Dew did an amazing job! I was very anxious when going into this decision but Dew made sure i knew everything was okay. He’s super down to earth and isn’t lying when he says he’s light handed. One of the coolest dudes you’ll ever meet, and a very joking person which is awesome when you’re scared. His work is phenomenal and i’m very happy with how this turned out!

This was my first tattoo and I’ll definitely be coming back! My mom and I came in with a tattoo we had in mind and found on the internet. Dew made it 10x better! He took the time to draw out the design and fix it up and it was perfect! He talked to us and was very light handed with my tattoo, I was nervous but he made me calm and didn’t hurt me at all! He took the time to work on us despite not having an appointment. I will be using him as my new artist!

I got this Tatoo from them and the wings look like two different butterfly wings the lines don’t look good my ink failed out and it just doesn’t look right I was so sad bc this was my first tattoo and it looks bad dont hate the people they were nice but the lady that did mine also did my grandma and hers got infected I just wanna go on here and tell yall my experience before yall spend your money.FYI: I have already had my tattoo fixed by an artist that said I had scar tissue from where she went to deep. My new artist also said she had no problem with me bleeding the ink out and advised me not to go back to the original artist . Also my grandmother had to take a round of antibiotics because her doctor told her it was infected. I’m not blaming the shop but the artist Jen because my family had gotten matching tattoos at that shop and it’s just weird that the only ones that turned out bad was the ones she did.

So Id like to start of by saying that Ive been going to Immortal Ink for years now, and I love every piece Ive had done. Secondly Id like to say anyone reading these reviews, and seeing a few people call Dew rude, and leaving bad reviews, its bullshit, he is bluntly honest, which personally Id prefer over someone beating around the bush or lying. He works at the bare minimum (and this is low balling it for sure) 60 hours a week doing the jobs of multiple people, and has the entire time Ive known him, and still takes the time out of his day to help everyone who comes in or calls. Quite frankly the amount of dedication he has for his business and his art is insane. Morgan and Jenn are amazing artists and people, they helped make sure my friend, who was a little faint after his first tattoo, was ok. I absolutely enjoy my time in the shop every time, and cant wait until my next visit.P.S. Baby is the best employee ever and I wont hear any criticisms on this matter.

Dew is very good artist! Got great service from them, very happy with his work will go back any time. he make you feel at home with his story and conversation while working you straight up just feel so relaxed while he works

My best friend and I came in for matching tattoos and I had my old one reworked as well. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful! Dew was absolutely amazing and explained everything throughout the process. He is light handed, so it didn’t really hurt and he made sure we were happy with our tattoos. This is the best experience I’ve ever had in a tattoo shop. I live 5 hours away, but I would definitely make the drive for my next tattoo! I highly recommend them to everyone.

What amazing people who run this place!!! My son had a tattoo done out of state and we had concerns about it. Dew took time to discuss next steps for my son’s tattoo and even gave him some lotion and instructions on how to care for it. We are so grateful! Highly recommend!!!

Only my 5th time ever in a chair but easily the best. I tasked Dew with redoing old work from another shop. 21 year old tribal arm band that I didnt want to cover up because it was my first. He took something I thought had no hope and made it a million times better. The line work, color, and details he added turned out perfectly. The appointment started right at the scheduled time, just an easy comfortable process from start to finish. Hope to return next month to cover up another piece.

I got my nose pierced a couple months back by Morgan and she did an amazing job!! She was super sweet and talked me through it!Yesterday, I was brave enough to get my first tattoo and Dew was awesome! He is very good with keeping you calm and he is super light handed!

My daughter and I went in for memorial tattoos and her ear piercings and it was a very pleasant experience. Everyone was very friendly and patient with us as we worked through our design and they were very thorough with explaining aftercare and that we could call or come by any time with questions. Will definitely return.

The folks at Immortal Ink are BEYOND awesome!!If you are a tattoo person and live in and around Jonesboro Arkansas, I HIGHLY recommend giving them a call and setting up an appointment.They accept walk ins on Saturdays up to 7:30pm, but it’s not a given. These folks are so good that chances are they won’t have an opening.They also do piercings!! Busy busy folks.Give them a shot, you won’t be disappointed!

