Went to get a anti eyebrow and the lady that talked with me had a very rude attitude telling me “you know it has a 95% chance of rejecting right.” not her problem i’m the one paying at the end of the day. would never come back nor recommend anyone going here saints and sinners is really good alternative

I went last week for a simple tattoo honoring a lost loved one. Luchino did such a great job I went back today. He created a design just for me and Im super thrilled with it. I go back in 2 weeks to have it colored in. If you are looking for a tattoo this is the place to go. Thank you Luchino!

Felix was so great and patient. She did my belly button piercing, and she told me ways to clean the piercing and the healing time. The whole process was super fast and professional.

I went there to get my first nose piercing. The lady that greeted me was very rude and unprofessional. She told that they go up in pricing frequently once I asked her about pricing. The $60 was NOt the issue it was her attitude and demeanor for me. So I walked out! I googled nose piercing near me. Which led me to Black Cloud piercing inside Sugarloaf Mills! I am so glad that I chose this place Black Cloud instead. Jeremy was very nice!!! He did my piercing and it was pain free, he also gave me $20 off with a coupon he had there! I will never go back to Magic Dragon for anything!!!!

Isaiah was great. My daughters first piercing. She got her Septum done. He was patient and took his time in case she got nervous. Very informative also, didnt just pierce her and send her away. I have had many of my piercings and tattoos done here. Great place.

I wouldn’t come here for piercings. Ive recently gotten a septum piercing about 3 months ago. 2 Days ago one of the balls to my piercing fell out, I went back to the shop to get a replacement. Each ball is $9 which I think is expensive and I asked if i could just the correct size but they can’t tell me… cool. Since I was afraid of my piercing falling out I paid the $9 they didnt ask if I wanted them to install the ball either. They problem came with the ball they gave me not fitting. I headed back to the shop asking for a different size but I was told that they couldn’t replace it and I couldnt get a refund and they also can’t tell me the size of the ball. Now im out of $9 for a ball that does not fit they jewelry piece they gave me and I have no idea where to find the correct size. I recommend going to a shop that can keep up with the sizes they offer and who can help resolve an unfortunate situation. And it stinks inside the shop steer clear! UPDATE!!! I highly recommend going to saints and sinners on duluth highway. They could tell me the size of my jewelry, the atmosphere is alot brighter cleaner and have a overall better vibe.

I got my belly pierced here recently and had the best experience. I have a very low pain tolerance and hate any kind of needles but the people who worked there were very kind and patient. They gave me stress balls to squeeze onto while the piercing was happening and also tried to distract me as much as possible. Once it was over and I felt faint they provided water and a lolly to make sure I felt okay. They also gave me as much time as I needed to re energize myself. 10/10 experience.

Got my first two tattoos done here four years ago by Steven and he did great.

Worst customer service. My My anatomy was too small which was something I never heard of before so I had to change the person I wanted to get the piercer did not want to understand or listen to my suggestions she only wanted to make the suggestion of the piercing and she thought I should get so after we came up with a conclusion I thought that she was listening to the piercing that I told her I wanted after the fact that she told me my anatomy was too small which I understand so I said OK I’m gonna get another piercing but after the fact after she took me to the room and Daddy. show me piercings I realize that the piercing looked a little unfamiliar and bigger than the spot that I wanted it in and instead of trying to understand. Where I was coming from the piercer’s cider to catch an attitude with me suggest that I wasn’t listening to her and tell me that I can get a refund. Me ridiculously uncomfortable. Walked back to the front for my refund. & now the process of the refund is new. And I didn’t have to swipe or tap my card. In order to verify. It’s now been 3 days and my refund as not come back to my bank.

Got my first tattoo here and I absolutely loved it. Jason did my tattoo. My wife and her sister each got two tattoos and the sister’s bf got one Too. They all came out great. Levi did an amazing job with my wife and sister and laws tats. I would highly recommend this place to anyone that wants great work.

I came back for the first time in 7 years and got my tattoo done by an artist named Brody and he was great! Made me feel comfortable had great conversation with me and my best friend who came with me. He made sure I was completely sure what I wanted and let me know that if I wanted anything changed it was ok. Professional, super cool about his work and all around great! Loved my experience and would recommend it to anyone. 😁👍🏾

I couldn’t be happier with my septum piercing from Magick Dragon. The placement looks good, they were super nice and professional, reasonable prices, clean, and it healed really quickly. This was my first piercing so I was a little nervous, but if I ever get another, I will absolutely go back

KJ did an amazing job on my tattoo! He worked with me on the design, was very gentle, and gave me a very clean, beautifully applied tattoo. 10/10 would recommend and will definitely be a repeat customer!

