R&B is amazing, they always work with you great in all aspects. All the artists are so personal and comfortable. I got one with Rachel recently, the tattoo was soo detailed and colorful and nobody could have done better. She was so calm, sweet, and did AMAZING on the tattoo!! Thank you guys!

I’m really nervous and anxious going into tattoo shops for piercings, but this place is so amazing. I am 100000% going to come back especially after I got my third+fourth earlobe piercing +helix done by Victoria. Literally the sweetest and she’s so informative and is amazing at what she does. Can’t wait for the next couple of piercings to get done by her!!!

Came in after losing a 3 week old nostril piercing simply looking for a piece of jewelry to replace it. Staff declined to help since they didn’t have a piercer in the building. They couldn’t sell me a piece of jewelry despite being the only shop open at the time, and couldn’t give an actual reason for the policy other than “there’s no piercer”. I didn’t need a new piercing, just something to put in it. I needed a specific piece of jewelry that has a long post since the piercing was new- but since I was declined a simple jewelry sale- the hole closed up and had to be redone (which was costly and could’ve been avoided). I wanted to take it home and put it in myself, so I’m not sure why it wasn’t possible.Addition: refusing to sell me the jewelry IS refusing service. Telling me to come back was not helpful. And if I came back in the morning when you reopened, it still would’ve closed since it was so fresh. I knew the exact type of jewelry I needed, you just refused to sell it to me. Bad business.

I was super worried about getting my daughter’s ears pierced. A friend recommended Vic and honestly we couldn’t have asked for a better experience! Vic is super clean with her instruments and work space. My daughter handled this better than a vaccine!! A few pointers…Vic only takes walk-ins.If a minor is getting pierced make sure you bring their birth certificate and/or passport and the parent’s ID.Be prepared for your child to not remove the earring and not swim for at least 4-6 weeks.

I got my tattoo here not too long ago for the very first time and lemme tell you, as soon as I walked in I felt really comfortable. I’ve been to others before but this one was a whole different vibe. I’ve been to others that was just strictly business and wasn’t very welcoming. When I went here I was talking, laughing, and all at the same time it was fun and professional. Not to sound cliche but it felt like a home or a family. If you want to get a tattoo and have a good time at the same time. I would heavily recommend this place.

My mom and I went to get matching helix piercings together today, as someone who suffers from anxiety, I was obviously very nervous. The staff was very welcoming and walked me through the entire process. The piercing is beautiful and I would definitely go back!

I have followed Rob all over to get all of my tattoos done. He’s done a full arm sleeve and we are working on a leg sleeve now. I still get stopped on a regular basis and asked if my tattoos are new, but a lot are going on 8 years old! I saw Rob in the new shop for new work, while he waits for the last permit and it looked AMAZING! Great location w parking behind the shop and the garage around the corner. The flash on the walls looks amazing and of course, Rob is still the best! Always turns my crazy ideas into beautiful tattoos! He also has the best stories and you forget your are being poked w needles for hours :) my family and friends have also seen Rob for work too! I met Stevee and she was awesome and took great care of me too! Go see them!

I recently went to see Rob for a “redo” tattoo (not originally done by anyone at this shop.)I was pretty nervous seeing someone new, trying a new shop, and having a piece fixed that I already didn’t like. Rob made me feel super comfortable when I scheduled my appointment. When I went back to have my tattoo done, he was on time, and friendly and really listened and consulted with me before we started. He was nice and very professional and knowledgeable. He did a great job and was attentive to detail. He added more detail where I wanted and was not arrogant or rude when I was being pretty particular about what I wanted during him tattooing. I’d go back and I would recommend him!

I’ll just let this photo of the tattoo I got here speak for itself…. Sloppy lines, blowouts, asymmetry, awful shading, not colored in all the way, bleeding ink… It’s just so badly done. Like, the boxes aren’t even the same shape. Come on lolThey refused to refund me, which is fine, so I asked them to at least donate my tip so I know the tattooer who did this awful art didn’t pocket it. They still have not replied to me. I sure hope they did donate it. I am not a tattoo connoisseur, but I have several friends who are heavily tattooed and they were shocked that this artist is allowed to tattoo skin. A few asked if an apprentice did it. Vet your artists properly, folks! People don’t want sloppy art permanently etched onto their skin!