Dew did an amazing piece on me today!! I absolutely love the vibe there and it feels so comfy when in the chair! Went in today for nipple piercings. The woman who did my piercings was great! Explained everything ahead of time, checked on me during the piercings and explained aftercare to me. Also advised me that if I had any issues that I could come back. Overall great experience! Thank you for your awesome work.

Brought my six year old here to have her ear pierced after a different shop pierced her crooked. They were amazing and patient with her. We will definitely use them for any future piercing or ink!

Very satisfied with our visit to Immortal Ink. I called on Tuesday evening and was able to get an appointment for 3 for tattoos on Thursday. We arrived early to see if we could add another to our appointment and they gladly obliged.Morgan completed 2 or the tattoos (hummingbird and word bracelet) and did them absolutely beautifully. Jen completed mine (coffee plant on ankle) and had to do some freehand work and she did excellent. She was very patient and empathic to the pain (ankle tattoos are the WORST). Dew completed the 4th tattoo and he was adamant about making the artwork a perfect representation of real boots. He worked tirelessly to ensure the art was perfect and he was very educational throughout the entire process.We truly appreciate everyone being so accommodating and getting our family in on short notice! We will definitely be returning on our next trip into town.

Made an appointment at 5. Got there at 450. As soon as I walked in, it smelled like a dog kennel. I waited for 15 min. No one came to the front, and I just stood there waiting. I could hear them talking and said hello more than once. I took that as a sign and left. I went downtown and got the most amazing tattoo

Me and my brother wanted a tattoo last minute and every other tattoo shop was booked at least a month out but immortal Ink was able to get me in two days later. I walked in and the two girls and the Dewey were very friendly and down to earth, I got my tattoo from Dewey and he was very enjoyable to talk to, he takes pride in his work, is passionate and very detailed in his line work. The younger lady tattooed my brother and she was quick but detailed and she did a great job my brother loved it! they even worked with Him on the tattoo he designed and helped him with it. Over all I had a great experience, and I would recommend it, just make sure you make an appointment! :)

My wife and I got matching tattoos the other day and are extremely pleased with the results. Dew took the time to explain everything to us and worked to get our designs exactly how we wanted them. Will definitely be back for more!

Had my ear lobes pierced. After healing studs removed I tried wearing hoops for special occasion. One hole was obviously crooked causing the hoop to hang sideways. I reached out to them and was told to just put the studs back in for 9-12 more months. They may be fine for tattoos but wouldn’t recommend for piercings.

Jaden did a phenomenal job. From the minute I walked in the door to the moment I walked out I felt taken care of. Beyond thankful for the service and professionalism of everyone at the shop

Owner is disrespectful to all his employees, and is horribly unkind with mid tier work at best. Would not recommend the owner as an artist, but overall the rest of the artists do amazing. (Not a client posting on behalf of a client that wished to stay anonymous)Your response is why my review was left, because of your poor treatment of others. Im here on behalf of a client who has seen your treatment and not wanting to be ridiculed by you as you are now doing to me. Please correct yourself and learn how to properly reply to clients in an appropriate manner. Thank you.

Got my first tattoo there Wednesday and I love it so much, the lady who doen my tattoo was so sweet and really fun to talk to. The first person I asked about the tat seemed a little over priced. Immortal ink was my 2nd call their price was only half of the 1st guy. Now Im planning the rest of the tattoos to go with my Taurus constellation. Thank you guys so much for my first amazing tat. Plus my kid wants their ears pierced, this is who were going to when we get them done.

If I could give a lower rating I would, I’m a grown man with his own company, im my own boss called asked about getting a fave tattoo for my father and they said they refused because of their Christian values which I respect, but it’s my body my choice you guys are a pathetic shop when it comes to having morals? Your Christian morals you tattoo for a living do not go here. BTW I’m in my late 20’s with my own company not a SoundCloud rapper.

Very clean and nice environment with really cool people! just remember men are more heavy handed when it comes to tattoos but morgan did my 2nd tattoo and i’m obsessed ! will definitely be going back to her ! and they have a very sweet service dog named baby who helped with my anxiety with getting my first tattoo!

