Rania was amazingly attentive and supportive as I was nervous for my toddler daughter to get her ears pierced. I deeply appreciated how she explained everything to me and helped me navigate my daughter’s tears. When we got home, my two year old said “my earrings are beautiful” and “Mommy this is the best ever”. She always yearns for my earrings and necklaces, so it is great that we can now wear jewelry together.Thank you, Rania!
Kadeem and Rania we’re absolutely phenomenal. I went in thinking that my second and third hole piercings were closed. They took a look, and without even charging me, helped me put my earrings back in. They were professional and super sweet. I would highly recommend this store in King of Prussia Mall to anyone looking to get their ears pierced.
Kadeen has done both of my daughters 1st ear piercings as well as my 4 nieces. She is amazing! So patient with the young kids and did a great job!
Kadeen did my second piercing on my ears and did such a wonderful job, they look amazing. After my piercing, she had noticed my license was left behind and got ahold of me right away. Unfortunately, I was already on my way home and live an hour away. Kadeen was extremely nice enough to mail my license to me. I really appreciated her professionalism, honesty, and kindness. Highly recommend.
Kadeen pierced my ears and did a great job! She was so informative of the process, helped me decide on which earrings I wanted to pierce with, and was fun to talk to!
Great service even better people came in to buy a earrings left with a necklace, supper happy with my purchase and with the customer service, I came in close to 9 pm (their closing time) and they helped me out with no rush even helped me try on different necklaces! Will definitely be back !

My 5 year old decided today was the day she wanted to get her ears pierced! I was nervous that she would be too afraid when we arrived but Ashley did such a wonderful job of talking her through everything and making her feel at ease. The whole experience was perfect and my girl is so proud of herself!
After reading several negative reviews online, I was a little worried about bringing my daughters in but we ended up having a wonderful experience.Ruby was incredible! So friendly and helpful! She took her time explaining the procedure and after-care, as well as sanitizing her workstation and hands in between each piercing. Both my daughters are very happy with their new earrings!
I had a phenomenal experience with Ashley. I cannot recommend this place enough. This will be my go to place for buying all of my jewelry. She weighed out all of my different options, pulled from the display case, brought her manager over who was modelling one of the nose rings I wanted, and she let me know about their promotions that were going on. Very happy with my experience!!!!!

I went for one cartilage piercing and explained lady there what I wanted to do. However, the lady there sold me a pair without explaining well. When I realised I was sold a pair I asked if it could be refunded but she denied. I then offered a friend to use the set to get her piercing done as I was not planning to use. She said it was not possible, whereas my friend also had done piercing in the same company shop elsewhere but it got closed. The lady was rude took the remaining set and broke the package and handed me, just the stud when I had already paid $82for it!! This was very ridiculous and rude. I will check with US consumer rights team to check my rights here!! Can anyone break the package in front of you when you have already paid for it!!!!
Customer service needs to be a whole lot better. A lady with glasses helped me. Went to pierce a customer ears because they were before me. Came back over to help someone else as I was waiting for her to finish so I could make a purchase. I did not make a big deal about but she knew I was next. All I wanted was to purchase earrings for my daughter. The manager with the braids could have stepped in to help but all she did was stare at a piece of paper and left right afterwards. I worked in retail and know how it is but she knew she was wrong not helping who was honestly next. Other ladies that I’ve dealt there in the past were much better than the help I got from the lady wearing glasses that day.
I was pieced with the hand-held pressurized device on my ear lobe and it was surprisingly very painless. You could barely feel it, and the pain went away in like 5 mins.
We were very impressed with how professional and hygienic the process was. Our daughter barely flinched. The instructions were clear, and the follow up was great
The girls were really nice just not sure what the point of making the reservation was. I showed up at 4 (the time I made the reservation for). There were a ton of walk ins waiting. They told me it didn’t really matter that I had an appointment, I had to sign in and wait for everyone else in front of me that didn’t make an appointment. Was there for almost an hour with my 6 month old so that was kinda disappointing 😞

They are the worst DO NOT GET YOUR CHILDREN’S EARS PIERCED OR BUY ANY JEWELRY FROM THERE!!!! Every last one of them is rude and should be fired especially that bugged eyed one and manager. The disrespect is not called considering what type of job you do. Your customer service skills was trash. Only one person was nice during my visit and I think she said her name was niki. Niki thank you for helping me and my daughter you are greatly appreciated but your associates all of them needs to be fired immediately!!!! Man handle somebody child then got the nerve to catch a attitude when I’m spending my money. Will result in a LAWSUIT!!
Cadeen/Kadeen (sp?) was amazing with our 11 year old. Thorough, helpful, and kind - and the piercings were quick, painless, and even. Thank you!Also, the maps in the mall and on Google are wrong - it is not located near Bloomingdales but the other side of the mall right in front of Claires near the original food court. They said they requested for the maps to be corrected several times but it hasnt been done yet.
We went yesterday and my 11 year old daughter was very nervous. The woman who pierced her was so patient and calming and did a great job. Both ladies there yesterday were very nice and took their time and were very diligent. Highly recommend.

