Firma tattoo

Firma is the ONLY place I go for tattoos. Chris always brings my ideas to light and I get compliments everywhere I go. The shops atmosphere is awesome, the other artists in the shop are super nice & I love all of their work. Every time I go in, I feel welcomed and Chris is not only an amazing artist, he is full of conversation that makes the time go by smoothly. I have sent countless family and friends to Chris, and everyone has raved about him. I won’t ever go anywhere else.

Jacob is the best Tattoo artist in San Diego, hands down! He did a traditional Japanese Half Sleeve on my Right Arm with impecable line work and great detail. He does superb/flawless work!! Highly Recommended. He is super professional and always has his clients best interest in mind. He is also a really nice guy and super chill. Couldn’t recommend Firma Tattoo enough, love this place !!!

I recently got a tattoo from Chris Estrada at Firma Tattoo, and I couldn’t be happier with the results! Been a long time client of Chris’s and love every piece I have got from him plus the shop is always clean and the vibes are great. Everyone at the shop is super friendly and all do great work as well can’t recommend Firma enough!

Shop is clean and welcoming. All staff are kind and receptive. I was tattooed by Chris and will be coming back regularly; I’m so happy with my piece. Funny, well priced, open to feedback, doesn’t keep you waiting, makes you feel like a priority. And the art he puts out is amazing. So many different genres he can do exceptionally. His own style is amazing too. Does great floral work too.

Ive been going to my tattoo artist Chris Estrada for years. Hes done 14 of my tattoos. His line work and attention to detail always makes the experience of getting a tattoo enjoyable and I always leave wanting to show off this dudes work to the world. I always look forward to the next because Chris has a great sense of what you truly want in the finished product. His portfolio as an artist is very strong with years of experience under his belt. I swear this dude is coming to my wedding just off how friendly and attentive he is during your session. Check him out you wont be disappointed.

Chris is an amazing tattoo artist , I can honestly talk to him and let him know what I want and what I’m looking into and we could brainstorm ideas. I have gone to different tattoo places and honestly firma tattoo have beat all of them by far. The environment is amazing and I have never been pressured or guided to get a tattoo I didn’t feel comfortable with. I been going to Chris over a year and look forward to the future appointments. So I highly recommend this location and don’t be afraid to call in and ask questions or stopping by because they will honestly help you .

I called Firma Tattoo on Monday when they opened to ask if they would be available for a walk in that day. The girl who answered the phone was super nice and took my idea down and said she would call me back. She called back within an hour and said sure come on by! When I got here, I was so impressed with the interior. The aesthetic was amazing, and I love how they are kind of set back off the road and not flashy outside. Derek eventually came out to talk to me about what I wanted. He went back and drew it up and showed me about 40 minutes later. I was really impressed because he nailed the concept. It was definitely an out of the box idea and he killed the execution. I am so damn happy with it that Ill be going back beginning of October to get my other leg done. The place was clean, the atmosphere was welcoming, and everyone was super nice. I have yet to be tattooed in the state of California and I am so happy I found Firma! Highly recommend!

Im from Abilene, Texas visiting family here when I stumbled across this amazing shop. Walked in and was instantly greeted very pleasantly by Jessica. She did an amazing job on the tattoo and was just a pleasant person to conversate with during the tattoo itself. Would definitely recommend and do plan on coming back anytime Im out here again.

Chris did my very 1st tattoo, and I love it! He listened to my ideas, and together tweaked the plan until we were both happy, and then he executed it simply and beautifully. My husband and son also had great work done, too. Thanks, Chris, amd sorry for the inappropriate tattoo joke, 😆

I had a fantastic experience here! Jessica did my tattoo and she was amazing. The artists came together and designed our tattoo taking all our ideas into consideration. The tattoo came out beautifully and Jessica was extremely light handed, barely any pain at all. She was very easy going, made the time go by fast and was a joy to talk to. I would highly recommend coming here, I know I will be back.

Jessica Lauren did a Halloween themed tattoo for me. She was very communicative and included everything I asked for in the tattoo. During the tattoo, she was very patient and kind. Definitely will be back for more tattoos!

Jacob is an incredible artist! We are working on my full chest piece right now. I told him what I wanted and gave him full artistic freedom to design it how he wanted. The detail, precision and thought he puts into his designs are unmatched.

Matt was my artist and he was very patient with me. I am Deaf and he took the time to communicate with me, he even came up with his own design that looked incredible but I still wanted my own design because I wanted to match my daughters (sorry Matt!). My son took me to this shop and this shop was incredibly clean. Love it!

Got a thigh piece done about a month ago, absolutely amazing art. Clean shop. And friendly staff! Really makes you feel welcome inside. Went the extra mile to make sure I was 100% happy with my tattoo.

This was done by Jason, and he is awesome for accepting my bestfriends at to be out on me, he fixed certain areas, and he was very amazing. I reccomend Jason! I got this done last year in the summer time, and up to this date the tattoo is still amazing.

This was my second tattoo with Jacob. He’s a very talented artist, a true professional, and always fun to chat with while he works. Love the new location in La Mesa! Plenty of parking and a great space.