Words can not express how HAPPY I am with this. The words were already done before I got to Immortal so it was already special because my mom wrote that before she passed and I had it tattooed on. The flowers are my son and daughter’s birth flowers and they (my son and daughter) drew them out themselves. My daughter got the same flowers tattooed on her so it was just a very special moment captured by a GREAT PLACE, Immortal Ink. This place took care of us, our needs and were extremely helpful and friendly. I’m already planning my next tattoo at IMMORTAL INK as this will definitely be my place from now on! Thanks you guys! I’m a very picky person when it comes to getting tattoos and I’ll say this place was amazing! The lining was perfect, they were very patient and professional, and overall I really recommend this place especially if ur wanting something with a lot of detail. Thank yall again it looks great!!

I used to be a regular at immortal and would go to jaden. he’s done all of my tattoos to this day and a month or so ago he became fully licensed and moved out of his apprenticeship, so he wanted to grow in his career and try a new shop. this upset dew and he made an incredibly unprofessional post on the shops facebook page, and is now deleting all of the comments of people defending jaden from dews post. dew has always been very abrupt and rude any time i was in the shop, which has now been upwards of 10 times. jenn and morgan have always been very sweet though, but dew is rude, unprofessional, and greedy. i will now follow jaden to his new shop, not just out of loyalty but also because of the fact i wouldn’t let dew tattoo me if HE paid ME and i would never support a dude with the attitude he has.

Was told I get a free touch up, called to schedule one tried explaining my problem he wouldnt let me speak kept interrupting me telling me about how swamped he was, when I was just trying to explain my situation and he was just rude for no reason.Overall wouldnt recommend just because the support they provide after you pay and leave

First of all Ive never been in a real tattoo parlor and second its not a parlor at all.it was a nice relaxing atmosphere that reminded me of a Drs office/ my own living room. Very professional experience, friendly staff, until you wake him up. who makes sure of your comfort.I was really impressed with the way they made me feel.I made an appointment not knowing exactly what I wanted he asked me what I like and very quickly and professionally drew up something that was what I was looking for in a tattoo.Thanx Josh.If youre wanting a tattoo or just wanting to discuss a tattoo. also, Free touch ups for life time.the only reason Im giving 3 stars instead of the five they deserve is simple. Needs to separate personal from the business. I was certain theyd have another telephone number for the business, possibly a recording of what time they actually open and a separate line for personal use..Sorry to say thats the most unprofessional way to run a business unless youre selling used tires on the weekends.

Dew has done two tattoos now for my nephew. David is 35 yrs old with special needs and loves wrestling very much. He was very good with David and David loves his tattoos!! I got a tattoo and piercing the other day and both turned out great! I explained the meaning behind my tattoo and my poor self image and they made me feel so comfortable! My artist (Dew) was super light handed and I barely felt a thing! They was all amazing! The piercing went so fast I almost didn’t realize it was done!

I visited this studio with some friends to get some very simple small tattoos. We walked in and no one in line and no appointments and still waited over an hour to go back. 3 different people did our tattoos since there were 4 of us and I sat down with my artist and started my tattoo and found out half way through my tattoo that he was an apprentice and had been only for a few months. Nothing was mentioned to be before my tattoo started. My lines on my tattoo ended up spotty and uneven even on some dots. The worst tattoo I’ve gotten and the simplest one I’ve gotten.i could not see it because it is behind my ear and he said the lines are wavy because he followed the stencil… everyone else I was with has great tattoos and no issues.After getting home I called the studio because I was extremely unhappy with how my tattoos came out and I got a response the next morning from the shop owner. He gave me a list of excuses for the artist that did my tattoo but was also very disappointed in his work as well. He said I could come back on so he could try to fix his work. We did end up making the 2 hour drive again because I again was not happy. We arrived 15 minutes early to the time we discussed and waited 45 minutes after that just to go back. Once we got back he did fix them to where they looked better but his ultimate end response was “I think we can end it here and you can take it to you guys in st.Louis in a months to see what he can do” I left a little happier and with my money back but I still would not go back. They also send you home with scented lotion and are not allowed to wrap your tattoos no matter what. They also have a dog running around the shop up to customers and the artist with free range and beds everywhere which is not sanitary in any means. I would not recommend visiting immortal ink tattoo at all.

I recently got a leg sleeve and my tongue pierced here and me and my family love it here, we only come here for any tattoos and piercings, it’s a super friendly environment and family friendly. the artists are sweethearts and talk to you like true friends.

