Im 61 years old and got my first tattoo from Travis. He is the most caring individual that you can imagine. I showed him my idea, one that was refused by another guy that calls himself a tattoo artist. Travis, drew up what I wanted, and done an excellent job. I highly recommend, him and Black Arrow Tattoo Co. Nice atmosphere, very clean, very respectable people. Travis, and Freddie, even interacted with my 7 year old grandson Pierce.

You can schedule a consultation online with one of the artists and look at their designs as well. I had the honor of getting two medium to large tattoos here from Freddie.

Freddie at Black Arrow Tattoo did a phenomenal job at capturing the beauty and detail I wanted.He took the time in our consult to discuss exactly what I wanted. Friendly and high service, first appointment great custom flash but layout wasnt exactly what I wanted so They happily rescheduled and created more . Never felt like an inconvenience, exactly opposite he really wanted to get it exactly the way I wanted it. Couldnt be happier with my art.

Black Arrow Tattoo is the best! The artists are great people, they are all LGBTQA friendly, and the shop is clean. The custom work they do is top notch, and they listen to their clients ideas and create quality designs based on those ideas. Their flash is also cool. I highly recommend them. Worth every penny!

All the artist there are amazing they can do just about anything you want from simple to dark to a memorial that helps you get through I would recommend them for any work you need please message them for a consultation you wont be disappointed at all.. luke Combs was my guy he did an amazing job he is very perceptive to your needs thank you luke.. They take cash and have an ATM in the back room.I cannot say enough AMAZING things about this place!!!! I absolutely, positively cannot recommend this place enough. The aesthetic is beautiful and relaxing, the service high end and so awesome, and the talent is unbelievable. I popped in on a Thursday afternoon with my design and placement idea in hand and they were able to get me in and out super fast. Lydia designed a piece to represent my daughters in unique butterflies for each, around a pink rose. This is a great place very clean. Great environment and great work. If there were 10 stars they would get it.

Ive been a customer throughout the years, and every time the location changes, or an artist leaves the shop, one thing has remained the same. Freddie. One of a kind, and one hell of an artist. NEA is lucky to have him, and spending a few minutes in a consultation with him will show you that. He will work with you, help you get your thoughts translated to an image that you will enjoy having on your body the rest of your life. Yes there are cheaper places but are they worth it? When looking for a reputable tattoo artist Freddy is your go to artist. He did a tattoo for a family member of mine and I cannot speak more highly of the experience. He listened to what they wanted, worked to design the perfect artwork, and was knowledgeable and professional throughout the entire experience. There are a lot of tattoo shops in the market but not all are equal. Black Arrow is clean, knowledgeable, locally owned and operated and just cannot be beat when it comes to experience. I had my nose pierced here last night, the employees were amazing. Lydia did a great job with me, we got along well, and she helped calm me down a lot since I was kinda freaking out about having a needle shoved through my nose. It was a great experience. I have gotten two tattoos from here and plan to continue getting the rest from Black Arrow. Both of mine were from different artists, Shannon and Lincoln, both came out amazing and was exactly what I wanted it to be and even better. The atmosphere is clean, modern, and friendly. They’re all really nice and quick and professional. They have always made sure I was positive I liked my design before tattooing it and was very thorough with the aftercare instructions. You could even message them on Facebook to set up an appointment instead of calling which I found helpful due to phone anxiety. If I could give more than 5 stars, I would!

Lydia designed a tattoo to signify my children of lilies and sage (Lily and Sagan) with a little bee above them (Julian, a baby I miscarried). She designed it beautifully and exactly to my specifications. Her colors, shading, and line work was impeccable. I couldn’t have asked for a better execution of my tattoo. Went to Black Arrow today for a nose piercing and had a wonderful experience. Lydia is who did the piercing and she was super sweet and informative of everyday care for the piercing as well as answered any questions I had. I didn’t feel rushed to let her pierce it. The atmosphere is really nice and clean it doesnt even look like a tattoo shop at all. Got the other side of my nose pierced and I was so scared cause I remember how bad the first one hurt. Lydia was really nice and professional and made sure I was comfortable. The piercing didnt really hurt as bad as I thought it would even two hours after getting it pierced. Will definitely be back!!

I have been trying to contact someone for almost three months now. I’ve gotten a few emails back from several of the artists but nothing after several weeks. Can’t get an appointment set at all. I had to go up to the actual shop and knock on the door and they just tell me to use the website which still isn’t working to get me in contact with someone. Also my boyfriend messages one of the artists for the first time a month after I’ve been trying and she messages HIM back within a MINUTE. Very unprofessional. I got a tattoo appointment set and done at a different place before any of them even bothered to message me back.

Black Arrow is the best place to get tattoos in North East Arkansas. Each artist is very serious about their work and consolation periods are serious and detailed. They are also very thorough with explaining how to treat your tattoo the following weeks and are even welcoming to reviewing it a few weeks later.

I have 5 tattoos and never in my life have I been at a tattoo place that say they can’t do anything. They said they can’t do lines, flowers, money sign, stars, or animals. Not good experience or service. Do not recommend

Travis created a one of a kind tattoo for my friend and I. He was very accommodating and patient with us! He was very precise and thorough.

I walked in at stood at the counter 10 min with three people behind the counter and they never looked up at me. I waited for someone to make eye contact and they never did. They weren’t with any other customer. I walked out and nobody ever said a word to me. I hear they do good work but I guess I’ll never know. I have zero tolerance for treatment like that when I’m spending my money.

A humble shop with more personality than you can shake a stick at. Ive known the crew for years and Ive not heard a complaint outa the door in half a decade. Ink, piercings, and if I had to take a guess Id say theres more to come. Get some Ink!

I would NOT recommend Zeke (I think thats his name). Really big fuzzy guy that wears a beanie and takes a LOT of time to set up his equipment and things, which pads the price of his tattoos. He did a good job on one tattoo, even though it wasnt what I wanted but a touch up on a rune that was perfect except for the color was ruined by him and I never got the chance to talk to them about making it right because I was in a near death car wreck and had so many other problems that now its been too long to even bring it up. The shape of the rune was perfect, it just needed to be a darker red. All he had to do was color in the lines. Now, its not even red! Or shaped right. I dont even have the money to get it fixed now.

Freddie was an absolute pleasure to work with! He did everything that I asked of him, no questions asked. I will definitely be going to him from now on!

If I could give this place a zero or negative stars I would. I got 3 birthdays done in roman numerals on my neck, out of the 3, ONLY 1 LINE was correct. The month, day, and year for 2 tattoos were incorrect. And common sense would say children couldnt even be born a few months apart in one year. And YES they knew I gave birth to these 3 myself. We spoke about it and about the loss of my third child.Also my husband has two words spelled incorrectly on him. The two words are touches and until. Both are mispelled so ridicuclously its like this was a joke.But we went at seperate times and a year apart.Were talked to like garbage when we showed what was messed up on us, so I dont feel bad for such a negative review when Id honestly never attack an entire business for one artists mess up, but COME ON.

I’ve called multiple times and no one would book me a simple tattoo appointment I was only told to go to their instagram pages. When I was finally out on a “list” it went 4 months with no response.
