Such a nice and clean place. Got my first tattoos done over a year ago by Angela. She was absolutely amazing with me. Did exactly what I had asked of her asan artist. She is such an amazing person. Cant wait to get my next tattoo done by her.

Golden Cardinal is one of the best tattoo shops in my area without a doubt let alone in Lenoir itself. Every artist there is extremely talented, personable, friendly, and amazing. I primarily get most of my tattoos from Ivy Fyans who specializes in amazing realism portraits but who also has a range of other skills such as fine line and greyscale, and am returning to her this fall to finish an amazing paired mirror piece we’ve been working on. I have also gotten two tattoos from Sunny D who does phenomenal neon, glitter, pastel, and watercolor pieces and has one of the best portfolios for gamer subjects like Pokémon, Legend of Zelda, etc. I’ve gotten one of the prettiest fine line tattoos by Ally Pareti (aka Unholy Ally) which she specializes alongside a newer style I can’t remember the name of but which looks so cool. I’m scheduled to get a tattoo from Angela Evans (aka LaLa) this fall to do a coverup and I sought her specifically for her amazing work with coverups and her unique style. I hope to get tattooed by the other three artists, Brian Ballew, Mia, and Xavier who I don’t know well but whose work looks awesome too. The shop is clean and organized, and handicap accessible from what I can tell. The work they put into not only their artwork but the atmosphere and care for their clients and customers (new or returning) is evident. I brag and recommend the shop to everyone who asks about my tattoos and everyone’s styles and specialties are so widely ranged that anyone can find someone there for their own style. Lenoir is fortunate to have this establishment and it is the best tattoo shop in the city, hands down.

I would like to specifically single out my artist Xavier, I have been getting tattoos from him for a little over a year and he exceeds my expectations each and every time that I book an appointment with him. I always enjoy my time getting a tattoo because Xavier will make sure your tattoo is exactly how you want it and will bless you with a heater of a tattoo! If you’re ever in the Lenior area stop in to the Golden Cardinal, stop in and let that man bless you with your next tattoo!

Tattoos By LaLa (Angela) is absolutely amazing. She takes your thoughts and ideas and transforms them into stunning designs. When she brings these drawings to life on your skin, the result is even more beautiful than you could have imagined!

I’ve been in NC visiting family, a couple family members and I decided to get tattoos so we stopped by to see if they did walk-in’s and the experience was great! We all got our tattoos done by Xavier, he was phenomenal! He got all 3 of us in and out within 2 hours, I will definitely be going back when I’m in the area again! I highly recommend Xavier, he does such good work!!

Let’s just say $200.. and this is a week after I got it .. disappointing and they were suppose to be matching tattoos. Nothing matching about it. I get finger tats fade but let’s be real after a week it shouldn’t have faded this damn fast.

Angela is the only person I will ever let tattoo me. She is extremely kind and makes you feel comfortable. Everyone in the shop are very sociable and nice to talk to. The shop is always clean and tidy, and it makes the whole experience more enjoyable.

Angela is amazing! EXTREMELY talented! The place is very clean and she makes you feel so welcome! I have been 2 times and going back soon! Highly recommend!

Ive been here twice now, very nice shop and people. I could throw a rock and hit 7 other tattoo shops closer to home, but based on their Facebook page, I knew I needed to check them out. So far, Ive only been inked by @tattoosbybealer, but he picks up on your vision/idea quickly, and ideas just start rolling. Im looking forward to my next session because it will be his first original piece foing me for a cover-up.

Absolutely love this shop. The people are amazing and their work is just as amazing. Got the privilege to get tattooed by Angela and left with amazing work of art. Cant wait for my next works of art.

Got my first tattoo today and my experience was awesome!!! Had a walk in and was out within 2 hrs. Xavier did a killer job!

LaLa (Angela) is the best! I’ve been going to her for years now. The shop is great. Great atmosphere and great artists! Highly recommend this shop.

Been tattooed multiple times by different artists here and I have had a pleasant experience every time and left with amazing unique pieces. Each artist in there specializes in different styles but can do great in any. Big thank you to all of them (especially to those who had done many pieces of mine ; Jeremy, Angela, Sonya). I drive an hour to them and can say with confidence I wouldn’t go to any other shop- because they are unlike any other shop. Completely worth the drive!

Ally was awesome and she created the best tattoo for me

Angela knocked out both of my hands for me. I gave her my ideas and she ran with it and knocked it out of the park. Only complaint is that Im running out of room. Weve consulted on a few other ideas and she has steered me to what made sense and what would work and last.

All of that talent under one roof! Amazing artists and super cool vibe.

Sonia did my first two tattoos earlier this month. This being my first tattoo I was a little nervous but she was very gentle and kept checking to see how I was feeling! She is a wonderful artist and did a really great job. I got exactly what I wanted!

I mean you call and they hit ignore on the phone after 1 ring and no voice mail. I dont know how they stay in business like that. In my years of customer service you never ignore a call and you have a voice mail.

Always very clean , Ivy fyans does all my ink masterpieces and she always knocks it out of park and super cool chick and friend.