Hands down some of the best service I’ve had! They were super quick, clean and friendly. Went on a flash sale day and it was EXTREMELY hectic but these lovely artists were still super kind to everyone who stepped through the door. With the amount of foot traffic I figured I’d be there for a while but they had me in and out as quickly as they could! I recommend these lovely people anyday! Had a double nose piercing done, lady was super rough as she yanked the piercing through. Same day, the studs were receded into my nose, even with ibuprofen and ice pack as directed. $70 waste of money, wouldnt recommend their piercing services.

Appointment was at 1 but I live 30 min away so i left around 12:30 while i was driving i got a text that the appointment was moved to 1:30 so i had to wait a little bit in my car me and my friend and i go in and they tell us someone showed up 40 mins late for there appointment so they told us to give them 30 min we are completely okay with that because that’s not there fault after an hour of waiting they said to wait 30 min me and my friend start to get agitated cause we were supposed to be getting are tattoos done 2 hours ago me and my friend wanted these vine tattoos his was on his hand and was quite small and mine was a little bigger but very simple after waiting an hour we wait another 20 min for them to tell us it’s going to be $320 each so $640 in total which i think is absolutely outrageous cause i got a bigger tattoo with more detail on my back for $140 so we went to the other tattoo place as a walk in and payed a total of $360 and only waited 20 min. Id give them zero stars if i could thanks for wasting my time guys👍🏼

I recommend Immortal ink to anyone getting new ink, touchups, cover ups, etc. Super friendly, unbeatable prices and Dew was great. Ive had several tattoos over the years but he has the lightest hand and the cleanest work around. He absolutely nailed my tattoo, it turned out 1000 times better than I could even imagine!

Thanks for doing my abstract colored lion. I know it was a complicated work that I asked for but Dew nailed it. Dew did it in good amount of time and at a great price. Went on to get my first tattoo with my kids and everyone was so kind and amazing. I was super nervous because Im afraid of needles but Jaden did an amazing job and they were all helping with my nerves. Was super quick and such a great experience. Will be worth the drive to come see them again. Would definitely recommend them.

We went there today to get my daughter’s belly button pierced and the staff was so friendly. She was nervous but they were so professional and took their time with her, making her feel totally comfortable. The shop was super clean, which made us feel really at ease. We have a lot of tattoos and piercings (done in a different state) but this was our first in AR. I’m so glad we found this shop. When we called ahead, the guy on the phone was friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. He made sure we brought everything needed since she’s just 16. Made sure to tell us that she needed to eat something before coming in. Overall a really awesome experience and my husband is already talking about getting his next tattoo there. Lol I think they’ve made new customers for life now.

I loved immortal ink! The artist helped me make a tattoo I found on Pinterest my own. It’s beautiful and I love it! They also have a service dog there for emotional support which I loved! Dew tattooed me and he is very easy to talk to. You can tell he is passionate about his work. Will go back!

Had my first tattoos done here a couple days ago by Dew. He is an amazing and very talented artist. He took the time to make sure we were on track with what I wanted done and did a wonderful job perfecting my sweet baby girls footprint. I was very pleased with both of my tattoos and the great service and quality. He was very friendly and also very compassionate about the personal reason for the special tattoos. I would highly recommend him and wouldnt hesitate to go to him again for another.

Came in as a family of 6 to get matching tattoos. They took us same day and we’re very friendly. Dew made sure to let us know every detail about our tattoo (which we ended up loving). Very fair pricing and quick service considering there was 6 of us. Would definitely go back and recommend !

This is me and my wifes third tattoo by Immortal Ink. The shop is very laid-back and we have been tattooed by Dew and Morgan, and both have been great experiences. None of our tattoos have scarred and they make sure that every piece is absolutely perfect to your liking. I called Dewey as he was trying to get from Paragould to Jonesboro during the ice storm we just had. He not only made it to the shop, but let me come as a walk In THAT SAME DAY! He did two quick tattoos and then got to me. I basically needed a cover up:fix up on an old tattoo. He was knowledgeable, professional, and most of all, really good! Very accommodating and priced very fairly. He met me at my budget which allowed me to leave him a well deserved tip. Detailed after care instructions were given, and I will be scheduling a time for him to finish up my sleeve. Highly recommend! On his behalf, please be courteous like he his, and call ahead and be a little patient. You won’t have to be for very long and will be well worth the wait

