I have been going here for a few months working on a tattoo removal. The shop is clean and welcoming. The service is quick. I also took my daughter for a carbon facial and the girls were so good with her!! They made her feel comfortable and gave her breaks when needed. I didn’t think she would make it through half the treatment but Lexie was so encouraging that she made it til it was finished and wants to go back forMore! It has been the only effective treatment for her skin and we have spent a ton of cleansers. It’s worked so well with the first treatment her friends are already wanted to try it too. Lexie made sure it was safe for her age with a MD prior. They take their business serious and want the best outcomes for their customers.

Lexie and Rena are really the only reason I continue to endure mild discomfort for my tattoo removal. Dont let them lie to you, tattoo removal is painful. But these two make it manageable with their demeanor and attitude. They are honestly so pleasant and are genuinely concerned about your comfort during the process, that they are probably the only reason I continue to go back. I knew the price of getting tattoos removed, and they make it bearable.

They are very accepting of people who are different and were so nice/accommodating. I was very nervous and scared but I loved my visit. I had laser hair removal for the first time on my face/upper lip. It went very well and the price was great. I feel like a weight is off my shoulders. Cant wait for next visit!

I had the charcoal laser treatment. They were great at answering my questions and easing any concerns. The process was fast and she informed of what was happening at each step. It’s very nice and clean the Lexie and arena are great to work with!! I will be going back and looking forward to it.
