Had no idea I’d drop $400 just to get an earring replaced. They should have prices listed. Had no idea I’d be spending so much this day. Very awful experience overall and I felt guilty for spending so much on one tiny piece of jewelry. I cannot believe places like this exist quite frankly. They should advertise “rich people only” No average person should even be allowed to walk in here lol, it should be appointment only to prevent any future issues. I would have never stepped foot in this place had i known I would spend over $400 just to replace my earring, for gods sake, they didnt even pierce me. I’d like to mention, they basically described a warranty my jewelry, yet didnt take my name, number, email, or any of my info. I’m wondering how I’d be able to come back and serve my warranty if they don’t know who I even am. Just unprofessional and scammy in my opinion

Honest review time. You say you want the best right? Then you see Desi and experience the best and can no longer go anywhere else. This is what has happened to me, to my friends, to everyone that I recommend Laguna Gold. Once you come here, it’s damn near impossible to go anywhere else. Be prepared to never set foot in another shop. They set the standard. Also get curated by Dre and ask about custom chain work - you’ll look hot and expensive

I absolutely loved coming here ! Dre and Nicole(? I’m sure they were apprentice sorry for spacing ur name girl) were an absolute pleasure. Love the personal and professional feel of the place. Great jewelry options and Dre is a great piercer. Very informative and I love how she took my ear like a project, carefully placing the piercing while considering future piercings/possibilities. Highly recommend this place :)

I had a great experience here! I was pretty last minute but they were still able to accommodate me after I got a tattoo upstairs. Nikki helped me pick out my jewlery for my nose piercing, and she was lovely. She held up the pieces and helped me choose between the ones I was deciding on in the mirror. I ended up grabbing one that I was really stoked about.Dave was my piercer and he was so awesome too! While he was finishing up with the client before, he still made sure to look at the piece I chose to make sure it would fit in my anatomy nicely on the side of my nose. I really appreciated it because the flow of my jewlery is super important to me. He made me feel totally calm, placement was one and done, and he did the hard part with ease.The selection was awesome, Ive never been to a place with so many awesome pieces to start with. Just super happy overall, Ill be back to fix a crooked piercing I got from somewhere else soon!

Wow this place is great. The people here do a stellar job, jewelry selection is sick, dre helped me pick out an awesome piece for my nose, and when I got my tongue pierced from Dave it was painless, like I didn’t feel anything it was pretty cool 🙌

Bummed out to write this review, but buyer beware.This 1-star review is not for the piercers I worked with. They all have been kind, courteous, and the piercings I have form them are great and even. The piercers themselves do 5-star work!This 1-star review is for the luxury jewelry you MUST buy if you choose to get pierced here. I am all for spending money for quality jewelry but to be frank, what I got in exchange for hundreds of dollars is appalling. Between the two pairs of studs Ive purchased for two ear-lobe piercings in a span of 7 weeks I had: One stud pull right through my piercing, causing damage on the way out; One stud on the other pair fall out; went back to the shop to buy a matching stud for the lost one and then THAT stud fell out, despite promises from the piercer that it wasnt going to anywhere.So for 400+ dollars, I have one pair of studs Im too nervous to wear should they rip through my piercing again and a second pair that I cant wear because its mate is missing (for the second time.)Maybe youre reading this and thinking to yourself, maybe she just wasnt careful. I have purchased plenty of 14k and 18k gold earrings in my lifetime that Ive worn for months at a time and have never had this happen before. I have been soft and gentle with my ears, and became even more aware and careful when I lost a stud the first time. Do you want to spend a couple hundred dollars on studs to find out if you fare better?With all this being said, I just simply cant recommend this place to get piercings because you must purchase their in-store jewelry options to get pierced, despite the actual piercings themselves being well done.

Be prepared to drop $600. $40 to sit in the chair and per piece of jewelry. I wanted to get my third wholes done, and i would have been charged $640. $300 for each earring. you have to buy their jewelry in house. it’s outrageous

Took my daughter to have her Navel pierced by Dave who was awesome. He was so kind, had no problem answering all questions we asked. He explained everything to her step by step and made her feel extremely comfortable no matter how many questions she asked.They are so knowledgeable and love what they do . I highly recommend going to their studio if you want a staff that truly loves what they do .

I brought my daughter in to have her ears pierced and Gage made the experience so perfect and literally painless. He communicated leading up to the appointment offered follow up. When she needed repair for a lost backing he got us in right away and just took care of it. I would recommend Gage 100% he is professional and an artist!

✨My Visit ✨Easy to find, park, and within walking distance from the ocean, was this beautiful shop - Laguna Gold.From the exterior, it’s cute; however, the moment you step inside, you are immediately stunned on how bright, clean, and inviting the shop is. To be honest, even the restroom was stellar. I stared at the counter, mirror, wall, and then looked down thinking, “there is no way those towels are warm,” they actually were. How I found out? I tapped one with a finger.Enough of the bathroom, the complete walk around display of jewelry where different pieces lurk around every corner, was almost the best part of being there. Seeing the jewelry and walking around the display probably 10 times to decide what I wanted was fun. The “best part” to me, and maybe not for you, was sitting in the piercing chair. Obviously piercings can be scary, make your stomach flip and the nerves can go wild. However, in that close, intimate moment when you are half a second away from needle puncture, you realize you’re in this super comfortable chair, and wow, the needle passed, and you have a new hole (and some gold) to take care of.It wasn’t that bad at all, really.Moral of the story:1. This place has a variety of cute, fun and nice jewelry2. The ocean is close by3. Tip your piercerUntil next time ❌⭕️❌⭕️

If I could give 1,000 stars I would. I took my precious daughter, Arden (5 years old) here for her ear piercing. Gage was her piercer. He was meticulous with the placement of the piercings AND he went above and beyond to make her (and I) feel safe and comfortable with every step of the process. Arden didnt even shed a tear. Thank you, Gage!!! You are a beautiful person and great at what you do.

I brought my almost 5 year old here to get her ears pierced, it was completely seamless, the staff were so nice and compassionate, really just made myself and my daughter feel at ease. She never cried even when getting pierced, and her ears never bothered her after. Highly recommend!!!

I needed to replace my nostril screw which wasnt the right fit for me. They helped me pick out a genuine diamond nose ring thats perfect for my face and sits snug on my nose. Professional and kind. Highly recommend.
