My experience at Eternal Tiger Tattoo was flawless. Chuck gave me my first piercing and Dan gave me my first tattoo. Everyone at ET was friendly, knowledgeable, and accommodating. This studio is top notch. Can’t say enough about their cleanliness and efficiency. These are true professionals who leave you feeling like you’ve gotten your money’s worth. I can’t wait to get my next tattoo with Dan. He takes great pride in his art and has a great vision for larger pieces. Communication is key. I always felt like I could approach my artist or the staff with changes and they would be heard. Thanks for the great experience gang!

I would highly recommend Eternal Tiger to anyone that needs a tattoo or a piercing!I had my nose pierced by Chuck three weeks ago and got a small tattoo done by Eric last week. The piercing was quick and easy. Chuck was very nice and the piercing didn’t hurt at all. Eric was also great. He’s very talented and I’m already thinking about what I should get next!

From start to finish, everyone here is super friendly, knowledgeable, and great to hang out around. I walked in with some general ideas, I left today with a HUGE smile on my face with the work the artist did. I already have another appointment booked where I will add more photos of that as well. If you are looking to get super creative, run of the mill, or even just not sure in general, Eternal Tiger is the place to get your body mods done. While we were getting the piece done, the artists had some hilarious conversations, checked up on me during and after, and we even sang some awesome songs during the process. Place had an extremely cool vibe and all staff were quick, friendly, and efficient with getting you in. Booking was fast, and getting to the appointment was timely—no waiting around at all. All the artists were super cool, and my tattoo artist, Eric, was extremely nice and does great artwork. Pricing was not over-expensive, and you get what you pay for. Definitely recommend for all types of tattoos, and overall very comfortable and enjoyable experience.

I got my first face piercing (eyebrow) at this Eternal Tiger Tattoo in November and now it’s March and it healed beautifully! ^o^ They gave me an aftercare sheet about how to clean the piercing and were very helpful through the whole process, which was very quick but well placed. My piercer, Alex, made sure I liked the placement before going through with it. I will be coming back with friends for future piercings for sure 🫶

I was a walk in appointment with my sister and we both got pierced by shyann. she was so very sweet and easily accommodated my tendency to faint. i am really nervous with needles and she was very comforting and quick with the piercing. she did a great job with placement and was overall so nice to be around. she helped me pick out the cutest jewelry and was very patient. will definitely be coming back, already thinking about what i want next :)

I’ve been going to eternal tiger for about a year now and I’ve gotten both eyebrows, my vertical labret, my first tattoo, jewelry removal and just recently my navel. Staff has always been super welcoming and friendly, Chuck has been the one to do all of my piercings and Alex did my tattoo. Everything was done quickly, cleanly, efficiently, and had absolutely no problems healing (and looks great!) They answer any questions you have and overall is a wonderful environment and this is my go-to place for any body-mods. Love it

This place hella overcharged my freshly 18 yo brother on his first tattoo. It took less than an hour and they charged him 300. They didn’t quote him before and when I asked why they didn’t quote him they said “he never asked” you guys are the professionals and know this is an 18yos first tattoo you’re supposed to go over that stuff. Definitely would not recommend. Not to mention the line work isn’t even clean.

Eternal Tiger is a great place if you are thinking about getting your first tattoo. I got my first tattoos from them and both of the tattoos turned out amazing. The staff and artists are really nice to talk and are super friendly and helpful. I would definitely recommend you go to them for your tattoos.

We were on vacation up north, and we called to see what time they closed. It was half an hour after they stopped taking appointments, but when the artist found out we were on vacation and trying to be spontaneous and make a memory together, he told us to come on in. They did three small tattoos for us, amazing shop, artists and, most of all, amazing customer service.PS-as a replacement for a rave review of my humble tattoo artist, I would like to also say that the bathroom was immaculate!

Last week I decided to get my nose pierced after being very indecisive for years. I was referred to Eternal Tiger by someone I know and I am beyond pleased with how my piercing has been treating me. I have been following my piercers instructions on aftercare and I appreciate the clear instructions I received by the piercer as well as by a card given to me when I got pierced. I will definitely come back soon! :)

There on a vacation, we found Eternal Tiger and went there not once but twice! Such a great environment. The staff is very friendly, the work they do is amazing! I got a tattoo and piercing, i definitely would recommend to anyone in the area!

Able to get me in next day (same day walk in may have been available too but I wasnt ready for that). Eric did a great job working with a design I brought in, he cleaned it up a bit at my request and was able to make some minor adjustments during the tattoo process as well. Great skill, great communication, great final product!