It was horrible! Went for a nose piercing and left bleeding! Don’t use the old female! Will not EVER visit them again. Which is crazy since the owner did a tattoo several years ago for me with no issues!Like I said at first, she was horrible and it was a horrible experience. I don’t remember grabbing her and I would never spit on anyone so try again. She wanted to try again and I told her no and tried to check my face because blood was running down my face. I tried to remain calm and didn’t get an attitude until she said I grabbed her. Like I told her I don’t remember grabbing her and spitting that’s a new one. You don’t have to worry, I will never visit your shop again! Friends with my brother or not!

I came from San Marcos Texas to get tattooed by Dew. He did the most amazing job on my first big tattoo. I am speechless with the amount of detail and precision he put it and am absolutely in love with it.

The best tattoo shop around. Dew does amazing work and gives his honest opinion if he thinks the tattoo will look better a different way. Not to mention he is hilarious and makes the process enjoyable. It is a very laid back environment, I highly recommend this place. Most of the time they are able to get you in very quickly. They also offer free touch ups.

I went to this place on my birthday last month. It was a special birthday to me this year because months ago I almost lost my life and it was a blessing to see another birthday. I wanted to get a nose piercing as a form of self care. My birthday was on a Monday and a lot of places were closed that day including the place I originally wanted to go to. My daughters step mother said she went to this place to get work done and she was happy with the work and staff so I picked them. The lady that pierced my nose seemed nice and getting the piercing didnt hurt at all. The adrenaline rush was everything! I even talked about coming back and getting more work done. Unfortunately the jewelry started to embed into my nose after a couple of days which means either the post was too short or the stud was too small (found this out later). I went back and the lady pushed the jewelry upward to where the stud is out of the nose and the post is expose. I was told to leave it for a few days, continue to put ice on my nose and take ibuprofen and if it happened again the jewelry would be changed. I followed directions then the jewelry started embedding into my nose again. I called the shop to see if someone could look at it and this guy told me they werent working on piercings that day and to keep taking ibuprofen and ice on my nose. My kids step mom urged me to go up to the shop anyway and tell someone to look at my nose. I went to the shop and a lady politely told me to come back Monday. At this point it was a Saturday, they did look extra busy so I agreed to come back. By the time came back a scab had formed over the piercing but the same lady that pierced it was able to dig it out. The jewelry wasnt changed but just pushed upwards like the last time. I was told things like this happen sometimes. Mind you if the jewelry is pushed up like that it can and will get snagged on stuff and/or fall out. I had the piercing for two whole weeks before it came out and since it fell out hours before they opened the hole had already closed. I had also lost the jewelry on the way up there. The lady that had pierced me told me to let a lady named Morgan pierce me because she uses different jewelry. I was so disappointed and I felt cheated. I wasted my money and all I have to show for it is the spot on my nose where the piercing used to be. I wish I could get my money back but I know thats not happening. I wont tell you not to come here just because my experience was bad. Do your own research on different piercings and places that do it. If you do come here and you want a nose piercing ask for Morgan. Keep in mind if the jewelry comes out and gets lost you will have to pay I think $22 to replace it and if you need to get pierced again its an additional $40. Even after this experience I still want my nose pierced and I look forward to the day when I can get it re done. Stay blessed 😊

Service was great from the phone call all the way to the end of my visit. Dew did my tattoo and he went above and beyond to make my tattoo look even better than I imagined it! I really love coming here I came here when I got my second tattoo and went there again for my third. The first time I went in for my third I went in and they took a while to get to me I went and talked to them and immediately, Dew, my favorite artist there came out and talked to me and explained what happened and he offered to do my tattoo the next day and helped me figure out exactly how I wanted to personalize the tattoo I wanted. He was extremely helpful and even during the tattoo when I was struggling to keep going he kept talking to me and trying to comfort me while we were finishing. It’s a great experience to go there and I hope this review leads more people to come in and have a great experience too!

