Took our 14 year old to get her ears pierced. The people were super friendly, and welcoming, the body piercer was awesome and explained everything she was doing. It was a wonderful experience and an extremely clean environment! Thank you so much! We will definitely be back!

Sam is very creative and professional. I had a tattoo on the back of my neck by Sam and the lines were perfect and exactly what I wanted. The entire staff are very cool people! I’ll go back again.

I absolutely love my nose piercing, the piercer was amazing! 10/10 recommend! One of my other piercings had closed up maybe a year ago and she fixed it as well. The Mad Tatter is the place to go!

Went to the Mad Tatter for a belly button piercing last year and had a wonderful experience! After care was thorough and easy and my piercing healed great! Im going back soon to have my tragus pierced and Im looking forward to another great piercing! Sheena (the owner) is fantastic and does fabulous work- she tattooed my husband and provided excellent advice for his piece. She has so far nailed his vision- we cant wait to book the next session!

Had a tattoo done on Friday the 13th. Sheena the owner did mine. She is wonderful. Friendly ,professional ,willing to work out any design and has the cleanest place!! My daughted also got a tattoo Amberly was her adtist and was so great too. Their work is worth the $$$ and trip! We happened to be here from Philadelphia. I highly recommend.

Had some work done a while ago back in 2018. Id had let them know it was my first tattoo and it was when the owner of madd hatter worked for Iron tattoos sadly the tattoo never looked as good as the first day and the tattoo was placed way to deep in the skin. When i whent back to the new place 2 years later to have them look at it to see what could be done because the tattoois basically almost unreadable, shena had asked who had done it because it was terrible work. The look on her face when I replied she did wasnt so good and they didnt have anything else to say about the tattoo after that. Hopefully will be at planet ink here soon to have it covered and fixed. Sadly I cant recommend it, but the work here recently does look better but unsure if practices have improved for the long term

I have been to a lot of tattoo shops but The Mad Tatter will have my business for all future tattoos!! They exceeded my expectations! I was so impressed with the quality of the work that they did as well as how friendly everyone was. I highly recommend coming here for all your tattoos! Got my belly button pierced abt 6 months ago. the piercer was super professional and he did a great job with placement. Had an issue with the piercing falling out and got a new one no problem the next day. super friendly staff. is healed perfectly now

I am impressed with this place as an inkless parent or is that no ink impaired??😎 Anywho, owner rocks, guy who gave us attitude doesnt particularly care to work on minors , I can get behind that. His apprentice was very professional and personable, she rocks too!!

Love my tattoo! My only complaint was I never received any care instructions.

Morgan was amazing, she knew exactly what we wanted and did all of our tattoos quickly and cleanly.

Stood in the lobby for about 15 minutes yesterday waiting and was never acknowledged their were several voices I could hear behind the curtain and in both rooms and even called out to see if I would have been helped finally just walked out and going up the road where I was promptly helped
