I got my nose pierced there on Sunday the 15th and the piercer Jeremy was super chill!! He made it fun and that alone makes him a good piercer;. He explained everything, had no issue moving the marker dot around till I was happy, and everything was super clean! I also got a chance to talk with the tattoo artist who was there that day too and she was also really cool and chill and professional! 10/10 will be going again

Jeremy took good care of me. He did 4 ear lobe piercings and was very attentive, friendly and fast. I was also pleased with the price compared to other piercing shops i called for estimates. I will return.

Came here today for an impulsive piercing. Cam was wonderful and talked me through everything about it and eased my nerves with the piercing. She was extremely polite and cool. I love the industrial and have wanted it for a while, glad I had someone as great as her to pierce it. She made sure everything was sterile and clean, shop was clean and nice. Would definitely come back. Quick and easy, won’t say painless but wasn’t the worst pain either !

I go here often and this time I actually got something. I ended up getting a belly/navel piercing by Jeremy and he’s always so nice. He also changed my mom’s jewelry for her. Everyone is always nice in there, always a good experience!

Brought my 6 year old daughter here to get her first ear piercing and we had a great experience. Jeremy was so kind and patient and informative. My daughter told me that she liked how he would tell her what he was going to do before he did anything. It made her feel so comfortable through her scary experience. Jeremy was professional and we are really glad we chose to come here for her ear piercing!

I got a belly piercing done. I was super nervous but the workers there were really nice and comforting. Kia did my piercing she is really calm and relaxing and took her time on my piercing. I loved the experience im definitely going back for my septum piercing !!

My daughter and I came in to get her a nose piercing. Jeremy was awesome! He had a very relaxing nature and explained the process in a way we could understand! The whole procedure took no time and my daughter looks SO FREAKING CUTE with her nose ring ♥️

I got my nose peirced in both nostrils and Kai and the rest of the staff were so amazing and friendly, they made me feel comfortable and made the whole experience really great. I felt super welcome and I can’t wait to come back and get some more peircings done by them!

I got an eyebrow piercing on the 7th and was pierced by Kai, very respectful and we both have a love for Ateez. Quick and not too painful. The only pain was the needle going through. Perfect placement as well! Super clean, wiped everything down good and wore gloves! Will come by again for a helix soon!

I recently went into the Sugarloaf Mills location because I had questions about a cartilage (helix) piercing I got at your Kennesaw location in July of 2023. My ear was still swollen (after 9 months) and I was pretty sure it was healing diagonally for some reason even though it was straight when it was pierced. I followed all of the aftercare procedures that I was TOLD to follow......After letting Kai look at it at the Sugarloaf location, she informed me that there was no saving my piercing because of how crooked it had healed. Apparently, I was never told by the original piercer, at another location, that I was supposed to come back about 3-4 months later to have the bar downsized to keep it from healing wrong and to eliminate the swelling.She offered to take the piercing out and let it heal and then said I could come back and she would re-pierce it for free because none of the problems with my piercing were my fault.....I hadnt been informed of the proper procedures to follow to prevent that from happening.Mind you, I have 2 other piercings and plenty of tattoos so Im no stranger to following aftercare procedures.I cant say enough about Kai and her professionalism! I came back 2-3 days later to get Snake Bites from her!The first 2 photos below are from the day I got my piercing and the others are from a few nights ago.....9 months later.....Last picture is of my new Snake Bite piercings! Thank you, again, Kai!! Youre the best!!!

Monroe piercing 💋‼️🫶🏽They are located in Sugarloaf Mills mall across from Dave and Busters.Cam initially did the piercing, but at dinner later that night, I was eating a pineapple, and the ball fell off. Came back the next day, and they took good care of me and corrected the mistakes and reassured me, and even offered a refund. I didnt need a refund. I love the piercing. I was willing to get pierced again. 🫶🏽‼️Cam was very nice. She was very professional and gave me all the health tips I needed to care for my piercing.All the staff was really nice and professional 👏🏼 I definitely recommend them! Follow them on Instagram.

