Brian done a phenomenal job on my Ronnie Dunn tattoo! He really took his time, and the room was very clean! He has done a few tattoos for me over the course of 10 years and I have never left disappointed!Nichole has also done piercings for me for years, I have had my tragus pierced since 7th grade and I am now 26. No issues with it whatsoever! 10/10 recommend!

I loved this place. I had 2 excellent piercers, they both pierced amazing. I will be back. Nicole and Connie are excellent. I highly recommend this place and they talk to you tell you everything all the dos and donts. Very nice people very clean shop.

I’m sure they anticipated this review but I’m just trying to help others from having the same experience fr.I went in about having my piercing corrected and instead of the piercer having a conversation with me about it they defended their work but defended it IMMEDIATELY as if I were insulting them? Or trying to point a finger? and insisted that if I was dissatisfied it was my own fault for not pointing it out the previous night. Mind you I had sharpie on my brows and did ask for them to be marked again. I cleaned them before bed, saw them in the light the next morning and noticed the extremely obvious difference.I showed up not sure how the conversation would go and not exactly when they open but maybe within the first hour the next day. Her entire demeanor changed and went on to add that my brows weren’t even to begin with and one was obviously just swollen. It wasn’t and still isn’t. My brows are even and she really did then uneven, I can post pics.I would have been fine even paying for 2 more piercings without trying to get something out of it like I wasn’t being any kind of way but they sure dropped any sense of professionalism almost immediately. I dreaded even asking about it but it’s worth at least seeing about having it set right or I mean so I thought. This experience alone is the tip of the iceberg just go see for yourself I guess.

Shop is clean, I was allowed to look at the piercing set up prior to the piercing (I only wanted to look as my father was a piercer and taught me to always double check, I had absolutely no doubt about the sterile environment and tools). Staff was friendly, welcoming and very knowledgeable. I had originally wanted a different style jewelry for the piercing but they laid out the downsides of it even though the better option cost less. They truly care about ensuring their piercings are suited for you and give excellent after care instructions.

Had a wonderful experience! The facility was very clean with friendly staff. I love the old school vibes. My artist was Brian he did a incredible job was super nice and friendly. I will definitely be going back.

I love their shop & they’re always so nice to me! Sweet people Nicole does all my piercings and she’s good at what she does, just got my eyebrows done. They are the place to go.

Ive had all my work done at Expert Ink by Clint Chappell. I can definitely say he does EXCELLENT WORK. Hes a damn good artists

Great place for tattoos and piercings. Got my daughters lip pierced and she was nice and straight forward advice doesnt sugar coat. Both tattoo artist are amazing. Ive used Brian before and when hes busy I used Clint pretty laid back and made me and my friend feel comfortable. Will definitely let either one tattoo me.

Literally every single tattoo ive gotten from clint has been bad. first two times i went were on regular business days, after my first time i asked if he could redo it when i came in next for free if course, because there are lines that did not get ink in, and he said i had to come in and pay for that specifically another day; they werent busy. from that point i only went on friday the 13th and the tattoos just got worse and he continued to refuse to fix them unless i came in and payed for a regular tattoo just to get touch ups on lines he had to of known he messed up. dont go here. also on friday the 13th they treat everyone horribly complain if their parking spots are taken (they arent marked) and only give u 3 minutes to look through their 50 page tattoo book for the 13th.

I got most of my tattoos and peircings done here, really friendly. I love my tattoos

Rusty is an making artist. This is the 3rd tat iv gotten from him and am always happy 😊 with his work. Thanks Rusty, Ill bee back again on my net trip through Alabama. ❤🙏❤

We got an ear and nose piercing done there, she was so nice and put our fears at ease. She used sterile equipment and carefully explained aftercare to us. The whole thing probably took 10 minutes. We will definitely be back.

I went to Expert Ink for the first time last night and I am so happy I did! They were so nice and welcoming. Clint did an amazing job and gave me exactly what I wanted in my tattoo. It means a lot to me so I was thrilled that he went above and beyond with his work on me! Such a nice family business in Jasper! If youre thinking of getting a tattoo or piercing, go to Expert Ink! I got my belly button pierced from there about 6 months ago. woman didn’t wash her hands and didn’t mark it, dropped the ball 2 different times before finally being able to put it on. my piercing has yet to heal & has been constantly infected since and she tightened the ball on so tight i cannot get it off.. i’m having to go to another shop for them to take the piercing out. my boyfriend also got a tattoo from there, a simple one at that (three letters) & the lines weren’t straight and there’s spots where it’s not even filled in all the way. would not recommend going there.

This place is great. I got my first tattoo and was scared and nervous but they made me feel secure. They did an amazing job. Props to Clint on a good job and being awesome with joking with me during the whole process to take my mind off it. Will definitely come here in the future.