The staff is fantastic. This was my first tattoo and they made the experience stress free and fun. The artist are committed to giving the customer exactly what they’re looking for and providing invaluable input to ensure it is done right. Wanted some writing in my tattoo and was given an education as to what could happen if the font selected was to small. They were more concerned about my being happy way on down the road than giving me what I wanted without informing me.The vibe at Eternal Tiger was awesome so if you’re looking for a new tattoo/and or piercing then check them out. Went here to get a septum piercing done and was lied to in my face saying that everything looked good, not only by the piercer but the cashier as well. After taking a quick glance at myself in the mirror, you could visibly see that it was pierced completely crooked. Went to another shop to get a second opinion and they told me my best bet was to just take it out. I decided to give this place a call back right after getting the second opinion to see what could be done and how they could accommodate me after wasting $80 on a botched piercing all they said was to come in on Friday when the owners are in, mind you it’s Tuesday so I’d have to wait 3 days to even get seen and address the issues with the owners, and they’ll see what they can do keeping it vague and not specifying any course of action they would take or let alone any compensation, $80 down the drain unfortunately.

This place is crazy good at what they do. Ask for Alex. He is a hidden gem. His work is by far the best work Ive seen in a long time. The coolest vibes and he is fast. I just got a massive tattoo on my arm, I couldnt be happier with the results. Im definitely coming back here. Nobody will be touching this art piece but Alex. Thanks again you stud.

Went in for a walk-in tattoo the process was super smooth I was able to get what I wanted by a really talented artist named Sydney who was a guest at the shop that day. My fiancé also got work done by another talented artist named Dan. The vibes were great! And the tattoos were even better, highly recommend going here! I know we’ll be back for sure 🤙🏼

The artist that did my tattoo was wonderful. The studio itself is on the not so pleasant part. I had an emergency had to go out of town. They took my entire deposit. When I tried to make another appointment I have been reaching out for three days and not a single response from the artist or the studio. Very poor way to run a business

When I think about Eternal Tiger, I immediately get a smile on my face because of all the permenant love I have from here. The second you walk in, you’re greeted with professionalism and knowledge. Shannon is such a wealth of information when it comes to their services and takes such great care in understanding your wants but relaying proper expectations. All of the artists are incredibly talented, amazing people. La’Nere has been working on a sleeve for me and his professionalism, attention to detail and precision, his understanding of me as a client, his care for his art, his humble attitude, his raw talent and skill for me is unmatched. However that is no slight to truly all of the remarkable humans inside the home that is Eternal Tiger. Chuck, recently pierced me up with the hands of an angel and so kind and gentle. Alisha! So talented. Neil is the man. I could carry on about this place and give them many verbal blowies. They deserve it. I ONLY recommend them for all of your creative body modifications. 5 stars isn’t enough. Keep being amazing. The world needs you.

10/10 recommend! I went in today for a nostril piercing and loved the experience. It’s very clear Chuck knows what he’s doing and that he takes pride in his work. The piercing was very quick and easy. The environment was very clean and sterile.

Got animal from the muppets coming out of a snare drum tattoo done by dan, and it looks fantastic. Great work, anyone who wants to get tattoos done definitely go here. Dan is a great dude, super nice, talks, and makes you feel very comfortable. Real affordable too.

I recently had an appointment with La’Nere over the weekend & the tattoo came out WAY BETTER than I had imagined. Such a cool dude , I definitely would recommend him to anyone who wants a very detailed tattoo. Definitely will be coming back to him to add more onto my arm!

I came in on friday to get a set of second lobe piercings. i absolutely hate needles, however the process was relatively quick. furthermore, the care instructions have been super thorough and i have experienced zero issues with my piercings. i definitely plan on coming back for future piercings.

Any realistic tattoo art you want done, eternal tiger has an amazing artist named la’nere. I had asked for a tattoo of Jesus on my left forearm and he did not disappoint. He cares deeply about the details in his work and puts above and beyond effort into it. I strongly recommend this shop for anyone especially first timers you’ll receive nothing but the best care and advice from every artist there.

Would recommend. Have gotten two tattoos from two different folks. Both were exactly what I wanted and healed up properly. Really enjoy the vibe within the shop. My only complaint in the parking lot, but there is not much they can do about it. Got get a tattoo from them

It was my first tattoo and this is the only place I found that I felt comfortable going to. I walked in and the process was simple. I came back for the appointment with Dan and we discussed the tattoo. I was nervous getting it on my wrist since it is pretty small. However Dan had made the stencil for the head and freehanded the rest of the body on me. I would definitely recommend working with Dan; he knows what he’s doing. Every one else on the team was also very welcoming and overall it was a great experience. I will be coming back to this team of artists when I’m ready for another tattoo. Eternal tiger does AMAZING piercing work! as someone who has a history of piercing infections and rejection, i was a bit nervous when i went in to get my nose pierced. i wish i remembered the piercers name but they did absolutely phenomenal! it was over in less than 5 minutes, almost zero pain, and they played music to distract me since im not too good with needles! if you’re wondering if my piercing healed okay, i just took it out and replaced it today after just over 2.5 months and everything looks perfect. thank you eternal tiger and i will be back for more piercings!! (:

Have been there for several tattoos and have always had a great experience. Super kind people, fairly priced, and a very clean place. I go to Alisha and she is awesome but everyone there seems to have an impressive resume.

