My sister and I went to get our ears pierced and Gemma was truly a gem! She took care of us and was super friendly and reassuring making sure we were comfortable the entire process. She explained everything thoroughly and was just super nice!

We were at the mall and decided to stop in and get my daughters ears pierced. Shes 4. My daughter was nervous but Luz was so patient and friendly she made the whole experience pleasant. Piercing is free but the earing was $80. She got a 14k yellow gold 3mm earring.

Kaitlyn was amazing. Professional and fun. She made sure I was comfortable getting my ears pierced. She knew exactly what to educate me on and she made sure I understood after care. She made the correct recommendations that allowed me to have the best outcome. Highly recommended! What a positive experience!

I WISH i had asked the name of the lovely person who pierced my ears. She was such an angel. She made me feel so comfortable! We had the same nails, so it was fate!I ended up quiet impulsively. I walked past the sign, and then JOKED to my partner, psht, I should get a piercing and my partner was like ya, you should jokingly. And then before I knew it I was in the chair, asking the person if they do old peoples pericing(Im 27, and Claires is more my neices speed) and the person was more than happy to!She explained EVERYTHING in detail to me, from the difference in the metals, to which one she recommended for me. Literally everything. She asked if I wanted a count down, or to just do it while we were talking. The whole thing was up to my preference.I LOVED it. I dont know if all Claires are like this, or if she was just extra special, but I LOVED itI am now a loyal Claires customer. Thank you!

Love this store. Lots of gift ideas for girls, or the little girl in you. A bit pricey. But so worth it. The smiles you get when you give that special Claires gift. Is so worth it.

Kaitlyn was so friendly and sweet! My daughter and me got our ears pierced and she was very informative and talked through the process.Right before I came in, there was an irate woman yelling at her. The lady didn’t the return policy, when she didn’t have a receipt. She still held her composure with her, remaining calm and friendly. The lady still berated her, bringing her to tears. She handled it well.

Went looking for clip on earrings. My 9 year old doesnt want to get her ears pierced, but wanted earrings.I didnt expect to find much, and I expected most clip ons to be.. Completely cheesy looking. I was so wrong! The store had lots of amazing clip on earrings, and they were on sale. She was one happy girl for Christmas.

Dalia is AMAZING!!!She went above and beyond to make sure I left happier than I came in. I got my second hole pierced here and she did an amazing job! She does so much extra that isn’t expected. Give this woman a raise!!!

The ear piercing specialist at Clairs gross-mount center are very nice i just got my ears pierced there a few minutes ago and the staff who worked there and was very nice and friendly and it was my first time getting it done and i went with my mom and best friend i highly recommend coming here for first time ear piercings i was highly satisfied with the service there thanks All lot Clairs of gross mount and a huge shout out to the staff member Melissa she is great at making u feel happy and feel safe though the process its great if any of u are customers of Clairs i recommend u ask for her she is the greatest

The staff wasnt attentive. Seemed like they needed more sales persons. The store itself was cute and layout was fine.