I have wanted a particular tattoo for years, but wanted to make sure it would be done right. Every time I see someone with quality ink, I ask where they had it done and its almost always at Immortal. When my (adult) daughter was ready for her septum piercing, I took her to Immortal. They were professional, courteous, quick, and friendly. Well definitely be returning customers. Got a tattoo from Dew a couple days ago and will definitely be going back. Just hated to see the comments and reviews he has gotten because from the beginning I could tell he was a nice guy and has a passion about his job. He put so much work into every detail of my tattoo and made sure I loved everything about it before and after getting it. Most tattoo artist throw you the after care and instructions and expect you to read and do on your own. NOT WITH DEW! He made sure I understood everything down to the good and bad ingredients in the stuff I should and shouldn’t use and why. Tattoos shouldn’t be slapped on and paid for and you don’t get that with Dew he is great at his job and very hard working!

During my time at immortal ink I dealt with constant callbacks and rescheduling. Every tattoo I showed them for reference they told me it would be too hard or take too much time. They then would proceed to half a$$ my tattoo and up-charge me. 10/10 would not recommend.

My experience with Immortal Ink can only be described as phenomenal. I contacted the shop on a Saturday afternoon and Dew communicated an accurate time frame of what time I needed to be there so well that my job was started immediately after I walked in the door. Morgan was my artist and I couldnt not have been more pleased with the amazing job she did. The entire experience at Immortal Ink was top-notch across the board, very clean, and the artists were very professional yet personable at the same time. My tattoo was honoring my Grandfather who passed away a little over a year ago and means a lot to me. Im glad I chose these guys and can say without a doubt I will use them again.

I absolutely love both my tattoos done here! I am a bit of a baby and Morgan kept a fan on for me and was calm with me! Love my half wolf tat! They took the time to match it up with my husband! Poor Dew I know I prolly got on his nerves with my low low pain tolerance but he was so calm, he constantly tried to talk me through it and even used numbing cream to help ease it up some! It was a challenge but the tattoo he designed was so beautiful it was worth all the pain! I absolutely adore my elephant tattoo! Thank you and your shop for being so wonderful! No matter what anyone says, the shop may be chaotic at times but they do their best and make sure your happy!

Stopped by while I was in town to get a small but cool tattoo on my left arm. Mr. Dew performed the tattoo and was excellent with the process. If I am in the area next time I will for sure go back.

Got a tattoo done by Morgan and she was very very nice and friendly! Tattoo is good too! Only reason I would give 4 instead of 5 stars is because my appointment was at 2, then got pushed back to 4, then 5, then finally 5:30 due to short staff. But they apologized to me Multiple times and even offered me a deal for the wait. I understand these types of things and it was not their fault the wait was so long! Overall I would recommend this place and Morgan for simple tattoos!

Wonderful people! Came after a bad experience my friend and I had at Mutiny Tattoo. They were very helpful to my friend who got a botched piercing and we were both given proper instructions on how to care for the piercings and how they should care for their botched piercing. My first Experience here was amazing! David was my artist and the work he did was sooo great! It’s still my favorite tattoo to this day! My friend got tatted by Dew, it was amazing as well. They were both great, friendly, respectable, and make the atmosphere of the shop calming & relaxing!My second trip to the shop however wasn’t the best, I got tatted by Morgan, my lines were messy, there was a spot in the tattoo that shouldn’t have even been there and it was a super simple basic tattoo. My friend also got tatted by Morgan, and her tattoo was completely unprofessional looking, messy lines, bad coloring, etc. She got it fixed at another shop.Good & bad experiences, all & all is come back to see Dew & David anytime!

I have been here to get my first two pieces done, and already planning a third, and more. The atmosphere and professionalism shocked me at first because I had contacted a number of different shops and met with either an attitude or ridiculously high price over the phone. Dew and Morgan are extremely talented artists and they will go an extra mile to make sure your piece is right by you. Im just sad i can only give 5 stars, they honestly deserve more than that for all they do.

One of the most comfortable shops I’ve been to. The owner was a down to earth guy and had plenty of hobbies so talking throughout the tattoo helped take my mind of it and go by quicker. The rest of the staff is accommodating and easy to talk to making sure the visit isn’t feeling isolated or long.