Came here off a recommendation and was totally pleased both with the shop and my experience. Shop is incredibly cool while also being professional. I worked with Alisha and got an amazing tattoo at a fair price. Couldnt be happier.

Awesome staff. LaNere does amazing work, asked to cover up a tattoo on my back and gave me a full back piece that is incredible . LaNere also has done great work on my arm, snake and skull on my upper arm and an American traditional piece on my forearm. Dan is another great artist, fixed a decade old tattoo on my shoulder, adding a wicked spider and webs. Definitely recommend both these artists and eternal tiger

My hubby and I dropped in on a whim just to see if we could get a walk in appointment, and they accommodated both of us without a long wait time. The staff was absolutely welcoming and fun to talk to. Dan Jones was our tattoo artist and he was GREAT!! He did an amazing job on both of our tattoos and was fun to chat with. I can honestly say that we left there saying Weve found our place for any additional tats, we will be going there. Would definitely recommend the shop. Everyone is so kind and welcoming. Chuck was both knowledgeable and professional when piercing my septum. Dan was so kind and did such a good job on my flower piece. Alisha was very sweet and patient and created such a beautiful piece with beautiful colors.

My son and I went here for our first tattoos. It was a great experience. Dan our artist at our consultation listened, and answered all of our questions. Dan even had some tips to help make our first tattoo experience a bit easier. We scheduled our appointment for the actual tattoo work several weeks in advance. The shop is clean, Dan did clean all the surfaces prior to starting. My tattoos was beautifully drawn by Dan. The stencil placement was exactly where I wanted it. And the tattoo when completed was more beautiful than expected. My son also is extremely pleased with his first tattoo as well. Dan was engaging and fun to talk to throughout the appointment. I know that I will be back.

Eternal has done 5 of my piercings and four of my tattoos. i love the environment in the shop and the people as well. chuck the piercer is really funny and always makes sure im ok while getting pierced. eric berger is also hilarious, i haven’t been tattooed by him but great guy. chappy did a colored jellyfish in my arm and the detail and colors are so good. definitely recommend this shop to anyone

Went for my septum. The place is nice and the employees are nice but the piercing itself was not. The piercer did not check the anatomy of my nose or use clamps to make certain of the spot. Also, he brought the needle all the way through so he poked around to try and find the hole but couldn’t so he re pierced it (slightly angled). I had to go to another shop down the road to make sure he did it right.

Very kind, patient, and talented artists! all of the staff helped me pick out my design. dan did an amazing job and was very easy to talk to during the session.

I genuinely never take the time to write reviews, but my heart kept screaming at me to write one for Eternal Tiger Tattoo as well as for my amazing artist Randy. I was stunned by how completely immaculate and organized the shop was. I was so impressed with how everyone was so hospitable and accommodating. Offering drinks, snacks, and candy and making you feel right at home.There truly are not enough wonderful words to say about Randy. He not only is one of the most talented artists I have ever seen, but he is the most real, honest, and most down-to-earth people I have ever met. He listened to what I wanted and made me feel confident in my decision. He was so patient and willing to answer each of my questions I had.I have been planning on getting a memorial tattoo in honor of my grandparents as well as a paw print from my dog for such a long time. I couldn’t be happier that I was honored with getting such a meaningful gift from such a talented artist like Randy. He made both of my tattoos look so realistic and almost near perfect to the original. I seriously could not be anymore grateful than I am right now.

I recently worked La’nere on designing and tattooing a large black and gray realism piece on my upper arm. He knocked every aspect out of the park. He made me feel incredibly comfortable throughout the process and his attention to detail was incredible. 100 percent recommend and will most definitely be back to work with him again. As La’nere told me the first time I met him- trust the process.

My first experience at Eternal Tiger was with Randy. He tattooed a ring on my finger for my husbands and I 8th wedding anniversary. He was honest about the natural results of ring tattoos and how it will look after time has gone by. He is hilarious and genuine.A month later I went again to see Neil for my realism tattoo. Neil is beyond talented. My tattoo turned out better then I ever hoped. He listened to my ideas while also adding his own expert advice. This was my first large tattoo (on my forearm) and he was very thoughtful during the many hours it took by giving me breaks and lidocaine spray. I was very nervous and he made the experience into a true memory.

I’ve been to multiple tattoos shops and they have all been good. Eternal Tiger Tattoo Shop stands out and is a tattoo shop I will go back to and get all my work done at. They’ve made me a loyal customer. There are multiple talented artists and each one is very talented in the style they are best at. Me and 3 friends walked in, got a time to come back same day and each of us got our tattoos completed at the promised time. The woman at the front desk was very nice and helpful. The tattoo artists are funny, professional, helpful, and great at what they do. They have cool games to roll the dice to pick a tattoo out of a book and you get the tattoo on the numbered page. The shop is comfortable to sit in and wait and they offer you a soda or water while you’re waiting. They surpassed my expectations and I am so happy I have finally found a shop I love and will continue to go back to.

