Jack was amazing !! I Came here with a group of lifelong friends for a smaller and more detailed tattoo that we all wanted. Jack took the time to edit the look of the flowers from the original image, into more of a sagebrush look, which was our goal. He took time on each tattoo and we never felt rushed in the process like you sometimes do with artists on smaller tattoos. He was personable and gave his recommendations. And best of all, it was super gentle !! I could have fallen asleep during it. No pain at all. Thanks again, Jack!The studio is absolutely beautiful and clean. This shop had an all around friendly and hospitality all companies should carry in business. Everyone greeted me and checked in with my artist threw out the day. The enegery was flying high , with laughter and an all around great experience. Eric Machado was my artist for this last visit and he knocked this realisum color portrait outta of the park. I cant thank you for allowing me to participate in your fine work for color portrait, realisum collection of amazing work. If you want great work , great location, and great service. Evan was great. He gave me my first big tattoo and took great care of me. I am more than happy with my tattoo. It is cleanly engraved, very detailed and it suits me perfectly. You can tell that he already has several years of experience as a tattoo artist. I would come back at any time❤️

I didnt have the time to check out upstairs the tattoo space but I cannot wait to get back there with more time and do so and probably book some time! I went there for a piercing and never had one in the past so did not know what to expect I gotta say I was a heavily tattood nervous piercing newbie!! Like I read before I went and like I confirm and saw- this place is top notch! Great atmosphere, top quality, and done just like the website. First spoke to Nicole who was great and got me in as a walk in on a Saturday. She stayed in touch with me via text pretty late on Friday to confirm. She Introduced me to my Piercer Dave who was Awesome!! This guy has so much experience yet he is patient, super cool, super comforting - explained everything to me a few times, always with a smile and patient demeanor, no matter how many questions I had! I had some questions the filling day and texted him at 5pm he got back to me within 5 minutes with the same exact comforting, cool, just amazing guy demeanor! Highly Highly knowledgeable, and Highly comforting and talks to you like a real friend! I really value that!! This guy is really experienced and if you want a place with this many years of knowledge as well as calm your nerves and have Nicole help you in and out with ease - Go see Dave!! I got my first tattoo today from Sarah Dullaart and I couldnt be happier. She is a great artist and the shop is in a nice location right next to the beach. Everyone was super friendly and the whole experience was great. I will be going back for more soon.

My husband and I were on vacation and stumbled across this gem. Everyone was so kind and welcoming. The place was clean and had great artwork all around. Jack responded back to our email and scheduled an appt to go over what we were thinking. He was very patient and listened to what we wanted. Also, we were able to get in right away due to our time being in Laguna. I just want to thank him again for such great work, and we get compliments all the time on such great work and detail.

There’s a much friendlier, professional and customer focused piercing studio up coast Highway in Corona Del Mar called Rainbow piercing. I would go there. I was declined service not having an appointment, on a dead Monday, by the way, when on their site they advertise that walk ins are welcome. They were extremely rude and condescending and made no effort to book an appointment for me after I drove 30 minutes to get there. This would have been my third piercing with them, all of which were walk-ins by the way. They lost a customer to a way better studio with more of a selection and exquisite customer service. These staff members act like they are the only studio around. Never going back

Great experience at a super clean place! The apprentice was walking around asking everyone if they needed water or anything else and it was overall a relaxing environment. My tattoo artist Sean is awesome and Ive been working with him on a sleeve for awhile now. Highly recommend this place if you want a tattoo.

Desi is the absolute best!!! I got a second piercing on my ear lobes & love the result. As a physician, I appreciate the sterile technique. He doesnt cut corners - from the autoclave machine to the sterile gloves. He is meticulous, knowledgeable & has gentle hands. If you are looking for a piercing master, look no further. Largest gold jewelry selection that I have ever seen!They specifically only carry 14 and 18k solid golds which is great for sensitive skins.It wasnt the cheapest place, but who really wants cheapest when it comes to piercing jewelry that goes inside the body?I love their lifetime guarantee on all their jewelry and services.Such a fun time, super friendly, great tattoos too!

