Ive been hesitant about getting my ears pierced due to a metal allergy. Gracie made the experience wonderful answering all of the multitude of questions all while keeping pleasant conversations. thank you for your time today. 10/10

I just got my ears pierced for the first time and had a wonderful experience! Grace was precise and talked me through every step. She even sat with me afterwards when I got a little light headed. Wonderful customer service!

Chelsea and Siera were so great! They made the process quick and super fun! My little girl was nervous but so well taken care of- they pierced her ears at the same time and eased so much of her nervousness.

I went in nervous, but my concerns were heard and questions were thoroughly answered. My nerves were eased and she knew exactly what she was doing. Highly recommend!

The cashier, Chelsea McFarlain, was extremely professional and helpful. She also just had a personality. She was definitely determined to make a sale in which she did. I could not possibly walk away without buying something.

I have had the best experience with this beautiful lady ( Chelsea ) Y’all need more lady like her. Me and my son stopped at Kay’s in Lake Charles and those lady’s there were so ugly to us that I will not ever go back there. They made me feel so small as a customer when all I had was a couple of questions about the pieces I am currently wearing.

First of all let me tell you, Siera is a SAINT. I called ahead of time and spoke to Chelsea, she gave me tons of great information and was very patient with my questions. She assured me of their training and quieted all of my fears with her knowledge. She let me know that Siera would be the one to help me and reassured me of her training and successes as well. Upon getting there Siera already knew about us and was ready for the challenge. She made the purchasing process super easy and then she pierced my wife’s ears first so my 8 year old daughter would be ready to have her ears done. Then is was my daughters turn and my daughter began to panic. Siera was so patient through the ENTIRE TWO HOURS that it took my daughter to relax and be comfortable to get her piercings through tears and pep talks and walks around the food court. I can’t say it enough that Siera is a saint and had so much grace for a very scared child. She was an absolute pleasure and I will suggest this establishment for as long as Siera works there. Again thank you so much for your patience and understanding, and your initiative to know exactly where your window of opportunity was!
