I took my bow 6 year old to get her ears pierced for her birthday.... Bella did amazing with her. Took her time let her go at her speed and just handled her.with so much care... she made my baby feel so comfortable that its not going to be my new place for piercings...

I had a piercing today in a very intimate place and it was the absolute best experience ever! Isabella made me feel soo comfortable. I always have anxiety walking inside regardless of what I am getting done. Today was the best experience I could ever have had! She made me feel like I was going to be okay no matter what happened. She reminded me that I was doing amazing throughout the entire time

UPDATE. 2021I Finally got my tattoo done by Paco. He is amazing and I love his work. He’s an amazing artist, very immaculate and cares about his work. Thank you Paco. 👍🏻Samantha is an extremely professional piercer. Shes very friendly she explains everything and will answer all your questions shes immaculate and honest. Ive been pierced more than once by her and I never had a problem. Her shop is immaculate and there is off street parking. Paco is the tattoo artist there he is very nice and friendly. I havent had any tattoos done by him yet but Ive seen his work and its amazing I will be going to him once I start working on my sleeve. If you want a place that makes you feel more than just another customer go here you wont regret it.

Excellent customer service. I’ve never gotten a piercing before or booked an appointment over the phone - they were very polite and understanding about it, and made things easy for me.

I got my bellybutton pierced about 8 months ago. not only did the piercer tell me it was titanium (it was stainless steal) she also pierced it way too deep and too short of a bar, it swelled around the piercing creating a crator. i went to a new piercer to get it switched less than a month from getting it done. the crator left a scar and im more mad about the fact THEY LIED about the type of metal in their jewelry. ps i think her name was tori

Isabella pierced my 6 year old daughters ears and I did another ear piercing as well. She was patient and thorough in her prep but quick and painless with the actual piercing which was perfect!

This was my first tattoo and Paco was awesome. He explained what he was doing, kept asking me how I was doing. It was an amazing experience

Great staff. My son & I went for piercings. I got my rook, he got his lobes. They were very patient and took their time talking with us (especially him) about the process! Its been 4 days and our piercings are doing great!Very clean environment. Cozy and personal!

Timeless Ink was the best tattoo experience I have ever had. It was clean and calm. The air was flowing nicely. My artist sam was incredibly talented and handled a kind of odd tattoo request professionally. She offered chips and water. Her intake process was thorough and complete. The work was beautiful and done quickly with extreme persicion. I will be returning often because once you find a great shop you stick with it because they are rare to find. I cannot recommend this place enough. The facility was clean, clean, clean...the staff was gracious, informative, and helpful. I was explained everything before my tragus piercing was done. It was a wonderful experience. This is the place that I would recommend if you want any type of piercing...and the artists who create the tattoos are amazing as well. You will not be disappointed.