Just wanted to drop in and say I’m so happy I found Joanna! I was really blown away how she brought my idea to life and made it better than what I envisioned. I got tattooed here by Joanna Shoop. It was my best tattoo experience so far. She was so sweet and thorough and was open to any changes I needed in the design. She designed the most beautiful peice, and took such good care of me. Ill be coming to cast of crowns for her work on my tattoos in the future. The shop is lovely, beautifully decorated with so much gorgeous art for sale. This is my new favorite shop ❤️

This is great place! Clean, professional, friendly and welcoming.Joanna did my tattoo. A Celtic symbol for father/daughter bond. Since my father passed a few years ago, I have been wanting to get this done. Joanna was the perfect person to do it. It was something that was very important to me... so she made it important to her.

I didnt get her name but the woman with face tatts in the piercing shop has horrible customer service. She deliberately embarrassed me in front of other customers after I told her my budget and responded to me across the shop youre in the wrong shop, were a luxury jewelry store. Theres a way to word things to be kind to people even if you dont serve them but she barely gave me eye contact. Maybe its because I dont have the laguna beach look but she needs basic training to be kind to people even if you cant profit off them.

My adult kid and i have several piercing done by Gage. his exuberant personality and nearly painless piercing make him a joy to work with. he’s amazing at curating a well proportioned ear party. he takes great pride in his craft and it shows in his flawless execution. he is extremely knowledgable in body piercing and his jewelry options. we drive a great distance to use this business and won’t go anywhere else. the new piercing space downstairs is beautiful, with the same upscale vibe as the upstairs(tattoo). so clean and inviting. really cool touches everywhere you look. very well made, beautiful options for jewelry. while they offer affordable pieces, nothing is garbage. if you’re looking for a cheap piercing, this is not your store. they only offer high quality metal, which is best for healing.highly, highly recommend.

Cast of Crowns has a super inviting space and incredible artists. I went for a piercing and jewelry. They have an amazing selection of special pieces. I felt like I could take my time, Gage answered any questions I had, showed me all the jewelry I wanted to see, and told me about the artisans. They adhere to the highest hygienic standards for sterilizing piercing equipment / jewelry and the shop was very clean. It was a really personal experience and I felt comfortable in the space. Evan took the time to chat with me about a tattoo I want to touch up and expand on. There’s amazing artwork, shared front patio with a local restaurant and private back patio- a sweet collective space surrounded in artistic beauty! I highly recommend this spot for top quality, talented artists!

Love the service here! My friend and I got Gage who did our lobes and conch. The piercings didnt even hurt and aftercare was super easy/had no complications. Ive been pierced 10x before and this has been my best experience. I highly recommend this studio for their piercings.

This place is amazing! I had my inner conch pierced, which Gage recommended and I love it. An earring broke and he replaced it. Rad dude and place is clean and very cool and high end.I had a consult w Brandin to get a tattoo done and he wouldn’t do it because it wasn’t perfect. He is very professional and just down to earth. I got a few tattoos and piercing from here a few months back in the summer. The whole experience was pretty disappointing, both employees were disrespectful towards me and extremely disorganized. The tattoo artist was resistant on letting me change the sizing of piece saying “ it wasn’t possible.” It felt as if they were rushing they’re work. On top of that the tattoos he completed for me healed unevenly. I’ve had to have other artists go back and fix the mistakes. I would not recommend this shop for piercings or tattoos. There are plenty of shops near by with more talented and respectful employees that I would recommend.

After searching for a couple years to find the right artist to do a sleeve piece Ive been wanting, I stumbled upon Corey and instantly knew he was the artist I wanted. Patience, clean and precise line work, creativity, and eye for detail is something extremely hard to find and I found it all in him. The piece he did on me came out more amazing than I could have ever imagined and I have another session scheduled with him! I LOVE this shop so much and its different than any other shop Ive been in. Chill atmosphere, every artist there was super cool. The owner is super nice and was working on a killer portrait piece while I was there and it was identical to the photo provided! I highly recommend this shop!