If you are going to get a piercing do not go here. i have gone in on multiple occasions to get a piercing done and have been turned away every time. the piercer clearly does not want to make money bc she has refused to do my belly button, tongue, nipples, and medusa. i understand not piercing an area due to “anatomy problems” but she denies EVERY single place on my body. i have gone to other piercers to get my anatomy checked and all have said im fine and have done the piercings (with no complications). she is also not the friendliest which makes getting a piercing even more intimidating. go to no regrets it’s only 20 minutes from magick dragon and holly is friendly and quick!

Jason was awesome! I was a walk in and there were people in front of me and I decided to wait and I’m glad I did. My tattoo looks amazing and healed very nicely. He was kind and welcoming. I would definitely recommend! Bailey also did a great job on my nose piercing. The placement was great and she made it quick and painless. I will definitely be returning.

I called ahead to ask about a nose piercing. They only had one option for jewelry. Felix the piercer confirmed that the end of the piece would hang out of my nose. I was disappointed and had driven out of my way by 30 minutes to come here. All that is fine. Except as I was asking about options and maybe even considering just getting the piercing, Felix abruptly said “have a nice day.” No sense of customer service and I felt absolutely disrespected by her dismissive attitude. I would not recommend this shop at all.

Excellent piercing experience here! The piercer was honest with me and told me the one I wanted would probably be rejected based on the anatomy of my ear. Ended up getting my tragus pierced and I love it! I was in and out super quick and the piercer was very nice and professional.

Got my ears pierced here(second lobe and a helix) process was quick and simple only there for maybe 10-15 minutes. Great prices and the piercer was AMAZING, sweet, understanding, fun to talk to- and very good at her job. Made sure I was comfortable the entire time and everything was the way I wanted. Will definitely be coming back and recommend to others.

I have come here multiple times for piercings and after this time, I really have to leave a review. Every time, they have been wonderful! The piercers (and artists Ive talked to) are fun, professional, knowledgeable and fun to talk to. Specifically, today I want to thank Jessica for being super wonderful! She did an amazing job with my piercing, was great to talk to, kind, explained everything and answered all my questions and super professional!. Im definitely looking forward to going back again!

Got a daith piercing, helix piercing, and small tattoo done for the Halloween sale event. I loved both the piercer and the artist, and theres a feeling of comradery between all the employees that makes it feel very welcoming. It was my first time getting a tattoo, and I was treated very gently and had the process explained to me thoroughly. Will definitely be coming back for future tattoos and piercings!

I’ve gotten several piercings and tattoos here. I absolutely love this place. The place is EXTREMELY clean and sterile.I’ve NEVER had a bad experience here. Once I couldn’t get one of my earrings out and I went there and the lady that removed it for me was very kind and patient because I’d gotten a bit of anxiety from my not being able to remove it.Yesterday my niece got a piercing and we got matching tattoos. I was very comfortable being in there because they really limited the number of people who could be in there.We had to sign in and was told they would call us when it was our turn. It was a five hour wait but this was explained upfront. We couldn’t wait there. Four hours later they called, we returned and were very pleased.

OmG this is the best place to go to receive a very good quality tattoo. I went here to get a sleeve done and they understood the assignment! It’s beautiful and just the way I envisioned it.

I went here with my 15 year old daughter to get her septum pierced today (4/28/22). She was very very nervous about getting it done. Miss Nicole was so sweet, honest and “100” with her. My daughter sat in the chair after we were called and was given a study animal to hold and squeeze if need be. After ab 10 mins of my daughter not making up her mind up to go thru with it she remained calm cool and collected. She was really awesome during the whole procedure and it was done real quick and my daughter didn’t even shed a tear.Highly recommend going here and I know we will back get her next piercing.Thank you a ton for being so awesome with my baby girl!!