Just got pierced tonight and they were so chill about it even though me and my friend accidentally came in a little too close to 8. they still helped my friend get his naval after me even though it was past 8 and they were so nice about everything. Even let me lie down and helped me chill out since I have a heart condition that makes me faint so theyre super accommodating as well :)

I definitely recommend getting a tattoo here. I got my tattoo done with Alisha and she did amazing. It’s easy to talk to her and I felt very comfortable getting my tattoo done by her.

Had a right hand tattoo fixed up and completed by Dan. Amazing work! He was incredibly professional, passionate about his work and was easily one of my favorite artists to work with. Three days after getting my tattoo and my hand looks and feels great. These guys know what they’re doing. Will be returning next year to have my left hand completed for sure.

Got my first Tattoo here. Jaris was super cool and guided me through the whole process. That man has hands of butter. The staff was incredibly nice and helped me through the whole process from booking to after care. The artists there are super skilled and knowledgeable but also are super cool. Bonus points for the early 2000s pop punk playing the whole time.

I have gone to this tattoo shop for all of the tattoos I have and they have done amazing work without a doubt. Le’nere has done 2 of my 4 tattoos and I love the work he’s done, all the artist there do amazing work and they have really good prices for the amazing work that they do. I have brought friends there to get tattoos and they all say it’s a 10/10 experience. They are extremely friendly, great environment, and they answer any and all questions you have about tattoos and is over all a wonderful tattoo experience if it’s your first tattoo or if you just want something new.

Came in a few weeks ago for a tragus piercing. I was nervous about sensitivity, heal time, and aftercare. Chuck and the rest of the staff were awesome. Everything was clean and they made me feel super at ease during the process. A few days after I wanted a follow up that everything looked good and I wasn’t messing up the healing process. The staff yet again were awesome and took the time to look and reassure me that it was looking good. I have followed all of the aftercare and it looks great! I will be back for future piercings for sure.

My experience here was wonderful, staff is welcoming, and very professional. This is my first tattoo shop I’ve ever been too, and I totally recommend coming here ! The best tattoo artists so far that have done mine are Dan and Randy! Totally recommend both are wonderful, trusting, and hilarious !

I went and got my 2nd lobes done in November 2023 and they were healing fine decided to go back in Jan 2024 to get helix and 3rd lobes in both ears. I chose the earrings that I wanted making sure to stay within budget(piercing price includes some jewelry )so I chose all 4 the same. Piercing went smooth and everything was fine unfortunately I wish Chuck or the girl at the front desk would have given their professional advice on choosing butterfly backs to pierce with. Overall everything was fine the only thing was I wish they had suggested better material or at the very least suggest flat backs. If you want to get pierced here please do your research about initial jewelry and proper downsizing since unfortunately this was not an option for me.

I chose Eternal Tiger for my first tattoo based on a recommendation and the excellent reviews and I was not disappointed. The receptionist was super helpful and the artist (Randy) had 18 years of experience and was kind, helpful, patient and took his time to make sure all was perfect. Highly recommend!

I had a great experience getting a tattoo with Alisha. From the consultation she really seemed to get what my idea was and was able to get me scheduled quickly. The appointment went great. She made sure to show me that everything was sterile and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. I also had a peircing done by Chuck before and again everything went smoothly. He has great bed side manner and made sure everything was fine after my appointment. I will definitely be going back!

Honest review; If i could give Eric a personal rating alone, I’d give him 5 stars. Awesome artwork, and a super chill dude. Absolutely love my tattoo. However, I was not too happy with this shop & the environment. For starters, and I am sure this is no fault of Eric’s—I waited 2 hrs to actually get under the needle. The first design he presented me was not really what I described , and he confirmed that the communication between whoever runs the DMs to the artists, is poor. If you are expecting any sort of privacy here—Don’t. And that wasn’t really a major issue for myself, but I know many people prioritize that when getting tattooed. I was in their ‘main’ room with 3 other artists & their clients, and it was jam packed with fold-out beds, not your typical tattoo-chairs. Very crowded. It was definitely uncomfortable in comparison to my experience at other shops. (not to mention, they were not very welcoming when i arrived) So overall, great art & very talented artists, but I would not return due to the nature of the shop.

Got both my nostrils pierced!!im a very delicate person with my skin so i was worried they werent gonna stay on for long😔🤙🏼GREAT NEWS its been a week and they look completely healed! (ikik im still gonna wait 3 months🙄🙄)The place is so chill it fr looks like a little hangout spot, the people there are great and I keep hearing so many good things and ratings from them. My friend and I did walk in piercings, best experience! Friendly staff when you come in, and the process was super quick and easy. Nearly painless! She got a lip and septum, I got an ear and nip piercing. Would recommend to anyone, been to other places for piercings and never felt as comfortable as I did here. The aftercare process cards are super helpful and appreciated. Again staff made it a great, our piercer helped with jokes to calm the nerves! Couldn’t have asked for a better experience.

