explained everything.Process on a small tattoo was pretty quick and very minimal pain.High recommended 👌🏼

Unwanted facial hair was something I struggled for a long time,because of hormones unbalanced I had beard (embarrassing) I tried waxing,tweezers,creams,even shaving (wich made it worst) I didnt think Laser was affordable for me,I was so wrong after one consultation I started my treatment,I just got my second treatment and I started seeing results few dahs after first one. My experience with Miss Laser was unendingly terrible! I had bought the package of 6 sessions and because I knew I was going to be working with them for 6-7 months I kept giving them the benefit of the doubt. I did not start seeing progress until my 4th session, and that was because the esthetician that was working with me switched locations and was replaced with someone else that was more thorough with her work. She asked me about the pain, the progress, she took out my ingrown, and I finally started feeling like I was getting my moneys worth. Unfortunately that did not last long because they did something very unethical to my cousin which couldve ended up in a lawsuit. Their customer service needs improvement especially because of the fact that they do not value their customers opinion and they can be very unprofessional when dealing with situations. It is evident that all they care about is the money. They claim their prices are moderate because their machines are one of the best and thats is what pulled me into buying a package with them. They excuse their prices with their machines but what does the machine matter if the customer service is terrible, to the point where they dont pay attention to what their client needs and wants.

The place and staff is amazing. The way the place looks makes you want to be in there forever. It’s super clean and super cute. The staff are all nice. Never got an attitude from any of the girls there. I highly recommend their Lazer service. I’m loving my results. And looking forward to getting other services from them as well. This place was the nicest most heart warming place. The employees were super nice and they educated me about what was doing to be done and the process. They made sure i was comfortable and aware. Cant wait to go back for my other sessions.

So Im overly impressed with the pandemic precautionary procedures at this location before schedule my appointment I was concerned that the place would be crowded I was assured by staff that it would not be when I arrived at exactly 10 there was no one there but me as I updated my paperwork the tech went into the room and sanitize and sterilize the room and the equipment previously used. All staff that was on duty had on Mask. There was hand sanitizer on Deck for all to use. There was Lysol in place for you to also spray so I sprayed my phone before leaving lol. I want to say for $260 my visit exceeded my expectations. I had been to this location in 2017. But I must say the owners and the staff have maintained this location it is still fabulously decked out in modern decor and the place is clean well lit and welcoming.

I love miss laser! I’ve noticed such a huge difference in just a few sessions with the hair growth. Before laser hair removal I was carrying a eyebrow blade and tweezers just Incase for any facial hairs that I missed. Now I don’t need to do that thanks to Miss Laser. The place is super friendly. Review of February 6th- My technician was Frida. She was very confident and straight forward. She made me feel secure and explained all the details, along with answered my questions. I was very excited to finally have the guts to come visit. I walked in for convenience because I live a block away, the prices are good. I had my first session right away, and am hopeful to see results. Frida assures me that I will see results just after one session. She told me I can contact her anytime which I appreciated. Also, I was reassured she would be my technician for all six sessions because I feel comfortable and trust Frida. But all there techs are good. Im glad I came to Miss Laser, better late than never. Looking forward to my next session.Review of March 6th- I had my second session today and am very confident with the results thus far. The dark spots on my chin are lighter by 60%, I did the suffer any ingrown hairs since after the second session and the hair growth has drastically decreases. Four more sessions away to relief

I received 4 sessions of laser hair removal on my chin … and I never seen any results every time I paid for a session it was suppose to last ten minutes I would go to my session she would zap my chin maybe 3 times and said that was it I was in the session for 3 mins and out the door . I’m very upset with this business I’m so insecure with my facial hair and the fact that I invested money in 4 sessions and never had results is terrible .

Miss Laser pays little to no attention to detail. I was asked to fill out a form the day before my appointment. I filled it out honestly, and mentioned I had done some waxing recently. Even though, the request was made my Miss Laser for me to fill out the form, upon review (if it was reviewed) the person failed to see my waxing note. I went in the next day only to be turned away.