Been here before in the past and had great service. But this last time was poor. I went in with my husband after calling to see if they could repierce one of my forward helix piercings and they said yes. So we go, sign in, and wait. An hour later we get called up just to be told they dont have the tools for it. So they basically wasted our time. Needless to say I wont be going back. 🤷🏻‍♀️

The atmosphere was comfortable, the wait time wasn’t long. The staff seemed very knowledgeable & friendly. Summer was so sweet & she made my experience great. I had my nose pierced & she walked me through it by answering any questions I had. She explained about how to properly care for it, & what to do if it should come out. I’d definitely recommend this place for a piercing, I’m not very sure about their tattoos. They had several customers, so I assume they’re great at that too.

I had a great experience up until it was time to get a tattoo 🙄 I don’t recall his name but the bald guy with the long beard? Yea, DONT GO TO HIM ! He’s very nonchalant and doesn’t listen to the customers wants/needs. He never asked me what font I wanted , or sizes, etc. he just asked what letters I was getting and did it in his own handwriting( which I didn’t know it was his handwriting) but He felt some type of way when I didn’t like it and asked to look at different fonts and it went down hill from there. After I chose my font he took me to the back and He acted like he was in a rush or something! The first placement was soo crooked I had to ask him to redo it . It took him 3 tries to finally get it straight and he was getting upset because I was calling him out on it ! Like sirrrr this Is going to be on my body for the rest of my life, not yours! The tattoo overall is nice but if your someone who likes quality service , go to someone else .

I went there in June to get a nose piercing. I went back November 9th to have piercing retainer put in due to upcoming surgery. The lady was very nice, explained what she was doing as she changed the jewelry, and was able to do it smooth and quick. She didnt charge me anything for changing out the jewelry. I couldnt leave without giving her a tip; its her profession and her time. I really appreciate her and the professionalism Ive experienced when going to this location.

Got 2 tattoos here with NO problems. Steven was really cool and his prices were GREAT! He was clean, opened the needle in front of me and talked to me while he worked. AWESOME job!! Straight lines and excellent shading. I have a rework for them to do and a cover up, can’t wait to get started!!

LOVE. Blindly went in for a consultation to do a cover-up and was tatted a few hours later. My artist was Steven and he did such an amazing job. So friendly and professional—a light touch for minimal pain. I was covering up a tattoo a few years old and Steven drew up a perfect design that went flawlessly over the old with everything I wanted to incorporate. I loved this place so much I ended up getting a second tattoo in the same sitting. Prices are beyond fair, another shop wanted to charge me more than double for the cover-up piece.

The guy was nice but was so worried about doing my bfs thumb tattoo that he really dug it in there leaving scarring and a huge blowout underneath which left alot of darkness under the knuckle

I had my tattoo done by Layla many years ago. I was very happy with my tattoo. Im about to go reach out to Layla for my 2nd piece by her. I recommend Magick Dragon Tattoo, Layla in perticular as you will not be disappointed.

The staff is so nice and professional. They did my tattoo and my piercings. They even put my daith and my industrial bar back in for me when I had to remove them for a medical procedure!

I’m disappointed in the lack of professionalism baylie had with me, I called ahead of time to see if they do smiley piercings, I was told yes depending on my anatomy so I came in to get it done. When I walked in and said I was looking to get the piercing, baylie was standing at the opposite end of the desk talking to a co worker, and from that spot, roughly 4-5 ft away from me, she told me to lift my lip and in that same second she said I don’t have the anatomy and just shut me down.. she didn’t come anywhere near me to actually evaluate my lip anatomy, and that was pretty rude. It just gave me the impression that she just didn’t want to do it. And I would’ve been fine if she said wasn’t comfortable doing it or something like that, but her vibe just wasn’t welcoming at all.and I’m rating 3 stars bc Amanda did a tattoo for me and I loved the experience with her, and I do like this tattoo shop. I probs will come back to get work done, My experience with the piercer though was disappointing.Also I went to a different shop a few days later (arte tattoo) and told her to check out my anatomy cuz that kinda got in my head, even tho I have a big lip space right there, and that piercer said I do have the anatomy for the piercing, and went ahead and pierced me. And the piercing sits so comfortable in my mouth so..

Got a small tattoo done here and the customer service is excellent. The guy that did my tattoo asked if I wanted anything to drink for next door making me feel welcomed there and like I was a part of the family. They treated me incredibly and did an amazing job on the tattoo I got. Theyre all very interesting people and I recommend them to friends.

