She left a scar outside my eyebrow. It is not some other skin purity she is trying to point out, which if you look closely, its clearly not the same size or in the same *exact* area of the eyebrow. I had these pictures taken shortly after her visit and saw a new technician who validated the fresh scarring and the wrong ink that was used on me. The new technician apologized and said she would try everything she could to fix it. I reached out to Donna, but to fix it, she wanted to charge me another $850. Then she stopped replying. This has been reported to the OR board of cosmetology. BTW the new technician charged a fraction of the price, ill shop around for something so permanent next time.Eta: Esthetician to another Esthetician you keep calling those little white bumps on my temple Seborrheic keratosis, which they are not. Anyone reading this I advise you to do a quick Google search. It seems like youre not educated on the matter. Donna’s room is clean and very comfortable. I was very nervous about getting my eye brows done but Donna made me feel relaxed and confident in her skills. Infact, 8 months later I had her tattoo my eye lids and under eye. So nice not to worry about immediately getting eye make up on in the mornings!😊 Also, I have had three applications of Micro Needling. I am seeing my wrinkle lines getting lighter! I highly recommend Donna for all your facial needs to look younger!👍😀

I have been going to Donna for a couple of years now. She is awesome at eyebrow tattoos - she provides great shaping and a style that looks like actual hairs and not just lines. Having seen bad eyebrow tattoos - I would never think of going anywhere else! I have also had chemical peels and facials and have been very pleased. She is highly skilled, professional and reasonable priced. Would definitely recommend.

Great experience getting permanent eyeliner and eyebrows. They look great every time . She is a perfectionist !. I have also had some facials in the last year. She evaluated my skin and recommended just the right procedure. My skin is smoother and I don’t have as deep of wrinkels. I feel like a million bucks after one of her facials.!

Had my eyebrows tinted for the very first time on 02/01/18. I went into the appointment feeling very anxious about it, but I was sooooo happy when I left. I cant help but look at them in the mirror a few times a day because I love them so much! Cant believe I never knew how great my eyebrows could look without even touching them when putting my other makeup on!!! Donna made them look very natural and matched the color perfectly. Im a very happy client and will have Donna do all my permanente make up services.

Donna does such great work. Had my eyeliner done on 1/21/18 and was at the gym this morning 1/25/18 and had two different glas tell me how awesome my eyes looked. . She does such great work and you feel and look like a million when she is finished. I highly recommend her. I have so many compliments on my eyes. Makes this 73 year old grandma feel special.

I went to Donna at the Grand Salon to correct permanent eyeliner that I had applied by someone at a different salon. Im extremely pleased with the work she did for me. She tried several methods to correct the eyeliner which was too dark and too thick. She really cared about trying to achieve the look I had originally wanted (that the person at the other salon botched.) I wouldnt hesitate to recommend her to anyone interested in permanent makeup or permanent makeup correction.

If you are considering this procedure, RUN...don’t walk to this woman! She came highly recommended and I saw the amazing job she did for a friend. She IS the best and this is one of the best things I’ve done for myself in years! It’s worth EVERY dime!!! In the era of “perfect brows”, I was undoubtedly behind the times. I had electrolysis decades ago when thin brows were in and as I’ve aged, they became even more sparse. It took so much time to fill in and try to create the perfect brow and they never looked the same from one day to the next. If you’re vain like me, you can imagine how daunting and time-consuming it became. Especially when you throw in a hint of OCD. Donna is a perfectionist!!! The difference is night and day. I wake up with perfect brows every day. I’m seriously giddy!

We talked and she patiently walked through options on the phone. I thought I would go ahead and made an appointment for the procedure.Donna made me at ease during the procedure. There is a slight discomfort for this type of process but felt that I was in good hands.The outcome is wonderful and scar has been greatly concealed.