What a great place atmosphere here, artist here seem very professional make you at home. My first tattoo and Brandon took care of me. When it was time he had my full attention gave his thoughts and ideas to make this tattoo last a long time and when all was done, I was more than impressed, this guy is professional I was so full of anxiety, he found a error before we went further. That there shows his heart is in what he does. I appreciated his time. Cost was more than reasonable. Not out to extend time with a simple design. The shop in a whole was great from the first time I came in to talk with someone to the moment of the tattoo. Thanks a lot for something that’s very meaningful to me!!! You made it come true. Long over due - CLEAN and everyone is fantastic. Ive received two tattoos from here and love them both- Brandon is super rad and very sweet extremely Genuine and most of all talented through and through. Ive got about 9 tattoos - The most recent was the spin- he is very delicate, no pain- at all. some tingle but felt kinda good. They are all very good! They have sweet art and amazing jewelry outside breath taking tattoos. This is a life decision. make it worth every penny. QUALITY work love thanks Brandon. xo!!!! .

I turned 18 two days ago, and have wanted a piercing for a long time, so I went over here to get one. I had an amazing experience with Gage!! He gave me a birthday discount and everything was very clean and COVID friendly inside. Super friendly staff, would definitely recommend. Very professional and very sterile:)

All I can say is that there is no better place you can go to get a piercing. Everyone there is so fun, so kind, and so professional. I went to Gage for every one of my piercings and I have been so happy with every one. His energy and conversation calmed my nerves and made the experience as painless as possible. I got my second ear piercing from Gage here. I felt really safe. The sanitation process was interesting, he actually put everything into a sanitation machine with a strip to make sure the procedure worked. The piercing itself went very quickly and didnt hurt as much as I thought it would. I highly recommend coming here to get a piercing.

This place and the artists and artistry are above and beyond what I expected. Victor was so helpful and worked me in between his appointments. The artwork is phenomenal. If you are thinking about your first or your tenth tattoo, check them out. BTW this was my first and I am a week away from my 81st birthday. Awesome place to get your nose pierced, especially when you are old like me :) They made me feel not so old.....and welcomed me, and i was not nervous at all. I drive 3 hours just to collect more tattoos from this beautiful shop. I always have an excellent session and a great experience. The artists talk with each client about all options for your tattoo or body piercings. Amazing service and talent in this art collective.

After a lot research, I brought both of my daughters to Gage for ear piercing. Needle piercing is far better and less painful than using a gun, which is sadly how mine were pierced a long time ago. Gage was meticulous about cleanliness and positioning the piercing correctly. Jewelry selection was perfect and we are now converts to flat backs for everyday/24/7 wear. Can’t recommend them enough. Plan on a follow-up visit one post your piercing.