I have so many positive experiences with this shop! Not only are they well educated and professional, but also just a great group of people. I recently got my daith piercing done by Alexis. She was quick and efficient. I absolutely love my piercing. I was also able to get pricing estimates for future work while in the shop. Everyone there is polite and calm which makes for an awesome shop. Definitely worth checking out!

Omg! I got my tatoo last week and was amazing! I am very satisfied with my tattoo. The place is clean and nice. You should have cash but dont worry there are a ATM close to store.

Got my nose pierced and it was the smoothest, less painful experience. My piercer was very kind and gave me a lot of information before and after I received my nose stud. She made me feel comfortable and the atmosphere was great. I would definitely recommend this place for piercings.

My nose piercing randomly decided it didn’t want to go back in after I removed it for cleaning (I had it pierced somewhere else a long time ago). I visited Magick Dragon yesterday (2/19) to get my first tattoo and my nose pierced! The guys were all very sweet and responsible. The atmosphere was clean and welcoming. I never once felt uncomfortable or iffy about this place. The pricing was excellent as well, $100 for both tattoo and piercing. I will definitely be recommending friends and I will be back!

They are super clean, professional, and answer all your questions! I got a double nose piercing, and the girl who did it was super quick and I was done within 3 minutes.Also, I left my ID on accident, and someone stayed past closing just so I could come get it! Such amazing customer service!!

I went down there a month ago to get my septum pierced and my experience was not half bad, the piercer was nice and welcoming. After I got the piercing, my adrenaline was still running and they gave me water and sat me down to make sure I was okay before I left the shop. I had my first experience at Magick Dragon today, and i was so impressed. i am underage and was only going to get my cartilage piercing redone (the lady at claire’s did a horrible job about a year ago) and i felt very comfortable being there! the artists there were very welcoming as soon as i walked in the door and they were very helpful with suggesting what type of earring i should get. I didn’t feel the least bit nervous and the person who did the piercing for me (Jeremy) was extremely friendly, sparked up conversation, and even told me when to breathe in/out during the piercing process to make sure i wouldn’t hold my breath or get nervous. i will DEFINITELY come here if i plan to get any piercings or tattoos in the future!!

I’ve been to this shop 2 times. Both times I was not happy with the service. I felt like I was not welcomed and that both Tattoo artists did not wanna do my tattoo. The First experience I’m literally listen to the artist talk to another coworker talking smack about my tattoo. The second artist got mad because I asked him to fix one thing on my tattoo and he literally had to walk away and come back. He did not ask me where I wanted the tattoo placed and I was afraid to even say I didn’t want it here because I didn’t wanna make him mad. When I asked and explain why I wanted the Saniderm he was very rude about it. I need to get my first tattoo fixed but the service was so horrible I don’t even wanna come back.

I got my lip pierced here a few months ago & noticed immediately that it was pierced at a weird angle. I let the piercer know & she stated to wait a few days to let the swelling go down to make sure. So I did. A few days go by & I call the shop. They told me to come in to get it checked out. When I get there, one girl looked at it then another girl inspect it to confirm that it was pierced incorrectly. They told me to take it out and wait until it’s healed to get it redone. I ask them if they’ll cover the cost to get it redone since it was their mistake but they stated that they wouldn’t. I wouldn’t recommend coming to this shop for piercings. They used to be super reliable a few years ago but have gone downhill since.

Mia did my nose piercing and she did a great job! the shop was clean, everything was sanitized before used, she was very friendly and did it quickly and professionally. Its so sad that when I went back they told me she transferred to another store but the rest of the staff is also very easy to talk to

This was my daughters first tattoo and my fifth. I did my research and found Magick Dragon. Since coronavirus was in effect I didnt know if I wanted to do this or not. On 01/26 I went and got her her first tattoo! It turned out to be an amazing experience. There was no one in the shop waiting area because you can wait in your car and they will call you when its your turn. The artist doing our tattoo wore a mask and used sterilized package equipment on us both. He also cleaned and sanitized his station between tattooing my daughter and me. My daughter laughed, joked, and talked through her tattoo. I on the other hand 😑 not so much 🤣. But all in all, it was an amazing experience and I had fun doing it with my daughter. Should my other children want one at 18 if theyre open Ill be back 🤗.

My daughter received her piercings here today.They got her in quickly and the young women did a good job with the piercing.The studio itself was average.There were people waiting for service for walk in tattoos.The environment left a little to be desired.

