Milan, Sarah, and Kadia were SO wonderful and made me so comfortable during my consultation and first tattoo removal session! They were very informed and answered all of my questions with detail. It’s such a great environment and I highly recommend doing your tattoo removal here!

I came in for a consultation and ended up getting my first treatment. I was incredibly hesitant and nervous about the pain, since I had one procedure done somewhere else prior to this one at Removery (almost ten years ago), and that one was a horrible experience. Milan reassured me that I’d do well at Removery, and she was right! She was very patient and understanding, listened to my concerns and helped me as I went back and forth about moving forward. When the time finally came, the process was under a minute (my tattoo is about 3 in wide), and Alex was so kind and quick. It was uncomfortable but nothing like I had experienced elsewhere. I look forward to my next few sessions and fully removing my tattoo. Thank you!

I was a little nervous about getting tattoo removal, but from the first consultation to my most recent session, Removery has been absolutely fantastic. The staff is incredibly professional and knowledgeable. They explained the whole process clearly, answered all my questions patiently, and even set realistic expectations about the number of sessions I might need (which ended up being exactly right!).The facility is spotless and comfortable, and they even offer flexible scheduling which was a huge plus for me.Now, after just a few sessions, my unwanted tattoo is already significantly faded. First time going and was pleasantly surprised! Nice, clean environment with the nicest staff who are knowledgeable and thorough. They give you lots of payment options. I was nervous it was going to be the most painful experience and it was not - literally the same amount of pain during a tattoo session but faster. If you can sit 1+ hrs for a tattoo you can sit through this. They also ice the tattoo area beforehand and give you a stress ball during treatment. Pain afterwards feels the same as a sunburn. So glad I found this place and can’t wait to continue my tattoo removal journey!

Amazing staff!! The girls there are the sweetest and take the time to make sure you’re comfortable and explain the whole process. The process is super easy but a little painful, not nearly as painful as getting the tattoo though. The entirety of the removal does take long so you have to be patient!! Not only am I happy to get my tattoo removed but I’m so happy I picked an amazing place!

It’s very hard to find amazing customer service nowadays but the service here is WONDERFUL everyone was super nice from the moment I walked in the door. I was immediately greeted by the nice young ladies at the front desk and the building being super clean and spotless was just a plus to Everything. Big shoutout to Milan for being super super sweet and taking her time to explain everything with as much detail as possible without sounding like she’s forcing me to get started that same exact day. I havent begun the removal process yet, but, after chatting with Milan, I feel confident that it will be as effective as it could be. The tattoos themselves are their own frustration-filled story, but visiting Removery was reassuring. I think Milan struck a perfect balance between professional and amiable. She was informative and humorous. Any questions I had received thorough, kind answers. Ill be spending an unfortunate sum on the actual process, but the idea of returning to that comfortable building with its kind employees makes it feel not so bad. Milan herself was the lady who helped me collect information and schedule my first session. I also had the pleasure of chatting with Gill. They both empathized with my frustration about my tattoo mishaps as well as encouraged me about future possibilities with removal and even getting tattoos redone.The last thing Ill say is, when you go to get a tattoo, speak up for yourself. If something feels off, you will save yourself so much trouble if you speak up before you get inked as opposed to hoping for the best and having to get laser work done afterward.Its an expensive lesson Im learning but a necessary one.(The pictures attached are before any removal is done. Plus, I put some Aquaphor on, so dont mind the shine.)

Highly recommended Removery located in KOP! I have been in the process of removing a tattoo on my upper back that I got about 10 years ago. I just completed my 3rd session and am already so happy with the results. For reference, my tattoo is medium sized (about the size of a whole hand) and all black. The whole process takes about 2 years total so I’m glad I got a head start on it before my own wedding someday! The ladies at the KOP location are so sweet and friendly and really help make you feel comfortable during the whole process. The laser does sting, a good way to describe the feeling is “spicy”, but it only lasts about a minute and you can take as many breaks as you need. I always appreciate the workers taking me through the process so I know exactly what to expect. If you’re thinking about getting a tattoo removed, don’t wait any longer! This is the place!!

Amber was the deciding factor. Initially was going in to just find out pricing to compare to the other laser facilities but once I met her she put me at ease and was straight forward and kind. I went to the KOP location for a tattoo fading/removal consultation. I had my consult with Amber, she was very thorough and informative. Needless to say, the staff was friendly and the office was nice & clean. Courtney was strategic & helpful with scheduling my consult via text & email. Amber was really nice and informative when answering all of my questions. I don’t remember the name of the person that did my actual treatment but she was great. Walked me through everything so I knew what to expect at every point of my session. I also like that they have an option for silent appointments because I don’t feel like talking all the time. Everyone was really great and it was easy to get booked.