The moment you walk in you can tell its not an average tattoo shop. Its beautiful inside from the artists work on the walls, to the giant chandelier, to the view of the ocean. The tattoo artists there are some of the best I ever seen! Trip was awesome making conversation with us and even offering ideas to help my tattoo get just that much better. My only apprehension in writing a review for Cast of Crowns is that I may lack the vocabulary to articulate just how absolutely incredible this establishment is. I have spent around 40 hours over the past 4 months being tattooed by Anthony Ianozzi. Ill start with Anthony. You cannot ask for a more consummate professional. He is punctual, extremely knowledgeable, breathtakingly talented, and incredibly welcoming. He is a master of composition and execution, particularly with respect to black and grey realism. I came in with very high expectations, and he has exceeded them at every turn. He (and every other artist) maintains an impeccably clean and sterile work station in which he produces elite caliber art. I just cannot speak highly enough of him and have been honored to spend so much time in his chair. But for me, its not just Anthony that makes Cast of Crowns what it is. The rest of the crew rounds out the entire experience... Corey, Cierra, Marcus, Desi, Gage, apprentice Joanna... these folks make the experience thoroughly enjoyable. Theyre all kind, funny, welcoming, and great conversation. The music is awesome. The atmosphere/design is beautiful and upscale. The views of the Pacific are a sight for sore eyes. It is simply a genuinely enjoyable social experience to spend an afternoon (or 8!) in Cast of Crowns. I endorse Cast of Crowns in the strongest possible terms. Brandon worked on a tattoo for me today and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. The shop was beautiful and immaculate and Brandon himself was a true pro. My friend and I came in today from Aliso Viejo/Orange County for body piercings. We are both in the “beauty industry” (hairstylist and esthetician) and extremely particular about where we get work done. Gage was so awesome and kind and educational! Sanitization was beyond on point as well which is important to us! We loved that all the jewelry was GOLD AND QUALITY!!! If you are looking for an awesome piercer you need to come here! As a recent college graduate from UC Santa Cruz, I was really missing the beach towns and art vibes of the city so I decided to spend the weekend in Laguna! It was my first time here and I wanted to get a memento to remember the trip.Some of the locals suggested Cast of Crowns, and the first thing I noticed was how insanely beautiful the place is. There was a large deck with an ocean view to hang out on, and I was surrounded by gorgeous paintings from the bevy of in-house artists.Ciera was the piercer on hand, and she was by far the most comforting yet professional body art practitioner Ive ever had the pleasure of meeting! She was super bubbly and made me even more excited to be there. We went over what I wanted, a simple nostril stud, and then she painstakingly helped my indecisive self pick out the perfect piece of jewelry. She answered any questions i had about the pieces with absolute ease. This girl is a straight up expert in the field.After we had everything picked out and cleaned up, we were ready to get started! Ciera walked me through each step of the piercing, making sure I felt comfortable all along the way. The piercing itself was an absolute breeze!! Within the span of a couple deep breaths I was the proud owner of a brand new nostril piercing! Ciera got my nose all cleaned up and gave me a super detailed explanation of what to expect throughout the healing process, then we had a fun little photoshoot out on the deck so she could document the piercing.This was by far the best experience Ive had in a tattoo/piercing shop. Even though I dont live in Laguna, this place is my new regular stop whenever I want to get adorned with some new body art.

🌸I literally had the most comfortable piercing experience there ever. Everyone and everything from the moment you walk up the stairs is SUPER ☺ nice! I went in there on January 6th to get a two nipple piercings with Gage and he was extremely sweet and chill. Honestly, I was 😳crazy nervous😰 about getting them and he was just so supportive😊.⭐The cleaning process was so detailed it was awesome👍 to watch! Gage made sure I knew everything was new and unopened.🌙 The piercing process was quick and Gage definately made sure beforehand that the dots were aligned correctly. He was also very helpful with any questions or concerns that I wanted to ask.⭐ After it was over I was ecstatic on how they came out. Absolutely perfect!🌺P.s. : They give a bag of treats🍫 and information on the size of your piercing etc.🌻P.s.s. : The place is extremely amazing! Desi, the piercer, is very informative, comfortable, professional, patient and I feel extremely comfortable asking him any and all questions about my piercing; even stupid ones that I know he gets asked multiple times a day. He treated every customer like a person and not a transaction.

I am definitely disappointed. They list their tattoo artists on the website, so I reached out to one of them with the 3 inch tattoo I am wanting, only to be told they dont do work that small. Ok.😥 I did give them 3 stars though because Corey was very polite about the rejection.

Called to ask about getting gauges and after driving 20+ minutes to get there they wouldn’t sell me the jewelry because the piercer wasn’t there. How the hell are you going to run a business around pierces when they aren’t there. You might as well just save your damn money and only be open when you have a piercer so you can actually get something done.

I got a septum piercing here and they charged me $110 for it, after looking at the website I found out it should’ve costed $80 at most. Just be careful not to get ripped off here.