Randomly decided to get my septum done on v day. Walked right in and was pierced and out of there within the hour. Alex was super chill and I felt very comfortable the entire time. Not to mention he did a great job on my septum. The shop in itself is really nice and laid back. They also had a lot of different options for jewelry to start with. I honestly couldnt recommend this place more for your piercings. Thank god I had several friends recommend it to me last minute. Thanks ET and Alex!!

Stopped by because my daughter lost an earring while on vacation. She recently had her ears pierced. I ran in real quick to see what they had. They were knowledgeable and provided exactly what I needed at a fair price. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. Nice place with great service.

I went in on sunday and Chuck took great care of me! I was honestly nervous to do a walk in however they were great! Its been 2-3 weeks now with my piercings, they are healing great and I havent had any issues with them at all! Great place, I paid around $120 for both sides of my nose but with the more secured jewelry.My partner got a thigh tattoo with Dan (i believe?) and it healed great. The detail and work is beautiful, not sure what he paid but it was a decent sized tattoo and im 90% it was under $300Great place, I 100% recommend!

I brought my daughter here for a nose piercing on 2/19/23 I was surprised by how quick everything was and how great it came out. My daughter loves it and we’re both glad we chose this place. I also liked how they ask for documents to prove a minors identity and parental relationship before they do the job. This is important to me knowing they are very thorough and professional with their business.

I brought my daughter here to get her nose pierced so I was EXTREMELY relieved once we got there- It was very clear that they are professional, by the book, clean, and experienced! There was plenty of other customers but we only had to wait 5 minutes. Though it was a bit expensive (60$ jewelry included) I would rather pay more to get quality and safe work done! Definitely recommend! Thanks Chuck for making my daughters day!

I don’t think i’ll ever go to a different tattoo/piercing shop. I came in late to my appointment, and eric/the person taking the phone were both so understanding/didn’t make me feel bad about it at all. The atmosphere was great, I was so nervous prior to coming in but once I actually entered the shop I felt much better. You can tell the artists really enjoy their job here and care about their work and making their customers comfortable. Cannot recommend this place enough!

They did a very good job. Im in Chicago for A school and I decided to get a tattoo. Ive been around to a couple shops around Chicago and this by far is the best spot Ive found. Very friendly staff and very good designs depending on what you get. They hook you up and they dont charge crazy prices out the door so you wont be broke when you leave lol. Very clean place, cool art everywhere you look inside the building. They even got a pool table! 10 outta 10! You wont regret getting a tat here.

My son went there to get his first tattoo for his 20th birthday. He was recommended to go there from a friend and ask for Dan, and it was a great experience for him. Theyre all great to work with, from the people behind the desks to the people behind the guns. The atmosphere is chill and Dan is a very talented artist. My son loves his tattoo and I was so impressed with the fine details of it that Im going back for myself to get a cover up done. Its hard finding an artist that vibes with what you want and can trust your body with. We found a place to go for all tattoos moving forward :) Thank-you Dan for taking such good care of him!

Went to get a nose piercing a few weeks ago with 2 friends - only 2 of us got nose piercings. We got our nose piercings done by Chuck. For first impressions, process was super efficient and everything looked professional and sanitized so 10/10 there. Staff was pretty cool and piercing was quick. The problem started after we got the piercings. It’s completely understandable that some piercings go awry, but the situation went left so fast. First, my friend’s skin started growing over the piercing on the same day and she ended up just taking out the jewelry because it was already giving her too many complications. My piercing was healing just fine initially but about 3 days later the top of my jewelry randomly just fell out. I was cleaning it gently and wasn’t touching the area, but a very light accidental brush of my nose made the top part of the piercing fall out. I planned to go to the shop the next day to have them look at it / replace if needed. The next day, I was running a meeting during work (on camera) and all of sudden my piercing completely fell out and spurted blood everywhere. On my desk, a huge pool in my sink, and little spots all over my apartment. I bled so much that I truly thought I might have had to call an ambulance. At one point, I bled so much that I coughed up a blood clot 3 inches long. After the bleeding stopped, I drove back to the shop (40 mins away from me) and told the piercer what happened (not the same piercer who did mine). They quickly told me that the piercing I picked wasn’t good at all and usually doesn’t stay in well. Probably would have been good to get that expert opinion BEFORE I shelled out $80 on a piercing that fell out within 4 days. After trying to put in a different type of piecing (that they wanted to charge me for) and literally crying tears of blood during the process, he decided that it was best to just let it close. Instead of “sorry we didn’t advise you beforehand”, I got a “well that sucks but at least you know for next time”. He told me that I could just let it heal and come back in two weeks. After such a traumatic experience, I will absolutely not be coming back and plan to go somewhere more professional and customer-centered.

Chuck is the absolute best! Ive gotten piercings done by other people previously, but nobody does them as well (or as quickly) as Chuck. Ive gotten 6 done by him so far and hes truly the only person I trust to do my future piercings. He understands the vision and executes it beautifully. Cannot say enough good things about him!!