I am so glad I chose this place to do my 1st nose piercing.Jeremy waited on me because I called 8 mins before closing time. He was very professional and kind. He made me so comfortable that I didn’t even feel the piercing at all… Jeremy was knowledgeable and treated me like a queen. I wish this place had more staff seeing as it’s hard to balance piercing people and talking to people that just walked in but aside from that jeremy did such a good job at piercing my belly. two days after i don’t feel much pain or soreness, he did amazing and is very experienced. also very polite upon arriving in. thank you jeremy!!

They allow walk ins which is pretty neat. I came in today for two helix piercings. The staff was super sweet, Kai took care of me and made the process a breeze. I’ll be back! :)

I DO NOT recommend this place. i got my nose done here and it was infected not even a month after i got it done. the dude who did my nose gave me ZERO instructions on how to take care of it and clean it, i had to ASK HIM what to use to clean it he told me contact solution and here we are now after 3 weeks and it’s infected even after i have cleaned it and properly took care of it like i was suppose to. i had another tattoo shop look at it and they toldme whoever did my nose angled it wrong and it would not heal properly because of that. 👎🏼 i called this place and asked them what to do abt my nose having a white bump on it and having puss and asked if he could look at it and tell me if my nose was rejecting it or if it was infected he told me it was normal and to use a goodie powder with water to clean it ?! without even looking at it and refused to see me. don’t come here unless you wanna waste 60$

My mom has had her tragus pierced for over a year now, she didn’t get it pierced at this shop but it was perfectly healed. she decided she wanted to change her jewelry out so we came here. The lady was sweet but as she was changing her jewelry she stabbed her with the equipment she was using. I immediately noticed that my mom was actually hurt because of the way she looked at me, but we allowed the piercer to continue. when she was describing the jewelry she said it was rust proof, but it started rusting two weeks after we got it. my moms piercings have never gave her difficulties, but the ear that was stabbed became very swollen and it irritated her. Overall the piercer seemed inexperienced, i don’t recommend coming here.

I moved here from Tennessee and had just went through a really bad break up. So of course I went and got a piercing. I have always wanted to get my vertical labret done! Kai was so sweet and did an amazing job. Definitely gave me the confidence boost that was much needed.

Cam was amazing! She was patient and encouraging. Nose piercing went way better than I expected and took literally 2 seconds. She walks you through everything she was doing as she was doing it.

My experience was awesome. My artist Med was nothing short of AMAZING!! I went in for a tatt I wanted of an angel and he tweaked it into perfection. I was nervous at first but he put my mind at ease without even trying. I also love how they have QR Codes that you can scan for different info around the store. The whole experience was a VIBE!! The pricing here was amazing and so was the service! The man that did my nose piercing was super nice and did an amazing job. Black Cloud has such a clean and cool environment, & the employees are very informative with care and cleaning instructions! I would recommend calling beforehand to see if they’re free for walk ins (I was able to walk in and get mine done- it was a fast and great process). This was my first nose piercing and while I was nervous going in, I was not nervous as it was happening thanks to the great staff. I will definitely be coming back here!!

It was good to have an idea, then see the artist go to work to bring that idea to life. Use of technology to splash images so fast was cool. Like taking a basic picture and adding some personal flare that gives meaning to you. It was a good Birthday gift. Ill be back sooner than next year to get another tattoo. Med was on point from drafting to drawing to applying the ink to canvas. He did such a good job, I want to expand my picture into a memoriam collage. Good work and steady hands.

After many years procrastinating 🙄about getting a nose piercing, I FINALLY did it yesterday after work💪🏽👌🏽. I was scared shitless🫣...but I did it. And it was only a pinch of pain😁.Kai and the other Lady made me felt REAL COMFORTABLE and they were very Sweet and Kind❤️. I will DEFINITELY will be going back and bringing a friend 👌🏽. Everyone loves it🥰 and dont know why I wait soooo long to get it done.