After going to three different consultations prior to coming to Removery, I had many uncertainties. It was not until I came here that I felt more than comfortable with laser tattoo removal. I will always refer Removery to anybody who feels like they are not happy with their tattoos. I’ve been going to the KOP location. After struggling to love a project I had started, I decided to go with a partial removal package. I’ve had four sessions so far, each section hit once and I am in and out within a half hour or so. I have black and grey tattoos on my hip, thigh shin and side of my knee. Very well done, Just no longer something I choose to keep on my body forever. I plan to get coverups in time. After each sections been hit once I can already see a difference. I’m excited for this journey to continue, and for my new tattoos in the future.

Today was my consultation at the KOP location. I had my appointment set for 1:30 and showed up 20 minutes early. Instead of making me wait the 20 minutes they brought me right back and were very helpful! They worked with me with pricing and plans and were very kind- and then they got me in for my first removal session same day! Very professional, very kind. I would recommend coming here.

Inquired about tattoo removal and did not go with them. They send me a text a day, without fail, and refuse to stop. Also, when you unsubscribe, it brings an outside program on your phone.Thanks for being unprofessional. I passed it along to every and any tattoo parlor I know.

This place is amazing!! I was super nervous for my first session but Gill put me at ease. Everyone is so friendly! The procedure is very quick, a little numbing with an ice pack first and then the laser. It really doesn’t hurt that bad!! Before you have time to think about it, you’re done! I just had a stellar consultation/first treatment at Removery. Their location is IMMACULATE, very stylishly designed and SO welcoming. My consultant was incredibly upfront and informed about both the removal process and the pricing. My laser technician was an absolute angel, and made the treatment as quick and painless as humanly possible. She was unbelievably thorough in explaining the process/aftercare to me, as well, which I appreciated beyond belief, what with this being my first tattoo removal rodeo. Their equipment is state of the art, and each staff member is a consummate professional. Not only am I looking forward to my 15 year old mistake (tiny as it may be) being a distant memory, but I’m also REALLY looking forward to seeing the friendly staff at Removery at my next visit!

The staff is always professional, kind, personable, and are either always on time or early with your appointment. Scheduling appointments is easy and hassle-free and you can easily reschedule. They utilize a texting system for fast and easy communication if you have questions and concerns and you would rather not call. Actual time needed for your appointment is super brief depending on your tattoo size but I am usually in and out in less than 10 minutes per appointment. After 1 treatment, my large tattoo lightened significantly (which I was expecting more after being halfway done treatments). Would highly recommend if youre considering fading or removing tattoos.

Could not have picked a better place to get this done. The staff is friendly and down to Earth. Inside creates a laid back atmosphere and seldomly am I waiting more than 5 minutes. Also, they take before and after photos so you can track your progress. Gill is the best, it’s very obvious she likes what she does and that is important to me. I go to the Removery in King of Prussia. Austin and Nani (my technician), who I met today, my other technicians Alex and Gill, as well as every other staff member I’ve met are super kind, accommodating, and make the process so much easier. I’ve had to cancel last minute multiple times and they took it so well, I was never made to feel bad about it. I also changed what I originally said I wanted removed and they were accommodating with that as well. Also, the laser is effective. My tattoo is fading well without any scarring. Thank you!! 🙏🙏

They are so nice and kind!!!!!I was really scared before my first visit, but it didnt hurt as much as I thought and the first laser treatment ended very quickly! The area around my tattos was slightly swollen, but after about two hours, the stinging sensation disappeared. I cant wait to remove all my tattos. Thank you so much Removery KOP❤️

Walking through the door, your really not sure what to expect. Alex... Who is the aesthetician and who will be doing the tattoo removal, is extremely knowledgeable and extremely professional. Made me feel very comfortable, talk to me through the entire process as it was happening, so there were no surprises. I have this atrocious tattoo on my forearm and wanted it faded so I could get a cover up. Gill gave me so much information and answered all of my questions. Ive had this tattoo since I was 17 years old. I love the tattoo, just not the location. I was really nervous and not sure of what to expect. I have to say, Gill was awesome! The whole team was nice, explained the process well, and even worked with me to get a payment plan I could handle. The actual process does sting a little. I would say it feels like getting the tattoo, but a little less in intensity. The best part is the quickness of the process. I thought we had another bit to go but Gill was done! So I would say if youre contemplating this process, go for it! Youll be happier in the end!

We had a really great experience. The stuff is so great, they are good at educating and asking questions and hate easy to build a rapport with. The provider itself is quick and not as painful as I expected. I actually liked that they didn’t use numbing agents but instead use ice packs and a cold air blower during the procedure. We look forward to working with them.

