We had a great experience at Banter on Sunday. They were very busy but the mother/daughter who were working there were amazing. One group of about 6 females was there getting their ears pierced and they were professional and very personable. They sanitize the chair between each customer, use sterilized equipment. Take their time to ensure placement. We laughed a lot and felt at ease. I had two pairs of earrings placed and am very happy with the entire experience. I would give them 10 stars if I could.

I was here this past Monday for a piercing and the employee that helped me was so nice and knowledgeable. If I had based my appointment on the reviews, I would have chosen a different location so Im glad I didnt do that!

I brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced, and the ladies were amazing with her! There was also another little girl who wanted hers pierced but was scared, and they were so kind and patient with her as well.

I like the choices that they have in the quality of the jewelry. I was really impressed with a staff member named Victoria who helped me to pick a gift for my mother. What a very nice young lady and she was very knowledgeable about the product and the cost. She made my experience pleasurable and I will definitely be back

We got pierced by shauna and she was so sweet and funny , she went out of her way to help us and did a great job on my ears. she gave me 2 piercings on each ear and also helped fix my 1st piercing i already had done. so friendly and clean environment. deserves a raise

I have been here many times and as always I am left very happy and satisfied. The necklace I bought my wife is beautiful and she loved it. The employee Brighton I think was her name was absolutely acceptional as usual. Very friendly and always super helpful. I will be back anytime I need a good piece of jewelery because these people value their customers and always exceed expectations.

Stopped to see if I could get ears pierced. The clerk was going to do but manager said have an appointment in half an hour and you are going to make appointment wait for a walk in. She was very rude about it. I had picked out the higher price earrings. I would of waited if she wasnt so rude. I just needed my ears reopened.

Very disappointed, took my daughter to get her ears pierced about 3 months ago, the lady sold me “14k gold” earrings for $75 my receipt even says “14k gold” well I finally changed them out today and they are definitely NOT gold they are in fact STUDEX brand! I googled these earrings and they are $7! Horrible the way they would lie about the metal of an earring. Just make sure you ask to see the jewelry first to make sure you’re getting what you’re paying for!

This particular hut jeweler does not allow you to buy from them unless you have a mask on. The lady with dyed blonde hair denied us. There were other people there that did not have a mask. They even were doing an ear piercing, and the young lady didnt have a mask on that was getting her ears pierced.However the Lake Square Mall does not require a mask, nor does many other stores. However Kay Jewelers is 10 steps away with better quality jewelry, and also didnt mind we didnt have a mask on.Found a beautiful necklace there.

I needed a nose ring that wouldn’t get lost so easily. Its been 7 months & lets just say I haven’t lost it yet.

Dont get a job here. All they do is use and abuse you if youre a nice and respectful employee. Too much favoritism for the assistant manager who is rude and doesnt do her job and then acts oblivious. Shes constantly at other stores and not where she should be and customers constantly complain about her. Amanda and Taylor were the best employees and deserve more than that horrible negative workspace. The manager and assistant manager are constantly gossiping about the employees and its not right. Piercing Pagoda needs new management ASAP. The customers deserve better. The customers deserve OUTSTANDING customer service and if I were you, you shouldnt waste your time as a consumer or working here. Youre better than this place.

Soba few weeks ago I took my daughter to the piercing pagoda in Leesburg mall to get her ears pierced....no problem. Today they refuse to serve me as Im not wearing a mask. Seems they didnt care a few weeks ago but now all of a sudden (although I cant be told when) they have a company policy tolhat as a customer to serve me they wont if Im not wearing one. Theyre wearing masks....if their masks work I asked why I should wear one....blank mask faced states....good job losing a customer that buys jewelry regularly for life....

Carol was amazing!! She has been there for about 6yrs and she was so gentle and nice. I went for my second hole in my ear and she was so good I didn’t feel anything!

They are only open 11-7 now and the first hour you cant get your ears pierced because they are eating breakfast. They had 2 employees and no customers. Wonder why businesss are closing

On weekends, you get a deal on piercings. It is only the belly button and up towards the face that they do the deal on. They pierced my nose and my belly button and did a fantastic job. I would highly recommend them.

A really nice woman named Shannon pierce my ears and did the second hole and she’s really nice to talk to and she counts down and it didn’t hurt one bit thank you!!!

The Girls are really sweet and take time to show you the , Jewlery Ive gotten quite a few gold charms they are all well made.

Went to get my 1yr. old daughters ears pierced. They were extremely helpful, informative, and patient.

The sales girl that was working didnt seem to care if she made a sale or not. I was ready to buy but she was busy talking to some boy.