Ashley was absolutely AMAZING!!! She was so informative and professional. She took her time to make sure everything was perfect before she pierced me. I was pretty much painless. I only cried because I was so happy with the results. I live in West Oak Lane and I waited until I can back to KOP because I wanted to go here. I’m so glad picked this shop.
What youd expect. Mediocre experience. Piercer was cordial if a bit annoyed. She wasnt impolite to my daughter or anything but she also wasnt exactly supportive. Expectations arent exactly high, and TBF she didnt exceed or subceed them. Curt, i guess, best describes our experience. Curt, blunt, to the point, not in a rude way, but in the way only comes from a work life full to the brim with nonstop people. If nothing else, she was swift and expedient with a general efficiency that stems from experience.Beware the scams they try to get you to opt in to at the end. The $7 x2 peircing protection plan. Basically you get 1 year in case the piercing closes up. Then theres the $13 solution they want to sell you. Which is, you guessed it, just rubbing alcohol. So no. Dont buy these.In all, a good experience. If you want more care and personal connection, go to your local tattoo shop or piercing parlor.
Ashley was literally the sweetest ever and so helpful. She made us aware of everything and she took her time to make sure everything was perfect. She explained her process of measuring the distance between each piercing since this was my third. I’m obsessed with the results and I would definitely recommend.
Stood at the counter for 20 minutes trying to get the sales associates attention. I decided I would come back- about an hour I revisited and again was left standing there for 15 minutes. I asked for help as I knew exactly what I was going to purchase. Without even looking at me she held up one finger, in what I assume was an attempt to tell me ‘give me a moment’ another 5-10 minutes went by and not a word was spoken to me, no one even approached me directly.A simple, “hey can you give me a moment” would have gone a long way but to be blatantly ignored and dismissed was not it. I would go ANYWHERE else for business at this point.
Brought my daughter to get her 2nd holes pierced. It started fine.. chose the ear rings ($64).. the woman then rings me up and the total is now $100 bc of everything the woman added without asking me first. I asked why my total jumped up so quickly and the woman says(very rudely) I told you about this! First of all, no you didnt and if you had I would have declined all the extra stuff considering Claires is right there and I could have gotten the cleaning solution WAY cheaper there but we can move forward. She then marks my daughters ears unevenly so I mention that the 1 hole needs to be moved out a little. Thats when the woman really got nasty with me. The manager(with blue hair) walks over and asks what the problem was.. got a tiny bit of the story, looks at the woman about to pierce my daughters ear and says(again with a nasty attitude) Do it where she wants it and if it rips, thats on them!The attitude of these woman was disgusting. Incredibly rude. You ladies are in the wrong line of work with that attitude. Ill never give my money to piercing pagoda ever again. Unacceptable!

Despite not having a lot of pieces available for piercings, my experience here was fantastic! My friend and I went to get our 2nd/3rd lobe piercings. We were helped by Shakira, who went above and beyond in making sure we were happy with placement. She was so patient with us and her service was phenomenal. Definitely going back for more piercings!
Well I went to get triple lobe piercing and they didn’t have one of the stud pairs I needed on top of having such a limited selection for piercing earrings ☹️. So I ended up just getting doubles for now. While I was getting pierced some old Asian lady was all in my face, had no idea who she was so that was uncomfortable. I also was charged for aftercare product that was not even mentioned before I used my card...
You really need to update the location AND the mall’s directory. We went on a wild goosechase thanks to google and the mall directory claiming its inside of bloomingdales ON THE OTHER HALF of the mall, however its in the same exact spot as 15yrs ago, the last time i was here. Ik the mall had updated entirely so i turned to google having not been here in so long so to be sent on this hunt was ridiculous when it was exactly where i remembered the location to be 😡

Store associates were so rude - would of gotten my piercings done if they acted the tiniest bit interested in me & didn’t give me attitude for every question I asked. Also one of the associates was doing her make up in the mirror- curling her eyelashes to be exact. Extremely unprofessional will be looking other places to get pierced.
They were mostly polite but my piercing were just awful. They were completely uneven and out of line. I went for the 1st and 2nd holes and both are just so uneven and my ears got infected multiple times from the cleaning solution. I had to let my 1st and 2nd hole close and get them re-pierced later. It is also extremely expensive i would just recommend going to a tattoo place where it is cheaper and cleaner
Terrible customer service. Went for an ear piercing and the dude tried to ring me up on items that I didn’t purchase and also overcharged me twice. When I tried to get a refund was hostile and showed no sense of remorse. The guy that I was purchasing from was so rude. Short little lanky guy with glasses. Should definitely be fired. Will never come back here again and management or the owner needs to do better background checks when hiring staff.

I got about six nose rings all of it costing about $130 and the material of all of the nose rings is flimsy they break constantly they barely fit in my nose. Do not buy nose rings from here.
If I could give them zero stars and report this entire kiosk I would. They opened a credit card in my name that I never authorized, then the manager lied to me and said I was informed.Horrible! Disgusting scammers !

Went there tonight to look at some earrings and when I said excuse me to the sales associate with clear glasses and she was very rude about me saying excuse me so your employees are not the best than I went back and tried to do the same thing but I got no help at all so I feel like your employees could be better at customer service
The people I see here are new from a year ago , they mentioned new management and it has been the best decision they made for this place. The girls are so helpful and even with the crazy holiday season they are very attentive . I love coming here now!
The store associates were so rude. I stood there for 10 minutes before i had to ask to look at something. When i asked for help the store associate got annoyed and gave me an attitude while she continued to talk to her friend. It was so unprofessional and if i had another place to go i would have. Never going back

The male has done horrible wrong piercing to my 6 years old daughter.The hole in one ear is not straight horizontally, but from up to down like vertically.This place should be closed.They injure the people.