My wife and I had Alisha and Randy do some tattoos for us. We are extremely happy with our tattoos and the overall experience! My wife and I got matching tattoos to commemorate where we had gotten engaged, and even though it was the same tattoo both Alisha and Randy made each unique to us as individuals. It was quick and easy! I got my septum done June 3rd and the piercer was absolutely amazing. He was very kind and told me everything about what was happening or going to happen even making fun jokes to lessen the fear/stress. It was also not painful like I imagined and made me fall in love with my piercing all together and more! Having waited since I was 13 for my septum piercing I am happy it was with Eternal Tiger Tattoo making my future tattoo plans very likely to be here again!

Niel was my artist and he did an absolutely incredible job! If you want realism I would definitely recommend Niel because his work is next level. All of the other artists have really unique and dope art styles as well, and seem like really cool people. Would definitely go here again.

Outstanding artists with a terrible management/foh. Got double booked, waited 2 hours for an appointment and then told to come back on noon on tuesday. Just doesnt work. Not a reflection of the artists, but management clearly doesnt care about the people coming in, which isnt fair to either the artists or the clients.This isnt the first time front of house has caused issues with an appointment and its honestly extremely unprofessional.

I’ve came here for one lip piercing and it was the best one out of all the ones I have had done! Chuck was great at doing it and it was quick and easy! As for tattoos I’ve had 3 done so far here by La’Nere and let me tell you he is AMAZING at what he does not only does he talk to you during the appointment but he makes sure everything is the way you want it and perfect in placement honestly out of all the tattoos I’ve gotten the ones he has done I have loved the most I seriously don’t trust anyone else to do my tattoos but him and highly recommend him to anyone too!

You walk in and it feels so comforting everyone greets you everyone is so nice, the area is clean and neat, MY piercer was Alex and let me just say he knows how to treat a customer, keeps you calm, explains every step before during and after the piercing. Alisha did an amazing job and made me feel very comfortable. And of course the tattoo itself is amazing. Its beautiful and I will definitely be coming back to work with her again.

I walked into Eternal Tiger and was greeted immediately in a very friendly manner. The overall environment is very welcoming and very very clean, which is really important. The posters and furniture and the way everything is set up in the shop is so cool and has a lot of personality. My piercer was informative and cleaned every piece of equipment before performing the piercings. They also give you a sheet about piercing aftercare that covers every type of piercing and even the contact information of the piercer or the establishment. I would 10/10 recommend this to all of my friends

I got snake bites done. I highly recommend coming here it’s super clean everyone is very friendly. Chuck was super cool he gave me all the information needed for the piercing to keep them clean and answered any questions I had. Wasn’t to expensive either. Definitely worth the money. Also this was the only place around that would do rings for a first piercing.

I sincerely adore Eternal Tiger Tattoo! Alisha has done two pieces that I absolutely love. She is always easy to to reach and fits me in to the schedule quickly. She is fair in her pricing and will be honest and open with in in the collaboration stat of it all. Her work is quality and you can see that on her social media and (my skin lol) All the staff I have interacted with in my times there have been very obliging and friendly. These guys were great they had a clean and inviting place with several entertainment options when waiting like an arcade game and a pool table. My piercings were hassle free and they fully explained everything to me and asked if I had any questions. They also give you stickers at the end which was pretty cool honestly.

I walked in at right at 12 and was greeted with not only amazing service at the front desk but as well as with an equally amazing Neil Humphrey , his vibe and energy is extraordinary and his story shows tell’s that. During my sketch out time for my tattoos he took my opinion with professionalism and added helpful positive criticism. Would I recommend? Of course , good tattoo shops with cool genuine people who aren’t in it for the money is rare. Awesome experience! I walked in for both my small tattoos (about a year apart) and they took me right away. I waited longer than it actually took to do the tattoo. Super friendly and transparent with prices, min., and time. Randy did my tat and he was super cool about it and worked with me in regards to sizing and fonts.

After seeing the other positive reviews, came in at about 12:30 pm on a Saturday to enquire about getting a Bears logo tattoo. My expectation was to schedule an appointment, but much to my happy surprise they were able to get me in immediately.The artist was a great conversationalist, which counts for a lot when theyre working on you for 3 hours! But more importantly, his work was immaculate, it was a perfect copy of the reference image. The lines were clean and sharp, and the saturation on the orange in the image was excellent. I get compliments on it all the time.Their advice on aftercare and their responsiveness to my questions and concerns was top notch as well. Just a really well-run shop staffed with true professionals in their field.Im sure Ill be getting other tattoos in the future, and there is nowhere else Id consider going.

I just got my first tattoo done at Eternal Tiger Tattoo. They were wonderful, very professional, very nice. I was nervous, very anxious and they talked me through it and made me feel calm. They helped me with little details on my design, they were clear on aftercare, it was quick, easy, and alot cheaper than I thought itd be. I loved my tattoo artist. I dont recommend it. Its been more than 5 months since I put two piercings on my ear and it never heals. My friend had to go to the doctor to remove hers a month later because the quality of the piercings they provide is not of quality and inflames the ear. Terrible service

Chuck did a great job piercing my belly. I got it done about 3 days ago and i haven’t felt any pain at all. it’s healing very nicely so far. I did have my belly pierced before from a different shop and it got infected and they pierced it way too deep. but Chuck did amazing placement and it feels so much better! I will definitely be going back for my spine tattoo!

