Mandy is amazing! i absolutely love my tattoo. she made the environment so welcoming & made sure i was comfortable throughout the whole process! she answered all of my questions as a first timer & was very patient. i definitely recommend the rad rooster!

I am here with three people who just got tattoos done. They all came out amazing! The shop was very clean, the staff are all great and the environment was equally great.

Amanda is awesome! I walked in already having a daith piercing, but I needed help replacing my jewelry. Unfortunately, my endeavor the night before trying to do it on my own left my piercing site without jewerly, so the hole started to close. She explained that she needed to reopen the hole and walked me through the process as she did it and was gentle the entire time. 10/10 will be coming back.

Amanda is absolutely amazing! 10/10 highly recommend! Amazing detailed work and the coloring she does…wow just wow absolutely breathtaking!! Entire staff is extremely welcoming and very friendly. Will never go anywhere else. I’ve found my ink home forever!!!

I just went and had my bellybutton redone, and let me tell you I absolutely loved the customer service I received. I definitely highly recommend going to get any piercing done by Shell, she makes you feel very comfortable and definitely listens to you an how you feel about anything. I was very very nervous from having a very bad experience of having my bellybutton pierced before, she talked to me and asked how I felt about how it looked calmed me down. She is very very highly recommended in my book, I will definitely recommend anyone to her. Thank you so much Shell, I absolutely love my piercing.

I went in yesterday to get my vertical labret pierced and had a fantastic experience! Towards the end of the piercing, I got very sick and faint, but was so well taken care of. After having a poorly done medusa (not done at this shop), I was hesitant to get pierced again but I will definitely be back for more. 😊

I loved it... nice people . I forgot to tip though so Ill have to pay extra next to time I go. I hate that i forgot. I feel bad..

Lemme tell ya, this shop is amazing. I have gone to this shop for two tattoos and several piercings. The ladys there are amazing and run the shop so well. All of the work Ive had done here has been absolutely amazing. The atmosphere is very welcoming. I loved using the gumball machine for a tattoo and Deanna is an amazing artist. I am definitely going back for all my tattoo and piercings needs! ( like for real they do badass stuff).

I went here to get my tattoo and recommend everybody else attend this place. I sent my mom there to get her 1st tattoo and it was an amazing experience again. The owner is super friendly and every artist down there is 1of the best around

I love this place my artist Boyd recently moved here and I will only use him for my tattoos. He’s an amazing artist and one of the best I’ve met. I have a lot of tattoos but he’s been doing my work for the last 2 years. The whole shop is amazing with great staff. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Not a review on the art or the business itself but a very bad experience. I called the shop Saturday to see if an artist was available for a walk in and i was told to be there between 5:30-6. I show up at 5:30 and he is running behind on his current appointment and we say we can come back. He tells us he will come in on Sunday and take care of us. We give him $100 deposit to be in good faith that we would actually show up. We wait around all Sunday and get a message that he cant make it to our appointment 2 hours before time. Im a very understanding person and still try working with him. He tells me he would let me know Monday if we can still do something and he would let me know when he got to the shop. I never heard a word so after 3 hours I went to the shop and got my money back. It was awkward for everyone involved. I really was hoping to find a good local shop to bang out some small pieces but this place is a joke.

Samantha was the best! she was so professional and the information she gave me was really helpful for me to figure out what I wanted to put on my body for the rest of your life and let me tell you she has the best Line work I have ever seen! she pierced my nose and I swear to you it didnt even hurt! I was shocked because the first time I had my nose done it was so painful. Ive had so many compliments on my tattoos they looked so good I am very very satisfied I would recommend her to anybody!!!!

Hands down the BEST tattoo shop in TN! Dena did a wonderful job on my tattoo and I plan on using this shop for future ink. Very professional and did not try to talk me into more expensive tattoo. She did just what I asked for and I am beyond happy!!!

Love my new tattoo. Just got it done by Mike. He was nice and understanding. He helped tweak my tattoo idea to make it look even better. Also the shop walls have art and Funko pops that was nice to look at.

This place is clean and the staff are friendly. They did a nose and belly button on my daughter. They made sure everything was clean before, durning and after. Amanda took her time to explain the whole process and the after care. Would for sure recommend this place.

Our 5 year old had a horrible experience here. Her piercing was almost coming out of the bottom of her ear lobe. Took her months to get the courage to get it redone. The place we took her to get it redone said they had to redo a 3month old from this place because it was coming out the bottom. Do not recommend this place at all.Owner: Just because I posted later doesnt mean it still didnt happen. You were contacted when it happened and the money was given back. I wrote this the day she got her other one fixed. It took her that long to work up the courage to get her other one done because your piercer did such a bad job.

I went the other day to have my tongue pierced and i walked in to a smiling face that told me no problem. We walked to the back popped the needle in and i paied and walked out super quick, clean and professional. Then i brought my wife back the next day to have her migraine piercings done took all of 5min and we were out the door. Again super nice,clean,friendly,professional atmosphere. Highly recommended!