The woman that was working was very unwelcoming, everything gave the appearance of being very closed off, and the building looking almost like it was a poorly figured house. A friend and I went there to get our septum pierced, and as soon as she started feeling our noses she told us our sweet spot was too small. She told us that if we really really want it, we need to go to someone whos been piercing for 40+ years, and that it would hurt worse than a nipple piercing. Fortunately for my friend and I, we could tell that there was something funny about her advice and took our noses to get a second opinion. As soon as we walked into the other tattoo shop, she found my sweet spot (which was actually only a little farther up, not too small) and it was the least painful piercing that Ive ever gotten.

Terrible service by jewels. She pierced my nose incorrectly and then proceeded to try again a second time and couldn’t do it because now my nose was swelling. Her only statement was “ I can give u a refund” no apology and only offered for me to come back and get serviced by an actual piercer since apparently she wasn’t one. Would’ve been nice to know before I trusted her to pierce my nose. I ended up getting a refund and walking out with a sore bloody nose !! DO NOT GET PIERCED HERE

The piercer Lexi is wonderful. She did my nostril piercing about 2 months ago and today she helped me get the piercing back in when I couldnt do it myself. It seems silly and small but she was kind and made me feel way less dumb about it. 10/10 would recommend

I just got a small little rose tattoo yesterday, and KJ was so nice!! It was my first tat and he made me very comfortable. He knows what he’s doing, and his artistry shows. The prices are fair, the parlor is clean, and everyone is cool. I highly recommend!

I got my nose pierced by Jeremy...who is amazing! They were fast & knowledgeable w/reasonable prices.

100% WOULD NOT RECCOMEND FOR A TATTOO OR PIERCING! Not sure why I went back twice....First, my tattoo wasnt even finished. It looked like it was when I left because of the pen outline. When it finally healed I noticed the tattoo artist left a few places blank, I went back and she said shed have to charge me to fix her mistake?? Very unprofessional!!I went back again for a nose piercing, this one wasnt done correctly at all! The back of the piercing is far lower than the front and its almost impossible to get a stud in because its crooked. I have another nose piercing so I know how it should look and it should be straight through not slanted up.

I don’t usually put bad reviews but this time was unacceptable. Jasón was my tattoo artist and I had a very bad experience. He ignore my vision and was seem to be in a rush, and I experienced more pain than usual. When cleaning the tattoo he was rude and drag my skin very harshly. He barley talk to me to reinsure the process, at the end he put the plastic around my arm. But once I got home I had to remove it because it was uncomfortable and tight. After two days my arm is still bruise and swollen, the only good thing is that the tattoo is ok Is looking.

I only got my ears restretched, but even small services like that are done better by some than others. And the girl that did mine this time did a great job. She seemed very competent and comfortable in her abilities. Also, she was friendly, casual\laid back enough to laugh, while still being polite and professional.

My sister and I came into the shop around 3 o’clock on a Sunday afternoon looking to get tattoos. Upon entering we were greeted by the lady at the front desk asking what we were looking to get, she told me for what I originally wanted I would have to make an appointment even though I had already asked a few days prior and was told to just walk in. No problem, I decided to get something else. After about an hour of sitting there my sister went ahead and put her name on this list. At this time the lady at the desk asked her if she was sure she wanted to do that because of the wait. We were told the wait was going to be about 2 hours. We sat there until after 7 before they got my design and got started. After finishing mine up a little after 8 my sister was informed they would not be able to do hers which is mildy annoying because had they of said that earlier we would have just left rather than sitting there all day.While we understand that walk-ins are not guaranteed, we should not have been lead to believe both of ours were going to get done. Even in the process of getting mine done she was told by the person doing mine that she would probably be doing hers after.My tattoo came out great and I love it but I can’t say that I’ll be back because of this situation.

My 16 yr old daughter got her septum pierced by Mia. The first time in, they wouldnt do it because we didnt both have our IDs. Good for them.When we returned with her Learners Permit, they went through all the paperwork and the post-piercing care, also making sure she got exactly what she was looking for as far as size, hide-ability, and style.Mia was both professional and friendly. While my wife and daughter were in the piercing room, I was in the lobby, listening in on behind the counter conversations. Even then, the employees talk was...casual, but in no way unprofessional.As for the shop itself, it looks old and worn, but in no way dirty or unsanitary.