I’ve had 3 different tattoos done with 3 different artist. I’m more than satisfied with my art work from each artist. Also while waiting for my brother to finish his piece it was like being in my own living room. They are Very friendly and welcoming. Also really clean which I highly appreciate especially with covid. Went to get my tongue pierced and my friends snakebites. I got nervous and almost backed out but the piercer was super supportive and encouraging and I got it done. When stars align you find an artist like Neil. In Lake Villa, IL of all the world. He truly is a master tattoo artist that will be too famous and booked any day now so take advantage of his skills before they leave our area. I have gone to Neil for years. I’ve never been a loyal customer to any specific artist but after I met him and had my first tattoo from him I haven’t gone anywhere else. If I need a piece I message him and we get to work ASAP. His shop is a tattoo lovers dream. Quirky and gorgeous and clean and unique. The music is always on point too. But it’s really his skill and gentle nature that bring me back time and time again. I feel at peace while he works and the results are tattoos that will stand the test of time, get raving compliments and heal like a dream. I’ve watched him progress in his art career to do hyper realistic style work and honestly it’s the exact opposite of those hilarious horrible tattoo pages. His work is breathtaking, showstopping, worth every penny which by the way he asks a fraction of what his work should cost. I will continue to see Neil for work because he is simply the best. I always show off his Instagram account to people asking me where to go for a tattoo. His kind and humble nature is to be celebrated. I’m so proud of him and am blessed to have found him.

Don’t go here for piercings. i got my bellybutton pierced 2 weeks ago to date and so far very unsatisfied. For starters, my stomach was pierced. not my bellybutton. I was also told I was pierced with a 16 but upon asking another piercer I was told it was both a 14 and way too short. My jewelry started to bury into my skin and turned a dark red color. Will not be coming back.

Surprised me a bit when I was brought into a room where someone was getting their tattoo done next to me but hey as long as it doesnt distract the piercer idc. They gave me an industrial and I realized it was too short so I went back the next day. The phone guy was a little rude about me asking for a longer bar but the piercer did it with no problems and didnt seem to mind. Very nice experience. Make sure you do a little research about how your piercing should fit beforehand so you dont have to go back.

Everyone we spoke to was friendly. The piercer, Chuck gave verbal detailed aftercare instructions as well as providing written instructions. The woman who completed our transaction also went over care for the piercing. And the shop itself - chef’s kiss. Comfortable and welcoming. Thanks everyone!

I tried to take my brother there for his 2nd tattoo he had everyone gotten. Came in as a walk in at 12 when they open and talked to the front person about a tattoo that he had pictures for and was flexible with to make it work easiest for them. She had him write down his info and said they had a few appointments already (understandable) and possibly get in at 4 pm that day OR they would call him. They did not and when we called around 430 they said they still were busy but would call him later to see if they could. They never did. Seemed like a really cool vibe in the shop, but thats not a good way to do business. All you had to do was communicate it might not be possible that day and have him schedule an appointment for next time. It was a very simple tattoo with easy placement. Disappointed.

Dan was great and easy to work with. Tattoo came out great! I couldn’t be happier.

My husband and I got tattoos here. Mine was with a guest artist Mike who was very nice and very talented, would definitely travel to his home shop for another tattoo! But the REAL gem of this shop is La’Nere!!!! He did my husbands tattoo and wow!! The pure artistry on every level… lines, shading, dimension, the little details, down to the way he held the gun! This dude was born to create and you can see that in his tattoos! Will absolutely be back to be tattooed with him again!!

My sister had went to Neil for her tattoo so she recommended him to me for getting my daughters names. He is very patient and tries to give you the best of what you want with what will look best. I’m in love with my tattoo! Pricing is not bad either! Definitely looking to come back for future tattoos.

Got two piercings from Alex. First off he has such a fantastic dude, he is always seems to be smiling which really helps ease the nerves!! Both piercings looked fantastic by the way, he literally got me in and out, within 10 minutes it was awesome and so convenient! I loved my first experience and loved the drawing / paintings on the wall so much I had to get a tattoo. I got tattooed by Alisha…. Let me tell you….. she is soooooo talented at what she does, lines where soooo crisp. love her style, her vibe, attitude and the ART !Everything about here just made me feel so comfortable. Will be coming here again by the way. All in all, everything about this place is so great 1000/10 recommend going here. 🤘🏼

I have gone here for 2 tattoos and a nose piercing now and have also referred 2 people who ended up getting 3 tattoos from here. It’s my favorite shop I have been to. Everyone is attentive and friendly. I appreciate the person who works the front counter because she’s very good at getting right to the point. Very clean and well maintained establishment. Will definitely be back for more.

