My only regret is I didn’t go here first. After a terrible experience at Claire’s we stopped there to ask a question. They were kind, considerate and compassionate. My daughter who had been a bit traumatized by her Claire’s experience was very reluctant to get her ears pierced but the staff here comforted her and made it a pleasant experience.

They did amazing with my daughters first ear piercings for her 7th birthday!

Brought my daughter here to get her ears pierced at 11 months old. Staff was professional and friendly. Daughter screamed her head off about her dad having to restrain her, as expected, but staff remained calm and got it done. Piercings healed well with no problems. Pleasant experience. Pics are from right after she was done.

Always have sales, great customer service, The manager of this location keeps it to the highest standards. The manager Lori is very professional and respectful to all customers. The staff is the best. I recommend anyone to come and shop.

Was trying to get my ears pierced, which i’m a minor and I was with my grandmother, but they didn’t let me because there has to be a “legal parent/guardian” with you. It cannot be a relative that does not consider having custody of a minor.

They have been very good with our girls ear piercing, totally recommended 👌

I bought my daughter a beautiful gold necklace with a heart.

Came by to get my 7 month olds ears pierced, no one was there, but sign was up saying someone would be back within 30 minutes. Over 45 minutes later, someone finally shows and now theres a line of people. Not even acknowledged, just went ahead and started carrying on a conversation with someone at the counter. Realize its still going to be a while, but decide to wait, then someone shows up claiming they have an appointment and now were bumped back again. Poor service, not friendly at all, and after over an hour, just left. Will not go back here, very disappointed.

I have active insurance on a kids bracelet, they have the replacement on hand but told me that because I bought the bracelet at other store I can’t get it work out... I move from city so is hard to go back to the previous store.. plus bad service of the lady who just gave me her back

I got my sons ears pierced today they were definitely cheaper than pandora. The lady was so nice and patient with me and my son she did a great job .

Show an ASTOUNDING selection of diamonds with golds, silvers, rose golds (my favorites :-)) in earrings, bracelets, rings, etc. Great shopping experience EACH and every time I shop!! Every year for your birthday, they give you a cute little birthday reward that’s redeemable your entire birthday month!! It just so happens that I’m writing this review based on my last shopping visit (12/5/18). This last visit was one of Pagodas many great customer loyalty sales, BOGO FREE. That’s right, buy 1, get 1 FREE. Got it. So yes, as a loyalty member, and by chance, my birthday In December, :-D. Pagoda allowed me the BOGO FREE plus my birthday reward towards my grand total!!!!! They are a BLESSED company and TRULY are loyal to their customer base by providing beautiful, timeless, yet affordable pieces of jewelry. I would know a lil something about it because A LOT of my BEST jewelry pieces come from Pagoda lol. And yes, I do mean that I have a LOT!! I’m addicted to their vast selections and varieties.