This is the BEST place I’ve ever went to for a tattoo. Everyone in the shop was extremely nice and professional. My whole experience was like sitting with friends. Brian made my tattoo come to life and it turned out better than any picture I could’ve brought with me! We will definitely be back for any future ideas!

Lady was rude and failed to wash her hands before doing piercing. I have used them before and got better service. I won’t be going back and I don’t recommend them at all to anyone. The health department needs to shut them down.

Got a tattoo last night and absolutely love it. I six tattoos and have gotten them all from here. Best place to go to. Clint is a sweetheart he keeps you distracted the whole time so youre not focused on the pain. A+ work.

Worst place ever to get piercings done! I went in a year ago and got both my helix piercings done and a nose ring and they all 3 got infected! I had to take my nose ring out it got so bad. The lady didnt wash her hands and blood was dripping for a good while afterwards. It was so fast! I was in the store for maybe 20 minutes. And I just went in tonight to get new helix jewelry (keep in mind I have never changed my jewelry) and I bought a gold hoop and when I got out to my car to put it in it was too big and wouldnt fit in my hole! So I went in and showed her and the lady claimed she didnt peirce my ear that size (when she did) and then offered to put it in for me for 5 dollars but it would not fit? I didnt want her to give me another infection so I just walked out. She was so rude and unprofessional! She told me I picked it out and didnt know what to tell me. She was just so rude. You would think they would have better customer service and help me out but no.

I’ve had all but one of my six ear piercings done here, 4 lobe and 1 cartilage. The staff is always so nice and the lady who did them was quick and had great placement can’t wait to go back soon!

Clint did my tat, and I love it. He was very clean, and a professional!! I told him what I wanted and where. He gave me his opinion of size and where and I went with his idea. It turned out amazing!! Thanks man.

People can say what they want about Brian & Nicole, but they are both very good at what they do! I’ve been there countless times and have always had a good experience every time I’ve been!

I had a friend go down to Expert Ink and get her nose pierced. The woman that did it was not clean. She did not wash her hands before the she started. She didnt mark her nose and she did not pierce it right. My friend had blood falling out of her nose. i have my nose done and that did not happen. She also said it took like 15 min to complete the piercing, which is not normal. The lady was rude and very unprofessional. This review is only pertaining to the lady that does the piercings. The men that tattoo are very professional and good at there job. Do not go here for a piercing!!!

I got my nipples pierced here and never caught the girl’s name because it was Friday the 13th and it was supper busy but she did a great job piercing me and my friends nose she did it really fast so there wasn’t much pain and she tried her best to get us in and out. Highly recommend getting piercings here

Took my wife there to have a tattoo touched up for her Bday. Made us wait an hour so they could eat lunch, which I could have understood if the work had been longer than 15 minutes. Seriously?! Plus over priced for such a short time and little work. Mainly just reoutlining an existing tattoo with a little bit of shading of a small tattoo. Come on, man! I should’ve negotiated and if we couldn’t have come to an agreement, then went somewhere else.

Nicole did an awesome job piercing my septum. She is very professional and sweet ! I highly recommend Nicole for y’all’s piercing needs!!

Some of the coolest people you’ll meet but unfortunately wasn’t happy with my tattoo at all. I posted the picture I showed them and then what I got and I’m not mean at all so I wasn’t going to tell the dude that I absolutely hated it but I’m out $280 now and have to spend more to cover it up /:

Went in to get a piercing, and wound up with my nose gauged. Thanks so much for that. My nose and my daughter got her bellybutton done, infection set in that night. Was told the jewelry was surgical steel, nope had it tested, and high amts of nickle in it.

The best and only place I would ever let put a tattoo on me Brian he is the man I got some few years ago and now Im ready to get .more thanks Brian for doing some great work .

Great people but you pay a lot of money upfront and for me not all the lines where straight the back tattooing area wasnt as clean as I would have liked but I didnt even have a chance to back out cause I would have been out 200 dollars and had no tattoo

Honestly dont like a tattoo artist that smokes they get really shaky and care about a sig break more than doing a tattoo right and they say they fix it for free and you go up there to get it fixed and paying half the price of the tattoo and my tattoo is all janky none of the lines are right and most the ink has come out of it

Dont get piercings from here. Their jewelry has nickel in it and i am extremely allergic and i was not told this upon getting my piercing and my body rejected the piercing extremely bad after just 3 days.

Tattoo was perfect. Shading and everything exactly how I wanted it and I couldnt be happier. Id recommend here over every other artist in Alabama

They can’t pierce right they did my noise at an angle so my hoops and rings have to be put in at a angle and then the hoop doesn’t even look right afterwards
