I just had my piercings done today. I asked the lady to pierce exactly where my old piercings used to be. She did it perfectly on the right earlobe but not on my left earlobe. Now it looks like I have an extra hole on my earlobe right above my piercing. I didn’t realize this until I left the mall.

Love these gals!! Very helpful, had a problem with my receipt and I didnt get her name but manager I think, but she explained everything and then was very good to me with exchanging sand helping pick other things out!! The prices are definitely good/fair and they have a wide variety of everything for EVERYONE!! All kinds of occasions, holidays, religions, and body and kids wow love this place!!

We got my 8 month old daughter’s ears pierced here today by a young girl named Alex and she was amazing! She took time to make sure both ear piercings were even and was so gentle! I really appreciate the way she took care of her. Would definitely recommend this location!

Staff was friendly and the fact that its a small kiosk ,I guess you could say, is a good thing it makes the experience more personal in my opinion. When theres multiple costumers tho, it can get busy .

Very friendly, knowledgeable staff. Wasnt happy I paid for a warranty last year and now they no longer honor it....but all the staff very apologetic and accommodating. Definitely retained my business! Lots of decent priced jewelry, especially kids. Limited body piercing jewelry, but one of the only places that do decent nose piercings.

I had bought here couple of time but i stop buying from them. Husband brought 14k earning and he was getting infected. He is allergics to fake jewerly. We try to return with receipt and all, but the lady wouldnt take it back . I guess somebody switch the real and fake jewerly and sold us the fake. $100.00 down the drain

Don’t know if whatever was working downstairs was in a bad mood yesterday or what but she was terribly rude, not helpful at all. maybe consider getting new staff

I went here to get my daughter eats pierdes. It went great. I got pierdes to but one got infected even though i was cleaning it daiñy. The cheapest set of earrings is 20 bucks. However the prices are skype high. For started earrings. 50 bucks for earrings no way. I will be coming back though

The girl who pierced my ears was trying to sell me everything at the stand when all I wanted was my ears pierced and she was very mis leading she handed me spray to clean the piecing and I asked her if it was free and she said yes but it wasn’t free when I I took a look at my receipt it showed that I paid for the spray .. then they were having a sale everything was 50% off so I ended up buying jewelry for my eyebrow piercing and my husband was going to get a pair of earrings also cause she told us the earrings would be free.. but they were not free so he put them back… idk the whole experience was really wierd and I felt like I was being hustled by that lady….non the less I got my ears pierced and I will never go back… so over priced

DONT PIERCE CARTILAGES WITH A GUN ANYMORE!I got my cartilage pierced here in October, kept it clean with salt water, and twisted everyday. No matter what was always getting a crust, and I couldn’t sleep on that side since I first got the piercing. 2 months later I brushed it accidentally harder than usual and it became infected! got so swollen my ear started to scab over to earring and my cartilage completely swallowed the front. At urgent care at the moment having to spend $120 for them to get this mess fixed. Maybe my ears are bad with piercings, but I should’ve listened to always going with a needle. I know pagoda doesn’t offer the piercing with a needle it’s with a gun, but they should know it shouldn’t be done like this. they should inform customers that the best idea would go to a professional with a sterile needle. not a gun that will pierce at a strong impact and totally traumatize the cartilage.

Just got my first ear pierced here, first time the earring was a little to the side so i went back to get it fixed and the worked had a nasty attitude. afterwards i looked at it and it looked worse. i can see the whole back piece of my earring while looking at my earring from the front. the few extra steps to claire’s would have been more worth it then this place

Don’t go here to get ears pierced. the staff was very friendly, however they totally messed up my piercings. they were uneven and definitely misplaced. i went to a different piercing pagoda to get them fixed.

I got my ears pierced maybe 5 or 6 years ago at this shop. The employees were kind, but they completely misplaced my lobe piercing, they are in the middle of my ears. Also, they use a piercing gun, so they arent licensed pros.

Went here to scope out piercing. A girl on her first day was left stranded waiting for someone who was supposed to train her... So we left and came back and then no one was there... Wont bother trying again.
