Hilah did my mothers first tattoo last week! She was so sweet and my mother just loved her. She loves her tattoo and was very pleased with everything! Highly recommend her shes a fantastic artist and so is her staff!! The other ladies in the shop there are just the sweetest. ❤️

I have been going to Victorian Ink Tattoo Parlor for many years. I trust Hilah’s opinion and love that she puts so much thought into each tattoo. She will look at an inspiration picture and make it unique. I never feel rushed and the atmosphere is aways upbeat and relaxing. I am very picky about safety and cleanliness. Never once have I felt that this shop doesn’t meet my very high standards.

Great friendly clean environment. My daughter got her first tattoo from Hilah. She has a bleeding disorder so we were hesitant but we spoke with Hilah prior to she agreed to proceed with caution and kept asking for updates through the recovery process! Her amount of experience is far greater than her amazing art work! I myself have several tattoos from Hilah going all they way back to when she was still an apprentice! 11 years later I am still getting tattoos from her!

I have a few pieces of Hilah’s work. My first hilah piece was a cover up/add too memory piece for my grandparents & I gave her a few details about my grandparents and the fact that my pap was in the war she fell in love with this project and I left with tears of joy & I didn’t want anyone else to do my work. My elephant tattoo is by far my absolute favorite of all my pieces. I recently just got my planchette by Kenna & I was baffled when she told me her age. I have an up coming appointment with hilah & im eager to book with moon! 🌙 I’ve been waiting for Hilah’s return (as we all have, If you know you know)! Hilah is the the most open minded & beautiful soul I know. Her style is impeccable & her heart is bigger than most. I gave her a list of ideas for my mother/son tattoo & she went above and beyond. I recently requested a Bart & Lisa tattoo so I can’t wait to catch up & pay for therapy! ❤️

Hilah is an amazing artist. She’s so talented and such a genuinely good person. Her work is amazing and she’s so easy to talk to when she’s working. She goes above and beyond to make her clients happy…though it doesn’t take much because she’s so good at what she does!

Phenomenal artists! I got a Rose Quartz Crystal tattoo from Hilah for Valentines Day and Im absolutely in love with it! Hilah is so amazing!! They are also so friendly and made me feel so comfortable the entire time I was there. I decided to give this shop a chance when I saw their Valentines Day flash sale. This was the best tattoo experience I ever had. Such friendly and fun artists. They are all so talented and their work is amazing. I have found my forever shop.

I was so worried to get a hand done by anybody as I know it can be challenging but Hilah killed it! She drew up a rough draft early enough for us to go over details I asked her to change a few things and she did without hesitation and even while she was doing it I requested a change and she did just that. Shes very easy to work with and I love the way it turned out! Id recommend her and her shop anyday!

I cannot recommend Hilah enough! From start to finish, every part of the process— communication leading up to appt, conversation during the tattoo, and the end result— is top notch!