Great customer service. I got my nose pierced and had to go back two times since due to stud coming out and closing (got caught on towel). They poked it back through each time without charging me.

Ive never felt more welcome in a tattoo shop than I have at this one. Everyone is incredibly friendly!! Even if they arent your artist, they still stop by and say hi which Ive never seen anywhere else. I felt relaxed and comfortable the entire time, and my artist, Alisha, did an absolutely phenomenal job on my tattoo. Im so excited to have found this place and I cant wait to go back to get another tattoo!!!

Was looking for a new tattoo shop because I just moved and decided on here. I was a tad skeptical due to the 5/5 reviews (you just never see that). But I can whole heartedly tell you that I completely understand the extremely high reviews of this establishment. Everyone was very welcoming and the establishment itself was very clean with a wholesome vibe. The owner himself made time to get me in for a walk-in and helped get my idea finalized. The tattoo itself was easily one of the best quality ones I have (i currently have 9). I definitely will be coming back and recommend them as well.

Excellent. Came to Iron Tiger for the first time today and ended up leaving with a great piece of art. Came in not wanting to spend too much and Neil worked within my price range to give me something I’m happy with. Great shop great artist. I highly recommend this place for your next tattoo.UPDATE: Still 5 stars after my second tattoo here. Everything is very clean and Neil does amazing work. He takes his time to make sure the drawing is good before he puts it on your body. They’re also very accommodating and worked with us immediately as walk ins! Thanks Neil!

I had a tattoo that I wanted freshened up and added to that was 28 years old. Not having a clear idea of what I wanted, I went with letting Dan suggest what will look and work best. He did NOT disappoint! The tattoo turned out beautifully and captured my thought, even as minuscule of an idea that I had, perfectly!!! Very professional, fun, and inviting group of tattoo and piercing artists!!

This place is absolutely great, went in with a vague idea of what i wanted and left with an absolutely beautiful tattoo. The people were great and helped me get exactly what i wanted and it turned out perfect. I cannot recommend this place enough!!

Recently stepped in for a walk in tattoo and Eric did an amazing job I was extremely pleased with how well it turned out! And of course always Trust Chuck to be your piercer! Just got a second nostril piercing on both sides and I absolutely love them! Get your A** in there and get that tattoo or piercing!!!!

I just happened to be driving by and my daughter wanted to get her cartilage pierced. Figured I would stop in and check them out. The shop is very clean and looks nice and cozy. Super friendly staff. Neil pierced her and explained everything step by step, reassuring her. She says it barely hurt and wants to get all of her piercings done in a shop from now on. You guys are amazing and affordable!

This is such a cool shop! Everyone is friendly and they make you feel welcome.They are all super knowledgeable about what’s new in the industry and keep their spaces very clean. Pat is an amazing artist and I felt like he really understood the importance of my tattoo. I will definitely go back for my next one!

My friend and I walked in to get our septums pierced and were taken right away, both piercings were done within 15 min, everything was very professional, clean, and efficient.

I got a tattoo today from La’nere and it is absolutely beautiful. He communicated his ideas for my tattoo well and I trusted his artistic input. There was good music playing at all times, the entire shop is squeaky clean, everyone is friendly, and they are very quick while still producing high quality art. I walked-in without an appointment and they were able to see me within 45 mins. Overall great experience & I’m very happy with my newest tattoo:)

I was recommended to go there from a coworker and ask for Dan. He took his time on my design and I was impressed with the fine details. Will be going back to get my sleeve finished but so far he has done an amazing job!

I’ve gone here for two tattoos and i think 4 piercings now. Everyone’s always super nice and they can usually squeeze you in even if you’re bad at planning like me. I’ve never had any issues and have always loved the work they’ve done. I’ll definitely be back many times!

Second piercing I have had done by Alex and every time they turn out amazing. Will continue to come back to get all of my piercings done by him. Definitely recommend coming here and requesting him specifically.

Went to get a nose piercing (Walk-In) I had to wait 5 min but when it was time it was fast & painless. I was literally surprised that It didn’t hurt at all. Lovely environment & great/fast service!!!

Thank you to the piercer for giving me my septum. They took hella care of me throughout my tattoo sessions and piercing. I’ve gotten multiple pieces done at this phenomenal shop and I’ve brought friends in for work.The artists are all extremely talented and comforting! Nobody is a robot and you immediately feel like you are talking to friends.I got a traditional circus monkey done by Neil,I have a traditional lotus flower done by Randy and a traditional wolf man done by Eric. Everything about this shop is top tier! From the home like vibes with the pool table and mortal kombat arcade box, to the ultra clean and welcoming environment.They also have GET WHAT YOU GET and PLINKO! Which is amazing! I love going in, trusting the artist and walking out with a badass piece. Next time you are around the area and looking for ink, DO NOT sleep on this shop!

Neil, Aleisha and the team are so great at helping you chose the best tattoo designs and making your ideas and creations come to life so much better than you could have ever imagined! The atmosphere there is amazing and of course their work is top notch.