They did an excellent job with my young daughters ear piercing. Process was painless and very easy for her. Were 6 weeks out now and have had zero trouble with her new holes.

Walked in and was immediately turned away by Jason. Quoted me $400 like it was too much for me to afford then blew me off with the well nobodys available for 2 weeks. Definitely not what I was told on the phone. Walked my black millionaire azz right out and will never be back. Was dressed in joggers and slides and was treated like I was bothering him. I was rushed out in all of 2 minutes tops total of being there. I would have paid $4000 for what I wanted because its a permanent piece of art on my body. But his energy was given irritated as soon as he seen me. Dont be so quick to judge next time.

The people that work here are rude. Ive been getting tattoos for years and I have a lot of them. There are SO many cocky, rude tattoo artists and piercers. Very common. This shop is just a common tattoo shop with cocky and rude staff. I will continue to go to the only shop I go to and the only place I let pierce me. They are friendly, fun and nice!! Im rescinding my former review. I went back to this place and brought my friend with me because she wanted to get her nose pierced. They treated her like an inconvenience.The people here are really inattentive and dont really care. I cant speak for the tattoos but the piercer who was there treated us like a nuisance or something. its one thing to do that to me, but if youre also rude to my friend, hell no.Plus apparently my septum was pierced at a weird angle. I went to another shop to get them to help me change it out, and they didnt seem impressed by the work the piercer at Magick Dragon did.I didnt know any better but now I do. Go somewhere else for piercings.

I gotten a tattoo from Brodie on Monday and he was fantastic! I had scars from self harm that I wanted to cover up and he did it perfectly! I love how precise he is and talkative throughout the whole experience so it helped with the nervousness I had at first. He’s very easy to talk to and I recommend going and asking for him!

Came in on a time crunch just to buy a new piercing, not get pierced. They had me waiting behind everyone else that was getting pierced when I literally just needed the piercing and to bounce. I asked the lady with brown hair if it was okay if I just got it and she said yeah but had an attitude that I didn’t want her assistance? Asked if it was the right size piercing I had asked for and she guaranteed it was. Now I’m irritated because I can’t go back and it’s way too big. Thank you for that

Although I didn’t get a tattoo here, the associates were super nice & understanding. I will definitely get piercings here in the future. Also they don’t have a wide variety of piercings, they only have basic silver.

This shop is awesome!!! I got a tragus piercing almost a year ago at this shop. Almost 10 days ago I changed my ear ring and used the wrong back. My ear swelled around the wrong back causing me excruciating pain and I could not get the ear ring out. I decided to go to Magic Dragon before going to ER. Alexis and especially Jeremy were exceptionally professional, patient and skilled in removing the ear ring. Through and after the pain I appreciate them so much because they saved my piercing.

Before your piercer tells a customer to go to urgent care or the ER for removal of faulty jewelry, please make sure she knows what she is doing. I was so upset when told this. I drove to a tattoo place 35 minutes away from me and the guy had it out in 5 seconds or less and without pain. Thank you Agape Tattoo!! No thanks to Magick Dragon🤦🏻‍♀️

Went in a year ago for my first tattoo. See the photo. Going back for another a year later! The tattoo artists have changed but the best ones are still there!Update: went back for a simple ankle tattoo. The place had been updated and only two of the original artists were still there. Love the updates and got another great tatoo!

Made an appointment with Beau, I show up he is standing in front of the shop chatting with 4 other people. I approach him about our appointment he denies we had one until I show him the txt he asked me to send him of my design, after refreshing his memory which was only 2 days prior he then says he is off work and cannot do it, the time was 8:00pm they close at 12:00pm. This place is very unprofessional and the artists had no confidence in their ability to tattoo my design. Judging by the other reviews this place has and my personal experience this place is a waste of your time and money I should have read the reviews first.

Everyone there was so friendly. I went in as a walk in and they were all so great. Evie did my tattoo, she did a great job, made me feel so comfortable, since this was my first. Would definitely go back again.

I had a really great tattoo experience with Levi. I got a somewhat large tattoo under my bust which was very painful, but Levi made it great experience. I would highly recommend this place due to the friendly atmosphere and I would recommend Levi for anyone looking to get any traditional or neotraditional tats! And pricing is VERY reasonable. Tip your artist!

I have been going to Crystal since 2015. She never ceases to amaze me. She has a great sense of professionalism and is truthful about what will work and what is healthy for you. She is an artist who knows that knows her craft. I followed her from another shop to her own shop, because she is just that good!