Awesome experience! Extremely happy with tattoo. I had a wonderful experience at Immortal Ink. My Tattoo was done by David. At first I was a little apprehensive due to his age - but WOW. He is as talented as he is patient with a strong determination to make the art beautiful and perfect. I had brought in the wrong design - because it was in Arabic, I did not notice it until I was in the shop. David helped me find the correct artwork on line but was unable to print it out (not his fault) - however, that did not deter him! He drew the design freehand (complicated script) and it was perfect and beautiful. He made sure the design was exactly where I wanted it (to the nanometer) before he started. It is beautiful, with detail, flourishes, and tiny marks. The owner was so helpful. He spent a lot of time discussing the proper way to car for the Tattoo, as well as general conversation.

If you receive a tattoo with lifetime touch ups.. it will not be honored. I’ve been trying to get my tattoo touched up since it was received. It’s barely visible, but because I’m not a new service and a touch up is free… it hasn’t been abled to be fixed! The reception (I’m assuming) is not professional and very rude told me for future reference call before I come even though it was a scheduled appointment! Save your money!!!!!

Awesome place. Very clean and professional. Dew tried very hard to fit me into the schedule as a walk-in, even called me when the other artist arrived. They do free touch- ups for life as long as you dont use certain products on your healing tattoo. Ill def be back. Their base minimum price is only $30. I paid $40 for mine. Its almost the size of a quarter.

I have gotten 3 tattoos from Clay and even on my very first tattoo he was so sweet and gentle as he could be about everything. He joked and made me feel so relaxed. Definitely going back to see him even if he is an hour and half away! These guys are amazing!

Went there this past Saturday for a good amount of work on my right arm. Despite being swamped and backed up we still had a very little wait! (I have waited HOURS in other shops) I absolutely LOVE the work Morgan did! She nailed perfect line work on tiny stars and music notes. And my Inner bicep piece has drawn a lot of attention! I’ll gladly send people that way! Will definitely be back for more soon!And Dew May come off as rude, but when you deal with rude customers for the amount of time he has, you tend to become very blunt! I went there in the start of October for a industrial bar piercing and the service was PHENOMENAL! They where super professional and very nice to me, I was a little scared of getting it done and the lady explain to me and walked me through it. It was not super expensive and the piercing looks great! Its definitely a piercing you have to keep up with. It’s also a very nice and comfortable place to be in all the workers seem like they have a family there and they are all so nice to one another! I will definitely will be returning for a tattoo as soon as I can! If your looking at this place to be a place to get a piercing it’s the way to go! Also, they price very cost efficient I have seen other places that cost up to 80$ for a industrial.

Just run water on it in the shower it say! When I know an open wound should be clean with more than just water! The lady that did it was nice don’t get me wrong! My piercing did not heal in 2 months like it should’ve!

I was so nervous because this was such a personal tattoo for me. After battling cancer like a Valkyrie (my nickname during treatment) I wanted the wings but something special, so I wanted to cross the tips over like an awareness ribbon. Not the pink lapel kinds, but a giant F.U. to cancer kind. Dew was kind and thoughtful and went through nearly a dozen drafts until we got what I was picturing in my head. Zero ego, no “this is my art” kinda Thing you might encounter elsewhere. He took suggestions and corrections and constantly reminded me that “you will be wearing this forever so *I* work for you to get it right.” And he did. I’m so happy with the results I could cry. Professional and flawless work. Engaging atmosphere and we chatted the whole time. ADAMANT about walking me through aftercare rather than a push out to the door to get to the next client. I would give him 10 stars if I could, and recommend him to everyone without hesitation.

It was very professional and a very comforting experience. Morgan is the lady who did my tattoo and pericing and she was amazing. This was my first tattoo and pericing and she walked me through it the entire time. Overall an amazing experience, ill definitely be back.

Dew did a FANTASTIC JOB on the tattoo I wanted.! He said he even liked the font i chose because no one has chosen this 1 before. I got the semicolon tattoo with Im Still Here. I called one day and made an appointment for a consultation and the next week I had the exact art that I wanted. It took six hours but it went by fast because of the atmosphere of the shop. Everyone one was very friendly and made my time there enjoyable. And did I say that my tattoo was awesome? Exactly what I was looking for!!!

Great experience at immortal ink Dew did a great job on my tattoo he is very adamant about making sure your satisfied with his work. I plan on more tattoos in the future and I will be going back because I wanna make sure to have an artist that knows what he is doing . His prices were very fair.