Burkee did piercings for me and my sister, i got my rook, nose, and lob pierced. My 16 year old sister got 2 helix piercings. Ive had many many piercings done at many places and Burkee has the most gentle hands ever! No pain even with being stabbed lol, and hes so friendly!!! HIGHLY recommend this place! He does not disappoint, and the selection of jewelry is soooo cute !!! Cant wait to come back for more

Vic was beyond amazing!! I had family telling me to hire a private nurse to pierce my daughters ears, but our friends had them done by Vic and she was so gentle, and lets be honest, I trust someone who makes a living off of piercing than a bunch of curated reviews. Vic was beyond perfect!! And I am absolutely OCD!! I had her move the spot 6 times (!!!!!!!) and she didnt make me feel bad AT ALL!!! She had a line of people behind us and she didnt make us feel rushed AT ALLLL!!! She made us feel like we were the only people there!! Im sorry but, seriously, I dont feel this amount of care and customer service ANYWHERE!! I seriously asked her to move the piercing hole as she was about to pierce it after moving it 5 times, and she SERIOUSLY didnt make me feel an ounce of bad!!! I tipped her for my crazy OCD, but lets be real, a piercing is forever, and she was worth 2 thousand times more than I paid her!!! BTW, my little absolutely freaks out at the thought of a flu shot (I have to bride, hug, & hold her down!!), and she didnt even flinch with Vic!!! Not a tear, not a drama-filled moment! She was like a perfect statue for each ear with no fear! Vic was magic!!

Victoria was super nice and speedy with repeircing my ear lobe! Was in and out in just 10 minutes or so. She was also super accommodating and informative, answering my questions and providing aftercare instructions. Would definitely recommend them for peircing at LEAST!

Got my navel pierced on a whim after work here, but Ian was so welcoming and knowledgeable I knew I was in good hands! Very professional, clean, and friendly. Recommended a piece that fit my anatomy better and was 100% right. I was also provided with all of the aftercare information I needed. I’ll definitely be returning!

I had thought about getting a nose piercing for a while and walked in on a whim with friends. Burke and his wife were the most friendly people in the world and made me feel comfortable and confident. I cannot recommend Dominion enough!EDIT: Another excellent experience! I went back again 5 or 6 months later (8/20/2023) to have a tragus piercing fixed/re-pierced after having the earring out for almost 4 years. The piercer was very knowledgeable and let me know that I only needed a new earring put in and a whole new piercing. I will only come here for piercings from here on out. Thank you!

Rob was my tattoo artist and he did a custom letting on my fingers as well as a custom piece on my neck. Due to the extremely high visibility of these tattoos I was very selective in the artist I chose. I was incredibly impressed with Rob’s level of skill, his level of professionalism, as well as how light handed he was while working on me. Rob’s knowledge of aftercare lead to my tattoos healing faster and better than any other tattoo I have ever had. Because of my experience with Rob and the quality of his work, there is no other artist I want to preform any future work other than Rob.

My family went in to get a tattoo and came back literally in tears. They told me about the terrible experience they had.It was the first time they were trying to get a tattoo and wanted a small tattoo. Instead of comforting them and explaining the process to her, the staff (predominantly white)was arrogant and said they could only do a large size tattoo.When they were trying to reason with them they refused to communicate properly and ultimately said “Don’t do it”. They still charged them a 20$ fee.As non white people, we sometimes wonder what racism looks like and while not always explicit - incidents like this remind us that implicit bias and racism does still exist. I implore people to avoid this place.

First visit but not the last visit! Amber knocked it out of the park with a sweet inner bicep jammer for me. She worked with me on the design which I liked also. Rob and crew kill it on the regular. The shop was comfortable and everyone was awesome.

I started getting tattooed by Rob about 3-4 years ago. And he has done all my tattoos since, including 3 different sleeves of very different styles. Very professional and knowledgeable when it comes to all aspects of tattooing, placement, and meaning. Always fun to be around and you will always leave his shop having experienced 100% customer focus. In my opinion there is only 1 artist you should use, in the northern VA area, and that is Rob Kinzel!

Rob was amazing. I had a tattoo design in mind that another shop closer to where I live refused to do. Rob not only agreed to do it, he literally took the idea in my head and put in on my forearm. He helped me refine it, and then knocked it out of the park. I hate wearing long sleeves now because I’m so proud of what he gave me. I honestly cannot wait to come back down and get another piece done by him. I live 2.5 hours away, and working with Rob is worth the trip and the gas money.

Extremely unprofessional. If you ever want to be treated with disrespect and humiliation, this is the place. I was also charged $20 for doing absolutely nothing and spending exactly 6mins at the store. In 6mins you can imagine what sort of preparation they might have done. They only want money and do not care or have respect for any tattoo sentiments.

Four of us walked in on Mother’s Day hoping they could get us in, but Rob was the only one working so they weren’t sure they could make it happen. They figured out a way and were so nice and squeezed us in! They made my mom’s day so memorable. We will definitely be back!!

Great walk-in experience! Prices are comparable to other local shops. Indy was great: he was able to make a stencil of a pic we had, was extremely knowledgeable and friendly. Definitely recommend and will be back again!