Just had my first removal session yesterday. Can already see fading. The employees there are very nice and cool and very informative on any questions u may have. Session lasted about 5 minutes. Pain no worse than getting a tattoo. Ive been wanting this tattoo removed for so long and found the place to finally get it done.

I was so nervous to start the removal of my tattoos, i felt super venerable & anxious before going, yet Amber, Amanda, and Bri made me feel safe and comfortable. I cant thank them enough.Yes it does hurt, but it is tolerable, and I had a bunch of encouragement from bri the whole way.If youre nervous about starting just take the dive, its long but worth it in the end.Side note, invest in silk PJs, trust me they help the night after treatment if you have large tattoos like myself.

I have been coming to this location for tattoo removal of 4 small to medium sized tattoos. The laser removal technician I would highly recommend is Gill. She is friendly, professional, knowledgeable, pleasant to talk to and makes you feel relaxed and comfortable. I also had one session with Alex- she is also wonderful, professional and awesome.Prior to coming to Removery KOP- I went to a small tattoo shop that had done laser tattoo removal and it was brutal..I had them laser the tattoo on the back of my neck, it was so painful I literally sweat through my pants. I would never go back there....Another amazing thing that Removery does is, while you are being lasered, there is this machine that blows cold air on the area being lasered. This makes a HUGE DIFFERENCE as compared to what I have experienced at the other shop (not Removery). That cold air really makes the tattoo removal much much much more tolerable (because let me tell you having tattoos lasered off isnt the most pleasant experience in general).I just finished my seventh session and the two tattoos on my fingers are pretty much gone as well as the one on the back of my neck. I am super pleased with the progression of my tattoo removal. Although it does depend on many factors- the time it takes for a tattoo to be removed (age of tattoo, color vs. black, size of tattoo, etc) the employees at this location provide an estimate of the cost/time it may take for the removal.This location is very clean and all of the employees I have met (especially Gill! - she is AWESOME) are very friendly, knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend coming to this location. :)

I had been considering tattoo removal for about a year but I was nervous about the cost and how badly it would hurt. I have full sleeves on both arms as well as both hands that I wanted removed or at least lightened enough that I could get what I currently have replaced with new tattoos. I have had several sessions at Removery in King of Prussia thus far and I have to say, my only regret is that I did not start sooner.Trust me when I say this, if you were able to sit through getting a tattoo done, then you will have no problem sitting through a session to have it removed. When I go for a session it is one entire arm from top to bottom + hand and it takes about 45 minutes and I am able to sit there calmly. They also give you an ice pack to hold over each tattoo for a minute or so before applying the laser, this helps a lot with numbing the area.If tattoo removal is something that you are considering then you should definitely visit this shop for a consultation. The shop itself is very clean and modern looking and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable. I am very excited about continuing on with this tattoo removal process and if I can do it, anyone can!

I absolutely love the team at Removery KOP and the team that was in Old City (location closed).I’m on treatment 8 and the results are very disappointing. The tattoo is barely faded and I was lucky I paid the max to have treatment until it goes away but it’s very disappointing that 70 or so weeks in I still have a very dark tattoo on my wristThere are 6-8 weeks between sessions so I knew it was slow but people who have gone to dermatology offices seem to have faster and better results. The photo was immediately after treatment and the second without the date was from today showing the actual darkness

I just went in for my appointment at noon. I was told that because I have lupus they cannot treat me. Prior to this appointment I had a zoom call consultation where I was told the consultant that I had lupus and some of the medications I was taking. She told me that was all totally fine and booked my appointment. I walked in fill out the required information was taken back to a room and told I couldnt be treated due to the lupus and some of the medications. I didnt plan to leave a bad review but shortly after leaving I received a text asking me to leave a review. This was a whole process of email and text reminders, having to text when I got there to make sure it was okay to come up to the office etc for all the time this has taken from my initial inquiry until now I could have easily gone somewhere else. They completely wasted my time and effort.

I always leave here super happy and comfortable. Jill is so great and everyone else I interact with here. I chose Removery over other laser removal businesses due to the cleanliness and professionalism when comparing and I have been so satisfied over all

The team at the Removery in kop is always amazing. I’ve been coming for about 6 sessions now and they’re the sweetest every time and always walk me through the process and after care, highly recommend!

The sessions are expensive and offer little to no results. The sessions must be six to eight weeks apart so the process takes forever and after many sessions and lots of money spent, the tattoo is still dark and visible with no change. Very disappointing.

Had my first session. Everyone I’ve interacted with in the clinic or over the phone has been super helpful. They really set the expectations well. Looking forward to the rest of my sessions.