Do NOT go to this place for tattoos. The price estimate they give you beforehand is bogus, they dont follow it at all. Even after paying them more money I got horrible service. My artist was rude to me and made a lot of smart comments. He was acting like he didnt even want to be there. After it was finished they didnt walk me through the healing/caring process at all, they just gave me a sheet of directions and a tiny packet of ointment. Ive been great about the cleaning process after because Ive gotten a tattoo done before, but my tattoo still has light spots after healing and they dont do complimentary touchups. Dont go here!!!

Pierced my nose there she was ok...First of all i thought u pick out your own earring to do your piercing...Second of all pierce my nose the stud was too small and it was keep going through my nose. So she told me to come back to put a hoop earring in that never happened...She continue to tell me I have swelling in my nose.. Never heard no bs before..Never ask to give me back my money or anything...Worst piercing ever...Would not recommend....

I walked in for a nose and double tragus piercing! I do things randomly and decided to do it on my way to work. I was in and out in about 40 minutes. Mia did all three of my piercings and she was sweet and professional. About two weeks later one of my balls came off one of my tragus piercings and she replaced it free of charge. The shop was average looking like most tattoo shops but it seemed clean. Going back very soon to get my clit pierced for the second time. Im not sure about the tattoos, I remember somebody saying something about waiting for a artist for over a hour to show up. I hope this helps.

Eli did my nose & tragus piercing. He was awesome!! No hesitation, straight through with very little pain or bleeding. They are both healing great & I really do believe its because he did such an awesome job. I had my nose pierced before by someone that hesitated when pushing it through. Never would heal right & ended up having to take it out. Not this time! Thank you Eli!

Just sat for 30 minutes to be told that they can’t take out my nose stud and put in my new ring because I have a keloid next to my stud. The keloid has been there for MONTHS and I can not get rid of it. I just needed her to take out the stud. She had a horrible attitude. Then when I asked for my $10 back for the change she told me she couldn’t give it back to me lmao.. stole my $10 after waiting for 30 minutes to not get what I came for and have a horrible attitude. WORST shop I’ve ever been to.

KJ did my tattoo a while back on my calf and it was a great experience. I came in as a walk in and had a very detailed mermaid tattoo and he took the time to draw it out and did an amazing job. I would definitely recommend this shop the people were friendly and seeing that the artist that I use to go to at another shop was no longer there KJ definitely exceeded my expectations. Great place.

Went in because my nose piercing wouldn’t go back in and needed help getting it back in. Jeremy was super nice and really chill, we joked around and he made the experience very fun. I would definitely came back here for other piercings.

I have had piercings and tattoos done here. They are extremely clean and sterile. I would rate them a 5 but some of their tattoo artists are better than others. Be sure to have them draw or print before you get your ink.

Got a tattoo today by Steven and he was great! Very clean, opened everything in front of me. He talked through the whole thing. I was nervous at first but that diminished quickly! HIGHLY recommend him!

So we called earlier about a tongue piercing and they said it would be a walk in. So we arrived and we were told they don’t do oral piercings due to COVID. Which I understand but why make us drive 45 minutes to your shop to find out not only they’re not doing oral piercings but nobody is wearing a mask, and they aren’t checking temperatures. So why won’t you do oral piercings because of COVID but don’t require employees to wear masks and not to check temperatures. Killer ink here we go

Going to give them two stars because I came in the store looking for a nose stud. A simple labret. I chose an opal one and got a matching stud for my other side. I noticed that by the time I had gotten the jewelry in, either the post of the stud was not threaded for each other because the stud would not screw close and would fall off. Only of the the studs had this issue.

Honestly, I would love to give more than just 5 stars to this studio!!! About 7yrs ago I got my first tattoo ever at this place and I am more than happy that I went there!!! My artist turned my vision into reality and I am more than grateful for their great service and aftercare. If I get the chance to go there again I will definetely do it!!!