I went in on a whim because I was in the area! I wanted to go to Virtue and Vice in Buckhead because I was on my way home anyway (its like 12 minutes away from me) but they kept giving me too extreme of wait times. I looked on maps, looked at the reviews and called Black Cloud! Jeremy was very nice when he answered my call and was able to see me immediately lol! It was just a 6 minute drive and he was there waiting patiently. I got a lobe piercing on my right ear! Its my 4th lobe hole, I was telling him that I had always been embarrassed with how low my third lobe hole sat (got it at a local beauty supply store via a gun literally like 20 years ago in middle school). So now at my big grown age, I had the idea out of nowhere to get another hole next to it. He literally placed it EXACTLY where I wanted it!! Like the literal exact spot lol!! I have tattoos and a tragus and forward helix so of course a lobe piercing didnt hurt, just a very small pinch but he was gentle! We decided on a 3mm gold plated titanium 18 gauge earring. It looks so perfect with my other earrings (I attached a picture). I absolutely DO recommend! ASK FOR JEREMY!!

I literally cant explain how much I love this place, I came in as a walk-in for my first piercing [snake-bites] , the guy and girl there were so nice and lovely!! Walked me through every single bit of it, made sure I was comfortable and everything! I recommend this place sm!!They are kind and non-judgmental as well as clean, precise! I saw them disinfect where I sat as I paid. They also walk you through how to clean and look after what you get!If you’re looking to get a first piercing or just one in general I’d say the experience was so good all around!

First thing I noticed was the shop was very clean and the employees were welcoming. I didnt get the name of my piercer but she was patient and quick. She talked to me through the piercing process which helped calm my nerves. Would definitely recommend this place for anyone who wants a piercing!

Destiny was great! I previously had my septum piercing, so I was slightly concerned about scar tissue but she knew what she was doing and the whole process was super easy. She asked what I thought was the worst part (which is the clamps, dont let anyone tell you otherwise) snd made jokes with me about how much of a pain they are. Also, she was super picky about disinfecting everything, right down to a couple things neither of us touched. I watched someone else get a nose piercing before me and she took probably 5-10 minutes to disinfect everything before even seeing what it was I was getting. Super clean! 10/10 experience.

I wanted a tattoo for my birthday. I love my ink therapy, so I was searching for places to go and this was 3 minutes from my job so I was like let me try them out. They’re a new shop, beautiful space and extremely clean. Nitty was my artist and on top of him freestyling my design well based on what I asked for, he’s an AMAZING all around artist! Honestly I was very impressed with his portfolio on top of his costume design and his car! Really dope group of people

I was highly recommended to Black Tattoo by a lady a met. I was skeptical, thinking it will be very painful and risk of infection in piercing my nose. But, Nico (lady) was professional and sterilized her work station. Kept me at ease. It was quick and a little painful. I was in and out in 10mins.

I went and got my septum peirced at the location at Sugarloaf Mills Mall, and the guy who did it was absolutely amazing. He talked me through the whole thing and I didnt even feel the needle. My experience with Black Cloud in the Sugarloaf Mills Mall was great. The process took about 30-45 minutes for me and my husband combined.The only down side is that there were only 2 staff, one tattoo artist and a piercer. So we wait just under an hour.

Walked in for a nose piercing. I don’t remember the name of the young lady that took care of me but she was super sweet, steady handed and CLEAN. She did another piercing right before me and delivered consistency from one to the other. I’ll be back for more piercings and a tattoo soon!

I wouldnt recommend. I walked in asking what type of jewelry that was on display and she goes to tell me they are ear jewelry with the backs. I picked it up and showed her they were threadless toppers and that is what i was interested in purchasing. The woman who says she is the piercer refused to sell me the labret jewelry that they had on our for sale and insisted that she only had ear jewelry. I asked to speak with another staff and he stupidly went along with her foolishness. Giving racist vibes.

The tattoo artist changed the prices if you dont sit down for one sitting.. We agreed at four hundred dollar tattoo and he continued to change the price. Untrustworthy location. Wants an additional $400 to complete a tattoo..