Got a cover up done by Matt and he was great. He did great work and was fair and up front the entire process. Everyone at the shop were great as well. They were all friendly and all were complimenting the work the whole time . They made conversation to keep me occupied as this was a lengthy tattoo. Thanks Matt for fixing the mess I had on my arm. I have and will continue to recommend these guys to everyone looking for a tattoo.

Got my first tattoo on Tuesday. Artist Dena Holt is great. Once started, my tattoo took about an hour to do( no breaks). Its a breeze to care for. I got a Celtic viking bear claw print done on my gleutes maximus. I wish I could give them more stars. Very positive experience. Will be returning for more art as funds and time permit.

I am always nervous to go into a shop and feel judged for my tattoo I want. Im very basic. So when I went in I felt very comfortable and couldnt be happier with the results on my tattoo. All the artist are incredibly talented and really take pride in their work.

Nice and experienced staff. SAM did my daith piercings both on the same day and I love them and she was upfront on the pain scale . I never even held my breath as she pierced thru. Did an outstanding job on cleaning and keeping my ear in one piece. I will be back for more piercings and a tattoo!!!

Loved this place unroll now. Me and my wife used to get our work done here. My wife went there to get something new. All the artist were talking her out of it. Which is fine. They do this for a living there opinions are appreciated. But rudeness is not. My wife had leggings and a T shirt on. They assumed this was gonna be her first tat. When she informed them that she had 10 the guy says well if you have 10 then they must all be small ones then. My wife has her whole left side covered down to her hip. They were rude to her the whole time. Even with how they were telling her the location and what she wanted wouldnt be a good idea. I dont think it was a show of good bussiness. Felt more like they were ganging up and picking on her. Like I said I used to love this place I thought of it as a hidden gem. Now there is no way Id recommend them or ever go back.

Sam is amazing! She has done three tattoos on me now and two on my mom! She is extremely professional and super fun! I would recommend her to anyone wanting a tattoo!

Im from our of town and was looking for a good tattoo shop. BOI, did I hit the jackpot. Shop was very clean and full of nice artist. Prices were fair and artwork was great. I went in not expecting to get a large peice because I was a walk in, i got lucky with Matt tho. He sit and did my tattoo all day. Now everytime I visit I know the place to go. I want to say thanks to everyone out the shop for the great time and experience. 10/10 would sit in pain for 4+ hours again.

Got two pieces done a few years ago by Doc, they still look amazing. Got a tattoo from a well known place in knoxville last year and you can tell the difference in quality.***EDIT/UPDATE***Recently called to see if Doc was available for a consultation, no one answered so I left a message asking for them to call back.After 2 days of no call back I called again, this time I asked if Doc still worked there and the lady said no and hung up. Not sure if I upset someone or what. Kinda rude

Shop ran by rude, self entitled 20 year old girls. Belittling and using derogatory terms is unacceptable in any workplace. We’ll see if the owners care enough to do something about their ship and how it’s ran. Very much doubt it though. Had 6 tattoos done there in the last 2 years. Sucks ima have to find somewhere else to go.

I am an older lady that got my nose pierced here. Very nice at the time. Told me to come back when I got ready to change jewelry. Mine came out night before last. I went by Walmart and chose a new one. Went there and told him what I needed and he wanted to charge me for another piercing! If you are not true to your word why would I need to do business with you again? Was thinking about getting a new tattoo, not my first rodeo, but not there.

Was told I was sketchy bc I wore a hat and sunglasses in, the manager accused me of doing a drug deal out in the parking lot lol I had to run out to the parking lot. Pot meet kettle...Two stars because mego doesnt deserve that, highly unprofessional. I am double sleeved and looking to do more, it wont be at there. Go to naked ape or nick Moran in Knoxville. The tattooed lady is good too.

The women who peicerd my nose didnt wash her hands before she put on her gloves. She was very rude and snapppy when my boyfriend asked questions about the pericing. It was an awful experience. The stud she perircied my nose with ended up being two small and i had to change it the next day.

Sam the apprentice tattooist did an excellent job. Very nice shop. Easy to find, very clean. Walked in and got an appointment right away. I would recommend this shop.

Rude and very unprofessional! They would rather keep putting holes in you when the piercing isnt working than refund you & expects you to pay for jewelry you cant use. Then how the lady in the first area speaks to you is pathetic!

I had Permanent Eyebrows by Mrs. Kim and she is awesome and I love the work she does.It is a very clean place I would Recommend it to anyone wanting Permanent Makeup or tattoo work done.

What a joke of a shop ... You want good by all means go here if you want great work at a better hourly rate go to Southern Draw .. at least you get your work done by someone who is in several tattoo magazines.not by someone who thinks hes worth more than he is