My mother and I went in today for my 18th birthday May 30, 2018 to get my first tattoo... we found the shop on google and while the man that we spoke was nice and the shop was clean, my mom left her purse in there for 10 minuets and one of the workers went inside her purse and took 200 dollars! The place was empty except for the girl that got a piercing and they did not even sit down she picked up the purse and gave it to the lady with the afro. That is from a eye witness. And they also showed my mom they purse!! I really did want to get my tattoo there but now I cannot... the girl that work there walked around to the back a couple of times! while we were there trying to get answers. My birthday is ruined

KJ was amaze balls. did my first tattoo a year ago. And me and my dad are going back for matching ones. He deserves all 5 stars for himself. However i took off one star for my piercing experience. It was rough and my bar was wayy too long. So my ear rejected it.

Well I was excited about finding this place! The price the man gave me for my son first tatto which was today on his 18th birthday was a good price the place seem neat and clean as well.... HOWEVER please be advised that they are not honest ppl!!! I left my purse there for less then 10 minutes and all my cash was gone!!! 200 dollars!!! 4 50 dollar bills!!! The shop waa empty except a young lady who was going for a piercing who didnt even sit down and saw the purse picked it up and gave it directly to the lady at the front desk with the fro via EYE WITNESS...You get a sense of when someone is acting nervous and she definitely was doing that!!! So its not rocket science... which is actually sad because I planned on getting some work done there also... Also the young lady was still there when I got back and let me see inside her purse right there she didnt have pockets on her pants.The lady said I have to wait for the manager which she couldnt give me a exact day Crystal would be there smh... Ill be writing reviews until I do..... this place never did get back to me smh every time I pass bye there I don’t see many people going to get tatts maybe karma came and shut it down lol

Got my tongue pierced, the girl messed it up and it continued to bleed for a week. Was told to take it out and when i went back they said they couldnt do anything about the problem. Couldnt even get my money back after having to take the tongue ring out.

Got a tattoo here and it healed with scars all throughout it . Sorry to say I’m stuck with this for life now . If you’re African amarican stay away from them shop my artist was clearly inexperienced on how to go about tattooing dark skin . Even admitting to me he’d never tattooed color on dark skin before after I came in the complain. So disappointed in not only the shop but myself for not being smarter. Forever stuck with this mess of a tattoo . Thanks .

Went and watched a friend get a tattoo done which has helped me with the decision to come here for my third tattoo , they were patient , did not rush the process and let her choose the exact place for her 2 tattoos she got , and was gentle . I regret going here to get one of my tattoos done. The girl who did it didnt know what she was doing and was very unprofessional. There are parts where the ink is bleeding into my skin where she went to deep, and some of the lines are crooked. I like nothing about the way it turned out. I am having a different shop fix it for me.

When I went to go get my tattoo, the first thing that happens as I walk up to the door is, a guy who was smoking a cigarette started to VERY RUDELY ask me if I was even 18 and that I cant go in unless Im 18 and to not even try... No duh... why else would I be there to get a tattoo? Do I look 12?? No. Besides... I could have been getting a piercing, you know? Well anyways. The woman with lots of tattoos and blonde hair was at the counter and ignored me for a good 30 minutes. Finally when I talk to her she said the tattoo artist I wanted to work with wasnt going to do my tattoo, that Chad was. She didnt even ask. She just TOLD me. Well, I trusted him because he was completely tattooed. My mistake. The tattoo is horrible, it is wavy, its blurred, there are parts that arent even close to how I wanted it. Along with lines that connect things that shouldnt be connected. The lines were supposed to be thin and graceful, instead they are almost squares instead of swirls because theyre so choppy and thick. I cant have them redone or it would just ruin the details... Over all, it is really bad and I dont like how they treat a paying customer. A customer that paid waaaaay over what I should have...I paid 150$ for a hip tattoo, in black that is VERY simple, that many other places said they would have charged only around 85-90 for...its just a total waste of time. They need to re-do their whole staff. They also tell you to put Bacitracin on the tattoo for a while, come to find out THATS REALLY BAD FOR THE COLOR! It changed my black ink to GREY! WTTTFFF?? Get more experience before you tattoo people for life is all Im saying..I read some of the reviews on here and figured it was all just talk, but I wish I hadnt changed my body at this place cause now I cant go back. Dont go here! Trust me!

Phelix the girl that does the piercings have very weird energy she pierced both of my girls nose and upper ear and seemed as if she was bothered from the time we walked in to the time we left She didn’t even take the time to explain the cleaning process or healing time Poor Service

I dont know the name of the guy who did my tattoo, but he just didnt want to do it professionally. Sure there are people with talent there, but not all of them.Just because you can hold a tattoo gun doesnt mean you are an artist.
